There's no such place, it's completely something else now

Absolutely bog standard food, no effort put into their presentation and the sauces used were disgusting and tasted as if they have been bought from your local supermarket so nothing special. They missed things out on the order such as salad in the burger and the loaded fries weren’t even loaded! They had a little bit of sauce that’s all. Ridiculous, don’t waste your money

Food is average and the prices are above on what you would get from a usual burger establishment. However, the real problem is the customer service as the lads behind the till haven't haven't got a clue on what customer service is.

i order a portion of cheese fries however they gave me such a small portion and put so much cheese sauce so it looked like a lot. Can't be stingy if u want customers not worth the food. I asked for a fork, they gave me a spoon. Educate your staff they need to know the different between cutlery. my food was so cold. Hence why this place is not doing so well lol.

Paid £22 for a burger, ribs and a milkshake, burger didn’t even come with chips and the bun was waterlogged with mayo, ribs had maybe 3 bites of meat across all 3 ribs rest was just fat and the milkshake was the size of an espresso shot for £6. It’s a real shame because the chicken itself was lovely and the sauce on the ribs was too but the level of work that goes into it and the quality of the food they are stocking is just not worth a fraction of what they charge

Really enjoyed the burgers their buttermilk coating was absolutely insane but what let it down was the fact that the Cheetos were the puffy spiral ones not meant for a burger I expected the American kind as they give in every other burger joint secondly they said there would be cheese sauce in the burger but there was just a little bit of cheese sauce which was so small u couldn’t even taste it really let the burger down they need to do better on that also selection of sauces inside the brand was cheap horrible and tasteless sauces aside from that the chicken filet itself was beautiful give it a try guys

Best spicy fillet burgers in bradford, unique flavour. The food is really nice, the severs just need to take their time when packing orders. I paid extra for a meal chips and a drinkcand didnt get my drink!. Also asked for extra sauce and didnt recieve any at all. Phone number doesnt work so couldnt call to ask for my drink. This place has the potential to be great just needs extra work with the service. Ive eaten inside before and it was really nice just need to work on your delivery orders.

Great place to eat went for the the Billy box. Good service and bangin food. Loads of seats to sit and eat. Good parking around the place

where do I start with these guys First time trying it out after seeing good reviews on social media I have to say it was well worth the time going down to them. Took the family down and ordered the Billy’s boxes, smash burgers and some milkshakes and lastly some home made milkcakes The boxes were well worth the price you can’t go wrong with them freshly made and most of all the spice sauce was definitely one of the best , chicken was tender and the size of the chicken it’s just unreal. The milk cakes were something that is definitely a big hit aswell if you guys go down there try there milkcakes and definitely the Billy’s box! Overall I would recommend this to anyone who’s a foodie and wanting to taste hot piping fresh food!! 10/10 customer service can’t go wrong so polite to me and the family. Keep it up boys!

One of the best burger places in Bradford hand down the Billy’s box was breaded well and the milkshakes were on point. The milkcakes were one of the best milkcakes I’ve had in a while

Gave Billy’s a go as we saw a good review on tiktok , firstly there was no salaam or dua from the worker . presentation looked decent however chicken strips were chewy and bland. Burger was decent, enjoyed that but The cheese on the loaded fries was just not my thing. Got a stomach pain the next morning.

Iv been to this place a few times, the first time it was great, the second time it was ok and the third time it was awful. On my recent visit the man with a beard with black uniform took my order was rude and abrupt, he needs some customer service skills. When the food arrived it wasn’t great and the place smelt funny. There are many good places to go in Bradford for food this placed is over priced and rubbish.

Visited the spot today. Was quiet for a Friday evening. Ordered Billy's box which was chicken sandwich with wings , tenders and chips. Food was great. Only 4 stars due to the time. Took a while for food to come. Food was nice for a reasonable price

Empty restaurant says it all... First time visit for me and will be the last. Went in and was told there was no milk'shakes' (shouldn't be called Billy's Burgers and 'Shakes' then), also had no desserts at all. Got the chicken box and the beef burger, but were awful. Chicken was a tangy terrible flavour. Won't be returning.

