I don’t know what’s happened to this place. We used to love it!! But unfortunately something has changed. the last few times upon ordering it has been late, we’ve let it go because we always liked the place but tonight that has changed. The lady on the phone told me 30-40 minutes wait time. I said ok, fine, then payed for our order. We have been at work all day so we’re hungry. 50 mins pass, I decide to phone to see if it’s on its way worrying it’d be cold. The lady then didn’t want to deal with me, I’m not sure her English is that great, so she passed me over to her mate and he spoke to me like a piece of s***!!! Basically said I’d barely been waiting 30 minutes and basically called me a liar said they’d never say 30/40 minutes waiting time. (I know what she said!!!!) if it’s busy just say. Sorry it’s busy, do you mind the waiting longer than normal. You’re not letting people know how busy you are, so how am I supposed to know? Already upset with how the conversation went due to the poor customer service. the food turned up 90 minutes later. The bunn wasn’t even toasted, the chips were soggy and cold and the cheesy garlic bread we ordered was just plain garlic bread. I decided to phone them back up and they said they’d redeliver the cheesy garlic bread, but I won’t hold my breath. I don’t know what’s happened to this place but I will never be ordering again, apart from the bad customer service and the terrible serving of food. You clearly can’t cope under pressure. Learn some manners when dealing with customers, learn your staff to tell the customers the right times and learn how to strive when under pressure with orders. This is the 3rd bad order, mixed in with the terrible customer service that’s now sadly done it for us. Hopefully you can sort yourselves out. What happened tonight was not ok. And you were extremely lucky I payed via card.

2 years regular but no more, the manager offered £100 over phone to prove him wrong. Ordered weap £4 next day chatged £5, disgusting thing to say over phone to customer

The breast burgers are dying for the price is cheap and the burgers are two times bigger and taster then McDonal. They put so much fries that you can bearly finish it

AVOID . Burger and chips were put in a dirty container with Lemon written on lid so obviously used for something else before. Looked like it was taken out of the bin . Shouldn't be selling food .

Great taste for grill chicken. Fried wings reminds me of original KFC recipe. I have tried grilled chicken, fried wings and chicken burger. All of it was on spot. Garlic sauce is special, a must try.

A fine establishment. Woody’s takeout has been on my radar for quite a while as a good friend of mine keeps recommending it to me, so I finally gave it a shot. Honestly, I didn’t have high hopes at all. But as soon as I walked in, I was met with this 90s homey vibe inside the shop. The workers were super nice and attentive. When I asked for hand gel he gave me tissue with it both times! It’s just the small things like these. We ordered the single platter and it was sublime. The hummus is a great touch! I love the uniqueness of this place, the food was quick and it was amazing. Try dip the chips in the hummus! The prices are so affordable too! The fried wings were amazing too, they were so crispy and beautiful cooked & seasoned. I come from London so I am quite the chicken shop connoisseur if I do say so myself. But this exceeded all expectations and beyond. I shall be revisiting here again. I don’t honestly know what the bad reviews are about.

Best Fast food restaurant ever. Their no 8 (6 chicken wings with fries and drink for £5.99) is the best on the menu and for a reason. Chicken wings is so juicy yet so crunchy and tender and fries is crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Always make sure to get the garlic sauce with it. This is the best combination.

Been coming to Woodys for almost 10 years since I got the leaflet dropped through the letterbox. Excellent service and great food every time. There is a reason the KFC got shut down, Woodys number 1 🐓

It is a shame they increased prices in the bill but not on their digital board. I had to cancel the order and they asked to revise prices. It doesn’t look ethical.

Excellent place to stop on the way home after a night out in Aldershot. Much better than the bigger fast food chains in the town, as the menu is more varied and everything is cooked to order. Sabina who works behind the counter is very friendly and a credit to the restaurant.

Really good chicken 🐔 and chips

Last night, we ordered half chicken and was given chicken wings, what we ordered was not the one given. They should consider asking and cross-checking the order number BEFORE RELEASING so the customers avoid INCONVENIENCED. When we called they asked if we cancelled our order. Clearly a sign of not in control. We dined in few days ago and the orders were incomplete as well, had we not ask, won’t be given. But, they are quite keen to get the orders.! The owner should have a complete control on what is coming in and going out. This feedback should be taken as a serious issue, people will stop patronising Woodys one day if it will continue to be like this.
