Amazing place, great staff! Friendly and safe Security. It’s a brilliant place to meet and socialise with old school mates and others whenever I’m down or having a bad week. Very entertaining and they serve you quickly. I feel safe in this place on weekends even when rammed and crowded. Breakfast and food are good tastes and up to excellent standards!

Ticks all boxes my wife and son have been coming every Wednesday for the passed 2 years and can honestly say never had a bad meal today I sat and watched the manager he never stopped ✋️ we sat in the window and I personality wanted to complement on he's excellent management skills. Ordered chicken and it was sent out raw. Took it back. The chicken was replaced. Cut into the chicken it was still raw. Was told that nothing can be done about. Eventually the money was rrefunded. V

We visited Wetherspoons in Kingswinford today for lunch and unfortunately, left feeling quite disappointed. We ordered both food and drinks together, but while the food arrived promptly, the drinks never followed. After waiting patiently, we asked about them and were told the bar was “rammed” and they would be brought out shortly. By the time we were nearly finished with our food, the drinks still hadn’t arrived. I decided to go inside to check, only to find just two people at the bar, hardly what you’d call “rammed.” After giving our table number (207, outside), we were then told that the drinks order had never made it to the outside section because “the page on the ordering board wasn’t added.” It was frustrating, to say the least, as the food order had come through with no issues. So, we ended up finishing our meal without drinks, which left us 'parched'. It’s disappointing when something as simple as syncing orders between food and drinks gets overlooked. Hopefully, this was just a one-off, but it left us feeling quite let down especially on a hot day!

One of the best Weatherspoons I have been in. Food was delicious. Cleanest toilets I have ever seen.

Never had a problem with this place until yesterday staff member told me to move my chair because she couldn’t get past but people were standing. Behind me blocking her but she moaned at me plus the steak I asked for rare not raw

Table 18 is knackered and has been for the past 4 years, it’s a balancing act to try n have a drink sat there so a definite no no for trying to eat a meal 😡Needs sorting it’s not too much to ask is it

Conned my elderly parents out of £75 for parking. Food is awful even for a Spoons. Staff are all teenagers that couldn't give a toss.

Great place to grab some breakfast. I went with my friend and the pricing for items were great. The atmosphere was nice and peaceful and whenever the coffee machine was broke, boom fixed in 5 mins. The food was cooked perfectly on my breakfast wrap.

I can fully recommend this pub. What a transformation from the previous tenant who destroyed it by firstly changing the name of an historical building into something from the wild west and painting the tables purple and pink YUK. Wetherspoons have done a magnificent job in completely renovating this listed building within legal boundaries. All the staff are a credit to Ryan who I believe is the manager and if I could give a special mention to a few of the staff who I encountered:- Keaton, Adele, "Patch" and of course Ryan with whom I spoke and congratulated during our visit to the pub. The Friday and Saturday night security guys also need a mention they handle things very professionally. WELL DONE ALL. WE'VE FOUND A NEW LOCAL

Friendly staff and cheap drinks what else to you need on a weekend

Haven't been for a while so thought me and the wife would stop by for a breaking. Couldn't get on the carpark because some idiots had parked bumper to bumper and opposite each other on the ramp going onto carpark so couldn't get on. Ordered two breakfasts, cold drink and hot drink. Went to get the hot drink but only one coffee machine working and a queue all the way back to the bar so waited 10 mins to get a coffee by which point I arrived back to my table to a cold breakfast. The lad collecting glasses wouldn't sort the other coffee machine. Lots of people shouting trying to be heard over each other.

Libby and Adele served us Saturday 25/01/25 they are both lovely and absolutely wonderful, brilliant customer service 🩷

Really great Modern day Pub. Had the Bangers and Mash for supper .... Outstanding. Best cider I've had for a while. Will be back

Your standard Weatherspoons, not quite as tarnished as most of them. Only been a Weatherspoons since 2022 i think. Very reasonably priced drinks, atmosphere is bordering on a ghost town but that is usual for a Weatherspoons.

It was a bit loud tonight, but there was a great atmosphere.

Today we had Breakfast with Santa! 14/12/2024 Thank you to ladies that really did put out all the stops for the children to have a fantastic, family fun morning. The breakfast was a choice of breakfast wrap/ muffin traditional breakfast, pancakes scrambled egg on toast. The food for the children all came out together fresh and hot with unlimited juice with a choice of orange & blackcurrant. Available activities were biscuit decoration with marshmallows snowman, magical reindeer food making, writing letters to Santa and plenty of festive colouring’s available. Then to top it a visit from Santa himself handing a little gift of chocolate selection packsto all the children. Absolutely would recommend 5 stars all round to all the staff involved and what a lovely clean presented Wetherspoon’s I’ve ever been in.

Just had breakfast with Santa, libby and Sam were fantastic, it was a fabulous morning with food, crafts and a visit from the big man, great value for money, well done one and all xxx it was magical for my Grandaughter she loved it xx

Hit and miss for food, sometimes it's really good for the money, however, other times you may as well go to Gregg's. Service is usually good. Good range of drinks and value for money, exactly what you get from a "Spoons"

I visited with my family for breakfast. The pub is really well laid out, lots of seating with booths, tables and higher tables by the bar. Huge selection of food and drink all at reasonable prices. If you just wanted a coffee it's £1.56 with free refills. Lavazza coffee and great machines so they made good coffee. I had the eggs Benedict which was very good, great quality ham, eggs were perfect and a great flavor sauce. All the team were super friendly. The place does have a small car park but there is plenty of surrounding car parking should this be full. Really super value. I would definitely visit again. Be aware this place gets very busy. Been here a few times . Its a cross between a kids play group with the kids running riot and an Adults shouting as loud as you can group. The staff ignore anything you ask of them . And the coffee machines always seem out of order. And the Breakfast always half cold also staff attitude towards paying customers is miserable. A smile won't kill you. Also the Disabled Toilet is a Disgrace. Anyone and everyone seems to use it . Obviously to lazy to climb the stairs .

