We got a bargain bucket of 6 pieces and they were the smallest pieces of chicken I've ever seen. We were deliberating if one piece was actually a thigh or half a wing because it was just so small. You do feel quite cheated when 4 out of your 6 pieces are wings and drumsticks, and the other 2 are a baby sized thigh and side breast. The chips were excellent though, the best KFC chips I've had in years. The server was helpful and friendly and the place had just been mopped so it was clean.

Standard run of the mill KFC, you know what to expect when eating it. I have to say though this is one of the best KFC’s I’ve been to in a long time. The new KFC fries are much better than the old ones, they have a strong taste of garlic and other seasoning. Lost a star as the gravy really has gone down the pan, wouldn’t bother next time with this. Overall really tasty and ticked the boxes.

Genuinely one of the better kfcs around. Friendly service as well.

I was dubious about eating here after reading reviews a few years back, but recently after football matches we've popped in. The staff are lovely and the food is really good.

Food and speed of service is ok, but when I was there, the lady serving was too mouthy to the other staff, and did not set a good example, which didn't create a good atmosphere either.

Good food and good service, but the bloke serving was miserable. Other staff were fine.

We come to this KFC because the one at junction 27 is terrible, the food and service is far better, atmosphere only 1 star because there is usually a couple of people in and l go for takeaway.

Service was good, place was clean and pleasant, but OMG the food was terrible.

I would be ideal to get English workers at k.f.c instead of the ones who don't understand English at all. Tell a foreign person your order and they give you the wrong food.

Ordered a box for takeaway they have missed my fries. Always try checking the boxes if you order at the shop.

Based on food quality and facilities alone I would give a much higher rating. The staff are friendly and keep the place clean but they frequently get our orders wrong. About 50% of the time they either miss something entirely or give us the wrong item.

Price getting stupid now total rip-off nobody in restaurant again nobody going too pay these prices party bucket gone up £7 in 2 years ridiculous you will go out of business at this rate not many people will pay these prices 😒.

Went to drive through . Sat there for a while no one answered so we left and went to mcdonalds instead.

Had a great experience here, food was cooked to perfection. Staff was friendly, with great humour. Would definitely recommend this place.

Come through drive through didn't look at the order they have missed my hot wings and also chicken burger is all dark and dry and hard as rock like its been there for 2 days. Poor disappointed

Not been here for a while as had a bad experience, but I was on my own and couldn't be arsed cooking so gave it a go , glad I did food was excellent and at a decent price, which at this time was a welcome surprise.

Had food delivered today for the first time. When the food came they had completely missed off my burger, but still put the drink and fries in. As stated on their adds it’s finger licking good but don’t supply any wipes or napkins. No sauces nothing. The only reason I gave 2 and no 1 star was it came fairly quick.

Called in today with my son . Got large popcorn meal with a gravy and zinger tacker meal also with gravy. When paying i stressed please dont forget the extra gravy , guy looked as if he had been smoking weed all week away with the fairies. Was told to park up and wait , order came to car aby the same guy who i asked not to forget the extra gravy. Well guess wot he forgot . Couldn't be bothered to drive bk rnd so started to eat our freshly cook food only to find it was stone cold and the chick in my burger was that rank i had to spit it out absolutely useless place and definitely end up with food poisoning here . Kfc used to be the place when i was a kid now its run by clueless idiots either from Zimbabwe, turkey. Africa, Afghanistan. And cloud9 . Rank.......

The food was a bit cold but I appreciate the guy served me even if I was there 5 minutes after closing time. (The place close at 20:30)

Discussing food , chicken tastes like its been dipped in the dead Sea its that salty. First an last time I go there.

No coffee machine, and service staff have no manners..need customer service training.

Probably the worst kfc experience I've ever had..First off the lady didn't speak a word of English. Didn't give me the right drink or meal then proceeded to stand and stare at me..when I eventually got the right food..I got it home it was bland and only scraggy wings. Box meal for 1. Wouldn't fill a cat. Disgusting

First and last time I will go to Bradford KFC 😆 sat on the chair (I'm not large) one of the legs just buckled lol 😆 😅 and that was after we wiped the sticky table!

Thought great walked in straight up to the counter thinking going to get served quick! No l was totally ignored while the person behind the counter seemed really busy realised he was more interested in sorting out deliveroo! No acknowledgement l was there or any indication to when l might get served! Waited over 10 mins not good enough customer service rubbish

Extremely friendly staff in particular the front of house host, Daniela! Helpful and very professional and made my experience so much better than that in the past! Food was great! :) happy days!

Probs the worst KFC in Bradford. Can’t count to save their lives, items always missing like it’s not hard to look at a screen and see what the customer has ordered.

Had lunch here, for ages now KFC has been hit and miss, usually something wrong. Like cold food or undercooked. But this time it was spot on. Really enjoyed it.

