Ordered the mixed grill with fries & salad, the fresh lemonade, chicken shawarma wrap and tabbouleh. The lamb was so tender & the chicken is seasoned to perfection. The fries were so crispy and delicious (especially dipped in the garlic and chilli sauce). Food came out piping hot and quick! Staff are super friendly. Will definitely be going back.

I order takeaway from here weekly. Always fast, always efficient. Mario and the team seem to work hard to produce quality food. The ingredients are fresh and everything is made that day which is not easy to do! I recently asked Mario to cater for a group of 15 and boy did he deliver! An excellent arrangement of food which was really well-received by my guests. Comments on the meat in particular were stellar! Absolutely so happy these guys are closeby as this place is a gem to have for Lebanses food in Hillingdon.

Ordered a takeaway from Zara’s, and it was absolutely fantastic! The food was fresh, full of flavour, and beautifully prepared—every bite was delicious. Best shawarma sandwich ever, juicy, tasty with pickles inside yummy!!! Generally everything was delicious, prices were reasonable and staff was friendly. What more do you want, thumbs up 👍 . I’ll visit them again.

Since changing management this place has gone downhill. I normally do Uber pickup, when I go to collect my order is still not ready I’m left waiting around. The falafel doesn’t taste like it use to and now they are using lettuce inside the wrap instead of parsley, cilantro, I suppose lettuce is cheaper, they charge for pot of chilli sauce, before it came as standard with a wrap, the chilli sauce that I had to pay for was very very spicy and inedible. The wrap was cold too with soggy lettuce inside. After making me wait they realised that my wrap was made a long time ago. Place is a shambles and food taste cheap

The chicken shawarma was dripping with oil, the chicken tasted like it wasn’t seasoned, the shawarma tasted mostly like garlic vegetables and cooking oil. Terrible food 👎

Went to this restaurant on recommendation ordered the mixed grill but unfortunately wasn’t overwhelmed as I wanted to be. I would give this a 6/10

Came here a week ago on a Sunday. Called the restaurant to ask if all the meats were available, the lady told me no the lamb has run out. Then my friend called and she told him something else, this left us feeling very confused. When we got there, food was generally very nice and fairly priced. I'm not usually a fan of wings but these ones had a nice tangy taste to them. What wasn't good was the service. As the place was going to close at 9pm, at 830pm it seemed like they didn't want to take our order for 2 mixed grills, in the end they reluctantly did. Also when the bill came, I hadn't finished my food and was made to get up and pay for my half of bill. Very very unprofessional Overall food was good but service and attitude needs to change

Can’t say enough about how incredible the food and service here is. We were a party of 6, walked in without a reservation, and they were instantly accommodating. Even moved tables to fit us in. Food was knockout. Hands down the best Lebanese I’ve ever had. Enjoyed the “Mixed Shawarma and savored every bite. It’s an unassuming place, family run, and easy to drive past, but do yourself a favor and don’t skip it.

I order from here often, and they’re always great and consistent. While the food might not be the best, you’re getting what you pay for, and they maintain that consistency. When you’re looking to order, consistency is everything, right? I’d definitely recommend them.

Food was cold and delivery was late about 35 mins. When we called the restaurant they were helpful however the food was just not nice anymore, the halloumi was like a sole of a shoe and the potatoes were soggy because they were all cold. The wraps had so much dry chicken inside but not much sauce or anything else so it was hard to eat because it was so dry and chewy. Food from Zaza’s used to be amazing but today it was bad.

I ate in with wife and three children a few weeks ago. Excellent quality food, which has maintained consistency since the restaurant opened - we have been eating there for 4 years.

This place use to be very good, food quality was spot on but something has definitely changed. The lamb shawarma was vile, ended up in the bin. Rice had a funny smell. Wont be going back here. Well over rated for the price

Visited here with my cousin and our 4 young children after an Open Day at Hillingdon Fire Station. It was lovely surprise find. Incredibly clean. Friendly and accommodating to the children's needs and requirements. Delicious food and drinks for the adults too. Great polite service. Would definitely become a regulars if it were local to us but will have to return for a visit on another occasion. The perfect finish to our family outing.Thank you.

Did not feel welcome here at all. The chef had a face like thunder was very blunt would be nice when new people come into a restaurant for them to have a nice smile on their face, Did not make us feel welcome at all. Food was very bland, would not order from here again.

Pre ordered food for 19:35 but it arrived at 17:30. Driver was also unprofessional. By the time we broke our fast the food was stone cold so had to bin £60 worth of food. Would not recommend anyone to pre book from this place. Complete waste of money. Wont be ordering again. Driver was very rude to my partner and intrusive.

Your Uber eats prices are crazy, I am not new to eating out at high prices, but not for kebab..... £3 for a can of coke.... £19 for kebab. It's cheaper in central London. Sort your prices out please

Delivery issue: Food was cold - so could not have been carried from hot in a heat retaining bag. Restaurant issue: Food was terrible - had to throw the Chicken Shawarma away it was that bad.

Amazing food, gr8 prices. Gr8 staff, jzk guys. I took my family we had a gr8 time. Suggestion to the manager / chef The salad in the special chicken wrap was too much, so it felt like a salad wrap, that also made the whole wrap feel cold... We also had the chicken wrap (not the 'special) that was perfect warm and tasty. The kafta with rice we paid around £18ish i think. The portion size was too small, happy with price but needs more kebab and rice in there... Maybe larger plate? Kindly compare that with any of the local restaurants... Taste of persia, molana, any of the restaurants down Uxbridge road in Ealing... I hope to See you again Insha Allah.

Ordered 2 chicken shawarma box, to be told they don’t do them anymore after backwards and forwards with the guy on the phone he then realised they do it, but was not sure if he would have enough chicken for 2 at 5pm in the afternoon. When arrived to collect after 15 mins the chicken was still spinning as it went cooked (you could see it was pink) the chef over heard that it was my ordered and started to cut it anyway even not saying may be a few minutes, so I asked the gentleman behind the counter if it was under new management as not a single face was recognisable which he agreed yes, I will NEVER be returning to this place which is a shame as I use to look forward to paying £15 for shawarma and rice definitely won’t be paying that for undercooked chicken

Had ordered a chicken shwarma mains from here. It tasted really nice. But been having diarrhoea ever since, got food poisoning. Great taste but at what cost ??? People, please don't have anything from here. I won't be having anything from here either. It's horrendous.

We normally order takeaway and recently ordered a large group takeaway as well. Food is tasty. Service is quick and good. Their chilli sauce is ace and overall portion size is good. Only thing is they have increased their prices and so that makes it an occasional take away rather than anywhere we would go regularly

Usually I like this place when I go and collect the food myself. But I have to bring to your attention the only time that I ordered through your app your delivery driver was really rude. He was also about 40 minutes late and he called me and asked me to come and pick up the order from some road as he was stuck in traffic, and when I refused, he asked me to cancel the order. However, a few moments later, I got a call from the restaurant saying that my order will be delayed. The food was really cold, and the portion was really small for the amount of money.

The best falafel ever. Usually order delivery, food is freshly made and requests catered for (such as no mint in the wrap) . The garlic sauce is amazing too. I’ve never had a bad experience with Zaza’s. Exceptional every time.

The woman whom delivered, asked me to go out and cross the street where she park. Obviously she could park in front of my apartement and there’s empty space but she’s just too lazy. I don’t feel like paying the delivery service.

Nice grilled shish lamb, chips were good too. Had 2 sides with it which were included.
