Very bad experience as they wrote on receipt that they only had one egg mushroom bap but they offered no refund and gave no other item in exchange which happens at other cafes. So basically I’m charged for two baps of which I only received one and perhaps the other one is eaten by staff as how would I know if it’s true that there is only one bap when no offer of £4.30 is given or alternatively priced item. I think I should stick to local coffee shops from now on for trustworthy delivery. Happens with Costa before where full delivery has not been given but full money taken !

If you close at 5pm on Sundays update your closing times so the public can utilise their time better.

Staff are ok but Quality of coffee is not great as they don't care about brand standards neither any care or love shown while making coffee they need to improve asap!!! Flat white is same like latte 😢

Love Costa. Today I had caramel latte with toasted tea cake (hot cross bun). Coffee tastes nice, their flavoured syrups don’t leave any aftertaste like some other chains. Another thing that makes them a far better choice over others is their food is clearly labelled for dietary requirements - a veggie or vegan person won’t have to ask for every item if it was suitable.

i came in here and ordered a vanilla ice latte and attempted to get a panini as well. they made my latter wrong, and i could hardly taste the vanilla and they didn’t add the sugar to the espresso so it didn’t dissolve and i had clumps of sugar in my drink. as well as them giving us take away cups, so they don’t have to wash up, they also turned off their oven early and refused to let me have a panini despite them shutting in an hour, all because they want to leave early. the girls running the place had airpods in and was on their phones and overall didn’t seem very happy to be there. i overall had a bad experience with this place and wouldn’t go again.

The usual atmosphere and products quality, only thing is the WiFi password is protected and when the shop is busy it is hard to ask a staff for it!!

The staff here are lovely and friendly. As a frequent visitor the staff remember my order too. The seating is comfortable and the place is always kept clean. Would definitely recommend this coffee shop.

Wrong order. Ordered 2 Mac & cheese. But ended up with a panini. Mac and cheese is freezing. Not even heated

5pm, an hour before closing, a couple of customers in the cafe only. Dishwasher broken, only coffee in a paper cup..okay. 2 Baristas, one nice, the other clearly wished she was elsewhere. Lacked warm empathic customer service. Disappointing. Would've been nice if the tables were clean and the chairs were not stained. Not pleasant, especially when you need a break, have a coffee and chat with your better half

I popped in for a festive hot chocolate, spotted a notice on the wall for bacon roll for £2 with a hot drink, so asked for one at the till. Paid my money and waited. Did not look at receipt or really think about how much I had paid. When my drink was ready I asked about the bacon roll and was looked at blankly. The lady who appeared to be in charge shouted at me had I brought one over from the fridge. I said I didn't know I had to. I left with just my drink. Plenty of other Costas I can go to where they treat to you properly.

The food was good. Just that the toastie needed cutting up...but drinks were hot and nice.

They actually didn’t give my order ! I ordered 2 egg and mushroom baps and they gave me one bap and one cheese toastie that I didn’t ask for ! I ordered 6 packs of crisps and got only one ! I paid £20 I got £10 worth of goods . Unbelievable and the bag is sealed and stapled with receipt as if it has all items and you look inside when the just eat driver has gone . And he even blames the restaurant for not putting all order in. It’s very unprofessional .

It’s not a same what use to be to be honest that coffee shop is poor on customer service staff doesn’t know how to make a proper coffee staff if one of making a coffee the other one stay still waiting for looking instead try to help get coffee because is big queue sorry to say that I don’t wait for my coffee more than 15mn I think staff need to be trained probably and make them understand customer first ok and make them clean table when is not busy

Unfortunately the coffees/customer service at this shop has become dreadful. Staff don't listen to customer orders, coffees are undrinkable. Staff lack any enthusiasm, no greeting, no smiles or lack of wanting to work.

