Starbucks Coffee in Rushmoor

It now seems accepted to spend a staggering £4 on a cup of coffee. It was originally sold as an experience but this experience is wobbly tables, uncomfortable seats, uncleared tables and all at a premium cost. The staff were friendly but it isn't enough for me to return

I was waiting to be served. Ignored me for 10 secs but maybe they did not see me. I asked what the drink tastes like, was met with 'I don't know I don't drink coconut' sarcastic tone. I asked for regular . She asked what size, I repeated , and looked like she was holding her anger. Mess on the floor . No stocks. And busy chatting. Otherwise the drink was very tasty but shame about the very rude service by the young lady.

pretty epic order, my dad picked it up for me which got me in a bit of trouble because I wasn’t meant to be ordering but the guy gave me 1000 pounds because I tipped him

Cool lemon was indeed cool as 99% of the beverage content is iced cubes... Cappuccino was ok though. Service was fine.

You have managed to deliver after 2hrs someone else’s order l. I ordered food and a drink and so far have 3 drinks I have not order!! Absolute disgrace

Terrible service from Just Eat. Ordered tall drinks and regular arrived Just Eat couldn't care less when contacted will now contact the store direct.

the lids had come off both coffees so they were only half fill and the brown paperbag was wet through.

The dirtiest most run down Starbucks that I’ve ever been in! The staff were friendly and efficient, though.

Busy friendly service quick with the online order

Delivery arrived in good time but was missing an item. This was after the camberley branch cancelled the order because they could not be bothered to do it after accepting the order.

I ordered a frappuccino however i received a hot chocolate instead

No stock for ham and cheese croissant but instead of calling me they just didn't put it in. So I ordered again then they called me. Just eat is impossible to get a refund for this. None of the help links help and you can't just email or call somone. Terrible service when it goes wrong

My order was mixed up. I paid for a red velvet loaf cake and received a lemon loaf cake. And my Frappucino came without a straw

Every time I order Cafe Latte with vanilla syrup, it never tastes of any vanilla syrup. So this time, I even paid for 3x vanilla syrup, paying £2.10 just for the syrup!!! And it still tastes like regular Cafe Latte! I should only have to pay for 1x Vanilla syrup to be able to taste it, and yet even paying 3x the amount, and still nothing! Get a grip!

Drinks turned up. I’d imagine drinks were insecure during transport as both drinks had spilt over half from each. Not happy considering I had to wait nearly 90 mins for half a coffee. Awful

Staff always really lovely in there and the service can be a little slow sometimes, but that’s when they’re manic and rushed off their feet. They always great with smiles and just overall friendly and the coffee is always gorgeous and hot.

What an awful coffee shop , at 11.45 on a Friday morning!! Dirty plates, cups everywhere!! Food and napkins on the floor and run out of medium cups! Well clean and clear the tables and you would have the cups ! Coffee was Ok !

order took a very long time to be delivered, ordered 2 muffins and 2 venti drinks. one muffin was missing and instead of 2 venti drinks we received 2 tall drinks

Ordered some hot food items for breakfast and they did not even heat them up and were still in the Starbucks packaging.

Manager just chatting whilst trainee and one staff member try and make drinks , my iced matcha was disgusting had to throw it away. Waste of time and money.

I paid for 2 vanilla shots, and yet the latte doesn't have any vanilla taste to it.

After travelling the globe and experiencing many different Starbucks coffee shops over the years I can honestly say this was the worst customer experience I have ever had. Two staff on duty during a quiet period that took an exceptionally long time to make the drinks. Neither of them showed any interest in delivering drinks in a timely manner or enthusiasm towards their customers. Once we received our drinks and looked for a seat we were met with what can only be described as a junk yard. Each seat and table were covered with old food, spilt drinks, used cups and rubbish over the floor. Absolutely disgusting way to maintain a business. I regret coming in to this Starbucks on that day with my son and wasting money. To sum it up, I won’t be going back or recommend this Starbucks to anyone in the area.

Courier was great, but the restaurant made him wait over 20mins while they served customers in store, order could have mean on time, but they prioritised the in store customer and didn’t do my order

Absolutely terrible, the driver didn't knock in the door. I came out to find my order on the doorstep, with my coffee spilled over everything in the bag and leaking onto my doorstep

It's not great this one. They don't fill the cups and if you get delivery you're stuck with it.

Always a polite and friendly welcome at this Starbucks.Prompt service and there is always seating available for those that want to catch up with friends and family.

I paid for a grande and I’ve got a tall? I’d like a refund please

On the 30.06.23, I placed an order with yourselves to be delivered to our work venue. The order reference number is 10676 and the store number is 18590. This is a regular order that we place with yourselves and usually, we do not experience any difficulties. I am afraid to say that the service you provided yesterday was a big disappointment and was not what our business and staff usually experience or expect. Firstly, the order arrived late. I was initially told that it would be with us at 12.55 and our work meeting was tailored to fit around this. Unfortunately, the order arrived at 13.36, practically 40 minutes late and subsequently, staff here could not make use of their drinks. We work in a medical facility and patients had turned up at this point and it additionally looked very unprofessional in front our our clients. Secondly, our drinks were not equipped with straws etc. This has never been an issue in the past. Additionally, I'm afraid to report that some of the items were actually incorrect. One of the drinks also came with cream when this had not been ordered (the person who ordered this cannot have cream, therefore it was wasted). We would appreciate if you could look into this matter and get back to me quickly as I feel that on this occasion, the service and order you provided our company with was unacceptable. I would like to know what solution you are going to provided to me with regards to this matter. We have been a regular customer of yours for some time, having swapped from Costa's and this order to be quite frank, was a total waste of our money and not what we would expect from a company like yourselves. Very pricey ,coffee not hot enough ,plus size staff lovely

Vanilla syrup was either not in the ice latte or very little as it tasted too much like a plain iced latte.

