Wonderland in Stratford-on-Avon

A lovely warm welcoming from the staff at this magical place. And the honeycomb ice cream was delicious lol . The young staff work very hard to keep the customer happy and go over and beyond in doing this . Will certainly be going back .

We visited last week to compare Wonderland to other places in Stratford that sell ice-cream and it’s definitely the best. The decor is magical and so is the food. We tried the bubble waffle, milkshake and ice cream and all were first class. The staff are all very friendly too. We will be going to Wonderland for all our sweet treats from now on.

Lovely pretty decor in a decent location. There was a mistake in my order and I was served something non vegan despite specifying I was vegan. Lack of knowledge from staff and not a very friendly welcome or vibe. For one tiny scoop of ice cream served in a paper cup was £4! It was tasty but extremely overpriced.

The decor inside Wonderland is amazing and didn’t disappoint - definitely insta worthy! Lovely location in Bell Court too so it really has the potential to be fantastic. However on the day we visited it was a bit chaotic, ice cream was very melted and when our bubble waffles arrived the order had got a bit muddled so neither of us got quite what we asked for. So it’s not quite there yet but hopefully with a bit of time things will improve and I hope to go again in a few months when things are a bit more slick.

New to trip advisor and recently moved to Stratford. Absolutely loved our visit. We enjoyed bubble waffles for the 3 adults, ice creams for the kids and the old folk had the best milkshakes ever. Liv the Manager was amazing. Can’t wait to visit again !

Fabulous interior, friendly staff and delicious ice creams, gelato and waffles! The Alice In Wonderland theme is brilliant, a great place to enjoy a delicious dessert or a nice coffee. Highly recommend a visit!
