This place is amazing, the ambience, the decor, the food omg! Is amaaaazing!!! Delicious 😋. In my week's of badluck...This has been 10 stars or more. Fresh and tasty. Service is also great. I'm definitely not getting paid. This was a treat and the best ever. Thank you Lezziz.

This Turkish restaurant in Willesden is simply the best. The food is delicious, the staff is friendly, and the atmosphere is cozy. I highly recommend it!

I regret leaving a good review in the past. Portions are halved in comparison to 2021, prices are more than doubled (veg platter for example is nearly 130% more expensive. Yes. That’s not a typo. And the quality is meh. Will not order again

Where do we draw the line ? this thing below (pic taken as it arrived in case you think we ate half of it) is a £24 vegetarian " platter "takeaway order.. I mean , I get it - inflation , prices are going up ,rent too but it is Audacity to call this a platter. We have 2 falafels ,2 small bureks,2 slices of halloumi and a few scoops of salad. We used to order regularly, just for comparison - exactly 2.5 years ago this was £10.50 with the only difference that back then you had an extra falafel and fries ! This is 128% increase for less food. Maybe some integrity would help...Shame as the food was nice but we won't be returning as customers.

Went this afternoon to buy a takeaway food , I am regular customers and when is busy in the night I understand the staff can be rude a bit but now with really empty but still the man there was Such rude person play with his phone and don’t even look at me while I am ordering, answer me in away that like I am stupid or saying something stupid.. talking to his colleague and leave me waiting for the food without even little smile or apology.. don’t think I will go there again

This place is amazing! The food is so delicious - veggie options especially! and such good value for money!! The portions are plenty! The quality you can tell is fantastic and traditional. The guys are lovely and I’m glad it’s around the corner from where I live. Sometimes I see a que of people going out the door and now I know why! Definitly worth checking out!

Been coming here for 20 years. Our most recent experience was a little odd. Top and tail of it is that the order we received was wrong. Our suspicions aroused obviously when the food arrived at the table, as it was this huge platter that covered the full span of our table! When we asked the waiter if this was the correct order they said yes this is all part of what we ordered. Now we left it at that, thinking ok this must be our order but just a lot bigger than what we anticipated. It’s only when I paid the bill I realised they had sent us an item which was £70 more than what we thought we had ordered. I took this up with the lady serving us first, and she was insistent what we received was what we ordered. I asked for the manager (Mehmet), and I must say he was very polite and reasonable about the whole thing. He kindly offered a discount which we accepted. I would say staff should re-affirm orders, but also gage the people at the table against what the customer is ordering. We were a group of 9, out of which were 4 children (under age of 9) an elderly man and two women. Will continue to come back to Leziz’ as they serve by far the finest Turkish cuisine in London.

Very good, tasty food. Generous portions: best to turn up hungry. Attentive and friendly service. No alcohol, which came as a slight shock but probably shouldn't have done - it is a Turkish restaurant after all. And no alcohol keeps the cost of the meal down. They offer containers to take away what you can't finish. The vegetarians in the party were very pleased.

Food was cold, the potatoes were soggy, I ordered chicken doner kebab, and it was really bad to eat, the service was taking long, they were giving out less food and they nearly charged me for the appetizer bread, and the atmosphere was not kid friendly music, as it was some inappropriate lyrics while there was a kid

I entered and the waiter just assumed I'm staring into the air, she didn't serve me until I told her that I am here for a dine in. The food was cold but still tasted good, the waiters have seemed to forget about me completely - the restaurant isn't busy at all and the waiters are playing around with their phones, I'm paying for getting table served , but seems like I have to go and get everything myself - still ridiculous that they charge 10% for service that I havent received. Update: the food I received when I went there yesterday is cold and the music was too loud as if it is a party.

Great atmosphere, fantastic staff, we went with our 2 month old in a pram and they were very accommodating. Definitely arrive early (before 6pm) if you haven't booked as there were people queueing as we left. Very popular place with good reason! Especially impressed with the calamari.

