Given a delivery time of 40-60 minutes. Ordered at 18:15pm and food arrived at 20:05pm. Had a delivered notification and had to request a new time. Order had clearly not been made or delivered. Not even some prawn crackers as an apology gratuity

Been going here for years only once had a late delivery before. Ordered at 7pm and told estimated delivery was between 20:00 - 20:20. Food arrived at 20:55 and was not as good as usual, Wont be going back again.

Ordered chicken fried rice, it was inedible, smelt off, chicken was rubbery and it was definitely reheated as there were burnt bits all through it and the rice way so dry, went in the bin. The chips looked as if they’d been cooked three times over in old oil, half were burnt and the curry sauce couldn’t even fix it as it was like pouring water on the food it was so thin and tasteless. Never ordering again what a waste of money.

The prawn toast was the worst I’ve ever eaten, some pieces had no sesame seeds on it at all, it was way over cooked, prawnless, and in my opinion re-heated. The chicken and sweetcorn soup was ok but bland, the salt and pepper ribs were murdered and in my opinion re-heated. The house special chow mein was the best thing we had. When you spend £25.00 on a takeaway it should be freshly cooked and edible. This is the first time we have ordered from here in 2 years, the last one was binned. Rank.

Food arrived in good time - earlier than estimated and every dish was spot on. Very positive for a first time and will be ordering again :-)

ordered crispy chilli beef but it was just fat and wasn't even crispy fat. very disappointed

Salt and Pepper Chicken was very dissatisfying, didn’t taste salted whatsoever, just a battered chicken wing with a minimal amount of onion/chilli/garlic accompaniment. Ribs were very poor, no meat on them whatsoever. Beef and Black bean was good, but never experienced it with carrot in, seemed to be bulking the dish out rather than adding anything. Rice was good. Delivery was on time and prompt. Wouldn’t order from here again, but appreciate the low delivery fees and the fact it was on time.

Ordered from here a few times this year, trying something different each time. We haven't been disappointed once. Really pleasant delivery driver too.

Had to ring the restaurant to find out where our food was. Was told it would be 10 mins but waited another half an hour. Should be advising customers when they place orders that there’s a long waiting time if you’re busy.

Been ordering from here for a few months now and can honestly I haven’t had a bad meal yet! It’s always spot on, however the prawn crackers can sometimes be stale but I don’t eat them away

We’ve ordered many times before and really enjoy their food. Unfortunately tonight the food was only luke warm when delivered and we had to reheat in the microwave. Great as always once reheated.

Beef too tuff no flavour Young chow fried rice far too much soya sauce it was dark brown. Not nice to look at taste was too strong. Noodles were nice 👌 sorry 😞

the worst chinese ever had never go here the woman is the rudest person i have ever met in my life my sister went in to ask for a tissue after spending over £20 on food there she told her no and to go away my dad asked for some and the man was going to give some and she came shouting telling us to get away and started to take pictures of us will never be going back there and definitely won’t be recommending to anyone not even fit for animals to eat

The food was Luke warm, the spicy chicken Szechuan tasted like dishwater, the duck spring rolls has one tiny piece of duck which I had to open and search for otherwise just pure vegetables. Will not order again, awful.

Really good food and delivery, at least 30 minutes early, always use Wonderful Fortune when wanting Chinese.

Worst Chinese I have ever had .chips were very overcooked and almost inedible the beef I ordered was beef Szechuan don't know what it was but definitely not what I ordered absolutely disgusting and went in the bin .Veg spring rolls what a joke rolled up empty tubes of pastry and salt and pepper wings were very dried up wings that even the meat on them was very dried up and could not eat without almost breaking my teeth food I might as well of set fire to my money save me the delivery charge I'm 100%positive I will not buy from here again

This is our go to Chinese take away as the meals are always very good and we have not had any issues in the twelve years we have lived in this area. Consistently good, always ready on time and reasonable value for money. Recommended.

Not upto the usual standard, hot chilli wasn't very chilli tasting just very salty and the onion rings were poor tonight scrappy or too fat

The duck was dry , fatty and burnt The curry also tasted different to usual Not sure what’s gone wrong but I will be thinking twice where I place my next order

Not the best I’ve had. Starter (pancake rolls) overcooked, with hardly any meat in. Main just bland. Arrived on time though. Won’t be ordering again.

Normally nice from here. But tonight no - Duck was different to normal and wasn’t pleasant. Rice is hard, and noodles don’t taste fresh. Don’t think I’ll be ordering again anytime soon. Thrown most of the meal away!

Food was ready to collect 5 mins early, all was hot and tasty. I got the hot and sour soup, thai skewered chicken and sesame prawn toast. I’ve used Wonderful Fortune before and will def use again 👍🏻

Good quality, really tasty, big portions, delivery took a while but was worth the wait.

Waste of money... most of it went in the bin... sat, waiting for ages for cardboard and over cooked food... I'd get better in tescos for a 3rd of the price... never again...

Came early and hot no complaints about that , but the taste was non- existent didn’t taste of anything, I Ordered chilli Pork think they sent me sweet-and-sour pork pineapple in it no chilli what’s so ever , my husband ordered beef chow mein dry the curry sauce that came alongside we ordered for £1.80 was like water tested of nothing, Vegetable spring rolls nothing inside and overcooked , Salt-N-Pepa chips were not seasoned in any way shape or form absolutely appalled £21 , I will never ever order from here again, feel very let down very underwhelmed.

Ordered food at 1920 given delivery time of 2015-2035 still at 2100 no food! I rang the restaurant at 2050 and all I was told was it’s on its way….. this is the 2nd time I’ve had this! Not acceptable very bad customer service!!!!

Lived in drig 43 years . Worst chinese we have ever had ...Beef curry no taste and gristle meat chips fried too many times in old oil. Fit for the bin . Was really looking forward to it . Never again .

Although our order came relatively quickly, it was the worst meal I've ever had from Wonderful Fortune! Not sure whether the cost of living is impacting the quality, but the salt n pepper chips were soggy and cold and no taste at all, and everything else we ordered was just watery and poor quality, not up to the usual nice atandard we have experienced in the past, very disappointed.

Awful uncooked food and had to drive it back to get a refund. Tried telling me that I hadn't brought it all back so wouldn't refund all the food. The sweet and sour had gristle pieces in it and wasn't cooked. The chips were awful and had no taste and the sweet and sour was disgusting and not cooked. Stay away as disgusting food
