I bought a take away leaf doner wrap, I had to eat it out of respect for the blessing, I saw minced meat from a döner pot, it was the first time from a leaf pot, I hope you will be a little more careful about your work, not everyone will eat like me, no matter what you give them.

Really friendly staff. I ordered a jumbo platter with some extra lamb donner meat and 4 lahmachuns for collection. Food was ready quick and the staff were kind enough to even offer us some tea whilst we waited! The food was amazing as always. Köz is a family favourite and their food is always lovely!!

Arrived there hungry and exhausted late night. Delighted with the kebabs and the service. I would definitely recommend.

We had a family party in the restaurant and it was amazing to hold it there. I think that's the only restaurant in Leyton you can have such an amazing time. The stuff is very helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend this place. Their food is also delishes, restaurant is very clean and looks amazing inside I love its atmosphere

The food here’s always great and the staff are always polite.

Everything was soo tasty and fresh. The starters were all amazing. We went for the mixed plate and I also got the freshly squeezed mix fruit juice. We demolished everything and we were stuffed when we left!

Honestly one of the best experiences of turkish food I've had so far, as a recurrent traveller to Turkey I can tell you that the food is closest to the actual Turkish cuisine served in Turkey...also very reasonably priced.

Went in for a meal for three very last minute and can't say enough good things about this place. Admittedly I've ordered and eaten in before, and so I knew the food was very high quality but the atmosphere and customer service was second to none. Both guys who dealt with me were incredible, and I have nothing but good things to say about this place. If you want food ordered or you wish to eat in, this is the best Turkish in the area.

Great service and the food is absolutely amazing and very tasty. The waiters are very good and extremely friendly and the atmosphere in the restaurant is really nice. I would definitely come back again and recommend many to come Köz restaurant.

I think the Kabab platter was served not nicely with half green chili, the kabab was cut in two pieces and the dry rice without chips. The platter look is normal.

10.11.2023 Came here with a friend and had some chicken beyti. Very nice! Doesn't make you feel bloated. Enjoyed the food. Have been to this restaurant before and visited again today with a friend. Ordered the Yogurtlu Adana and my friend went for the lamb ribs. Both dishes were delicious and meat was succulent. Brilliant service, decent prices and very quick! Thank you! Note to remember...they take cash payments only but luckily there's a Halifax next door!

Great food cooked on the grill. I had grilled salmon. The hummus and warm bread was great for a starter. Baklava to finish us off Just be aware you can pay cash only!

Wer shall I start? Woooow , the bread is outstandingly delicious! The dips are so fresh and tasty. The mains was fresh delicious and very tasty! I would probably have to say this is the best Turkish restaurant I have ever been to, the ladies working are friendly and the place is kept very clean. Definitely coming back!

10/10 - chicken wings, rice and bread was amazing

The first time I went here a year ago it was really nice somewhere close on your doorstep, now we were very disappointed prices are Sky high bought platter for £28 they gave us a plate wasn’t even enough for one person.

I just ordered from Ubereats to try out the food here for family dinner. I have to say I am very dissatisfied because the lahmacun was terrible. The reason for that is that it is, I believe, because it is not homemade reheated and on top that mine was not cooked. I think the pictures speak for it self you can see barely any minced meat there. Garlic sauce tasted nothin', but Oreganoo propabily not mixed well. The chef special came with under cooked adana inside. I am a chef myself being doing this for 12 years now when cooking you have to arrange your temperature for cooking the meat if is high temperature the meat will cook on the outside but the inside will remain raw. A hard lamb shish meat chewie like gum suggesting you to use shoulder and not leg. I bet that even the Hummus and Cacik is not home made it was my first and last order a never again.

The meat has no quality , no seasoning, no taste a bit shocked with the out-dated salad.

Excellent. Everything was perfectly done and the bill was £30 for 2 with leftovers. We were stuffed and the staff were so pleasant. This will be our regular spot now. The decor was also beautiful. This was just the starter. A platter of meat, rice and orzo accompanied. The chichen was succelent and lamb was cooked to perfection.

Got Chef's special for takeaway, was given in the bag with no salad whatsoever! Foood was not the level of decent Turkish food which I use for many years. Will I use again, no.

Top top place. My favourite. For the best Turkish food (and value for money), you won’t get much better than this place. Have been to many Turkish restaurants across London and this is by far head and shoulders above the rest by a country mile. Just the meze alone you get before your ordered meal will blow you away. You won’t be disappointed, guaranteed. Let the owner Selim know you saw my review when you go in and I’m sure he will look after you that bit more but not that you will need to be with the delicious range of food on offer! ☺️

Good quality food fully recommend

Not even 1 star for tonight order. I ordered 2 chicken doners and because they didn't have enough chicken , the manager decided to fill it up with lamb instead. Fries were not cooked properly and tasted like cartoon . I've been a regular client with many orders before but now they totally done it wrong. I don't wanna talk about the prawns 🥲🥲🥲🥲

I ordered lahmacun via Uber Eats. I received order on time but, it was very disappointing. It packed faced to each other when you opened one is coming without meat.