Me and my dad decided to got to Costa for breakfast since he had a free drink voucher. We normally go to the Rayners Lane branch but I had a play date at my friends house after. Anyway, we received a warm welcome by the staff. I ordered a Tropical mango bubble frappé, unfortunately they ran out of the bubbles but the employees apologised. My dad ordered an Americano, he asked what size is available for the voucher and one employee enthusiastically said, ‘ go for a large if you want!’ The food was really tasty and I would like to give credit to an employee who had their first time working there . I would really recommend this Costa and I appreciate the amazing service. I would go here again

Tables hadn't been cleared. I had to take the full tray left by a previous customer, up to the counter. Also, unfortunately a customer had dropped their coffee outside in front of the entrance to Costa. The staff member mopped up the coffee from the pavement/entrance but then went on to mop a large area inside the coffee shop, even moving chairs . From a health and safety point of view, that mop harboured more germs from the pavement/entrance....thus bringing it into the coffee shop.

Received Americano with no milk, which usually would not be an issue but as we are moving house and do not have a fridge. Just eat rectified this immediately. Other than that the drinks arrived on time and hot. Overall good service

Friendly staff when i stopped for a coffee clean and tidy

High street coffee shop. I was too impressed with the member of staff who was working there at the time. I had booked 2 magic bags, and when I went to collect, he was very cold and rushing. He didn't even look at my order that I had ordered 2 and I had to point it out to him.

Ordered white hot chocolate and received a normal hot chocolate more importantly I ordered a gluten free brownie and received a normal brownie, if I hadn’t recognised it as the normal one in the shop, my son would have ate it and had a reaction to it, it could have been deadly!

I love coffee in Costa and I like in Eascote but unfortunately I don't like 😞 people service in this area today Sunday I have been in with my 10 year old son and her name Dora she didn't ask that we like to eat here she jus pack takeaway 😢 and they served me coffee with cold milk 😢 very disappointed 👎👎👎👎

Was disappointed with the cheese toastie as it arrived cold and dry, however the chocolate frostino was good and the delivery time was brilliant and early.

I don't dine in much as I use to due to work and I just had my 2nd vaccination. The staff were friendly and welcoming. A regular latte and bacon bap which is always so good and reasonable for a fiver. I do witness they can get some very funny and demanding customers sometimes.

Missing the food, only got the drinks.

The hot drinks had spilt everywhere, one of the drink was only filled halfway. The bacon bap wasn’t overly hot, and it doesn’t give you the option if you want sauces.

This was the worst order we ever received from costa. My coffee was spilt and I got delivered a drenched bag. Ive been trying to get through to the branch, but without success. Overall i give this service a 0/5 . Its a shame

Don't visit Costa as much but this was a rare occasion and I have to say they have the best Costa Staff I came across. Welcoming, friendly, liked my jokes and most importantly looked after an old man, by helping and assisting him to go to the toilets. They didn't have to do that. Well done.

Cappuccino was only half the cup. I paid full price for the cappuccino to get what I paid for not for half a cup of coffee

I don't understand why people go here when there are much better independents on this high street.

Ordered mini americano (at 12:30pm on 13 April 2021) but it was tasteless - far too dilute. Surprising response from counter when I complained was that it was dilute because it was due to the mini size I ordered. The man explained that if it was a larger size it would have been stronger, because it would have had 2 shots of coffee, not one. He didn't seem to have the sense to appreciate that there was far too much water added in the first place. The real reason for the dilution was that they had run out of mini sized cups, so used a larger cup but still filled it full with water. Incompetent!

Normally, if I bothered to review a Costa, I would probably say "It's a Costa" and you pretty much know what to expect. Here it is about the staff, one lady in particular, who has the knack of being friendly and welcoming to everyone. It makes such a difference. On this visit I was genuinely moved by the way she looked after an elderly regular customer - with real humanity, warmth and kindness. I don't think I have ever left a coffee shop feeling so happy with the world.

Costa Coffee is pretty much the same everywhere and its coffee taste the same everywhere, The staff in this one seem to hate being at work which is a pity really as I am sure plenty of people would queue up for a job

WiFi sucks!! everything else is as good as any other costa but WiFi connection is always poor. More reason to go to others on the high street
