Delicious! Reserved a table to celebrate my Son's 13th Birthday! We all really enjoyed the Hot starters' platters & mains platters; including beautifully cooked, seasoned/ marinated lamb/chicken, wings, ribs, adana kebabs & so much more! *** Absolutely delicious. So juicy, cooked to perfection. We're always ordering takeaways from here but decided to dine in as it was a special occasion. The jug of Aryan tasted lovely, the fruity Daiquiris were refreshing & the Ferrero roche/vanilla milke shakes were yummy. Thanks to the staff for making it an extremely enjoyable celebration. Plus, MANY Thanks to Kaye for the delicious cake she provided for us on the house!!! We were also given complimentary Turkish Chai, Super special evening. Thank you!

Great food at reasonable prices. Couldn't get better.

I visited with some friends and we ordered the family platter. The meat portion was very generous and well-prepared, but the rice and bulgur portions were a bit too small. On the other hand, the green salad was outstanding—one of the best salads I've ever had! The atmosphere was lovely, and the staff were helpful and attentive. Overall, we had a great experience and enjoyed our time there.

Went here to celebrate my mothers birthday, it was perfect for the occasion. Service was impeccable, friendly and generous and the food was full of flavour. 10/10 and will come again!!

The service is exceptional, the waiters are very friendly, the ones who served us were Umar and Fawad, they are extremely attentive,🫶 my friends and I have become loyal customers! Good and cheap food, the space accommodates a lot of people and is ideal for celebrating a birthday!

A group of 10 on our 2nd visit found the food and atmosphere good. The staff were friendly and helpful. The portions are generous. Early afternoon is a great time to go because you don't feel rushed. By the time we were leaving the evening diners were arriving and it because increasingly busier. It is very popular. The loos are downstairs, so not great if you have mobility issues. We like it and would go again especially as we all came from different directions. 😋🙂

Visited this Turkish restaurant last night (Sunday) at around 8:30/9pm. It was packed! Couldn't believe how happening it was on a Sunday night. Great atmosphere and the wait staff managed to be so so attentive even tho it was busy. I visited with a friend who had been before and liked it. Unfortunately I was let down by the food. We ordered a large Chicken Shish and a regular Lamb Shish. One Rice. One Chips. The flavours were great! Really on point. But it was just all cold unfortunately Some of the chicken was warm (thankfully!) but most was not, the lamb was cold, the rice was cold. Really let it down. The best thing was the warm bread, fresh salad and tasty tzatziki to start!

For me this is the best kebab in London. I have been there so many times and they never disappointed me. Prices are good and food is even better.

I would not entertain my money to go there

We've ordered a plater with extra bulgar. Bulgar was cold and old. Poor quality food, not for me anymore.

Ordered the family platter from Uber eats and it was amazing, best kebab / grill in the area. The portion was MASSIVE, it says it’s recommended for 2-3 ppl but I’d say that it’s enough for 4!! It comes with so much bread and meat (the picture on Uber eats doesn’t do it justice!!)

Food are good especially the dips.

Atmosphere was good, but the wash room facilities was very poor, smelly and unhygienic. The restaurant management must take care of this. Very nice restaurant found by chance while walking. The place is spacious with very nice decoration. The staff is numerous, caring for the customers. The service was very generous, so much so that we did not finish our plates as well as the extras that were given to us for free. I found the quality/price ratio to be more than adequate.

I went yesterday to the restaurant met a lovely lady there called gizem she gave excellent customer services and greeted all of us with her sparkly smile. She also made sure we was okay at all times and making sure if we needed anything else and made us feel welcomed.

This place isn't as good as it used to be. Food came too quickly and was cold.

