Listen- the tastiest soul filling food. Know I'll be craving it back in London. This sets the bar. Very polite service and family down to earth feel.

Nearly 2 hours late and portion size for small is child size.

First time trying, and it was amazing food. Jerk chicken and curried mutton was lovely. Can't fault, the food and service were excellent. You won't be disappointed!

Missing plantain and instructions not followed on order notes again!

Food was amazing! However delivery not so long wait which in fairness food was still hot however food was all over the place and sauce everywhere however still very enjoyable :)

Food was lovely, we all ordered a large and i feel like it was enough to feed 2 people or more we had loads left over, the portions were Massive!!! We live a little far from the restaurant and the food arrived piping hot! Dumplings were banging, best takeaway we’ve ever had, came within 40 minutes loved it!! Definitely recommend don’t let the bad reviews put you off

Foods lovely! Wish I could say the same about the lady behind the counter! Little girl playing around with bread? On the floor? None of the people in kitchen are wearing the hair things! Using same gloves that they deal with money, then going in kitchen! Unhygienic and the ladies are rude attitude stinks!!!!

Ordered off Just eat for delivery. 30+mins later than the given time. Chicken was dry like it had been cooked from day/s before and Reheated. Portions are quite small considering the price . Used to order off this same shop before, having changed the name a few times. The Deliveryman service was bad then and looks like they have done nothing to try to improve on it !!!! For the food, The Price, and The Delivery...... Not worth the bother !!!

Unfortunately I didn't get to try the food which was due to the ignorant and rude person serving. Zero customer service, food could be lovely but I wouldn't give a penny to that place down to that.

Absolutely delicious, best Caribbean food I’ve had from a take away, great portion size and we had medium meals, delivery came in the time frame stated and my delivery instructions were followed. Would definitely order again and recommend!

Food was over an hour late, didn’t think it was going to turn up after ringing the restaurant 3 times. The restaurant didn’t have a clew where the driver was after ringing them multiple times. I just thought ok… food is not going to turn up.

Delivery time is a joke they only have 1 driver even on weekends and when you ring them to ask wheres the food they start telling you about how busy they are like fix up and get another driver or drivers if you cant handle it with 1 driver why make customers wait 2 hours for their food like come on fix up if you cant handle it dont deliver just do collections simple

Good amount. Rice and peas was ok. There was hardly any steamed veg. The oxtail looked really brown and when eating it, I did not taste like oxtail at all. Over spiced to the point of the spice taking over. Festival oily and Xsweet. No buying again

Ordered food on a Friday afternoon at 3:30pm. Delivery time given was 4;20pm latest. It’s now 6:20pm and no food. Tried ringing and left a message. Disappointed.

Think the app isn’t accurate it says delivered enjoy your food but nothing delivered call shop their app says out for delivery so all very frustrating . Food is always good when arrives will collect from now on

Delivery driver was rude to ask to see the phone with the code. I sent my son to the door to collect the food. It was very disrespectful the code being given verbally should be all you require

Order took about 2 hours to arrive and was well over an hour late. Chicken was dry and old, most of it was inedible.

After looking up where to get good food on Google in Dudley, Y Dee's was the first to pop up so I decided to eat there. I must say I was not disappointed. Very tasty food, atmosphere was really nice and clean and the Guinness Punch, amazing 👏. Speacial mention, Tieeshai, lovely customer service.

My favourite authentic Caribbean takeaway. The sandwiches (stuffed dumpling with chicken curry) are my favourite 😋. You need to bear in mind if you order these, they are made fresh to order and take longer so your order never arrives in the given time. This is ok because they are 110% worth the wait. So always order extra early if a sandwich is in your order and you wish to eat at a particular time. AMAZING FOOD GUYS!

