I was waiting to be served. Ignored me for 10 secs but maybe they did not see me. I asked what the drink tastes like, was met with 'I don't know I don't drink coconut' sarcastic tone. I asked for regular . She asked what size, I repeated , and looked like she was holding her anger. Mess on the floor . No stocks. And busy chatting. Otherwise the drink was very tasty but shame about the very rude service by the young lady.

Cool lemon was indeed cool as 99% of the beverage content is iced cubes... Cappuccino was ok though. Service was fine.

The dirtiest most run down Starbucks that I’ve ever been in! The staff were friendly and efficient, though.

Busy friendly service quick with the online order

So sick of Starbucks not accepting Cash. If you refuse to accept cash put. A sign on the door so we don't waste time waiting to be served

Staff always really lovely in there and the service can be a little slow sometimes, but that’s when they’re manic and rushed off their feet. They always great with smiles and just overall friendly and the coffee is always gorgeous and hot.

What an awful coffee shop , at 11.45 on a Friday morning!! Dirty plates, cups everywhere!! Food and napkins on the floor and run out of medium cups! Well clean and clear the tables and you would have the cups ! Coffee was Ok !

Manager just chatting whilst trainee and one staff member try and make drinks , my iced matcha was disgusting had to throw it away. Waste of time and money.

After travelling the globe and experiencing many different Starbucks coffee shops over the years I can honestly say this was the worst customer experience I have ever had. Two staff on duty during a quiet period that took an exceptionally long time to make the drinks. Neither of them showed any interest in delivering drinks in a timely manner or enthusiasm towards their customers. Once we received our drinks and looked for a seat we were met with what can only be described as a junk yard. Each seat and table were covered with old food, spilt drinks, used cups and rubbish over the floor. Absolutely disgusting way to maintain a business. I regret coming in to this Starbucks on that day with my son and wasting money. To sum it up, I won’t be going back or recommend this Starbucks to anyone in the area.

It's not great this one. They don't fill the cups and if you get delivery you're stuck with it.

Always a polite and friendly welcome at this Starbucks.Prompt service and there is always seating available for those that want to catch up with friends and family.

Very pricey ,coffee not hot enough ,plus size staff lovely

Ordered tea and it was too watered down it’s like I’m drinking flavoured water, had to wait while one person is on the till and making drinks while 3 people at the back doing god knows what. For a £5 drink it’s disappointing.

I ordered a cold brew and it was nothing like it normally is not as nice and not done properly

It was absolutely filthy. Floors, seats, and tables. We had to ask for our table to be cleaned. If you are understaffed, business should not have been aloud to open in the state it was today. Clean it before you start serving.

Indoor & outdoor seating available. The large windows make this a pleasant & bright space to enjoy your drinks. Staff are friendly & service is quicker than in some other branches. Toilet available on site.

Where do I begin? I suppose I’ll start from the beginning of my day. Waking up crusty eyed and wounded from my ancient mattress. I undertook the tedious rituals of my morning routine with a uncharacteristic vigour, as today was my pre-allocated Starbucks day! (and I had a free drink to claim). I cartwheeled myself towards the till and shouted my order in perfect Latin, “magna alba capulus placet!”. The staff member behind the counter understood and nodded, silently creating my beverage. I knew they were smiling behind those dark aviator shades. Such diligent workers they are! I wonder what sort of life I’d lead if I was given even a brief glimpse of the world on the other side of those chrome machines. What would I believe in? Would I stand tall and resist the waves of fascism rippling through this country I used to love so well? Would I champion workers rights? Feminism? There is a universe where I am this man, yet he lives so far away. My nihilistic existence of blindness consumerism continues after this brief daydream. I gave everyone inside the store a fist bump because I was so pleased with the quality of service and the tastiness of my drink, plus …it was free!😋😋. Xoxo, Clint 😛

Dirty shop, run down just like the whole Farnborough actually The windows on the outside are filthy The staff gave us a wet plate, asked for mint tea got black tea No one cleans after consumers, I have seen people cleaning and wiping their own tables

terrible service been waiting for my order 45min and when inquired the staff were dismissive and told me they have to do order for someone first that cane in way after i did can see that the staff are new but 45min later and no coffee and had to wait for 15min more 60min wait for a coffee and dismissive staff… ridiculous the shop has gone way down

The staff working was really nice but they could have used some help. It was busy and we waited a while only because there wasn’t enough staff working. Would have loved to see more coffee and merchandise on display to buy. Felt pretty limited. Also the store itself was a bit dirty looking- dirty floors etc. Coffee was great.

Starbucks was Starbucks as per usual. Friendly staff and good service. Starbucks was much quieter thanks to the dreich weather.

Everything pretty standard except the upkeep/ cleanliness. Pre lunch and the floor and tables were dirty. Also the toilet walls were filthy and the windows looked like they had never been cleaned. The dirtiest coffee shop I've been in. Shame as the staff were good.

There was no whipped cream for the Frappuccino and the drink was horrible

The staff are clearly working very hard but the service is slow. I think it's worse since they started taking online orders as someone is always preparing those.

The service would be a lot better if the staff spent less time on their phones and actually doing there jobs.

