Nice deli selling lots of cheese wine etc. My partner bought a nice bottle of wine which was made in a local vineyard up the road, the lady who served him was lovely and helpful. I bought some cheese from another lady on the deli counter, they had a lovely collection, unfortunately the lady behind the counter wasnt very friendly, would have been nice if she smiled and chatted and made you feel welcome....

This deli has everything you could possibly need from a deli. Anwyn, the proprietor is very knowledgeable and helpful. Cheese selection is amazing as are the pies. Highly recommend the beef pies. Gorgeous.

Stopped to buy some baguettes, had a tuna mayonnaise salad one and a turkey salad one. Lovely fresh food and we thoroughly enjoyed our baguettes. We have in the past had steak and kidney pies and they were excellent as well. Plenty of stuff to buy, such as cakes, local beers and more. Shop is immaculate.

Went here last time. The chef mistook my order. It is not even busy. The tap water they gave me was tasted so bad. I was shocked that the water has been charged even if it is tap water??? Rip off. Food even not that good. Edited: I edited because I cannot reply in your comment. If you and the waitress know that it is illegal, then why is there a charged of £1.50 stating "non-alcoholic beverages" in my receipt even if we did not order any drinks? Secondly, we did not order pizza! It was only one french friend medium and one large french fries. But the chef gave us 2 medium. I just accepted it though. I don't know which customer you were talking about.

On a recent visit to Barmouth we found this little Gem of a place that is open on Sundays. There was a special board out side and it was the Cheese and Onion pie that drew us in . Both my husband and me had this and it came with new potatoes and salad . It was delicious and very reasonably priced . We were naughty and were too tempted by the delicious homemade sweets and puds they had to offer . I had the jam and coconut cake and my husband opted for the apple pie. They were presented lovely with fruit and a pot of cream on the side. The staff were friendly and attentive. Will definitely be returning next time we are in Barmouth
