Woody Grill in Brent

One of my favourite spots in london. Lovely service, clean and very spacious. They look after you here. It's my local and I'm glad it is ! Thank you staff members for always amazing tasty food and service

Unfortunately we both got food poisoning when ordering from this place from Uber Eats. When reporting this issue, the restaurant responded - I hope you will give us another chance. Uhm nope, thanks, not willing to get another food poisoning. Avoid.

Really good and excellent value

Spectacular, food was great even at midnight. Never had service that great. Just went in to look at the menu but they were so inviting me and my mates sat down. Service was fast and the food was great. Doner and the baklava were great. Complimentary Turkish bread was cherry on top!

Perfect place to be with love ones

Undercooked chips, over cooked and dry meat plus they don't even listen to your order. I asked for a MIXED meat and chips, they only sent chicken and the meat is dry and flavourless.

Went to eat with family. Price too high for quantity. Everything was super dry. Naan bread was like a buscuit. When i complained they just did not bother. All they take is money. Sub standard quality. Customer service is extremely poor.

The food was alright but the lamb ribs weren’t very good.When we asked if they had lamb ribs they said they did have them but later on when we were eating the starters they randomly just told us they have no ribs!! When the food arrived the ribs weren’t very good because it was an uncooked and if you squeezed it you would see blood!!

I don’t think I could give this even one star. I had the worst experience. I wanted to buy chicken served with sauce and vegetable for takeaway. The chicken pieces are shown as large pieces of a thigh and leg together in one piece and it is meant to be served like this as this is part of how it should look appetising. The guy cut it into two uneven part before putting it in the takeaway container, as the chicken was tender, it fell apart and the thigh bone came off while he’s doing this cutting job. Even worse, he used his hand ( not wearing any gloves ) to do this. I complained and he was arguing that the chicken wouldn’t fit in the container unless he cuts it and he rudely said to me when you eat it you are going to cut it anyway). I went to complain to the one who they said was the manager and he was even more rude. Before I even started to talk he said he has work and doesn’t have time for any silliness. I cancelled the order and left. Worst customer service I ever seen.

Aneeta & Serina were fantastic! I always go here for late night dinner and no matter what time it is, these 2 girls always makes sure that their customers leave with a smile and a stuffed tummy. I definitely would recommend this place, the value and quantity of the food will not disappoint.

Having been a loyal customer of Woody grillI had come to expect a certain level of courtesy and professionalism from the staff. The fact that this incident occurred during a simple request for an additional item speaks volumes about the lack of training and customer service standards upheld by the restaurant. While I understand that every establishment may have occasional lapses in service quality, the blatant rudeness displayed by the staff member was unacceptable and has irreversibly tarnished my perception of Woody Grill. Rude man at the front thinks he is in his country still has no respect whatsoever

Half cooked chicken and meat. The taste is awful. I will never visit again this place. The kids burgers are stiff and hard to eat for minors. Things have to change if they want compete other Turkish restaurants in Kilburn high road.

Every week we go at least 2/3 times there because they are open till late, not only we go we introducing to new people but unfortunately we are facing little weird for one staff the old guy I think his name is Aziz every time we do gives tips but if one or two times we miss then he come across very rude. A part from him all other staff are very friendly and kind specially the Cheif is the gorgeous , very energetic and very entertaining guy we go there for him only.

The seabass they served me was soggy and didn't look fresh at all. I decided to complain only after I didn't feel very well. Therefore the day after. And they didn't do anything, although I was eating there quite regularly. I WILL STOP TO COMPLAIN ONLY WHEN I WILL BE TREATED FAIRLY.

We went there based on good recommendations. But I seems that since that time everything got worse in this restaurant. 1. Food. In general it was not very good. Salad with vegetables too oily, lamb kebab was not cooked properly! The taste was awful we didn't finish it. Finally we had burp with stomach ache all remaining evening and next day after this meat. 2. Service. The worst I've experienced. First of all this place is very dirty and they are not care much about it. Especially the toilet, I wanted to use it with my little kid but it was very dirty - paper all over the floor, bugs flying around and no toilet paper at all! When I asked them to put some they told me it's finished! How come it's possible in a big restaurant! I believe they are not much care about cleaning everywhere. It is not acceptable! I will never visit this place again and I believe Food standard agency should definitely visit them, because they rating should be no above 2/3!

Horrible experience, me and a friend had stomachache and diarrhea after eating my dinner at this restaurant. Complain is going to be registered with the local council to investigate the matter further. Do not even try this restaurant at all.

