Woody Grill in Brent

Everytime i order online. The chicken adana kofte is always underooked. I had to recook it in my air fryer. I thought chicken is meant to be fully cooked incase of poisoning. I visited this place and ordered online many times and wont be for some time. If they did basic cooking correctly. I would order continuosly. The person who works there all the time at the night. I think he is the main chef. He is not to be trusted. He will act extra nice to you only because he did something wrong. I dont know what you call someone who does this. Insulting someones intelligence is very insulting. Also very deceptive and fake for acting like this. I very much liked this guy before he done this to me.

Tasteless very salty doner kebabs

Loved this place!! I've only been here once and will be back again. I came with a friend and we were hungry 😊 From the hummus and bread, to the amazing salad and dressing. I had salmon and rice, it was huge but was so good. The service was amazing from when we stepped in. Amazing.

Went to this place today with my family. Usually it’s decent, but this time the service was really slow. When the shawarma finally came, it was burnt. I told the manager, and to be fair, he gave me a fresh one – but the portion was way smaller than what I originally got. Bit of a letdown overall. Hopefully just a bad day, but not the best experience this time.

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. I found hair in my food, which was extremely off-putting. When I brought it to their attention, instead of apologizing or offering a solution, the staff were incredibly rude and disrespectful. To make matters worse, they even got into an argument with us, defending the chef rather than taking responsibility. Absolutely unprofessional. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Amazing food, amazing atmosphere, the service was so quick and the amount of quality food you get is just amazing.. I only went to wash my hands and the food was on the table. Just wow! And if you have any food left, you can take it away, so it won't go to waste. I cannot recommend it enough!

Disappointing Experience – Poor Service & Dishonesty I visited Woody Grill (Dyne Road branch) with my family to break our Iftar, based on recommendations from relatives who dine there often. Unfortunately, our experience was far from what we expected. The service was extremely disappointing. When dessert was served, I asked the waitress if we could have baklava instead of the small brown dessert balls provided. She told me they were sold out. However, just minutes later, I saw another waitress serving baklava to other customers. When I confronted the waitress about this, she ignored me completely. I then asked to speak to the manager, but the waitress—an Asian-looking lady—claimed she was in charge. When I insisted on speaking to someone else, she directed me to the chef. Instead of addressing my concerns professionally, he was dismissive, rude, and unwilling to listen. The lack of honesty, customer service, and professionalism from the staff was shocking. Rather than resolving the issue, they simply ignored it and showed no accountability. It’s disappointing to see a restaurant with such potential being let down by untrained and unprofessional staff. I will not be returning, and I would not recommend this place to anyone who values good service and honesty.

Good atmosphere and decent service but the food was not very good. I ordered lamb chops and it was very tough and hard to bite into so I couldn't eat it. The starters were good but the mains let them down

This place's interior and decor is fabulous. Service was great, staff were all friendly. In general the food was delicious from the dips, bread, meats and soup. The only downsides were the salad mix wasn't for us and the rice was a bit wet.

the worset service I’ve ever have. The spoiled ketchup sprayed all over me—on my hair, my coat, and jeans—when I just opened the lid. I asked the staff for a solution, but no one was willing to help, not even offering me an extra napkin. The new ketchup they brought was taken away again, and still, no one was willing to give a proper apologise

Very good service, very friendly staff and banging food came here last week!!! I recommend this place to everyone. Been coming here since 2015. Friendly advice, please don’t spray detergent around the donner kebab machine if your putting the meat back few mins later and going to slice it, as the meat will absorb the smell from spray and the fumes from the sprayed hot part of the machine making it taste like fish. I have come here a few times, they never fail with there great etiquette & service. Amazing food and excellent customer service. The staff were very polite and attentive. Our order was prepared very promptly and quickly. The fiod was cooked really well and tssted amazing. The portion sizes were generous enough to share unless your realky hubgry. This place is very Child friendly and comfortable for a meal. Would definitely recommend it.

Ordered Lamb Shank with Rice and it was superb, really enjoyed, although bit pricy but still ok to enjoy the nice meal.

Best place in the area. They give you massive portions, the quality is fantastic and the customer service is a 10. We are regulars now! All the meat is freshly prepared in the grill and you can see all the fresh ingredients on display. Will come back very soon!!!

1.5 miles from my workplace. I ordered food and my food was on the way 1 hour and 17minutes. They advertised 20mins arrival and then on the end it was 1hour and 17mins and the food what i would never even give to my dog. Awful awful!!!!Never ever again. Marta

I like the food. Food is good but need more than 1 staff for the tables. Can get frustrating waiting for ages to.get table service. Looks like woodys is scrimping.on staff. Needs a good refurbishing. Tables and chairs quite tatty and un hygienic.

I visited Woody Grill for a late lunch and I was not disappointed. The food arrived within minutes and it felt more like feast than a lunch meal! The mixed shawarma with chips, hummus and salad and sauces fueled me up for my long journey back to the North West. Definitely recommend this place for great food at a good price.

Really good and excellent value

Spectacular, food was great even at midnight. Never had service that great. Just went in to look at the menu but they were so inviting me and my mates sat down. Service was fast and the food was great. Doner and the baklava were great. Complimentary Turkish bread was cherry on top!

Undercooked chips, over cooked and dry meat plus they don't even listen to your order. I asked for a MIXED meat and chips, they only sent chicken and the meat is dry and flavourless.

Went to eat with family. Price too high for quantity. Everything was super dry. Naan bread was like a buscuit. When i complained they just did not bother. All they take is money. Sub standard quality. Customer service is extremely poor.

The food was alright but the lamb ribs weren’t very good.When we asked if they had lamb ribs they said they did have them but later on when we were eating the starters they randomly just told us they have no ribs!! When the food arrived the ribs weren’t very good because it was an uncooked and if you squeezed it you would see blood!!

I don’t think I could give this even one star. I had the worst experience. I wanted to buy chicken served with sauce and vegetable for takeaway. The chicken pieces are shown as large pieces of a thigh and leg together in one piece and it is meant to be served like this as this is part of how it should look appetising. The guy cut it into two uneven part before putting it in the takeaway container, as the chicken was tender, it fell apart and the thigh bone came off while he’s doing this cutting job. Even worse, he used his hand ( not wearing any gloves ) to do this. I complained and he was arguing that the chicken wouldn’t fit in the container unless he cuts it and he rudely said to me when you eat it you are going to cut it anyway). I went to complain to the one who they said was the manager and he was even more rude. Before I even started to talk he said he has work and doesn’t have time for any silliness. I cancelled the order and left. Worst customer service I ever seen.

Aneeta & Serina were fantastic! I always go here for late night dinner and no matter what time it is, these 2 girls always makes sure that their customers leave with a smile and a stuffed tummy. I definitely would recommend this place, the value and quantity of the food will not disappoint.