Filthy! Absaloutly disgusting. Floors were covered in filth and spilled drinks. I almost slipped myself, and with a bad hip - could have been a real disaster! Staff need to be ontop of floors, sweeping and mopping but instead, they were content with chatting to some friends who were hanging out and messing around at the collection counter. All of the high chairs, were caked in food and drink and goodness knows what. Clearly not been cleaned in a long long time. The chairs were just as bad. There was so much out of stock too. Staff just used their time to hang out with friends, messing around. Paint all chipped too. It's I. Desperate need to a deep clean and touch up! It was such a waste of money and time. Awful experience. Never returning

Unhelpful and insensitive staff

It's a nice place to read and have a late night coffee.

The lad serving behind the counter was polite, however the lady with him interrupted my partner while she gave the order to him making her having to repeat. Been here a few times, has happened a couple of time. She seemed to be telling him what to do so maybe a manager but should not be interrupting. Today the place was empty and disheveled. They may of just had a rush but people were needing to clear other people's mess just to sit down. Place was well ventilated which is a good thing due to covid however was too cold to enjoy a chat, the door sticks open causing the cold room to get very cold. This was a Sunday around 4pm

Myself and three friends visited Starbucks yesterday with our babies and the venue was absolutely disgusting the tables hadn’t been cleaned or cleared they had no cups there is no way I would change my baby in the changing room as the toilet was disgusting I even had to send my flat white back as it was watery

Clean bright and a nice place to sit relax and enjoy drink. Long queues but not too long to wait hard to hear when ordering through the divider and server wearing mask but not really a problem

Nice modern store in a good central location, it's nice they still have seating outside. However if you order decaffeinated coffee, I would advise you to check when you pick up your coffee that you've got decaffeinated coffee, you are unable to tell when you first drink it but after 40 minutes when the caffeine kicks in it's not particularly nice if you're sensitive to caffeine I highly recommend when you pick your coffee up you double check that it's decaffeinated before you walk away with it, this is quite a regular occurrence where you ask for decaf and that order does not get to the barista. Also as Starbucks a partner with mobile eating companies there is usually a very large queue in the store as they giving priority to mobile orders and not people that walk into the store, personally this should be the other way round, if you're ordering your Starbucks from your bed because you can't be arsed to get out of it you probably need to reassess your life

Amazing and friendly staff are working there.

Generally very good, but there is an increased tendency (for all Starbucks) to spend time making up delivery orders rather than looking after the people who actually bothered to visit the café in person. Either employ people specifically to attend to online orders or give the sofa surfers a longer waiting time.

Quite disappointing compared with the other shops I didn't look welcomeing coffee was lukewarm overall not good experience

Service was great as usual, coffee was great too. Only problem which isn't Starbucks fault was customers just sitting at tables long after their coffee's had gone, chain smoking, which is not great if you are a non smoker having smoke blown in your face every couple of minutes.

Uninterested staff. Allowed 2 girls sitting and chatting, without ordering take up best chairs. Management non existent. 2 managers were off Dirty table Dirty chipped cup. Gooey white stuff on tea bag Were going to reheat our tuna panini when asked not to (they had left it to get cold)

Its a coffee shop chain staffed by people who really dont want to be there and who see customers as an annoying nuisance

Ordered a hot chocolate today from Starbucks. There were 2 girls working who seemed to be very pre-occupied (talking to someone sat down the whole time I was there - supposedly a friend) and so I felt very unwelcome. My hot chocolate was sat on the side for a few minutes before I had to ask if it was for me. Beth, the girl who took my order, said yes and told me ‘I had called it out already’ in a really rude way. As a waitress myself in my place of work I would never imagine talking to my customers in such a rude way. Used to love Starbucks.

Love a good Starbucks whenever we are out and about for the day shopping. The best thing is that on a hot day, you can buy cold iced lattes or a frappuccino. 😊☕

Disappointed really, we came in 45 minutes before close time, half the chairs were put away, the filter coffee machine was off all the cakes were packed away, I spent £20, but felt hurried and an inconvenience. Shame, as I love Starbucks in Fleet but Farnborough was a let down.

Soooo slow and drinks are always hit or miss

Terrible to be honest they are just so slow. They are more concern talking to each other then making and serving customer's. A shame as Starbucks is always my preference.

Typical service from this store. Got to admit they're not my preferred choice. Staff however didn't rush us to leave when store closed which is kind.

On Sunday afternoon three members of staff were behind the counter, being not very fast (as usual). The other two were refilling food shelves and counting stock, while all the empty tables were full of dirty cups/plates and pretty disguisting. As much as I understand stocktake is important, please clean tables first! Customers shouldn't have to move dirty stuff from table to table, this is your job!

Every table had dirty cups on, very disappointing

[April 2019] Can’t visit by car without paying £2 to park, so immediate negative. Slow service on this visit. Tables look like they should be threatened with cleaning. Same goes for floor. Smaller shop than most other SBs. Nice location for people watching. {2 stars}

Love the coffee and the ambience

Fast service. Sizing and prices are bit stupid but that's Starbucks.

Typical Starbucks look and feel. Doesn't seat as many people as you would have thought. Went in about 1030, food/sandwiches were sparse. Could be better, but possibly a sign they are busy!

Very pricey but good atmosphere, good coffee and good food

The service is always slow, they tend to have one person making the coffees and two people selling them. Also, they rarely clean/ clear the tables so you're stuck with cleaning and clearing it yourself.

Slow service, staff more concerned with paperwork than service. If there is any staff ready to take your order at all! They appear to prefer to hide out the back. When your paying over 3 quid for a cup of coffee ...unacceptable.
