My pizza was supposed to arrive at 3:50 but then came at 5:45. Service is terrible since I ordered a pizza then was told the shop was closed? Spent 20 pounds then I was told they would refund me 1-2 weeks later?!? The food is splendid and tasty but service is very bad in my opinion. Will recommend.

Your driver was rude and unprofessional. Furthermore, he took the pizza out of the bag vertically so that by the time I was able to hold it level again it was all a mess. Disgusting service for what is otherwise decent vegetarian pizza.

Hello everyone, read the review before going for gogo pizza in Hoe St. Walthamstow. They have been lying and doing this for a long time "for 15" pizza to a 13" pizza." My colleagues/ managers all complained . Please start videoing them as I have done

We had a terrible experience with this branch of Pizza Go Go yesterday evening. We placed an order through Uber Eats at around 6:50PM as the delivery time was estimated at 7:25PM and we wanted a quick takeaway. 7:25 came, we waited a bit for the food to come. Finally, at 7:50, with still no sign of our food, we decided to call the place to request an update, as they don't provide tracking on Uber like every other restaurant does. After several calls, we eventually got through, and they reassured us the order will arrive in 20 mins. No worries, we didn't mind waiting a little more til 8:10. The 20 mins passed, no sign of the food. 30 mins after the update, we decided to try and call again about the whereabouts of our order (at 8:20). After trying to call about 10 times, we could not get through to the restaurant at all, despite previously being able to - the line just kept ringing. At this point, we had no idea if any food was even coming, and we weren't sure whether to just order from somewhere else because we were both so hungry. Eventually, food arrived at 9PM, and as expected, cold. To top it all off, the pizzas we received weren't even the correct order - we ordered chicken and bacon pizzas, and we received pepperoni pizzas. I really do not recommend this place - we are new to the area and thought going with a chain would be a safe bet - will stick with an independent place next time!

This pizza was delicious and yummy and the service is very excellent and the supportive each and every people.

The pizza was thin as I have ordered and it came out to be delicious and flavourful.i would definitely recommend to try out this place and my order came 10 minutes early.the guys that work there gave me 2 free sauces which was great.

Don't waste your time and money by ordering from here. Needless to say, customer service is a pizza place that cannot manage to be institutionalized. If your shop is closed, why do you accept online orders? Wait for 1 hour, call them, you won't be able to reach them and on top of that, you will lose your money.

Absolute nightmare. Dough not fresh as they claim along or pizzas uncooked and hard. Even cheese doesn't taste like cheese. Strips came cold with soggy chips. Took more than an hour to deliver. 64 mins to be precise . Absolute waste of money . Such disappointment. Would never order again from this place .

Barely survived the experience, my bad I meant just reading the reviews was enough to put me completely off ordering from Pizza Go-go. They were bad enough a couple of years ago, but have recently plummeted downhill with their 'can't be bothered' attitude towards customers/food preparation and/or deliver times. Totally unprofessional behaviour. One review below had four stars and highly praised them, but they replied with usual copy/pasted apology message, instead of reading the less than FIVE star customer review. It's a sad fact that so many once good businesses have fallen foul of the same unacceptable complacency from their unskilled incompetent employees.

Ordered 16 pizzas and loads of sides for a party. The staff were amazing at communicating with me to arrange delivery a few days later. The pizzas all came steaming hot and right on time ! Everyone absolutely loved it. Thanks so much for all your help

Absolutely avoid at all costs, ordered pizza and called up for an update, staff replied in a rude manner and tried to argue with me, pizza came cold and as I was eating I noticed a hair baked into the dough absolutely disgusting. Made me and the family sick to the stomach. I emailed customer support and they replied only once asking me if I spoke to the shop and never bothered to reply again, do not order from here is my only advice as health and safety and hygiene is not take into consideration Still have not heard back from customer service after having emailed them 3 times. They will not help in case of an issue with your order so I recommend you avoid this place.

Ordered pizza, it took over 90 mins for delivery?!? Sorry but this is not a fast food delivery. Not being funny but why pizza gogo hire people that barely can be understood when they talk? Last time I checked we are in England and English is a must to be known to live and work in this country. Seriously! I mean OMG! What earth is going on with you guys? During these times you need to improve especially when people cutting back on takeaways, you would be nothing if it wasn’t for your customers! Maybe DOMINOS AND PIZZA HUT is the answer and pizza gogo should go away and bust. After 105 minutes pizza has arrived, half of two pizzas were crushed, delivery driver looked like he was not happy and unfriendly. This branch needs management who can take over and improve this business, at this time this branch is embarrassing to pizza gogo

Absolutely disgraceful service waited 2 hours for my pizza which I ordered online. The food never showed up and it ruined my evening. Why have a business if you can’t bloody provide a service. When calling the store no one answered, just kept getting an automated voice message stating they are busy. Learned a valuable lesson don’t order from these budget franchises. (Forced to even give one star)

ZERO STARS. DISGUSTING AND RUDE SERIVCE. Absolutely appalled at the attitude of the staff. After waiting 45 mins to AN HOUR for two pizzas, I contacted the store who would pick up the phone and then leave the phone off the hook and not communicate at all. After 10-15 mins of waiting to be spoken to, I heard another landline ring and staff engage in conversation. It was only until I used another mobile to contact the store that I was given any recognition. ZERO STARS for this kind of behavior if google would allow. FYI: Management - You should really take a look who you're hiring. Check your rota's for who covers Sunday evenings, see who's on shift and maybe call a staff meeting. - Or better yet, call the store yourself and see the kind of service your customers receive.

Took an hour and a half to get our order, we live 5 mins away from their store. Apparently the driver "took a wrong turn" and then was "held up by traffic". 5 mins away. He didn't even apologise when we asked him why it had taken so long at the door. 5 mins away!

ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!!!! I have been a customer of Pizza GoGo N16 for 30 years, and have recently moved in the E17 area. I used this store not sure what to expect and I am pleased to advise; this store is as great as the store I have been using, the delivery time has been under thirty mins, the pizza is fresh and hot; as well as delicious! Well done, keep this up and I will be fat and broke very soon. Please accept my (and my full stomach's) thanks.

I have ordered twice from this place and both times its just doesn't taste like a pizza at all... Ham is really weird and the pizza base its nothing like a pizza its thick and the edges are so bread. I am not sure which kind of pizza base they are using but I wouldn't suggest to take it from them. I asked for thin base and got again so thick, too much cheese so I could only taste cheese and bread base. Definitely not coming back here again... If you would like a nice pizza you can ORDER FROM LA DELICE ITS JUST A MINUTE AWAY FTOM PIZZA GOGO.

So I ordered 2 pizza for collection...collected and then on return journey I realised they only charged me 18p. Being the honest jo I am I went back and paid the rest. Got home to find a long black hair in the dough of one of the pizzas. Called the shop who told me to bring it back. On return he told me that the shop only takes responsibility for delivered pizzas and that anyone collecting could have put the hair in themselves. That to me suggests that im being accused of putting the hair in. That's what you get for being honest

Wrong dessert made the guy on the counter was too busy with his mobile and didn’t even know what is the item I ordered. Took 30 minutes to make 5 minute thing.

Waited an hour and a half for delivery. Called to complain and they cut me off. First time trying them, won't bother again.