Ordered by chance on uber whilst in London and wow! Delicious food and fresh! Im usually not keen on eating out because I'm very fussy, I disect all my food and I have alot of gastro sensitivies. On the last day of my visit I drove to the restaurant, its very clean, the staff are all friendly, professional and are clearly excellent at their job. The young lady who was managing is a credit to the establishment, she was helpful, gave good advice and let me tell you, the food was excellent. The salads, the grill, drinks, sides, dips, e v e r y t h i n g was incredible. I only wish there was one in The North! Until next time its ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.

One of my favourite turkish restaurants

I think I'll be at home on my London getaways. It's my second time in this place, I like that they welcome you with a beautiful and delicious salad plate. For those who love Middle Eastern cuisine it is a joy for the eyes and the throat. We found ourselves in a difficult situation and the staff reacted with great humanity and competence.

Caught them making fresh kebab in the morning. Like to order here. Food is very nice. Portions are solid. I highly recommend them.

Huge portions and starters were delicious. Mains were a bit hit and miss. We had the vegetarian moussaka which had to be sent back twice as it was cold in the middle which was a shame as what I did get to taste was delicious. The other main was perfect. Though we would definitely go back again .

It was very bad experience to go there because when I give my order so other take a long time and when they bring my food they have with no bread and didn’t bring the salad before the food and also when I did the payment they charge me £8 extra They say this is service charge which we are two person. Food was rubbish. I don’t like it. Don’t waste your time to go there.

Updated: 03-11-2024. Proud to have Turkish restaurant near us. Excellent Dinning experience yet again. Try with confidence!!!! We have been going there since last 22 years. What an amazing story of success. Over the years everything has gone better and better. Food: Best Turkish food specially their family platter. Everything cooked to perfection!! There new seating area is very well decorated and even place upstairs for a private party. Enough staff to handle busy evenings. Great place and none of us have to go Wood green or North London for Turkish food.

Stay away!!!! Card machine was not working, I offered to leave my soggy bag and go to cashpoint to get cash. Manager became irate as I'd it was my fault their card machine wasn't working. Suggested that staff member follow me up to the tube station at night to make sure I was getting the cash, as I single woman I told him I didn't feel OK with having some strange man follow me to the cash point. I was told I couldn't be trusted and basically treated like a criminal because THEY'RE CARD MACHINE was faulty. Thia was my second time dining there and tbf the staff were rude the first time...my mistake for going back...needless to say I won't be going back ever again, truly appalling 😱👎🤦‍♀️

We absolutely adore this place, food and staff. We have been dining here for past 4 5 years and it's taste and quality is same since. Highly recommended Ite getting really crowded and they have placed seats everywhere. Everyone passing by keep on bumping on your chair and it's really annoying specially with the price point they have

Delicious food, attentive staff, quick service and decent prices! What's not to love? If you're in the area, or even not, do yourself a favour and give this wonderful restaurant a visit. They have quickly become one of my all-time favourites due to the consistency and high quality of food they serve customers.

Biggest „small” kebab I ever seen. It was bigger than most of Large ones I have had. All packed separately and neat. Large flat bread. Lamb Donner fresh and juicy 5 min before closing! West London should come and learn here! Definitely highly recommend and I will be back!

A beautiful family dinner party for a 40th party. The service was lovely. Very polite, on hand and quick. Only thing I would recommend is the Lemonade beautiful as it was , is a little too sweet. Overall food was incredible and my in-laws are great cooks and they loved it. Private dining was lovely suitable for a large group. The assistant even cleaned up after us , although we helped him. Lezziz Charcoal is definitely Lezziz. It's the Best Turkish restaurant, Great in Service, Quality food and Taste. The family platter and kebabs were highlights, with everything rich in flavor. I have been visiting Leziz for over 20 years and all I can say is that their food gets better and better. It has been our favourite family restaurant till this day. The meat is always cooked to perfection. Their salad, bread and drinks are always great. I really can’t fault it. The service is fantastic, everything comes in time. I see the owner all the time and see how hard he’s been working to make his restaurant the way it is today. He did a great job. We’ll be back again for sure.

