Food was good with plenty of choice. Breakfast rolls and baguette for lunch stopped by a few times. Would definitely go back

First of all, the rolls are decent. However, the whole experience and essence of the shop is ruined by the older lady serving behind the counter. We are semi-regulars who are always treated like dirt and made to feel unwelcome. We’ve been treated like that by that specific member of staff on several occasions, so much so that even another member of staff referred to her as the “grumpy one”. You would think she would have had a talking to by now because this truly ruins the experience despite how good the food is.

The "ice cream" was disgusting, freezer burnt beyond comprehension and obvious cross contact because all I could taste on "cookies and cream" was mint ice cream. I didn't actually know ice cream could still be marketed and sold as ice cream in that state, it's like they scraped the ice off the inside of their freezer out back (using the same spoon used to scoop the mint choc chip) and chucked some soggy, out of date oreo chunks and slapped it in a tub. Admittedly, this review is to get some steam off in an objectively, lighthearted way. it is only ice cream at the end of the day, but it was an incredibly disappointing tub of shaved ice with a hint of mint flavour

What a baguette,👌 amazing ,great staff service

At 2pm they where almost out of everything, no bread for a toastie, no rolls, just a wrap and almost non of the fillings... And beside that, the woman at the till was very unfriendly, first time I spoke to an unfriendly person in a week in Scotland...

I had never thought about putting Chinese crispy chicken with cheese in a wrap before eating here, but it really worked and was a very hearty and filling warm lunch. Very friendly and quick service. Didn't have the home made rolls but they looked amazing. Quite enjoyable.

Was driving along the A75 and needed something to eat. Decided to drive through castle Douglass and spotted this place and the rocker in me decided it was the one to go to and I was so glad I did. The sandwiches were freshly made and stuffed full with your filling of choice. Even better were the home made sweet chocolatey bakes on the counter. These were delicious. All had a hidden surprise in the middle depending what flavour. I went back in here on my way home the next day as well!

Would totally recommend. Staff were lovely and the baguettes were excellent.

If ever in the area please drop in here the salt and pepper honey chilli chicken is amazing as is the rest of their food you wont be dissapointed xx

Great choice of fresh, appetising ingredients for rolls, sandwiches, baked spuds and salad boxes. Good selection of hot food too all at very reasonable prices. Coffee was pretty good too. I'll definitely pay Wrap n Roll another visit.

Always great fresh food .... amazing ..

Called in here for a quick snack and was very disappointed with the quality of food. The quiche of the day was certainly not today's, more like several days ago and the Mexican chicken roll did not give much flavour of Mexico, it was very bland Indeed! Maybe this was just a bad day for them but I certainly wont be back to find out.
