Whatever it is the quantity of food that they serve is superb, taste is bit okay but iam okay with that . didn't get anywhere these quality and quantity with these cheaper prices

Ordered a lamb shish kebab first time. Lamb was tough as leather full of grizzle, quite frankly disgusting. Won't be going there again.

Large portion sizes, owner is super friendly and quite chatty. The kofta and lamb shish kebab are by far the best things on the menu.

Hadn’t been for years but the new owner has turned it around, much better food and friendly service. Good portion size too!

food took forever even though there were only 2 of us waiting and £13.00 for a vile dry and bland kebab. the kebab meat itself was absolutely vile. cheesy chips were okish. this is the worst kebab I have ever had. the neighbours upstairs were videoing us and made us feel uncomfortable. I'll never step in there again.

Very nice man who consistently makes us doner kebabs and cebab wraps. Always pleasant and polite and good sized portions - a large kebab lasts me 3 meals.

I ordered a large lamb doner meat and chips with cheese and mayonnaise and a portion of jalapeño cream cheese. My order took over an hour to arrive and didn't arrive until after midnight. Which I'd be find with, if it was actually my order that I was given. Instead, I was given someone else's order, a quarter pounder with doner meat, a lamb doner and kofte with salad and chilli sauce on a naan bread and a portion of chips. And because the order arrived late and ICE COLD, I couldn't even call the store to get it fixed because they were closed. HOWEVER Upon calling them the next day, they already knew why I was calling and offered to deliver the food I actually ordered at no extra cost, so fair play, knowing the mistake and fixing it swiftly at the earliest opportunity, now that's what I call service

I always go to Star Kebab and have been many many times over the years. Service is good, very friendly and polite. I have probably tried all the kebabs on offer and can not fault any of them. I would say that my faverite is the chicken doner but all have good portions and are cooked nicely. The home made garlic sauce / mayo on top of the salad is a must for me ! I highly recommend a visit there. In my opinion it's the best in Aldrrshot.

Moved to the area and tried star kebab, great fresh food, Specially the homemade naans which I prefer to the pitta, friendly staff and good location. 5 star

Dry and cold when served even though asked for extra hot. Only good thing was portion size. Gonna stick with kebabish takeaway in town. Never getting kebab here again.

Worst kebab I’ve ever had! Left it after 5 bites and have now ordered a McDonald’s! If only could complain and get my money back and you could take your terrible kebab back.

Took an hour and half to come. Food was freezing cold and the meat was old really dry left over meat. You wouldn't feed it to your dog. Do not buy from here

Lamb meat was very dry and bland, friendly staff but very disappointing food. Also shop is tired, menu hard to read with all the tape holding it in place.

Recently moved to area have tried most kebabs in area and this is by far the best value for money HUGE doner wrap for £7.00 really nice guy behind counter and food was to good. Standard definitely coming back as all others in area defo belly aches ,,😂

Staff were great. Brought a large chicken doner for £8. Quantity was great. Taste wise was a bit cold and not that crispy upto my preference. But still better than many other doner I have had in some time. Definitely will try again.

Order was mixed and lamb meat was not fresh. In one of the wraps there wasn't even a pinch of green. I don't recommend.

Really nice guys, they were super accommodating when I specified I wanted crispy meat. They checked with me throughout intervals of cooking to ensure that I was happy with the level of crispiness. The portion size for a large kebab is pretty awesome also! £8 for a large Donna kebab is pretty average...... and the kebab is definitely more than average!

Really poor food all round! No taste whatsoever Nd missing bits in order will never waste my money again! Had to cook something in the end!

I don't do reviews normally but the cuisine in this place makes it a hidden gem as far as I'm concerned. If you've ever experienced Persian cuisine you would be happy to learn we now have this establishment serving beautifully marinated traditionally flavoured joojeh and koobida kebabs at London resteraunt quality !! As a family the nearest decent place for such quality cuisine is Kingston so finding this place at our doorstep is super !! I highly recommend both the joojeh and the koobida kebabs - the marination is flavourful and the meat is beautifully cooked. Hope you enjoy as much as we did!

You say you are open until 12.45 on a Saturday yet at 11.45 pm you are closed. Absolutely shocking

Had a pizza from here the toppings were nice but the pizza itself was under cooked and still doughy

Husband ordered from these guys to try their kebab and we were really disappointed! The portions were funny and we thought ok, quality is more important than quantity. Didnt taste any marinade on the meat, no taste at all. I heard that they cook it on woodfire which was making me get even more excited but didnt find it tasty and exciting at all! Maybe l will keep on looking for another kebab shop in the area until l find my favourite..

Pretty good food, have ordered several times and they have delivered with their quality and the freshness of the food. The delivery time is decent, not the fastest, however its pretty standard times which I cant complain about. Prices are competitive, cheaper than other takeaways I have tried, and still better! Overall, I would definitely recommend trying this place out, nothing to complain out with their service and food has been consistently good. So well done!

First time ordering, after attempting 2 other places with better reviews the other 2 places either kept telling me my card with declined or that they literally couldn't confirm my postcode is was an utter shambles so to come aciess star kebabs where this wasn't an issue was helpful. after ringing Star Kebab directly the communication and customer services was great, after i missed an item using just eat app they resolved the problem swiftlty. it was delivered hot and faster than expected, the food quality was great the only complaint we had was salads were small with no green chilis and for some reason coleslaw was added to the mix which I've never experienced when ordering a kebab and was not liked by all. but apart from that quality of meat was nice it was enjoyed and if it wasn't for the coleslaw we would have both given it five stars and also as a tiny negative we ordered a large portion of chips which barely fed 2 adults

Son Ordered a barbecue burger it came with no barbecue sauce or cheese or all for £6 rip-off and chips over cooked as they had been dip Twice so we won’t be going there again

Delivery was quick but food haa gone right now hill... wouldnt use them again, unny taste changed the pitta bread hardly any sauce any salad. Andfor what u pay its rubbish!