Felt quite discriminated against today as was told to leave the pub for being too loud? One I was being as loud as everyone I was speaking to? two I partly feel like this was racism as I was having quite a loud conversation with my friends in the toilet (who were all white and weren’t sent home). I’m not saying this was done out of racism just very peculiar as I was the only one told to leave. 🤷🏽‍♀️

Nice cheap pub ales mostly £1.99 decent selection barstaff friendly cosy booth seat if you can get one bit of Duncan Edwards memorabilia on the wall disabled toilet down stairs main ones up two flights of stairs big beer garden front an back

Yes the food is never Michelin star quality but you certainly get good quality and value for money at Wetherspoons. And this one at Kingswinford is one of the best in the area.

Nicely refurbished. Quick service using the app. Free parking. Nice steak, and Enville ale at only £2.15 a pint. Prices gone up, now £2.46 a pint. No Enville from the local brewery. Very busy. 17th Feb 2023. Still good 11th Mar 2024, still OK 16/8.

The food here is brilliant, especially the curry. The staff are very friendly and helpful

I think the cross is a great pub but the door men are a joke asking for id to enter at 8pm when I wanted to go for food and the one said it was fine to go in but his buddy didn’t have none of it, pathetic really there were kids in there eating so I didn’t see what the issue was, guessing it was doormen thinking they were on the doors at the clubs, bit power trapped I think other than that decent pub food is good

When open always a good pint and service, went in 06.2021 food was very bad, dry, taste less, and the biggest let down hardly any food to choose from, need to get on top of your cooking and stock.

Good place for food & atmosphere

The breakfast was warm and consistent as we expect from all JD Wetherspoon establishments. However, it was disappointing that they do not permit aninmals to sit in the beer garden. Which meant a member of our party (who has anxiety issues) unless he is with his dog. Was unable to eat with us; which put a damper on events.

Absolute joke this place . Serve all the favorite people before the ones waiting . Air con blowing that intense like ur in Dubai . Lazy staff chatting in the glass wash rather doin their job an serving customers . Needs looking at by manger

Had the big breakfast. Food wasn't very warm. The bacon was like charcoal in my mouth & like cardboard. Won't be eating there again. Other report of another Wetherspoon has said they had same with food not being very hot. Rest of food was edible but not hot enough.

I order the ham egg and chips some simple hard to get wrong you would have thought The eggs had been cremated the chip warm and the ham was tasteless and look like it had been left out over night I know it’s a Wetherspoons and not a Michelin star but it was really poor I should have sent it back typically British I didn’t like to complain Won’t. Be eating there again

Come here frequently but have a problem with getting wine glasses covered in lipstick stains. Complained to bar staff for them to just pour the same wine in a different glass. Foood is either burned or undercooked. Trying to enjoy your food and 5 different members of staff continue to comr over and ask how everything is. Tables dont get cleaned.

We met my son here for breakfast. The place was busy, but the staff were coping quite well. The food was OK, although they were short of a few items and no offer of a refund after we had paid on the app. Coffee was nice and free refills available. There is plenty of car parking space out back, but be aware you will need to punch your registration plate No. Into the machine on the bar ir risk a fine.

Ordered food on the app with a drink included so put everything through. 20 minutes and the food arrives no problem but no drinks. Manage to flag someone down who says he'll check. Bar person comes over. "There's a problem with drinks?”. "Well yeah we haven't had any despite ordering 20 minutes ago". I felt like I was being accused of trying to pull a fast one. They then bring the missing drinks but still try and blame us for sending to the wrong table. How can that be when it was all done in one transaction and the food arrived at the correct table? No real apology for their mistake. Things go wrong sometimes, everyone can accept that if it's dealt with in the right way.

Bit of a sticky tables, serve you quickly, eat up and go sort of place. We did just that. Good menu, food was served fast and was hot. Exactly what we wanted on this occasion. Shame the toilets are upstairs and that people were smoking right outside an open door. Car park has narrow slots, is awkward to manoeuvre around and was expensive.

Had to give 3 star for food because we didn't eat but the food we saw looked good and everyone seemed to be enjoying it. This is possibly the poshest, cleanest Whetherspoons we've ever visited, motion sensor sinks, no puddles of p***, no obligatory all day drinkers and the tables were without ikk. Staff and patrons were very polite, not much to look at from the outside but very pleasant within.

Meeting up with friends for a girl's lunch,myself and a friend ordered the sirloin steak, cooked medium as requested but very tough,struggled to cut with a steak knife. Tried our best to eat it but eventually gave up. Complained to staff(reluctantly)but,couldn't fault their reaction,meal replaced with apologies. Oliver who dealt with the situation was so apologetic and understanding......one of your staff who needs recognition ☺️

A well organised and exceptionally well presented JD Wetherspoon. The staff are very well presented with a friendly manner and have been well trained. The food is in keeping with the JD Wetherspoon ethos of low price straightforward pub food. The drinks menu is superb catering for beer, cider, lager, wine spirits, soft drinks and hot drinks. The outdoor seating areas are first rate Remember to register your car at the screen close to the door to avoid a fine. This Wetherspoon is well worth a visit.