Very highly recommended!!!! The patty in the burger was soft.. it melts in your mouth.. the loaded fries was one of the best I’ve ever tried, would definitely get it again

Literally the worst customer service ever took more than a hour to make a burger literally had no one in the shop. I’m not even an unfair man to be rating so low as I love seeing businesses prosper. However the service was so bad would not recommend anyone to come as they was so rude and appalling customer service. Absolutely horrified never had service like this in Bradford before.

Wouldn’t recommend, was told our order would be 25 minutes for 2 burgers we waited over 45 minutes. When we asked how long it would be turns out they hadn’t even started our order this was after we had already been waiting 40 minutes. Not to mention the fact they had stopped selling half of their menu but it was still being advertised. Didn’t have much to offer. The food is overrated and wouldn’t go again. After driving over 40 miles to go to this place i can say it was a waste of time and was disappointed. Food doesn’t look like the pictures and wasn’t what i was expecting at all. I would eat from this place with caution, wish i would have read the reviews first.

Terrible service and dry burgers!!

Service was rubbish. They are late with food. They run out of cheese, couldn't have Power fries, (waited for 2 months). Traveled nearly 20 miles, delayed, the Milkshake was not blended properly. The burger was the best, but my Mate's burgers was not all. It was disappointing experience the Burger was the best, the wings were not all that,my expectations were high but it was worse experience.

I recently ordered from these guys. I rang in to order and the staff are so rude and stuck up. They cut off before I even asked what I wanted to ask. They clearly have no customer service. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone. There’s better places for burgers.

I went to try billys out because it looked quite eye catching from the outside and the food definitely did not disappoint. The customer service was very good and the food was well worth the price tag.

Seen a video about this place on tiktok and decided to come here with my son. Customer service was brilliant lad at the front was very respectful and helped me decide what burger to order.he recommended the fried in heaven which was a spicy filet burger dipped in a special sause. The burger was very tasty and is the best chicken burger ive ever tasted ,that sause takes the burger to a whole new level. Would defo recommend this place to everyone you will love it.

Amazing smash burgers , we’re really fresh and juicy , loved the cheesy chips , area was clean and workers were engaging and really polite , will definitely go again and recommend to others lovely food!!

I would give it no stars if that was possible. Absolutely rank place. Had a smash burger, now listen to this, this burger it smelt like sweat. The after gym sweat you get. The nasty sweat. It was bad. I took a bite. I puked up in their bathroom. Almost instantaneously. Disgusting. My hands smelt like that rank burger after, i made the mistake of trying to mask it by using sanitizer, it only made it worse. So through sheer will power i forced myself to go back inside to the bathroom and wash my hands with anti bacterial hand wash. I will never go back and recommend you to not even bother trying it.

I've had the milkshakes from here and they are pretty good so I thought I'd try the burgers and chicken tenders. Honestly I don't know why I bothered. The food took nearly an hour. When I got home. The chips were stale and cold. The burger was ok but nothing special....with the price I've paid you want atleast the basics which is tasty warm food. I got neither. I dont think I will be coming here again. Plenty of places that are better than this. They gave me 3 milkshakes for free for the inconvenience caused so I have to give respect where due however I was not late. I came in and the girl said to wait a few minutes which became 15 mins. Waiting times has always been issue for me in this place. It's not my first time I've come here. I've been plenty of times and the waiting times has always been a problem with me. Plus the marshmallows are barely non existing in the shake.

Vwey slow service took them 1:15min to make just 2 burgers comon come here after seeing them on ticktock but u know what food is not even worth the wait. Dont bother

Tried the spicy fillet chicken burger from this place today. The pictures on Instagram doesn't match to the food in reality but besides that, the spicy burgers itself were amazing. So saucy and the chicken was tender.. On the other hand, the portion of fries was very, very small and not generous at all & the fries didn't have a nice crunch to them.. Hence why I give this place a 3/5. Thank you to the girl at the counter for her lovely customer service.

Service was terrible. Took them an hour to make our burgers and it was not busy at all. Then the excuse was that there was no more chicken left. They should have informed us whiles ordering how long it would take. Inside the shop is a put off. More money needs to be spent on wallpaper, seatings and heating. I rate the burgee 3/10 and my overall experience is a 1/10. The workers were kind but that’s not enough.