I used to go there with my family until they have added the Alcohol side. We were unable to bear it for a Halal restaurant. Very sad 😔

Would personally not return. Was served cold rice with our mains. Meat,salad and bread was fine. I asked the ladies to heat up the rice She touched the rice with the back on her hand and put it in the microwave. After heating up, one main was fine. The other plate was now luke warm. I told the ladies the rice is still not hot. Again she touched the rice with the back of hand, she had no gloves on. I asked her for fresh rice. She abruptly told me the rice was fresh. She dished out new rice from the metal containers where the rice was kept,then placed it in the microwave. The food was then handed to me with no sorry. I've eaten at many turkish restaurants and the food is always fresh and hot. The fact that I had to ask for the rice to be reheated says alot. The ladies then continued to stare and talk at us whilst we ate our food. Customer service is a shambles. AVOID

I am a fan of Turkish cuisine. I have been to many Turkish restaurants across the country as well as abroad. Koz is one of my favourite restaurants to dine in. The staff are amazing. The food is remarkable. The quality is consistent every time.

Turkish bread is the best around, humus serving is a good size and tasty and the ribs are good, but if nothing else the bread deserves 5 stars for me

I ordered from them trough Uber eats, came with big portions and salad. lahmacun was like a bread with meat and wasn't crunchy at all. Chicken Three lahmacun packed in one take away box. Two of them were rolled into each other facing their meat parts(?!). Cacik was quite sour and over all not tasty. Chicken wings were smallest I have ever seen. I hate to give bad reviews but I have to this time..

Over the last couple of years i have visited several times when i visit London from up north. I have come to realise that they regularly change mgt which shows in the consistency of the standards. Tonight i ordered a jumbo mix for £59 and some extras such as chips etc, the dolma was extremely poor and clear it was from a tin covered in sunflower oil. The Adana was chewy and dry. Some of the chicken was undercooked, the chops and doner meat was good and full of flavour. The bread was alsi ful of grease. I was really hoping that we would have a great meal as my last visi was not too shabby, but unfortunately slightly disappointed as i LOVE Turkish food and crave for it when im away. Is a shame as it is only few minutes away from where i stay. May pop in for a quick durum as it is nice but not a full meal. Will try Gunes restaurant before i head back up north. Cannot continue to keep on coming here in the hope i will ha e a great meal. Wish it stayed as the original mgt

Went here yesterday and the food was nice, the lighting inside is a bit dark but after eating in, realised they sold alcohol as there was a bar in the back corner. I don't understand these halal restaurants that sell alcohol...if I had known, wouldn't have gone here. Don't sell your religion for a few extra pounds

Bought a Platter and my mother had some of the food and hard bits kept getting caught in her mouth, so we rang Koz restaurant and told then the issue. The owner couldn't speak English and the staff weren't too helpful. The rice was dry the bread was hard the portions of sides were very small. We returned the rest of the food and advised them we wouldn't be coming back anytime soon.

Food portion has become smaller and spicy sauce is full of oil.Food is cold and not sure if they cook prior to orders then warm up to deliver. Service need to improve

This store has lied to .GOV about taking part in the 50% scheme. They have signed up on .gov but are not enforcing the discount within the store.. have called multiple times to be greeted with some awful snooty girl telling me it’s the wrong Koz that has signed up when it clearly states on .gov website that Koz lea bridge road is a part of the scheme. SAD AND PATHETIC LIARS.

Has to be one of the worst places I've ordered food from. Food came cold and die not even look edible. Part of my order was even missing and they did not even want to replace it. Food has no taste and was not worth it. I took a chance and regretted it had to end up ordering elsewhere. Food is not what it says so you'll waste money and time ordering from here. WASTE OF MONEY.

Only the best turkish food is served here, there's nothing more that I can say about this place, if you want the best night out, the best Turkish food and the best service, come here.

One star is too much. Waited over 2 hours for a deliveroo which I was prepared for knowing what's going on at the moment and also being told 35-45 min. 2 delivery guys turned up at the restaurant only to be told the order wasnt ready after an hour or so. 2 hours later the order turns up and 2 of the 3 orders were wrong. Lamb chops instead of mixed kebab? C'mon! Ended up having Turkish bread, salad, hummus and putting a frozen pizza in the oven. Gutted as I was really looking forward to dinner. Also tried to call but couldn't get through.

Ordered Turkish Pizza (lahmacun) and served the worst Turkish pizza ever. Got sick the day after. I would not recommend this place at least for eating Lahmacun!

The taste of the food was good the only problem was that the spicy sauce was to oily.

Choice of breads for kebab shell, very fresh and interesting selection of salads to go inside and wonderfully cooked charcoal barbecued meats. My only qualm is they only take cash but since they also offered us Turkish tea on the house for no reason other than to titillate our tastebuds as we waited, I cannot take a star for this. Full marks from me!