Food was BRILLIANT. Portion sizes spot on. Recommend the mac & cheese. I don’t normally like sauce on my fried chicken and forgot to put a note however this sauce was so nice I would have again! Let down by the quoted delivery time however luckily I had read reviews so ordered 2 hours before we wanted to actually eat so arrived perfectly. Please just give accurate timings for delivery and this restaurant would be 10/10. Delivery driver was pleasant. Thank you!

Friday afternoon 3pm ordered what can only be described as a banquet! The food was excellent and was delivered to my doorstep piping hot within 1hr from Dudley to Stourbridge, the lady who delivered it was courteous and very friendly. Dee’s was recommended to me by my good friend Del Sampson and he was bang on the money with this one!! We had Curry Mutton/ White Rice Fried Chicken/White Rice Jerk Lamb Chops/Hard Food Saltfish Fritters Everything was cooked and seasoned to perfection Keep up the good tasty work Dee’s!!

If you're hungry and want your food within the hour give this place a wide berth! 2 hours later and still no food I've actually cooked and eaten in the time because I got fed up of waiting and being fobbed off on the phone with multiple false ETAs. They can cook granted.. but haven't a clue on how to run a business efficiently.

2 & a half hours after ordering the food arrived. I ordered at half past 7 for my children the food didn’t arrive until 10pm when my children were already fast asleep this is not acceptable

This is our go to takeaway each week. Food taste is very good and quality of food is good however when you are paying £10 for a meal you expect what it says. It's a hit and miss sometimes you will have loads of mutton sometimes not. I counted TWO pieces of mutton in my meal the rest was bones. My partner had near enough the same maybe bit more. It's a shame as this place is a decent takeaway but you really want what you've paid for. I paid £10 for rice, peas and veg because I only had two peices

An hour late and still waiting for our order. this is unacceptable! my little boy is waiting to eat and go to sleep. if you cannot deliver when you say you will you should refund people so they can order elsewhere.

I love this place I order regular but the last 2 times now the food has taken 2 hours to come and the foods abit cold. Wouldn’t really mind last time I didn’t say anything but it’s happened again today and I know it’s a weekend and it gets busy but they should make people aware on the app if food is going to take a little longer

The individual who served me was to be honest, rude and quite frankly disrespectful. I was with a friend who wanted to try Jamaican food for the first time. The manners of the person concerned was unfriendly and appalling. Needless to say I cancelled the order and walked out. Even my friend was appalled by the attitude of this person. I will never visit this place again.

Rude staff, cold food, no empathy at all. Just stated they had one driver and there were 3 others before our order. Shocking service.

Food was delicious & plenty of meat for a boneless mutton.. Only downfall was the small size of fry plaintains, dryness & delivery. Rang 3x prior to ordering an hour & half before, lady on phone was polite & nice however i kept being told it was on the way. 3rd time the lady on the phone rang the delivery driver & put her on speaker aswell as myself, and the driver was stateing about she was in tipton and i lived far. Bareing in mind i live merryhill and the shop is only in wolverhampton st so its one straight road, 10min drive if that so i didnt get the problem. Although the food was in a warm bag it still came luke warm & not pipeing hot. The driver was apologetic when she came & was also lovely so i cant fault her. But If it wasnt for delivery problems & the size of plaintains & how dry it was i would of gave 5 stars. We will order & eat from here again aswell as recommend to friends, but only from inside the shop.. not as a delivery

Ordered scheduled delivery for 7.30pm ....Arrived 1 hour 45 minutes late . Rice + Chicken was beyond dry !!! Not one spoonful of gravy !!!! Had to be reheated on delivery !!!! Had not ordered from here in over a year and the delivery times were bad then ..... 12 months + and it's beyond ridiculous. Might be an idea to employ more than 1 delivery driver, (Friday/Saturday nights) not send that 1 driver out with 8 meals all to be delivered at roundabout the same time 🤷🏼 Would Not Recommend.

I can never fault these guys, the food is amazing and the curry prawns were to die for, Mac n cheese is divine! Portion sizes are 10/10 I’ve never had a single complaint. Delicious & always super filling!
