The burger was dry and chewy both chips were cold

Ordered food at 13:30 by 17:00 it still hadn’t turned up

Delivered within 20 minutes of the order, amazing service.

KFC did not add my extra food. Paid £33 . It’s unfair. Chips are cold.

big mistake. ordered extra wings but in my bag not wings.... complain to just eat and getting refund. that restaurant loose a client's.

Would not accept order at front desk due to ‘system issue’ despite having an order number and already ordering at the screen. Told to wait to the side. We watched several people place and collect orders both drive thru and collection. When we went back to the front desk we were told - ‘we can’t do anything’ while shrugging shoulders and turning away. We just walked out, waste of time.

chips were stone cold, pineapple lollies x2 were missing, not the first time ive haf items missing, pretty poor quality today 😕

Appalling the delivery driver took over half hour to deliver the food to me, he couldn’t find find the entrance after phoning me 4 times and then asking someone which I heard the conversation over the phone when the person told him where it was he didn’t bother to go to that place instead I had to go to find the driver ridiculous.

Order deal for two burgers two fries, only burgers in the bag. Not ordering from here again only to get half my food delivered and no hope of a refund after calling the number on the bag.

Missing items paying £10 for 2 pieces of chicken is steep - the selection was 2x 2 pieces of chicken just eat has not resolved this - driver was polite - I should have checked before going in my house

Absolutely disgusting tbh. no flavour in any of food, black burgers/ half burnt, no salad, quality of meat is shocking, kfc more expensive than other chicken shops and ukfc now better quality.

Half the order was missing so had to spread out what was delivered leaving some still hungry. Refund of half the cost was given two days later. Would have preferred them to deliver the missing items on the same night but option not given. Food was luke warm.

Took ages. Kept getting delayed. Then turned up flat cold. I don't just mean.. A bit cold. It felt like it had been sat outside in the cold for 15 minutes! Chips not edibable. Bread stale. Just poor. Missing items (always miss something here. Every time without fail! ! It's so frustrating! It's always guaranteed they will forget an item and despite complaing to head office multiple times. Nothing changes. They need to sort them selves out. Food is nice when it turns up correct and warm!

I have order the 10 piece chicken with 2 sauces of the peri however I only had 8 pieces in my bucket and there were no sauces that I have already paid for nor the regular ketchup and mayo sauce. As much as it was quick services however missing order and traveling from far to just get this isn’t a nice thing

2 items missing seems to be happening a lot lately

Ordered for takeaway which is fulfilled by ubereats. The order arrived stone cold because the Uber eats "driver" was on a bike and took an hour to deliver the food. Also part of my order was missing, a bucket of mini fillets and received multiple bags of chips we hadn't ordered? I think somebody has messed up the order. Also the other mini fillets from the box meals looked so anemic the batter wasn't even crisp and could have done with some more fry time! Over all I would avoid it in future because there was 30 pounds worth of food that was just awful and they messed up most of the order.
