Food was freezing, didn’t taste nice at all, wasn’t what I ordered

Food inedible!! 1/4 cheeseburger has never been 1/4! Carpet burger. And could not physically chew the chicken wrap it tasted weeks old. Contacted the takeaway who didn’t seem to understand what my complaint was. Said they would call me back and I’m still waiting. Don’t order from here.

food was burnt, it came late, and the salad was inedible as it was shrivelled like it had been left out a week. :( Shame cos I spent 45 quid on food and it all went to waste.

Firstly, epic fries!!! The gravy was delicious. Chicken wraps were ok but a very good portion as I have a big appetite.

The bestest pizza we had in a very long time will be ordering again very soon

Best chicken takeaway in Barnsley by far. Everything tastes quality.

First time ordered from here, placed order over the phone. Asked for a nann bread with my chicken kebab got a pitta l, plain chicken was tikka and smothered in hot chill sauce, spoilt it, couldn’t eat it. Chicken Parma tasted like the chicken was marinated in tikka. Fries were nice, doner meat was nice but for £29 I didn’t think it was worth it. Chicken kebab meal Cheese jalapeño bites Chicken Parma Small tray of diner meat.

it was late so they didn't have 2 pieces of chicken like I wanted but substituted it before I had chance to say anything :)

These guys are fantastic, first of all the food is amazing! For this order they sent the wrong size pizza but after a surprise knock at the door they had sent another pizza due to the error. Thank you so much it was a really nice thing to do, cannot recommend you enough

it said It had been delivered but didn't turn up till 20 mins later

Pizza wasn’t cooked properly it was doughy Server didn’t seem to want to help me over the phone

Portion of jalapeno bites missing from our order which just eat is refunding us for, however the rest of the food is lovely and can't fault it at all.

The co owner or so he says he is the one that works at premier kendry well I just witnessed him been so aggressive towards a young women because her card declined the poor lass even went as far as showing him her bank balance 😳 he was repeatedly shouting and pointing in her Face! To them shout get out when she simply asked why you shouting and pointing at me! I really dread to think what his opinion on women as a whole is…#perpetrator anyways we ordered from here twice and was vile the food was cold and tasteless the prices is just out of this world for the poor quality food don’t risk trying this shop if his attitude hasn’t put you off then the food will! Don’t waste your money guys 🫶

Ordered mixed kebab, had to split it in 2 meals, tasted better when cold. Not to spicey.

Never had a bad meal from here. Good prices too. I love a doner calzone with garlic mayo.

If I could give a zero star rating I would! Ordered 2 piece chicken and chips and a pizza and honestly wouldn’t give it to my dog it was that bad, worst takeaway I’ve ever tasted, chicken was pink and purple, unless you want severe food poisoning I’d steer clear!

Just bought a takeaway lamb kebabs and it was so disappointing. The lamb was so dry it looked like it had been baked several times， I will never buy it again.

Every time I've eaten food from this outlet I've had excellent food. I can only talk about calazone but we find them delicious. Nice helpful people who have always given me delicious food. What could be better??

Ordered food at 10.20pm got a notification saying on way never turned up and now the shops shut disappointed

First time ordering from the take away and although the food came within time advised we were all so hungry so we’re glad when it arrived but the food was over done and dry very bland only flavour was the saltiness big let down .

Ordered a pizza and chips, pizza come burnt and flat cold and chips must of been made last week, took a hour and half to get here and get that gave to ya

This place is lovely ya get plenty a couldn’t eat it all

I ordered a large delivery coming to just under 40 quid. Everything arrived hot and with nothing missing. I ordered a meat feast calzone and it was one of the best take out meals I have ever eaten. Really really nice. My family had chicken nuggets which they said were nice. Someone else had doner meat kebab and a doner wrap and said theirs was lovely too. I also ordered the waffles and ice cream for dessert. Now that was a real treat. Fantastic. My wife ordered the chocolate cake and was very happy when she opened it and saw literally half a cake. All 7 of us are full up to bursting with nice food thank very much.

Food is good but the price was a little high

Does excellent calzone but could put a little less mushrooms in apart from that it's delicious.

Phoned our order in at 5pm for 7pm. It's now 7:45pm and we are still waiting. A phone call to Pizza Verona and they informed us that they were struggling to find a delivery driver. Something that they could have told us when we placed our order. Very angry and disappointed.

new places normally start off best a hour and 10 mins later nice cold pizza half and half one half took all pizza up and then forget garlic bread 10 mins later garlic bread turned up under cooked never again

Ordered. Didn't turn up when they said. When I rang they couldn't care less. Said delivery was out but didn't ask what address or anything . Rang again after half an hour. Said they'd ring the delivery driver. Didn't ask for my number. I told her she needed my number to ring. Took it. Rang after 20mins. By the time it came it was an hour and a half late and we'd gone to bed.

Personally not a big fan the lasagne didnt taste very good, the tomato sauce in it tasted sour.

Well have ordered from here many times and was always best kebab for miles... tonight ordered price gone up for same order 3.50 but still went ahead and ordered food arrived kebab meat no taste like before naan bread was so thin it snapped in 2 not rolled up like normally so think its time to move on and find another kebab house if you are going to increase your prices by 30% make sure its still 100% quality 😡😡😡

Ordered from here for many years, will stop visiting now after the prices increases from what I can see by at least 30% in one day, honestly many takeaways are just as good for a fraction of the price now. Such a shame

Only given one star cos I couldn't give none. Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Food was over an hour late. When I called to see where it was the guy on the phone was so rude and abusive. Was shouting so much I couldn't get a word in edgeways. Last thing he said before hanging up on me (still without telling me about the food) was dont order from here again. Well dont worry I wont be. Absolutely shocking

I don't like pizza because its a huge amount of money for what is effectively a warm toasted cheese sandwich. But willing to try anything I ordered calazone. I had this delivered and it was delivered within the allocated time. The calazone was delicious, the meal deal price was OK. All in all a good meal. Try it you won't be disappointed.

Order from here regularly and have done for years!! But recently it's gone down hill.. and after waiting over an hour and half for food to arrive cold I wont be ordering again in a hurry.. such a shame used to be the best in Barnsley

First time we have ordered from here. Ive just had the Verona special kebab and it was the best kebab ive had in a long time. The tandoori chicken was amazin. This will now be our go to kebab place

First of all, the order was all wrong, although they tried to rectify it ‘free of charge’ as it should be! The food was cold the doner meat was old and rubbery and when we said the order was wrong they thought it was my fault? Even though the order still wasn’t correct when they tried to correct it. We Will stay clear from now on. Absolutely discusting, both staff and food