Goods as good as any other KFC I guess. Never had anything cold or that tasted like it had been left out for ages which is always a good thing. Be sure to check your order if it's take out though, sometimes miss stuff off, but always sort it out if you say something.

Find was hot and fresh. Staff where friendly and helpful at the till. Once seated had to go back to counter as we hadn't been given any salt, ketchup etc and only 1 paper plate between 2 people

Disappointed in my food I went yesterday and today yesterday the gravy was really thick and dint look right I took it back and the lady said I'll get the a fresh one so she come bk and all she did was put more water in it. Today went in with my mum daughter and niece we wanted to order 2 popcorn chicken and chips meal for kids for her to say we ant got any fruit bags or ice cream then we asked for coleslaw they dint have that or tea and I have end up poorly after eating from there I will never ever go to kfc AGIN

My daughters fillet burger didn't look right inside and didn't taste right. While waiting for them to replace this (the 1nd one was binned too) I went to change my grandson and found the toilets were locked up 40 minutes before the shop was due to close. The reason given was they had been cleaned already. Not good enough...

What can I say. DRY! DRY!DRY! The WORST KFC I have ever had. Soooooo disappointed!!

Ordered the 20 hot wings deal £5.99. Wish I had checked first. The coating wasn't even crunchy and by the time I got home it had fallen off most of the wings. It was if the fat wasn't hot enough. Very disappointed and I've been enjoying those for years.

I find hair in my fries and I try to call to KFC from tong street but they don’t answer a try to call around 10 times !!! What happen with this place ?

The Mega Box was poor. 1 small thigh a thin piece of chicken fillet and a wing. The wing was spiced with what I can only describe as old garlic. It was nasty. The Mega Box is chips and is not worth the price due to poor quailty in taste and content.

Not a good experience, some pieces of chicken were very dry, chips were missing, far too much ice in the drink (70% ice 30% drink) no dips, napkins or wipes. I could understand it if it was busy, but we were the only ones and we only ordered 2 meals, certainly not a good experience.

Vegan menu keeps disappearing and was automatically "upgraded" to large without asking. Standard KFC.

Went to the drive thru. Couldn't see where I was driving as the weather was bad and all the lights along the drive thru were out. We were asked to park and wait even though we were the only car there then were given full sugar 7up which isnt even on the menu anymore then got home to find some of the order missing, cold chicken and we've both woke up with a bad stomach. Wont be returning.

Placed delivery with KFC Tong. Followed the drivers progression on there app and as he approached my home the message said Delivered ! Er..No Never got my order. Clear instructions given when order placed and my mobile in case of contact.. no call from driver... tried to ring branch... waste of time tried 3 times nobody picks up the phone... What a dreadful company, Shocking service with a couldn't care less attitude, Never again.KFC standards are the lowest.

Standard service and quality for a KFC, staff were okay, lots of parking here. I would've gone to my local place, if it hadn't been closed, I would've taken a pic also, but I was starving 😉

Great food, dirty toilet and food debris in the seating area, let this down on my past two visits.

My wife was hungry. Not as good has usual. Meal dry and drink tasted of post mix. Nobody there but staff taking ages to serve. Hopefully back to normal once things turnaround a bit.

KFC wasn't always called Kentucky Fried Chicken. The original location, which is located in Corbin, KY, is still there today and functions as a normal KFC, but with a museum dedicated to Sanders attached.

Got the 80 piece popcorn chicken for 6 quid there defo was 80 in there I counted 52.

I loved fried chicken very much especially KFC on the top for me always.

Following a 4 mile drive there and a 4 mile drive home, I was somewhat dischuffed to find that my 14 piece party bucket was lacking much in the way of a party feel. Yes, there was evidence that they had attempted to put a meal of sorts together. The fries, 14 pieces of chicken, corn sides, bottle of pepsi and even the extra gravy had all been duly placed within the brown paper bag along with a variety of dips and sauces. But wait, as I delved deeper searching for other poultry derived treats as promised on the menu, a deep feeling of disappointment came over me. My daughter's beloved popcorn chicken, my hotwings and my wife's 8 fillets (Okay, they weren't all for her) were all found to be absent. Anyway, to summarise, if you use the drive through at KFC on Tong St, Bradford, don't begin to wend your way home without ensuring you have your full complement of goodies.

The staff are abysmal, they have obviously no training in customer relations, and this seems to be the norm in KFC.

Told to wait, didnt take order on drive thru, waited for 10 mins and then drove off, doesn't have any other staff on, appalling customer service would never go again!!

Visited this evening , terrible cold ,staff seem to be standing around with no customer service and quite rude .milkshake machine not working coffee /latte machine not working ,food took 20mins and luke warm no chops came with large meal and then told no beans so had given us coleslaw.
