The door staff are rude and allow patrons to smoke weed directly outside the train station. When you speak nicely to them they are aggressive and racist. I hope the cops raid this venue repeatedly so we can rid our neighbourhood of this antisocial behaviour.

I was extremely disappointed when I turned up on Friday 3rd Feb 2017 to find the restaurant closed when there was no information on the website to say it was closed and no sign outside to indicate the reason why it was, looking at the opening times at the side of the door it said that the restaurant should have been open from 4pm - 2am. This was rather disappointing as this was supposed to be for a special occasion and had to find else where to go

The food was very tasty, good portion sizes and presented well. Very authentic Jamaican dishes.

Food did not arrive the phone number did not work I'm just pleased I did not pay in advance. I'm appalled with the disgusting service no call nothing despite me leaving my phone number I do not recommend this restaurant

Well first of to start I specifically asked for white rice and not rice and peas. I also paid for 3 apple crumble and custard and they gave me 1 slice of cake. And to top it off THEY'RE WAS HAIR INNN THE DUMPLIN actually cooked inside the dumplin. Disappointed.

Lovely decor in the restaurant but for a Friday night we were the only group with sporadic customers which surprised us being a Friday evening BUT that said, cocktails were superb and the food outstanding. Well done 😊

Waited an hour over estimated delivery time which was 1hr 20 mins after initial order time so 2hrs 20 mins in total. Food - lukewarm, bad quality. Customer service - non existent, should of had a refund/discount. Shame really, I was expecting this to be decent but it's let itself down as an establishment. Might be different in store, as a takeaway service however I will definitely not be ordering again.

On my recent Friday night visit, the restaurant was nicely lit with interesting art work (immediately appealing) and staff greeted me promptly. It was happy hour until 8pm (2 for 1 on cocktails) so we started with a hurricane (light rum, dark rum, passion juice, lime, sugar gum grenadine). With island tunes playing from the DJ booth, I was transported to being away on holiday. And that was a really nice way to end the working week!

I went to have dinner with a few of my friends and family and was completely amazed at how nice the place was and how friend and welcoming the staff was. They sell amazing custom made cocktails and the food there is amazing ... proper authentic Jamaica food ... taste exactly as I was in Jamaica ... was very happy and from then I try to go back as much as possible even if it's just to order a rake away ... amazing food and great customer service , I love it !!

This restaurant has a lovely, cosy atmosphere. The staff are friendly, the food's absolutely delicious and the cocktails are amazing😋 If you are looking for a classy Caribbean restaurant that serves tasty food, I would highly recommend this one!

Arrived about 18.30 on a Friday evening for a friend's birthday dinner, six of us started with drinks while waiting for other group members to arrive... eventually ordered dinner at 19.10 from waiter (young lady) who seemed to need several attempts at getting our orders of fish correctly noted (even with a pen and paper to hand).

The food was really tasty😋😋😋 Highly recommended!

Fantastic Restaurant Nice food, Strong cocktails and good service. A refreshing experience for a West Indian Restaurant.

The food was really good quality. The jerk chicken is really tender and the sauce has a really good flavour to it. The rice and dumplings tasted really fresh. You get a side salad for free. Good value for money, really good meal.

I have been several times now and never been disappointed the food is spot on and the staff are helpful!

Delicious food and good portions. I had the very hot prawns to start, curried goat as the main; it was all delicious. Amazing pina coladas and the rum cake is gorgeous.

I feel compelled to inform everyone of the incredibly poor service my family and I received at this restaurant. I had reserved a table a week prior to our Mothering Sunday booking, only to find our table was not even ready and had to watch whilst a member of staff tried to move three small separate round tables to try and accommodate our party of 8!,when I expressed disappointment at this fact of why our table was not reserved and ready, as promised on the telephone booking she literally shrugged her shoulders and mentioned she would get ("the manager" who was actually the owner of the restaurant,) he was pleasant enough, but his laid back attitude towards us was frustrating and he completely lacked any customer service skills and made us wait without offering us a complementary drink for our inconvenience for us having to wait over an hour whilst they sorted out a table for us, I had previously booked our table for 4.00pm, we were seated at 5.30pm and did not get our main meal until 7.30pm which was overpriced to say the least £10.50 for a small mound of rice and peas £8.50 for Brown Stew Chicken, my grandsons, who are 5 years and 3 years, got chicken dishes that had bones and scotch bonnet peppers in, £30 for a bottle of Prosecco.(which was noted on the single A4 paper menu as Prosecco Champagne!) This unsatisfactory, disappointing experience has left the family so utterly devastated, as what should have been an memorable enjoyable time was just a complete utter shambolic jaw droppingly inexcusably expensive and offensive ordeal, with non committal staff and a proprietor who just heard his cash tills ringing with his exorbitant Mother's Day pricing, coupled with his lack of ownership, organisation skills and customer service management, this certainly was not an "xquisite" dining experience!!!!!!!

La comida era muy sabrosa y agradable. cócteles de porciones de tamaño era preciosa, el personal muy atento. pequeña crítica no sólo platos vegetarianos (aunque estaba en el menú, fueron completamente fuera de ellos) pero aún así recomiendo este restaurante y volvería de nuevo en el futuro

We went here using a Woucher or Amazon Local voucher so it was excellent value. The decor is nice, uncluttered, very "cool". The staff are very attentive and nothing is too much bother. The food was excellent and looked lovely. I had the curry goat with rice with beans, which was supposed to be £1 extra for that rice, but when I pointed it out as it wasn't added to the bill, she just said, "Oh that's ok". The food was very tasty and spicy and just the right amount to be filling but not leaving anything. I have a great problem not finishing what I order, I always do! Would definitely go here again, I'm just waiting for another Woucher to appear!

My husband and I were so disappointed. They didn't have our booking and the restaurant was completely empty. There was no atmosphere whatsoever. You'd need to pay me to return.

Newly opened so thought we'd give it a try. Booked a Saturday night for my sister's birthday. Nice surroundings & good Jamaican food. A nice place to eat but the service let it down. Spoke to the manager very nice gentleman who apologised & took our constructive disapproval off the service on board with the intention of making some changes. Because of this I will go back again & give it another try.

Xquistie is nice Caribbean Restaurant ....the food was ok but nothing special..... I found that we had to wait quite long time for our food to come ..which was a surprise because the Restaurant wasn't at all busy..... The Service was good and the staff were excellent but it just the wait food which was slight unacceptable.
