Worst deliver ever, called the restaurant a number of times for an update on my order and was told 5 minutes 3 times and it never arrived

Really did not enjoy this at all, on top of that the food turned up cold. Won’t be ordering from here again

Food tasted okay but kidney beans were a bit hard thought was okay until this morning violently throwing up , this is all I ate last night

The food is always hot and delicious. Something for everyone as we have gluten free and dairy free diets to consider. So happy. We just keep coming back

Food was delivered late,and was cold on arrival.Quality would've been good if food was hot.Everything we ordered was cold.

Fries were stone cold. tasteless. Cheap packet meat, everything tasted the same - quesadillas, burritos and enchiladas super bland. All have had bad tummies since. Not great at all and I’m not one to leave reviews.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE Ordered through Deliveroo, no delivery tracking available. Driver quietly knocked and didn’t ring doorbell, and because of the lack of tracking we had no clue they were there. So they LEFT THE FOOD ON THE DOORSTEP IN THE RAIN instead of ringing the doorbell. Food was stone cold and wet as the boxes were soaked through. Rung the store to ask where the food was and was hung up on abruptly. Trying to get a refund through Deliveroo but they still haven’t marked the order as delivered so currently unable to and very unhappy. Edit: Order was FINALLY closed multiple hours later. Only partial refund given. Judging by some of the other reviews here the issues aren’t localised to just my experience…

The food was over 30 minutes late, so was lukewarm and very oily. There was very little communication from the restaurant until I called for an update. I understand there was traffic but the delivery time was unrealistic. The website also stated that the food was delivered when it hadn’t arrived.

The food arrived about 1 minute late but there is no 1 minute option, I ordered this at 9:09 or 9:07 and it came at 9:56 the cake had water dripping not the driver fault but restaurant presentation was alr ig but that’s about it

The food was barely warm by the time it arrived.

My delivery arrived later than scheduled - even though i wrote a message on the note to driver section, The driver decided to ignore the message and do the opposite what i didn’t want him to do, Why is there notes section if the driver doesn’t even take notice of it. Really waste of time, Food arrived late and cold when the driver admitted he had few deliveries before mine which was a huge disappointment

It was late and when I called I was told it was out for delivery yet it still didn’t arrive for another 20 minutes. Half the order was uncooked. Terrible experience for this order.

They are so quick to get the food ready and it's always the same amazing quality. I drive 20 mins to go get the food because it's so tasty. The staff are always really lovely too

The only good thing on my order were the nachos. The quesadilla was not fresh with hard beef and unotizable cheese. The chicken wing were not crispy and an strange flavour.

The food took an hour to get prepared and was average. The sour cream dip I ordered and paid for wasn't in the bag so that impacted on the taste of the food for me. It was over an hour when the meal arrived. I won't be using this restaurant again.

7 mins past the latest given time Fries cold ! And extra’s ordered for enchilada was very sparse very disappointing! Fajitas already put together and no option to exclude certain ingredients (guacamole) daughter allergic so waste of meal. However the PIZZA was the BEST!!!

The only place near us open at 2am! An absolute life saver. Waited about 30 mins for food but it was prepared fresh and tasted great. My only complaint is the portion for the price but either way I was happy.

Ordered burrito and taco's and was pleasantly suprised, taco shells were crispy and bagged separately, so loaded yourself which kept them crisp. Burrito was tasty, breaded hot wings were very hot (SPICY). Ordered alot to get deal, Would order again knowing sizing of meals. Would recommend trying this.

The food was OK but they sent the wrong drink. Who wants to drink orange juice with an evening meal????

Love Burritos from here always full of really nicely seasoned rice and chicken , Pizza was delicious and the tacos were crispy, definitely recommend
