I got small box take out had sweet and sour chicken chips and noodles I found it delicious well cooked and staff helpful and friendly also value for money I would highly recommend cheap and cheerful and good food 😊

Just came across the reviews of this place and i was disappointed how people relate the taste of food with the environment in the malls. Well In regards to my taste buds i found it the genuine halal and desi chiniese kinda food. I mean I love the combo of noodles with the fried chicken it was holistic ! ❤️❤️💕💕🌸🌸🌸 I got a medium bowl and please go for 2 dishes from each of the court. It would be amazing !!!!! And then I got to have curry the sauce it was so good !

Actually walked out of the queue after being stood there neatly 10 minutes noticing how nobody were paying at the end and nobody was serving despite there being 4 people behind the counter. Focusing on deliveroo and just eat instead of the people stood in front of them. Might have been quicker to walk to China for some noodles instead.

Amazing convinient british-chinese food. The salt and pepper chips and chicken are some of the best i've had. Really loved the noodles too but thought the egg fried rice was bland and very dry. The prices are very reasonable. I would absolutely recommend and look forward to going back!

Way better than the Manchester Trafford Centre one,they actually put toppings on rather than a box full of noodles

Only had a few dishes 4 meat 1 or 2 veg rice and noodle I undertand it was 1.5hr before close but as soon as they served mine they dumped fresh rice and fresh noodles into the display. Staff had a polite manner aside from that. Food was generic and mostly dry probs because I got the dregs of the metal bowl

Food cold rude to use and 4 tiny pieces of chicken . Food went to the bin.

Chicken chow mein was way too dry, there was no sauce and there wasn't much flavour. Chicken seems better quality than other Chinese places, though there wasn't much of it.

Really rude staff, no service wuth a smile zero customer politeness. Literally for 6.50 i received four very very small pieces (very small) of salt and pepper chicken and ordered a double portion of chips. Come on guys dont scam customers with overpriced cheap products and small portions. Not good! Flavours were good, but unfortunately my gosh I have food poisoning

Just been as not been here for a while very rude staff i asked for small so she gave me large wich is a 4 portion meal no gave me 2 portions big hair in it as well so i left half of it gone down in my eyes used to be nice wont going bck 🤬🍜

Most disgusting and unrecognisable texture of the so called sweet and sour chicken and let's not talk about the way the server was actually counting the pieces put on the plate, the beef was a joke. Piled our plate with veggies and stingy bits of beef which tasted like mystery meat. First time trying and definitely won't be having again. Service was piss poor as the server skipped us in line and took order from who was behind us. Definitely deserves 0 stars for the food and worst part it was too expensive. Kudos to who can actually cue up for this more than once.

Family enjoyed their meal but when we sat down we sat on comfy seats there were cold air blowing out so we had to move.

I'd give this place a higher review but I didn't get chance to try more food... what we did have was yummy though, REALLY well priced with good portions, on clean trays, and the staff were lovely.

the food is great, with great taste the service needs improvement though. particularly in terms of how to make orders.

£8-25 large box didn’t put on sause 4 items only given when it’s 5 item on a large box, chips with peppers only put in chips, stick chicken with onions and peppers, 2 onion and 1 tiny pepper 🫑 pieces in the whole box so no veg with it really, box no longer full, in a hurry to serve next person, no complaint department

I have been going for years and I’ve noticed that’s the quantity of chicken and sauces have got smaller as time goes by. I felt the lady serving me is counting the number of chicken pieces in my meal. It was tasty but dry due to lack of sauce

Overpriced. £6.99 for a small box. They fill it with noodles with very less chicken, and are very stingy with the sauce.

I love chinese food, here the food tastes fresh and is consistant, like never have i been and didnt like the food. Im not a picky person so i havnt had any issues yet

Used to come here all the time circa 2015/2016, remember there being a lot more options then. However still delicious and a good price considering the portion sizes are massive! A Medium box did me perfectly (hadn’t had any breakfast beforehand), so a Small would be great for a light lunch. The salt and pepper cauliflower bites were amazing!

I'm not trying to be funny but not going to pay £6.25 for a box full of 4 onion rings and 3 meat with loads of veg a total rip off it was ok when it was £4.50 for small box and choose what you like, now it's ridiculous and adding £2.75 on to somthing you don't want waste of money better of at subway never again 😡😡😡

Do you want to eat healthy??? Try Yangtze at Broadway center and get some good healthy food and trust me you won't regret it.

Always enjoy the food here, but recently they've changed what options you can choose which is annoying & there seem to be less items to choose from. Prices have gone up quite a bit. Staff have limited English. Food is fresh, but a star dropped for limited selection as I don't really want to be forced to have noodles with chips or rice + 1 option of a curry for small box.

Good Food, try if you like Chinese Food. Chicken Bites, Salt n Peeper Chips and Curry sauce are a must try, but choose whatever you like, i dont have a gun to your head.

It's really overpriced for what it is. I think I paid £9 and she was literally counting out the chicken pieces I got with a scoop from the selection. The chicken tasted poor but the beef was alright, I guess. Skip it. It looks fancy but the food is average.

I liked this place and food. Now when they changed dishes. I must to eat fries with noodles or noodles with rice and small peaces of meat. Because there no space for meat. They put full containers of noodles to put after less meat for you! I dont want to pay 8 pound for fries and noodles. I want to pick what i like to eat. Not boss of the place who trying to save money not clients. Very bad

Greasy, no seafood option, no steamed vegetable for a healthier meal, low quality ingredients and a bit stingy. On the positive side, ,£6.25 for a small box with base +2 toppings is not bad if you're hungry.