Ordered tea and it was too watered down it’s like I’m drinking flavoured water, had to wait while one person is on the till and making drinks while 3 people at the back doing god knows what. For a £5 drink it’s disappointing.

I ordered a cold brew and it was nothing like it normally is not as nice and not done properly

It was absolutely filthy. Floors, seats, and tables. We had to ask for our table to be cleaned. If you are understaffed, business should not have been aloud to open in the state it was today. Clean it before you start serving.

Indoor & outdoor seating available. The large windows make this a pleasant & bright space to enjoy your drinks. Staff are friendly & service is quicker than in some other branches. Toilet available on site.

Where do I begin? I suppose I’ll start from the beginning of my day. Waking up crusty eyed and wounded from my ancient mattress. I undertook the tedious rituals of my morning routine with a uncharacteristic vigour, as today was my pre-allocated Starbucks day! (and I had a free drink to claim). I cartwheeled myself towards the till and shouted my order in perfect Latin, “magna alba capulus placet!”. The staff member behind the counter understood and nodded, silently creating my beverage. I knew they were smiling behind those dark aviator shades. Such diligent workers they are! I wonder what sort of life I’d lead if I was given even a brief glimpse of the world on the other side of those chrome machines. What would I believe in? Would I stand tall and resist the waves of fascism rippling through this country I used to love so well? Would I champion workers rights? Feminism? There is a universe where I am this man, yet he lives so far away. My nihilistic existence of blindness consumerism continues after this brief daydream. I gave everyone inside the store a fist bump because I was so pleased with the quality of service and the tastiness of my drink, plus …it was free!😋😋. Xoxo, Clint 😛

terrible service been waiting for my order 45min and when inquired the staff were dismissive and told me they have to do order for someone first that cane in way after i did can see that the staff are new but 45min later and no coffee and had to wait for 15min more 60min wait for a coffee and dismissive staff… ridiculous the shop has gone way down

Dirty shop, run down just like the whole Farnborough actually The windows on the outside are filthy The staff gave us a wet plate, asked for mint tea got black tea No one cleans after consumers, I have seen people cleaning and wiping their own tables

Ordered 3 drinks and a reusable cup. 3 hours and a phone call later, we received a panini! No refund for all the missing items because they delivered something to the house, just not my order.

The hot chocolate is not chocolatey

Following the delivery driver on app, he either took the scenic route or he was going to the wrong address, coffee wasn't very hot when it did arrive unfortunately.

Needs work done on it. But very popular staff were lovely.

Restaurant missed out the food part of my order

Our drinks were not made to the order. Iced mocha has no cream or caramel drizzle. Hot white mocha tastes like a lattes. Simple order, expensive mistake

The staff working was really nice but they could have used some help. It was busy and we waited a while only because there wasn’t enough staff working. Would have loved to see more coffee and merchandise on display to buy. Felt pretty limited. Also the store itself was a bit dirty looking- dirty floors etc. Coffee was great.

Starbucks was Starbucks as per usual. Friendly staff and good service. Starbucks was much quieter thanks to the dreich weather.

Order was correct but cookie straws are always broken which means they cannot be used as straws which is annoying.

Everything pretty standard except the upkeep/ cleanliness. Pre lunch and the floor and tables were dirty. Also the toilet walls were filthy and the windows looked like they had never been cleaned. The dirtiest coffee shop I've been in. Shame as the staff were good.

The Cool Lime Refresha was awful tasting and the limes were way past their best.

The staff are clearly working very hard but the service is slow. I think it's worse since they started taking online orders as someone is always preparing those.

I asked them to write a message on the cup to cheer my partner up and they didn’t write one. 👍🏻

The service would be a lot better if the staff spent less time on their phones and actually doing there jobs.

We had to wait over an hour for our order to arrive and the delivery driver went to the wrong location. When it finally arrived the iced tea had leaked badly and was almost empty. The bag was soaked and dripping everywhere, and there was tea all over the coffee cup in that bag. None of the coffee cups were labelled, the coffee was lukewarm and one of the cups was nowhere near full. We expect a full refund for this order at the very least.

Filthy! Absaloutly disgusting. Floors were covered in filth and spilled drinks. I almost slipped myself, and with a bad hip - could have been a real disaster! Staff need to be ontop of floors, sweeping and mopping but instead, they were content with chatting to some friends who were hanging out and messing around at the collection counter. All of the high chairs, were caked in food and drink and goodness knows what. Clearly not been cleaned in a long long time. The chairs were just as bad. There was so much out of stock too. Staff just used their time to hang out with friends, messing around. Paint all chipped too. It's I. Desperate need to a deep clean and touch up! It was such a waste of money and time. Awful experience. Never returning
