Decent restaurant with good services and it’s a kids-friendly restaurants. Highly recommended. (Lobster tails are highly recommended too)

Extremely poor service, had to attract a waiters attention to order our drinks, (a bottle of wine) which took 15 minutes to be ready to be served, at which point having asked four times for someone to take our order and having been completely ignored twice, we walked out! The excuse given was that you were busy, well I guess it was Saturday night and you haven't been busy before on a Saturday night. Under no circumstances should a paying customer be ignored, under no circumstances should a paying customer have to ask four times if they can place an order. If it is busy and there are service delays then this should have been communicated as we were seated. We went around the corner to an equally busy restaurant and were seated at the last available table, drinks were served in FIVE minutes and we had a super dinner.

Sterios was wonderful today and made every detail count on my boyfriend’s birthday. The steaks were great and perfectly cooked medium-rare and big size portions for the starters too! Super full with the two course luxury set up lunch menu and with the 2x14 pounds cocktails. Love every bit of the experience! We will come back!

The service was really good, one server looked after us great job. There were 8 of us there had no complaints about the food it's was hot fresh and tasty. A very pleasant afternoon in in a fantastic restaurant with good friends what more could I ask for.

Ola was a wonderful server, the food was delicious! They were especially careful with my gluten allergy and that meant a lot. It was overall a lovely evening, the steak is divine and I would definitely recommend!

Superb, food, service & welcome. We enjoyed every minute and we were looked after exceptionally well by Russell. A huge thank you to the chefs working in such hot conditions and as a result we bought the staff a drink just to show our appreciation.

We arrived at M and C late after leaving another restaurant in Stratford due to poor service and awful food. We were greeted with a smile and welcoming hello! Taken too our table and served with care at speed! Our waiter I believe was Stelios?! What a fantastic waiter! So experienced, knowledgable and nothing was any trouble! Our food was amazing! We will definitely be retuning! Thanks to Stelios and the lovely female waitress serving us too! You both made our evening! ❤️

This is the second time we have visited Stratford upon Avon in three months. On both visits we have eaten at this restaurant and were also served by Stelios on both occasions. The steaks we had (the 12oz ribeye and 8oz fillet) were cooked perfectly and I always enjoy the accompaniments (particularly the onion loaf and the red wine sauce). I would love to give the restaurant a 5* for atmosphere as well but I feel like the staff can only do so much. Stelios is an absolute credit to the company. He’s happy, he’s engaging and he’s always got time to make sure your meals are good and find common ground to chat about. From what we saw, the rest of the staff are very similar and they were all working extremely hard. The only issue is that there arent enough of them. Like most of the hospitality industry, it appeared to work on minimal staffing to achieve a level of customer experience that, at times, must feel impossible. Again, though, I cannot praise the staff enough. They were all working so hard to provide an incredible customer experience.

We love our Stratford on Avon Miller & Carter, great atmosphere, steaks are fantastic and age staff are excellent too. Last night my steak wasn’t the best & our server and manager dealt with it so well. We have been served by Lucas on many occasions and he is great, very helpful & friendly (witty too - we always have good banter with him).

Had a very enjoyable meal today both had the pork tomahawk from the set lunch menu. The set menu offers plenty of choice and good value for money . The service was excellent so quick and Hannah our server was friendly and informative of what to order, service with a smile she made us feel really welcome. It's a beautiful restaurant just a shame it was so quiet whilst we were there only two other couples dining. We would definitely dine here again when in the area.

This was a very special occasion for our 30th wedding anniversary and Stelios, our waiter, went above and beyond our expectations to make the occasion extra special andthefoodwasexceptional. He took various photos for my wife and I throughout the evening and presented us with a specially prepared dessert free of charge, eventhough we were not planning to have a dessert. This was our 3rd time eating here and was by far the best experience we've had anywhere. I don't normally write comments when eating out or visiting places, and as this was such an amazing experience, fantastic food and Stelios was so attentive I felt compelled to say a big thank you and I couldn't recommend this highly enough.

What a wonderful experience! We were a group of 22 from Los Angeles. We booked 3 months in advance and pre-ordered our 3 course experience. The food came out expertly and professionally- they called each person's course by name!!! The ambience is classy. The food was plentiful and delicious. The service was relaxed, friendly, and accommodating. They have a bell they ring if you enjoy your meal. We asked that it be rang heartily! Thank you Rey and Team 😁
