Pizzas tasted very sour the onions on the pizza were not fresh and were like they had been stood for a while. Not nice at all very disappointed for the price paid.

i wish i could of enjoyed it, however the delivery driver has spilt the icecream all over the boxes, which are cardboard therefore meaning my food was soaked in ice cream. wedges and bbq chicken with icecream isn’t really that great.

Absolutely phucking grim pizza. Not only was it late and wrong but both pizzas tasted like warm bread with tomato sauce and greasy tasteless fake cheese. Honestly it all went straight into the bin. Pepperoni was beef and not pork aswell. Minging.

Village idiots don't have clear sizing measurements for the different size options for their pizzas on the website. I ordered a "Large" pizza for £24 which shockingly was only 13". After phoning these prats up they failed to offer a refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Ensuring Fair Practices The Consumer Rights Act 2015 enshrines the rights of consumers to expect food products that are >>>accurately described<<<<, of satisfactory quality, and fit for their intended purpose. If a food product is mislabeled or of poor quality, consumers have the right to demand a refund, replacement, or compensation

I wanted to give ZERO stars . This new halal Pizza Hut is ripping people off - eroding the reputation of other pizza huts . Ordered a stuffed crust but they cheaper out on putting cheese in the crust by creating an illusion it’s full - however they put a little in either end just on the openings making it appear that it’s stuffed . Then they gave me a ready made base that Asian pizza shops use . Paid £ 18 for a crust I could have got frm Pakistani pizza places fir £4 . Rip off . Check your crust is properly stuffed with cheese and email Pizza Hut head office complaints team to sort these Pakistanis out . This is deliberate criminal activity - cheating customers out of their hard earned money - Con artists.

Food never turned up n am now struggling to get a refund from just eat £70 down at the min as can only get refund threw just eat and takes up to 14 days what a joke unhappy kids too as they was looking forward to it and didn’t have enough money to place another order with another takeway

Pizza hut was very expensive in the past and not worth the money for just a pizza, however recently there are deals which bring the cost down to around half price which is acceptable. The pizzas are always very hot and are delivered very fast so they are ideal if you are extra hungry😝

Waited almost 2 hours and when food arrived it was cold , very disappointed

The Cookie dough and Wedges had clearly been eaten, the cookie dough was a state and half of it magically was not there, and i had about 4 wedges. Order from here quite a lot and this is the first time i am unhappy about my order.

OK, so far so delicious, spot on everytime, I've been using this pizza hut for a fair few years, and have had the opportunity to compare it with the other local ones. This pizza hut is by far the best, out ranking its arrivals in the city centre. Just amazing taste everytime, the sides are just as fresh and delicious as their pizza.

Ordered at 01:27 and arrived 02:48 was not happy as it said it was delivered before it arrived if I had ordered it from pizza hut direct it would of only taken 30 mins to be delivered don't get why just eat delivery takes 3x along won't be ordinary through just eat for this restaurant again

Ordered my food 19.15, order was accepted by 19.17 and delivery confirmed between 19.45 and 19.55. Then told a driver still hadn’t been assigned at 19.58 Food eventually arrived 20.23, barely warm and like rubber. So disappointing for a food chain like Pizza Hut, you use a premium food chain and pay premium prices for a reason. Not to be waiting over an hour for barely warm food. Had I have been told the wait time was going to be that long I would have ordered from elsewhere

A well made pizza, arrived hot 🔥 and was tasty!

The only reason I reduced the restaurant service from 5 star to 4 is because they never seem to add the garlic bits when I request it by phone. This time, I ordered the classic crust without additional instructions as it's supposed to come with garlic bits, but again, it was without! Really disappointing but can not fault anything else.