We came here on some friends’ recommendation. The place is what you would expect from a modern Turkish restaurant. The food is average, it’s nice but nothing wow. They get you complimentary dips, bread and salad which was a really nice touch, and we appreciated. The staff however, made our night. Haroun was a top notch server. Always available, and happy to recommend and please any of our requests. It really made a difference. Price was within London average. Food portions are quite big, so you can easily share and bring the cost down. We definitely will be back

If you want a clean Turkish restaurant with excellent prices, and the food, God willing, is sufficient and provided, then this is the right place It’s the perfect Turkey restaurant in the London, the gave a good quality of grilled meet and chicken. Nice place for families to celebrate.

the food and tea was simply delicious. the lamb especially was to die for! however, one thing that made my experience a little uncomfortable was how the workers were treating one other. as i was eating the juicy, aromatic and tender lamb chops, i heard a little commotion in front of me. i looked up, and saw one of the workers being berated by a group of other workers. i can only imagine how that worker is being treated without any customers there. i hope this is not the case, but just wanted to share my experience.

It's the first time I tryed this restaurant, I ordered lamb donner rap, it was the worst donner I ever had, I only had a little and left the rest the boss of the restaurant could see I did not eat it, if I own this restaurant I would have ask the customer if there was a problem, I just payed and left. I will never come here again I could recommend at least 10 restaurant which is 10 times better. Enyone who want to challenge me is wellcome iv been in the food business for 35 years.

Food was REALLY REALLY good and the quantity was enough for 3 people but it was only me LOL! I spent £21 only and if you’re sharing with 2/3 people, this’s a pretty good deal for such delicious and healthy food.

just went there tonight order lamb doner 7 times and i was ignored rudely by the guy with black clothes looked at me each time looked at me and turned his head back, then i asked him if he serves people and the guy next to him came and took the order, lamb doner i ordered large came smaller than small .

Extremely Disappointed - Avoid at All Costs I have been a regular customer here, but my experience today has completely changed my mind. I will not be returning and strongly advise others to avoid this place at all costs. Hygiene Issues: • A staff member stood behind the counter with his hand in his armpit under his sleeve, then handled food without washing his hands. • Most of the staff behind the counter, except for two, were chatting, grabbing each other like kids, wiping sweat off their foreheads with bare hands, and then touching food. This is utterly unacceptable. Service Issues: •. The staff barely acknowledged my presence. One staff member even left the shop to greet a friend who came in after me, leaving me waiting. • During my wait, a random person in a red football shirt walked behind the counter and stood in the middle of the service area to have a chat, leaning against the counter where the food is kept and cooked. I saw one of the team members push him out the way when he was preparing an order. Overcharging: • I ordered a regular lamb kofte, which is £9. However, I was charged £14. • When I questioned this, the server insisted I had ordered a large and called me a liar in front of his colleagues. Even tried to tell me regular means large. • A senior staff member intervened, making a poor excuse that the server has difficulty communicating. This is not an acceptable reason for overcharging and poor service. This experience has left me deeply disappointed with the poor standards of hygiene and service. I will not be going back, and I strongly advise others to avoid this place.

They have a nice room upstairs if you are more than 15 - 20 people. Service was quick and friendly. Their food is always well cooked and fresh due to how busy they are. We got the 1 metre platter full of lovely lamb chops, ribs, wings, kebabs. Also comes with hot and cold starter platters plus lahmajun.

Wonderful place! Lezziz have really pushed the boat out for a lovely atmosphere in the restaurant, much bigger and beautiful decor...the food was DELISHHHHHHH, and reasonably priced ! (do not change this!! massively part of the appeal!!!) great setting as and a lovely wait staff... all of the team of waiters were lovely , kind and very experienced in customer services... for such a youthful good looking team! very impressed and keep it up! i have recommended to others !

Not good Ordered takeaway and the man decided to put the meat on top of the vegetarian food so now it's all soaked through and ruined our food. Make sure you ask them to bag it completely separately when you order.
