YAHI in Belfast

Stopped in for a quick breakfast be for the bus ride and WOW. What a wonderful treat. And the value was excellent. I had the Huntsman breakfast which included 2 perfectly prepared fried eggs, toast, avocado, tomato and much more. My wife ordered the poached with avocado. She remarked it was delicious. Do NOT miss this gem. Number 11 is the spot to be.

Staff. I go here 2-3 days a week for coffee on the way to work-usually flat white and it is always on point-their coffee is delicious. I had one of their sausage rolls also and they're pretty decent.

Walking past the other morning and saw a que of people out the door and decided to see what the fuss was about so joined the que which staff moved along quickly along with clearing the tables and bring food from the kitchen. Seems to have alot of regular customers as staff knew alot of the orders before they spoke. Staff even managed a quick chat with some of the customers along the way. I had the house granola which had won a couple of awards and I can seen why when tasting it. My flat white was made by a young black haired man who defo worked out and as busy as it was had a design on the top of the coffee. Place was clean and vibrant and will I visit again when next in belfast.

don`t let that put you off ! Delicious and filling salads and a fine cup of tea. Chatty staff who work hard to acknowledge every customer.

We decided to try this place in the Great Northern Mall near the Europa Hotel. We ordered toast and tea fro the two men working there. We got the teas and then it took 15 mins to get toast and neither of them gave an explanations, excuse or communicated with us.Useless service, pretentious. Unhelpful staff. Do yourself a favour and go just opposite to Peanuts Smokehouse for proper food and service.

Was In cafe on Friday 15th March and was served by a female with glasses, she could not do enough for me was always checking if I had everything I needed, food was excellent and service was top class - the female always makes amazing cinnamon butter and banana toast - always satisfied when she’s working - warmest member of staff I have ever encountered

Stopped in for take away tea for bus on way to Dublin this morning. The fabulous display of croissants and scones had me. Staff offered to butter and jam for my take away. To say it was the best croissant ever would be under statement. Yahi is excellent in every way. Food and staff brilliant

Yahi is the worst place we have ever eaten out. After a poor experience there before, I gave it another go, but to say the food is tasteless would be doing it a favour, as most of what we chose was just bad. After waiting for an age, we got unwashed gritty lettuce, overly fat meat, the cheapest bread possible and crusty cheese a couple of days out of the packet. I can see what they're trying to do, being adventurous and imaginative, but how they get it so wrong I don't know. Maybe no effort made just? Didn't finish mine. It made me embarrassed for Belfast, to think tourists might regard this as our standard. Go across the street for a sausage bap instead, better taste, better service. better price.

I paid nearly £3 for a sausage roll which was inadequately heated up. Upon realising that the inside of the sausage roll was cold I alerted the blonde waitress on duty who snatched the plate from me and marched off to reheat it. She then returned on plonked it on the table without a word. I then bit into the sausage roll and found out it was sour and out of date. The waitress was such a rude horror show that I decided to just leave and that £3 wasn't worth another encounter with the she devil. This place looks upmarket for a run down bus station but in reality the food and service is utterly low level and a downright rip off.

Loved the food in this place. I had forgotten my glasses so the lovely girl who served me helped me choose what I wanted by recomendations she then made me the nicest cup of coffee ever! All round had a great time and will definitely be back.

Went to Yahi this morning for breakfast and was charged £1.50 for approximately one fifth of and avocado! ive been here a few times and have always left with the attitude of not returning (the coffee here is good which always sways me). But overall view is overpriced and blow par customer service.

Although the food in Yahi is passable enough, the best thing the place has going for it is how close it is to the bus station. Although it's expensive for what you get, I couldn't say the food tastes terrible or the menu is all that limited, but if Yahi wasn't where it is, it wouldn't survive. Management need to seriously invest in customer service training for staff, who at best make you feel unimportant and I saw being plain rude to a man today. If I wasn't rushing to a bus, I would have walked out.

Was so pleased to find this cafe when staying in Belfast. It was unfortunate I only found it on my last day, otherwise I would have been there every day (4 days in Belfast). The granola pot was delectable. The scones were delicious.