Went here and ordered the medium box. They options look good but the taste isn’t really their apart from tasting salty. It’s really obvious they are stingy with their portioning too. Would not recommend and will not be coming back. Will stick to kfc when in Broadway and need a bite to to eat.

We went to Broadway Mall in Bradford UK. We looked at many restaurants within the mall but we wanted to try this because it was Halal. Chicken and the noodles were very delicious but the selection was very limited. The only issue we had was that staff were not understanding our order which made it difficult to order but overall good place to eat. I would recommend trying it once. 🙏✌️

Used to love this place, the staff don’t understand what ur saying, or don’t want to listen, I bought a medium box which when I went to eat it realised is only half full? Doesn’t matter which size box it is, it should be full because ur paying for the size?

Very slow service considering there were only 3 customers waited over 15 mins to get served food was nice but the speed of service let the business down hugely shame would have gotten 5 stars otherwise 😕

Large casserole half empty or half full? How should I say it? They force you to have a base like rice or noodles to give you less meat, not recommended.

Got a chinese because I really fancied one. Got home cold sweating, shaking, throwing up & diarrhoea not happy at all! I’m in a lot of pain and will be taking this further as this isn’t the first time it’s happened.

Too much salt on all foods which makes tasty but not good for health. If less salt, would be nice Restarant.

My £8 got me a box of fairly bland egg-fried rice and vaguely-Chinese tasting chicken with some sweet and sour sauce, a small bag of prawn crackers and a can of pop. Filling, but not really that exciting in terms of taste. On the plus side, I was served very quickly, by a friendly member of staff and there was no shortage of seating.

Jedzenie takie sobie. Bardzo dużo dodatków i bardzo mało mięsa. Warzywa nie zróżnicowane. Strasznie dużo cebuli. Po takiej kuchni człowiek spodziewa się większej różnorodności i wile różnych smaków. Oferta smakowa jest bardzo ograniczona. Jadłem w tym miejscu kilka razy i nie zamierzam jeść w tym miejscu w najbliższej przyszłości. Jedzenie przeciętne.

Defo worth a visit tried small box 3 options curry, chips n boiled rice great value, have other choices noodles very nice n great value.

Used to love yangtze and come here 2/3 times a week. however, my recent visits have been very terrible and disappointing. Customer service is ridiculous and workers seem like they are forced to work here. No tissues given with orders. Worker is also rude when i asked if you could add a few toppings as it was half empty. Food seems very old and not fresh. Not happy.

I love there food. Mid price food. Small, Medium or large portions changing in price as expected. Foods hot and pretty quick service. Place looks spotless

Yangtze used to be quite good. You could rock up and get a medium box (4 items) at a good price. But, sadly, my visit recently wasn't a great success. No hot drinks? Really? Some choices were unavailable. At tea time? The Covid screens mean you have to yell your choices and the staff have to yell back! The prices have gone up, which is understandable but if I'm paying over £6 I'd like a wider choice and a cup of tea! The food itself is OK, so I've given it 3 stars. But Yangtze needs to up their game.

The food is nice but the service could be better. I think it would help if all the staff could speak English, as I couldn't understand some of what was said. Definitely worth going for the food though.

For their price I would rather buy KFC. Food look nice but u won't crave for it all d time. Pizza or Mc Donald is better than their food.

Nothing but salt. I'm someone who picks salt over sugar. Hope that explains how much salt the dishes are. Absolutely hate it. Highly not recommended.

Stopped by for a quick bite whilst in Bradford. The food was OK, but my issue is that everything is served in single use plastic takeaway cartons, and eaten with single use plastic cutlery. It is unacceptable in 2021 that this is the case, management needs to make the responsible decision and use more sustainable solutions.

Delicious food with chips, noodle and rice dishes, and various curried chicken or beef dishes. Also salt and pepper chicken, varieties of breaded chicken and cauliflower, and spring rolls. Everything is halal.

It used to be really nice, so I queued for quite a while for lunch the other day. I wish I hadn't: 2 chicken balls, thin and tasteless 'sweet and sour' sauce and slightly rubbery noodles that tasted odd - a bit like marmite, which I like but not on noodles. I shan't bother again.

First decent food I've had since my operation. It was a little slice of heaven.

Very nice chinese, works out a little expensive if 2 or more of you get a meal plus drinks. They can be a little tight when they serving your food what you asked for (small portions). Otherwise ok.

Wonderful food just pick what you want and enjoy great food on the go that never disappoints your expectations. They always prepare fresh dishes as they begin to sell out. Definitely give these guys a try.

Noodles are good, love the salt and pepper chips and I tried the salt and pepper cauliflower for the first time, it was encased in a doughy batter, compared to to crispy salt and pepper chicken, I find that the salt and pepper chicken is a bit salty. For £7.50 large box, you get 5 items of your choice an optional choice of curry or sweet chilli sauce. The place is clean, they cook food fresh on site and topped up during the day. Prepacked wooden chopsticks are provided if you ask for them, otherwise you get a plastic fork.

This place has the most consistently bad customer service of any place I've ever been, but it used to be worth it for the food. Now they've made the portions so much smaller and changed the menu it's just overpriced and not even that nice

Portion sizes got smaller ! Last visit wasn't great! After ordering a medium menu , I was disappointed to see that it was 3 quarters full and they took some food down! They got very tight and not even a large menu is not like a medium used to be!