We tried this Turkish place for lunch. Had the russian salad which was very nice, good portion, a lamb doner and chicken kofta that came with a good portion of salad nicely dressed. I had a mocktail 🍹 coco loco with coconut pineapple, mint etc.

Typical Turkish restaurant. The food is standard, nothing special, the same as umpteen other Turkish restaurants. The service is quick and waiters look after you. Even in a very busy time the food arrived quickly. Although the lamb ribs were underdone as the fat had not been rendered. However, the waiter did take it back and replaced it with something else. Overall it's a place to go once.

We have been going there since last 22 years. What an amazing story of sucess. Over the years everything has gone better and better. Food: Best Turkisk food specially their family platter. Everything cooked to perfection!! There new seating area is very well decorated and even place upstairs for a private party. Enough staff to handle busy evenings. Great place and none of us have to go Woodgreen or North London for Turkish food.

The food portion onnthr jumbo plater was massive. I did like the flavour of the food which was nice. The read mear o. The bone I found that it wasn't all cooked well and had blood. Two of the guest did fall sick so not entirely sure why. But I really enjoyed all the meats. The atmosphere was crazy busy and loud. Not a big fan of that. The desert like the ice-cream for the kids wasn't great as it seemed basic ice-cream.

4 years ago I gave 5 stars to this place..it seems the owner sold it or he became more careless or not around anymore to leave this beautiful restaurant with thus stage of going down..I ordered 2 doner plate with chips and was exited as I know this restaurant always give the best service..sadly I really regret eating from the cold doner I believe was served from left over the waitress through the salad over the table like we are coming to beg for food! I was there around 8PM I was going to leave this food as its but I was forced to eat cold chips and cold doner I was so embarrassed with my guest indeed..why.why.why you have to serve cold food and the bread was awful this not Lezziz usual bread at all..this restaurant was famous with its bread was so delicious..what happened to original lezziz? The food was amazing but now sinking down either sold or the owner not there or manager's not around busy!!! I feel so sad for me and customers who think lezziz still LEZZIZ!!!!!

As a regular at Lezziz Turkish Restaurant in Willesden Green, I can confidently say that the food here is outstanding. Food is excellent but the service wasn't consistent and it felt like we were constantly waiting for things and staff were overstretched. Expected better especially for the amount we spent. They also added on a service charge to the bill which does not feel like it's voluntary and they didn't remove it when we asked. Great food, customer service could be better, atmosphere is very busy, rushed and a bit noisy.

Leziz is a place I frequent, also the smaller leziz express. The food here is made to a much higher standard than most places in London. The service when eating in at this restaurant is also second to none. At a family gathering here, we was hosted by Fawad, who made sure to make the gathering run smoothly. He went above and beyond the call of duty, making me and my family comfortable and changing seating arrangements for us on the fly as we crowded the restaurant. If you like kebab, you’ll love leziz. I’d recommend the large mixed kebab with rice, drizzled with the garlic sauce. Enjoy!

If you choose your order carefully, you will enjoy a nice meal. Best to order less as it can be large portions.

Lovely place to eat if you like decent meat.

It was our first time to try this restaurant, buried along Walm Lane. Luckily our graciiys and generous hosts had reserved a table as we arrived 8 minutes late and already a long queue was forming. The food was excellent. Everything was grilled. We were 4 people and we had the mixed meat platter and the seafood platter. Whilst waiting we were served a fresh salad with lovely warm bread and an assortment of dips, all Hhome made, and all delicious. The lamb was light, soft and delicious, the seafood was terrific. Service was very good and surprisingly so as the place was packed and a long queue waiting. Lezziz Charcoal has been in business for 30 years and now we know why. We will definitely go back.

Worse place I ever been to any Turkish food terrible customer service, there was a hair on their food. Just a hyped up place too over crowded no service at all. You don’t get Turkish rice, you will get basmati rice. No taste at all. You get rubbish service and get huge service charge.

