Been using woodys for the last 25years and always said they are the same today as they was 25yrs however today the chicken was thin, the extravaganza was half the size it was, very disappointed today 😢

Have used for many years service not like it use to be have been overcharged ,ordering over the telephone a nightmare ,this weekend was my husband birthday placed 9 meal order received 5 sauces with it

I had the chicken extravaganza which is basically club sandwich and it was SO good!!! Comes with a heap of fries and it was just what I needed. Can’t wait to try other items from the menu

Haven’t been to Woodys in over a decade I’d say, so it was my first time with the current team. I ordered the chicken extravaganza which is a club sandwich and comes with fries. It was massive!! The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because the lettuce could have looked a bit happier but otherwise it was SO good! I asked for no tomato and they listened. The fries were cooked exactly how I like them. They were good fries. Looking forward to having it again and trying out the burgers

the burger was terrible it was absolutely and I mean absolutely dripping with hot sauce. I really like hot sauce (obvs why I chose that burger) but it was literally soaked. needless to say I didn't finish the burger. however the chilli cheese bites were okish

My order was taken and received it wrong when I called no one would help and all I got was they did not understand me poor service

Fantastic Owner. Food is always fresh and tasty! Best burgers in West Drayton. Also the fries are done to perfection and the chilli sauce has a different flavour giving it the edge over other burger joints. Would highly recommend to all burger lovers!

We’ve been ordering from here for a couple of years now because we like the food but lately the pricing has rocketed and the delivery is so unreliable. It can take anywhere from 20 mins to an hour and a half all whilst paying £3.50 for the privilege and being unable to track it. I’m not sure how much longer we’ll order to be honest, it’s overpriced now for what it is. Such a shame.

I've recently rediscovered Woodys, years ago with my children we have a Woodys on a Friday night. Now. I sharing Woodys with my Grand Children & the food is still delicious, the salad is perfect. I can't say enough good things about Woodys except thank you so much.

So very disappointed burger was not fresh beef just a generic frozen burger cooked on a dirty stale griddle taste like an old oven chips and a slice of garlic bread saved me from being hungry and the ribs were tough and chewy not falling off the bone more clinging on to the bone and the corn on the cob tasteless watery seriously you guys need to do way better than that 24 pounds for chips and a thin clove of garlic bread

This is My last time I’m ordering as your food prices are extremely high only not long ago it went up and now it’s even more and then you add on the 3.50 delivery charge it’s not worth it,, cheers guys it was good, it cost to much now

Always good quality but unfortunately the recent price increase means we can no longer afford to continue to enjoy a Woodys going forward.

Wrong order delivered after a long wait

They are selling pictures. Whatever you see in the pictures, you won't recognise it back when you receive your delivery. Will never order again

No one read my note so l had mayo on my burger which l do not like

You forgot my can of drink but I contacted just eat for a refund which they did straight away 👍🏼

Burger meat was awful, tasted cheap and overcooked, chips were stale and cold

I love their burgers, great flavour and crunch. Fresh onions and salad with quality baps. Everything is better with a good set of baps. The delivery driver was an outstanding something of close genetic family to a donkey that will get my review excluded if I were to write it.

The garlic bread with cheese was absolutely awful. A couple of the popcorn chicken bits I got for my little one didn't taste like they were cooked properly

Burger top notch,,, ribs not so much, a lot of bone for my liking ….chips and sweetcorn relish also nice.

Quality always good but amount of chips with each burger has reduced significantly which is disappointing.

Burger patties are super dry and overcooked. Chips are soggy. Super dry burger overall. Maybe other dishes corelate to reviews. But the first burger was not great.

Best beef burgers in hillingdon. Chicken is too flat and hard, and to have been steak hammered of road killed. They seek Ben and Jerry's and hagen daz too, which I'm not allowed. Chips and curly fries are also great, but don't tell the wife.

Don't see y I paid £3-50 for delivery when I'm 7 minutes walk from the restaurant .it says 0- to £3-50 delivery charge depending wear you are 7 minutes walk really 🙄🙄

First time in ordering from here, pleasantly surprised food was hot, ribs were lovely, the chicken burger was yummy and the little extras you got with the ribs were a bonus, will definitely be ordering from here again even if the delivery charge is a little steep at £3.50

Very nice, a little late but not a problem on a Friday, busy day.

Nothing special at all. Cheap burgers, probably (most likely) frozen supermarket ones, soggy & cold chips, sweated well in the polystyrene container. Went for this place as reviews were good, suspect most of them not genuine given the quality of the food delivered. Avoid unless on a budget!

OMG this is my new take away, twice this week. Love the food, nice chargrilled taste, great service
