Delicious food is usually served hot and fresh. Great for a takeaway, if you've had one papa John's, you'll know what you're getting here. We had an issue once, with pizza taking 1 hour and 45 minutes to arrive. Called at least 3 times and the staff kept lying and saying "10 to 15 minutes" - so I won't be returning here.

What a shame, first papa John and it was really unpleasant, hardly any tomato base the cheese was a strange gooey mess and it was tasteless, and if I had not had 50 percent off it would have cost 60 for 2 pizzas and chicken wings! Neve again.

Very tasty pizza but it was a little overdone as the one half of the pizza was a little burnt and the crust was dark brown to black on the top, the other half was cooked fine so im really not sure how thats happened but tbh the pizza should of been made again before being sent out. Keep your standards up and don’t sent out poorly made pizzas next time. Speedy service and delivery though.

Just ordered from here. I can honestly say it’s the worst pizza we’ve ever had. I am absolutely floored. I can’t believe how much this rubbish cost. Chewy over-done base, hardly and sauce or toppings, dry as anything. We will never order from Papa Johns again. Cheapo frozen pizza is a million times better.

Came really quickly (about 30-40 minutes), way more food was delivered than I expected based on the menu which made it really good value for money, absolutely delicious. Always been a Domino's fan but this may be my new pizza place.

Food was very cold and very well cooked. Pizza was dry like it had no cheese on or sauce. Only reason we kept the food was because we were starved and didn’t want to wait another 40mins for food.

We had ordered many times from here and it had always been good. On our last order we had to ring an hour after we ordered to find out where our food was. It was still at the store and only sent after we called. When it came it was cold and tasted dodgy. Trust lost.. Can't order again..

Delivery never turned up. **Warning...long complaint...sorry guys!** When I called to chase up (40 minutes after latest estimate) the phone was abruptly taken over by a really loud and angry sounding man who launched into a long rant about how orders in the just eat system has all gotten stuck. I had to hold the phone away from my ear he was so loud... He then said he was sorry but it wasn't the store's fault.. It was the just eat system. When he let me get a word in, I asked how he knew about my order now if there had been a fault and he rudely told me he had just looked up my address and found all the stuck orders that moment. I asked how the store had managed to accept the order of they hadn't seen it. He said they had set it to automatically accept orders (just eat tell me this isn't how the system works). Hungry, and now struggling to get any sense (let alone decent customer service) out of this man I asked to speak to the manager..... Only to be told HE WAS in fact, the manager. I was floored that such an obviously poorly organised and rude person had been given a store to manage. I didn't really know what to say! I told him he had zero customer service skills and he told me I should cancel my order. I said I'd prefer to just have my order (not that I should have wanted any good this man has been near to be honest)... And he hung up on me. I called back and... Eventually... TJ answered. He was absolutely wonderful. Genuinely apologetic that is been so horrible treated and when I asked how long my order would be he told me the manager has cancelled it (so that I couldn't leave a review on just eat). I thanked TJ for his customer service skills and took the manager's name to pass on to Papa John's customer service (if they are interested at all having hired such a person as a manager in the first place). Frugg.. The manager, has ensured that I will never recommend Papa John's to anyone. Please, go to a local pizza place and get the great service they provide. Spare yourself the disappointment.

Kaul at kingswinford papa johns is always professional and kind. The pizza is always well prepared.

Ordered my food, they took payment as usual and never delivered my food, with the cheek to say its even been delivered on the progress bar. Followed the steps on just eat and called papa John's numerous occasions with no answer even letting the phone ring for at least 3/4mins absolutely disgusting service and it's a shame as it was the first time we would of used them but never going to again! For a big pizza chain company it's horrendous and shameful.

Food was hot and tasty, my only criticism is way do the supply a did with each pizza with giving customer's a choice . We received two garlic dips which tasted awful. Given the choice we would have requested bbq or pizza sauce.

Papa John’s Kingswinford is our number one for Pizza unfortunately the last two visits have resulted in having no mushrooms on our mushroom pizza and no pepperoni on our pepperoni pizza last week when we got home with our order which is very disappointing

Pizza from this place is amazing and staff are lovely. I got my pizza hot every time and delivery was really fast. I highly recomend to try chicken bbq classic and double peperoni pizza with stuffed crust if love meat and dont forget to look for deals!

Second time ordering from Papa John's, second time they haven't delivered the pizza and argued with us saying they have. The delivery driver phoned us, swore blind he'd delivered the pizza and then put the phone down. Ordering from Papa John's is an absolute nightmare, two hours later no food and just a pure headache, again. Won't be giving them a third opportunity. Awful service.

Absolutely horrible pizza. The tomato base tastes cheap and nasty. Very doughy base. Not a patch on Domino. Wish I’d paid extra couple of pound to go there! Avoid. Never again!

Pizza was alright but I was supposed to get 3 dips and they only delivered 1. The potato tots just taste like cheap freezer food. I expect better for the price.

Had a vegan pizza with my girlfriend and I kid you not 15% of the pizza had a covering of cheese, the rest you could see the base through. Hardly any veg at all either. Terrible service
