Wraps & Wings in Nottingham

Not sure what a bunch of these other people reviewing this place are talking about. I get food from here regularly and love it every single time. The staff might not be very chatty but they are friendly. I don't know about the whole menu but the burgers and wings are always top notch. It's more expensive than most places but personally I would say it's worth the money.

This wrap and wings have a lot of names and the thing is the food is so worse. I got a hair in the food as as Uber delivery person added order some food over there and the thing is as a Uber delivery person as me take a delivery the food and after going over there they will say to cancel the food which I accepted , I will come from long way to collect the food after going over there they will say to cancel the order

Team - Fast, kind, competent. Food - tasty, fresh. I recommend. (Especially in the middle of the night).

Very bad service we came here at 4 and they said machine is not working and they are lying with us then we ask for the milkshake they said card payment is not working they don’t wang to serve and still lying for card reader and then we give them a cash they said they don’t have the change the main thing is that they don’t wang go serve us.very bad service

Ordered via Deliveroo where it was advertising itself as ‘Holy Bagel.’ Absolutely vile food - the breakfast sausage is essentially just a chargrilled beef burger - it was hard and tasted disgusting. The bacon was purple and didn’t taste right at all. Do yourself a favour and give this one a miss.

If I could give it a zero I would. The staff were so rude. Ordered after 4.30am went in 15 minutes later told they can’t give me my food as the night staff took the order and it’s now day staff on. Sorry!!! What kind of nonsense I’m not about to argue to spend my money. Never again I don’t recommend at all

My friend needed some water late at night because she was feeling unwell. They immediately gave us a bottle of water to help her feel better. Great and friendly staff!

All The front staff girls in particular have no clue how to work

12 quid for a breakfast bagel!!! Containing 1 rasher bacon,1 sausage and an egg. Forgot my drink and egg in the bagel, LUDICROUS prices and when i complained downright rude staff. Only go as a last call, maccies, tacobell and kfc within 2 mins walk.

Excellent quality food and a cozy setting. The only downside was that the wait for our table was longer than expected.

The old guy seems like he has a miserable life to show attitude to innocent people that have done nothing to him. he has absolutely no evidence of anything about the customer to show such a disgusting attitude. Absolutely worst experience!!!

Please don't have the wings from here I've not long had some and they had blood in them and please don't say this is a fake review and ask for a order number because I was given no reciepts and it was collection. Not happy at all!!!

It was awfull. One burger meal for 12 pounds and all you got food which tastes too bad . And the lady taking order she cant understand english i told her 6 times that i want with meal and burger was too smelly and fries also . And We had to wait for 45 minutes for my food. Quality was too bad

Wish I could give zero stars. Almost two hours and food still not received. Called the restaurant and employee was very rude, will update if food is received. Next Day: food was never received, would not recommend ordering from here.

Avoid. Used to be great and use real chicken but now using reformed chicken for their “buttermilk” wrap. It can’t be buttermilk if it isn’t fresh chicken... Not worth it all

I ordered prawns on spicy rice, the portion was quite small, yet fairly filling. There was more prawns than in the picture of course. The rice is not all that spicy, which was perfect for me. Very fragrant and flavorful. I also ordered Kinder bueno milkshake and it was heavenly. Highly recommend. ❤️

Hello my food is 20 minutes late and even though I’m calling up the restaurant which says is currently open online the telephone line isn’t going through I want my food delivered or a refund ASAP.

Employers don’t follow any proper hygiene guidelines they will not wear any gloves also staff people are also very rude towards customer or any riders. Food is also stored for longer period of time overall the Nottingham worst restaurant

Very good wings and tenders, fries were also really good and everything was still hot and fresh. Slight downside is they forgot the drink and a garlic mayo dip, but overall very good

Soo delicious! The food is super tasty and fresh, people who love spicy food there is plenty of options and if not you can always ask to change spicy sauces Ect and the food is still super delicious! Staff is lovely and super friendly, people who complain about the waiting time, they need to understand that its a quite a small business place with a few skilled people working in the kitchen and it gets really busy at times due to the great quality of food they provide which takes time… ordered from there multiple times and never got disappointed, do recommend, love this place! ❤️🫶

4 people working here all day behind the counter eating their lunch. Took 30 minutes for a sausage egg and cheese wrap. They cooked their food before they even started mine. Food was tasty though in the end

I ordered and the food is very late and they want to charge me if I cancel it because they claim they have made the food so they are telling me they are going to send me a cold meal and I have to wait for it pathetic service

Not ordered from here for a while and the portion sizes are so much smaller than before. The loaded fries seem about half the size but the same price.

I would be scoring 0 stars if it was possible. After spending £25 for mine and 2 colleagues lunch at work through uber eats, the uber driver decided to not come inside at all after he couldn't call me as I was with a customer. He then left with my food. I called the restaurant and was met with an abrupt rude women who offered 0 help and eventually raised her voice and put the phone down, stating it was ubers issues. I then went through uber who said I could not receive a refund. I called the restaurant back to ask for some form of advice, support, help or compensation. Under the idea that if I gave my product to a driver of mine and my customer never received it then it would be my issue to resolve and compensate for. She then proceed to raise her voice again and eventually gave me a number for uber which was 0 help. I cannot comment on the food as I am sure Asad the Uber driver has enjoyed it very much. Due to this experience I would recommend people avoid this restaurant because if anything is wrong with your food, delivery or service then you will receive 0 help, guidance or compensation. If I am to receive compensation then I will be more than willing to remove this review as a thank you and hope they have learned some level of lesson.

They brought my order, and it was my fault. I ordered it for £ 30 and got it for £ 10. Good mistake and no one will give me a good joke for it. I do not recommend

Wait times are stupidly long. You order yourself a burger, for example, and be prepared to wait 40-50 mins. On a positive note, you get to enjoy free play on some classic arcades, Mortal Kombat and Street Fighters

Cheese chips are just a squirty cheese sauce not proper cheese and costs an extra pound also asked for spicy rice withe my prawns and got salad instead

Burger was okay but the wrap was soggy. It’d be good to have more options to add/remove stuff

Really good food, large portions, delivery was very friendly even with hassle from work's super vigilant security. Can't wait to try the rest of the menu!
