Look in the local newspaper they have rat dropping all over the place they went to court over this.stay away if you dont want to get ill

Please read the reviews on Google about the health hazard of rat droppings they have just had a big court case and a big fine very rude staff to be fair the owner and his sons are very polite but the front staff are awful stay well away

Their on telegraph and argus for rats in their premises and rat droppings all over the food counters search for yourself stay away dont feed your families and friends this zero hygiene food the reviews speak for themselves too

Good price and food tastes pretty good to be honest. But do take a long time to cook have to wait ages.

Took almost half an hour for a portion of chips. Walked out without them in the end. 4 people ‘serving’ but really only one of them was. The other 3 were dossing about on the phone, keeping in mind the shop was full of people waiting to be served. Was constantly told the chips would he 7/8 mins when he literally served 2 people with burger MEALS just prior to saying this. Absolutely awful service. Prices are amazing but not worth the hassle. Will not come here again. A fisheries without chips for almost half an hour…

Owner is rude and stingy with his portion size. I have been few times where i have not dealt with the owner but have dealt with his workers, workers are spot on and actual give average portion. Will be taking my business elsewhere, owner needs to Hubble himself and actually start caring about his customers.

Ordered fish and chips for the last time. Stodgy batter , uncooked fish. The BOGOF offer is a joke, they split half the fish and say you get two haha.

I really had very bad experiences today really bad and poor customer service. The person was very rude at the counter. I got fish and chips for my little son but when I have asked to put some souce the man told no you have to buy them as they are not coming with it . I was not asking for extras as did not put any souce there .The fish and chips full of oil . Could not eat without souce .Make sure when you want to buy , you have to take your own souce ,even salt . I will never a buy again.

I am not going to lie but this has to be the most disgusting places you can eat the staff are more disgusting than the food itself Asked the guy not the fattest 1 the 1 in his 50s for prices on that wasn’t listed on the board he said just look up and read I said their isn’t a price on this? He sighed and said do you want me to read the whole menu? Well duh you maa yhudda what are you doing now that’s important Purchased my food took it home taste horrendous, chips were hard donnor tasted as if it had stones in chicken bits had bones in so went back to the shop and through it in his face end of. Strongly don’t recommend

Anybody from Bradford do not eat from this place the chubby guy is so rude he constantly blanked me after i said are you going to serve me my family have been going hear for years but not anymore horrible staff member the one who only smiles at girls because hes weird i will be doing a youtube video about this place and make sure they have no more customers worst service ever.

Nasty food. Nasty atmosphere. I fall ill whenever I eat from here. Tried it after few months thinking they must have improved but no. Never gonna eat from here in my entire life. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

Food is average nothing special. Service needs improvement as customers left waiting to be served as staff just look on. Prices are reasonable but have increased. Cash only! Can get busy on weekend nights.

I've ordered food from Park Fisheries for many years but lately their chicken is always off. I've had the same experience 3 times in a row regarding the rotten chicken. This is not acceptable.

Fish freshly come out of oil with salt and vinegar,mushy peas,salad and chilli sauce 😋 👌 is delicious and their freshly cooked southern fried chicken is absolutely finger licking. Unfortunately their service is poor they need to improve on that side as i had to wait a lot longer than expected

I did phone order they said food not made. Also nobody put down this order they mixed my pizza with someone else. Staff are bit rude. They said give us 20 mins we will make it this has happened before they staff is rude. They also charging extra as other main staff not there.

Charged me 9.50 for pizza when priced less on the board, started arguing with me when challenged on giving me the wrong order, turned out another customer placed similar order and they mixed it up but can solve this by taking a name for phone orders, place gone downhill, food was very salty.

Amazing deals and food is fresh and tasty. You know it's good food as always a line and locals use it

Some staff are really rude and scammer they try to charge extra.

Portion size is fantastic for the price. Chips and burgers taste really good, the fish was a little bland but not terrible. Great for a cheap and quick evening meal.

Been coming here for years from when I was a kid food and service was OK back then but now it's not good ordered pizza Nd fish and chips from here it was cold and something must of been off as it gave me a upset stomach really disappointed plus I think they may have broken the world record for the amount of times they have messed up orders

Brilliant food and really polite staff but some staff, asked if they do just onions as opposed to a full mixed salad and one of the other workers abruptly said "no we don't do onions!" as if I had offended him. The rest of staff were fine though.

Sad really as this takeaway used to be good; now its literally ordering to feel like a burden, no sense of portion sizes, no customer service and the food is so poorly packed that when you go home to eat, half your food is hanging out of the takeaway box and in the carrier bag…

Slow service.... Whwn you ring them they will pick up and disconnect it and then leave it as it as so if you try to ring them bk it says line is busy.... I have bought chicken and chips today twice and both times chips were having crunch of sands.. it looks like some how sand went into it...

Great food for its price but the service is exceptionally poor and slow. Order an hour ago and still having to wait in shop for another 20 minutes. Absolutely unacceptable. (Update) I've had to edit this review sadly... It was initially a 2 star review but not I've given it a wl1 star. There needs to be a staff overall/change as nobody seems to be taking their job seriously. I've ordered 3 pizzas over 25 minutes ago and came into the shop to collect my pizza. The staff have not even started on the pizzas. They said it will take another 15 minutes, which is ridiculous!? 40 minutes to make 3 pizzas. There was nobody in the shop either, it was only 3:30pm on a Wednesday! If anybody does take these reviews seriously, avoid using this takeaway and try Oak Lane, their service is slightly better.

Amazing pizzas I have come here every Saturday for around 2 years now. However, prices have been getting higher and sometimes when you order they will give your food to other people which is pretty annoying.

I often go here for a burger and chips and the occasional donner pizza. I have been going since I was a child I’m now 40. Sometimes if the burger is pre-made it’s very dry but if it’s fresh it’s nice a juicy. When staff are under pressure they’ll miss things out such as salad in the burger. My main worry about this place is the amount of rubbish outside which should be cleaned up by the staff members after each shift as this can attract unwanted rodents. However the food is a hit and miss. The southern fried chicken is nice. You need to have patience when ordering from here as there is no way you’re getting off in a rush.

Did a phone order for dinner there said it ready come down when I came I see them give donner to other people when I asked saying I gave a phone order there said 15 mins I seen them serve my food to other people I couldn’t wait I have limited time for my lunch there made me stave the rest of my shift the staff are unprofessional avoid this place

Fish and chips is OK but only go for the curry sauce which is great.

We ordered 8 masala fish and chips from this place, within 30 minutes of eating this we all started vomiting and had severe pains in the stomach with high temprature, bradford council informed, confronted staff after a week once i got better yes it took a week to recover, there response was ohh we sold them to other customers that day without a issue. Discusting place discusting attitude, samples provided to council and reports given by my doctor.

Appalling quality and service. Appalling standard of food ( the chips had been re heated ) my mouth is in pain having to chew through the chips which were tasteless and hard as cardboard. Also they served my original order to someone else causing me to wait 10 extra mins for my food.

Decent little chippy, i think the prices are fair and the food is generally nice with good portion sizes. However they are a little inconsistent, sometimes you buy from here the food is brilliant, other times its dissapointing. However im a pretty regular customer here and would certainly recommend.

Bought fish an chips today.. Spent like 6 plus quid..no serviettes given or fork..had to ask for them. Sat in car to eat..half way through..there is a long metal wire inside the food apology given.said it was a cleaning brush bristle..what the ferrk?! Avoid plz..not worth it.