This shop has been 1 off for me, you can expect good food service and very polite staff.

The problem was, we saw hair in my food which wasn't hygienic at all & there were a lot of charcoal at the buttom of the bread that was given to us and we outlined all these problems to the staff, and they shrugged their shoulders and said they did not know what to do about it... It's poor customer service because hygiene should be top priority, which unfortunately, this restaurant does not follow and its very dispointing when none of your complaints is taken into consideration. So I'd just beware of this company.

I was invited by a family member. Meats are amazing, plate with mixed starters (beans, salad, dolma etc...) possible but nothing special. Toilets were really dirty, atmosphere so so, music to loud and whole plece would need to be refreshed and scrubbed (tables, sits really ugly and old). It was really busy and seems that they are understaffed as waitresses nice but where running like crazy and really not able to accommodate everything on time, like second drinks order (we had to wait very long). It's really worth to try meat dishes if you are around but because of overall expierence it's not a place where I would specially go to eat as a place of my choice or return to.

We have only taken away from Woodies - but we are always warmly greeted and well looked after (we are offered a tea) whilst we wait for the food we ordered to be cooked. Diners there look content. The service seems cheerful and efficient. We think the lamb and chicken shish with rice and salad are superb and so is the accompanying rice and bread. The sides we often have e.g. humous, aubergine and cacik are delicious. We give ourselves a treat at this inexpensive restaurant once a month.

Myself and my Husband came twice . We really enjoyed the starter we received to the main meal and fresh orange juice we had with it . I wish I took some pictures to add. Very authentic meals and dishes and even the waitresses were very lovely and attentive . We will still come some more times . This place is a must go

Words fail me here when I attempt to express the love I have for this establishment. There is a photo of me somewhere when I'm about 9 with my face covered in hummus at this very place. My father has taken me here for a very long time and it is close to my heart. However I went with just a friend recently and got thoroughly entangled with kebab for about 20 quid a person (drinks and food) with stuff to take home. Find that elsewhere in London at any reputable establishment with such amazing tasting food and I'd struggle to believe it. Not to mention the bread and dips you are given before your meal and the tea and baklava you are given after- which is complimentary. Many more years of success for this restaurant I'm sure!!

I was really disappointed with the service I received today! I ordered my food at 1800, we didn’t get it until 19:05. Waiters and waitresses were severing other tables, with the exception of us, even though others came after us. After making so many request for food eventually it came, it was almost thrown at us, without cutlery’s or plates, they didn’t offer any drinks. Whenever I tried getting attention of the waiters they ignored and walked off. We had food without any water, cutlery and plates, I didn’t want to beg for service or food when I am actually paying for it. We had tiny bit of the food, paid for it and walked straight out! I was really disgusted by service, never in my life received such service. I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant to anyone!

We ordered several vegetarian dishes and found bits of animal fat in our food. Took about 45 minutes for them to cook some frozen chips and they were extremely rude the whole time we waited.

I will never go to this shop again igot served by one lady there last night she not even talking to me or even looking at me ifelt like am getting this food for free or she is paying for me throwing the recipient in the cashier this kind of worker getting rid of the customers if icolud give no star iwould for this lady working in the till spouse to serve customers not to abuse them and treat them this way

The worst place ever. Don’t go there you will br treated badly and you will be sweared at and kicked out if you said that the quantity is of the food is not right. We have been regulars in this restaurant for around 2 years and we have been always nice and friendly to the staff, but today when we went and asked for someone to speak to about the quantity of the most expensive plate on the menu. The manager came and the first thing he said was “you guys always come here and complain what’s wrong with the food” he said it while moving his hands in the air infront of us and holding the knife to show us the pieces in an aggressive way. They were disgusting staff and literally kicked us out because we said we wouldn’t pay for the food that came out as it was not what we ordered. DISGUSTING PLACE zerooo stars

Just ordered through ubereats and was really looking forward to the food as I sometimes eat at their Camden branch but this time the food came and the meat has all gone bad, very not fresh and you could taste that they put lots of salt to cover up the fact that the meat has gone bad. We had to throw everything away. Wanted to call the restaurant but can’t find their number anywhere. Very disappointed. Update: we got good poisoned, only took one bite.

Since the moment we stepped in, both the atmosphere and interior was very homely. The food portions were definitely worth it and it was all so tasty! Great little place and very reasonably priced! The staff was extremely friendly. Would highly recommend! Will most definitely be coming back :)