Nice ambience, lots of space, good lighting, not too cold in the premises. Lots of meat dishes for the carnivores, and your not dinosaurs, just the word sounds like something from Jurassic Park. I am a vegetarian, so opted for the vegetarian Moussaka. I was hungry, before main dish arrived, were served with nan bread and dips, then they brought salad, then they brought olives. When the Moussaka arrived I was full and loosening my tight trousers that I had from on 20 years or more ago. Can you imagine opening your top button of your trouser and eating your food and remembering to close it before you get up and don't get seen doing it. I watched my colleagues sit together at one end and eat their meat platter. It was strange watching them eat meat. I always try to finish all my food as good practice, had to leave my Moussaka that came with rice as I was full from the pre main foods. We had Kava tea after our food, thisvwas nice. As we were leaving after 10pm a family was just coming in. I forgot to mention this is a Turkish restaurant and not Lebanese as I previously thought.

Perhaps one of the best and underrated Turkish restaurants in london, the food is amazing and service is great too. Prices have slightly gone up recently but what hasnt ! Mix grill in this place is never a let down, so expect a feast and be hungry when you arrive. Lamb Doner is great and one of my favourites. After ordering 2 kunafa take away and waiting standing on the wall like grounded kid for 20 minutes (until my jacket start smelling like their smoky mangal grills) nobody even moved to prepare my order i just walked out. Would love to tell the owners that 20£ kunafa doesnt worth enough to become wealthy, its true but this is how u lose customers. I wouldnt come again. Hire perhaps few more waiters, maybe someone would manage to take customers money. A total waste of time. Vendors....

An Extremely busy popular restaurant in North West London supported well by locals. At times you have to wait to be seated. The establishment provides an excellent eat in service as well as take away staying open into the early hours. Slick service makes the time fly by without it being over bearing. Food prepared to very good standard with generous portions.

Title: A Disastrous Dining Experience My recent visit to Lezziz Charcoal grill was marred by an unfortunate and unacceptable incident that left a sour taste in my mouth. I arrived at the restaurant with my family, only to find there was no available space, and we had to wait in a queue. This wasn't a problem, as we were willing to wait our turn. However, things took a turn for the worse when the manager intervened. Four other patrons arrived after us, and to our shock, the manager gave them the available space instead of us. We immediately raised our concern, as it seemed that we had been clearly waiting longer than the newcomers. Unfortunately, the manager's response was not only disappointing but also incredibly rude. He insisted that the other party had been there before us and refused to check the security cameras to verify the order of arrival. As a compromise, we suggested waiting for an additional 50 minutes, but this proposal was met with dismissive indifference. The manager coldly informed us that if we couldn't wait, we were free to leave, concluding with a curt "goodnight." It was apparent that our legitimate concerns were falling on deaf ears. Disheartened by the unjust treatment, we decided to leave the restaurant, but not before voicing our complaints to the owner. To our relief, the owner's attitude remained respectful and fine. However, it was the manager who escalated the situation further. Instead of addressing our concerns with professionalism and respect, he resorted to using offensive language and engaged in an argument with us outside the restaurant. As we exited the establishment, it was the manager who pursued us outside, continuing to berate us in front of the restaurant. It was an embarrassing and unprofessional display of anger, with other staff members trying to intervene and restrain him. Such an aggressive and uncalled-for reaction by a restaurant manager is unacceptable and unexpected in any dining establishment. In summary, our experience at Restaurant was overshadowed by the deplorable behavior of the manager. While the food and ambiance may have been promising, the appalling customer service and disrespect demonstrated by the manager tarnished what could have otherwise been an enjoyable evening. I sincerely hope that the management addresses these issues promptly, as such behavior is detrimental to the reputation of the restaurant and its ability to retain loyal patrons.

Excellent food! The portions are generous and well presented. Quality of the meat and veg is fantastic. We've been a few times and the weekend chef makes the yummiest food! Request to restaurant: please stop using single use plastic for water!