Very nice burgers, especially the spicy fried chicken burger which is marinated in buttermilk, fried then dipped in a spicy sauce. Their chips are mccain brand so above average, sauces decent. There's seating inside too. Just bear in mind the burgers are cooked fresh on order so expect a 20 - 25 min wait. Overall recommended

Visited yesterday to try their burgers and they didn't dissapoint. My nephews really enjoyed their new yorker and juicy Lucy burgers. I tried the Philly burger which tasted great, lots of flavour and good size. The sauces are also really good. Felt the person at counter could be more welcoming, the chef at the back provided a good service though.

Brilliant burgers. Very nice patties and good tasting beef. The burger is quite the size and fills you up. Worth the 30min wait...no complaints. i still say Burgerize in bradford is still the best as their drinks are premium and chips are much better and service is unmatched.

Nice food, got the flaming cow and the chicken was spot on. Respect for young lad taking the order; had very good manners and gave us a complementary sauce. Will come again.

Travelled 2 hours away for this and it was worth every single bite. Loved it so much!! And excellent customer service, will definitely be returning again!! One of the best burgers I’ve ever had hands down, did not disappoint!

I've been waiting for this restaurant to open for so long. And now finally I tried it. I must say very nice and delicious jucy burgers. I tried "fried in heaven" & "sweet Arizona". So Juicy and tasty. 😋😋🤤

Mixed reviews below but tried the place out and enjoyed it. Burgers were bang on very tasty good sides and priced well. Service was good the lad serving had good banter with us so overall would recommend! (Menu needs updating as had to pay separate for house sauces)

Thats a shame I was going to come here. Looked good. The comment from the owner has put me off. Sorry. Just be aware lots of people look at reviews before they visit. Anything under 4.3 is a no no.

Driven past this place a few times… seems well fitted out. Decided to give it a go this evening. Ordered 2 milkshakes. Young lad at the counter had no manners whatsoever, no greeting, nothing… I was doing him a favour with my presence in an empty shop! Milkshakes were served without even a ‘here you go’… just a grunt! What is the issue here??? Anyway the attitude just put me right off… milkshakes were average at best. I was tempted to try the burgers but with service like this… may as well head elsewhere! Get it sorted guys… you’ve obviously invested in the place being fitted out… how about a bit of customer service…I’m not the only review that mentioned this!

Great food honestly but staff need to improve service and manners!

Ordered of via Uber eats to try a “new” joint out. Big expectations for the big pricey tag on the food which was horrendous. Smash burger was dead paid over £7.00 didn’t get any fries or drink. This so called heavenly chicken burger tasted like hell no flavour at all I should had gone to salahs absolutely dead still no fries and drink. And the ribs was just all fat and bone smothered in bbq sauce.

Walked in to get food. Heard someone coughing in the kitchen very heavily. Looked into the kitchen and no one had masks or gloves on. The person looked like they were coughing and preparing food without covering their mouth. Disgusting. Walked out straight away. REPLY: Firstly, on Google it says masks required. Is that just customers? Secondly, in a pandemic I find it disgusting that you have a member of staff cough in the direction of food and not covering their mouth. Anyway if people want to eat here that is up to them. I certainly won't be.

Terrible service, had to put up with a Bradford plastic gangster attitude when the food order was made incorrectly. Tried explaining that the order was not what I had asked for and instead of correcting it I got a gobby waiter telling me that he's never wrong.

Hi Everyone .. iv not Eaten from this place as yet ..iv seen how people have been qick to comment and say some Nasty Things about this place .. but do you GUYS have any idea or any clue how much HARD WORKS gone in putting all this money n time n effort to build a such a Beautifull place ...i can see how hard the boss of this place has put in with all the web sites pics and it all looks AMAZING .. give the guys a chance to build them selfs up ... A polite note to the owner Brother please sit your staff down n give them a TRAINING

The worst in dealing with customers I sit their for half an hour and when i reach home the order was not complete ,even its their mistake , when i rang them they said i forgot in the warmer, so come bacl and take your food. Is this the customer care???

Slow service drinks are warmer than the food. The chicken burger and wings were horrible ended up throwing it away after a couple bites. Very disappointing.