First time buyer ,never again! Disgusting attitude from the person that served us, 0 customer service and no respect whatsoever. I've asked for a mixed doner kebab and I only received the lamb, not to mention he didn't even know that the garlic sauce he is serving has mint in it, he said no i received garlic mayo with MINT! Please AVOID this place at all cost you can get a decent dinner from mc donalds or kfc down the street!!!! AVOID AVOID AVOID

This use to be my best kabab shop in aldershot until a few months ago. They rush the preperation of food also they are forever sending the wrong food. The sauce pots are always empty as they spill all over in the carrier bag. They use to do pizza's which were amazing but stopped doing them. Terrible food now wouldnt recommend them.

So i had no problem with the food but one day i ordered a L kebab and a cheese burger and payed £13 online, instead of receiving a cheese burger i got cheesy chips, so i called them up and just said they made a small mistake and i would like my cheese burger and they just argued with me over phone saying i got what i ordered and nothing was wrong they, extremely rude Turks not getting food from them again

Since it has been runing under a new management, it has been the best Turkish takeaway in the area. I highly recommend it.

In response to Nicks review. This is factually incorrect Nick placed an order via deliveroo who cancelled the order as they didn't have a driver. There is no capacity to arrange refunds or deliver food if you order via a third party

A disgrace. Waited over an hour. I had to call them to be told my food had been cancelled. I will never go there again and I will make sure everyone I know stays away.

Delivery is always spot on with these guys. But the food just isn't right, the chips are always old and soggy, the doner meat and chicken meat doesn't even taste as good as processed meats it's that bad.. all of the sides taste like they've been microwaved. Would never reccomend this place for kebabs. I end up driving over to Farnborough white rose kebab van anytime I fancy a takeaway as Aldershot is the worst place in Hampshire for ordering food unless it's chinese/indian.

I complained to just eat that there app didn't allow me to put anything in my wrap . So it was dry and dull . I will call my order in next time because star kebbab are good .

Low quality kebab . Sauce was all over carrier bag and both of us had to share half pot of sauce

We ordered only two kebabs and two sides, the order said it would be 50 minutes,fair enough on a Friday evening, but an hour and 20 minutes later....still nothing. We rang and were told 15 minutes.... still nothing. We rang again and were told 10 minutes, when the delivery guy showed up he just said he was there 10 minutes earlier but didn't have our number so couldn't ring, we always put our number in orders. The food was stone cold and the kebabs were literally just meat , no salad or anything. The service when we rang to complain was terrible, they hung up on us. So all together a terrible experience. WOULDNT RECCOMEND!

The chicken kebab was dry and devoid of the green peppers and onions it was supposed to come with. The quantity of meat was also very poor - certainly a ripoff for £6.50. Combined with the fact that it was 20 minutes late and with no apology from the person I spoke to on the phone or from the guy that delivered it, the whole Star Kebabs experience was very disappointing.

They put onions and peppers on my kebab after I asked them not too and when I rang up about it they were rude and aggressive so I won't be ordering from there again and I certainly won't be recommending them

I ordered a chicken wrap. It arrived with at most 6 pieces of chicken. No salad. No sauce. Nothing but plain chicken in a dry wrap. As a side we ordered cheesy chips. They were cold. No taste too then at all. Cheese was rubbery and hardly covered a 1/4 portion of the chips. My partner had a mixed kebab and he barely had a meal out of what he ordered. Very dissapointed. I also have photos of what we recieved.

Food ordered at 20:30, and delivery scheduled for 21:20, but didn't arrive until 21:35. Typical Friday delivery service however, so didn't bother querying the delivery driver why he was late. He looked friendly enough however. Food wasn't exactly piping hot, as I've had on past orders, but was eatable. Salad was lovely and fresh, chips were a bit of a miss on this occasion

got told food being delivered at 17.00pm but by 17.25pm I was still waiting so I called the restaurant and told the manager my food is 30 minutes late so I feel I should have had a bit of discount as my order came to £38.10 and having to wait an extra 30 mins so the food would probably be cold. the manager was very rude and said no discount I told him I will not except the food and all he could say is why are you being like this my friend. when the driver turned up I told him I will not except the food as it is 30 mins later and the manager wouldn’t give discount he said it was because football was on and when I refused to take the food he said you pay me what you think is fair price. I’m never going back there again late delivering manager has bad attitude and driver gave pathetic excuses. I told the driver if the food is going to be late then the owner should at least phone the customer and either offer some discount or give a good will gift as an apology.

I love the food. Once again the food was delicious. Very hot on delivery by a very nice Gentleman. I ordered the Mixed Kebab as I do once a week. Steaming hot, the taste is amazing. I highly recommend “STAR KEBAB” Mr M-N Blackman.

the pineapple burger had no pineapple in and the chips were undercooked, still slightly hard. not as good as the previous order we had from the same place.

Coleslaw!!! Hate it, so couldn't eat my kebab (unaware this is standard salad on kebab?!) . Had asked for Burger sauce on cheesy chips, but that also got put on the chicken kebab. Hardly any chicken so was all covered in unwanted sauce. Went to bed hungry and disappointed. Chips tasteless and soggy. Never again.

wrong salad on one kebab, none on the other even though specifically requested, less meat than usual and not as tasty as before. Less than impressed.

Food was good but I paid for £3 drink that was missing, they promised to drop it off straight away but never showed up so with the tip I paid £20 for two kebabs!! Poor
