Really poor customer service from this place. I placed a just eat order and the place accepted it on just eat then whilst I made my way over 15 min driving the place cancelled my order. Why accept an order if you then cancel it waste customers time and efforts. Don't hold hole for your food and won't order again

I used to go here regularly as the food was good. What happened? Not one to leave a negative review usually, but i have to, i didn’t enjoy any bit of my order. The food was just that, food. No real taste, dull, and dry. Whatever has happened, they need to correct it quickly.

followed delivery on the App it said enjoy your food but the order had not arrived. I rang to be told the driver had just set off, it was 20 minutes before our food arrived which was an hour and a half after we ordered.

I'm from bradford originally, and moved down south many years ago, I come home every year to visit family and I make sure during my stay that me and the family have a Changs! The food is fantastic! We always over spend! The food quantity is huge and always so tasty! I'd recommend the duck chiou mein and Singapore noodles! Chips are usual Chinese style chips, as is the curry sauce which we order every time! Delivery for us has always been quick! From my experience this Chinese takeaway is better then any in my local area down south and a treat when I come home! 😋 well done Changs!

I ordered a chicken with black bean and green pepper but got beef in it instead, I’m not complaining though as it was delicious, thoroughly enjoyed it thank you.

Changed to curry sauce dont like it, also I paid for a bottle of coke for £3.10 got a can when rang to get my bottle Took over 35 minutes

i ordered my dishes with BBQ sauce. I have no idea what was delivered but I wouldn't have fed it to my dog. Avoid at all costs possibly THE WORST take away In the world. Absolute rubbish.

Ordered tonight food took an hour came luke warm paid 30 pound just eat offer me 5 pound only thing nice was prawn crackers what was 3.30 rang the place they said left hot were did driver go blackpool as it was cold joke and just eat is a joke too

Always our go to place for chinese. No complaints about any of it. They read instructions, food tastes good and delivery was slightly later than requested however i wont complain about that as they come further to us. Thanks :)

Ordered from Changs before but lately the meals are so spicy you cant eat them. Spoils the flavour.

I don't like you delivery driver phoning me shouting at me down the phone am a disabled ladies and yes it did say belle Vue road but that manner of him was disgusting he was one street away he phone me again shouting at me then put the phone down then when he did get here he was shouting at me at my front door he needs sacking it has put me of ordering from you again so hope you sack him very rude

I was pretty disappointed with this order not only did it take over 90 minutes and I had to call to see if had been forgotten or lost, it came with most of the black bean sauce swimming at the bottom of the bag.

Food cold, app said food was delivered, had to ring to find out food was sent out to be told driver will be with you in ten mins never showed up. Had to ring back again to be told food is near and when did arrive food stone cold.

The deliver time is horrendous it would get here quicker if they strapped my meal to the back of a snail and it slid backwards through salt to get here. Guys just get another driver in on busy periods and make the hungry happy.

Took almost 2 hours after initial ordering , the ribs were full of fat and tasteless and inedible.. wouldn't have received any "free prawn crackers" on a £35.00 order had I not complained about the delivery and time it took.

Ordered food at 8pm and arrived at 9:40! When called they said the girl on the food got the order but it hadn’t printed to the kitchen and they hadn’t got it!! The app told me it was on route and they never even had the order. Good was ok but spent £37 and no free prawn crackers nothing after waiting nearly 2 hours for food

used changs for many years but this was the last one for us. we got a notification at 10 to 10 saying driver on the way, it then got to 20 past 10 so we rang them and they said that they hadn't noticed the order even though it was accepted and said driver on the way. when we did receive the food it was just rushed and barely even cooked 👎🏻

I ordered duck in plum sauce and received duck in pineapple plus One portion of chips missing. So annoying after getting all the way home. And on a £49 order.

Absolutely shocking, ordered food told was going to be 45 mins to an hour , ring up 20 mins after time alotted time and told our food wasn't even ready , no explanation , food cancelled by ourselfs !!!!!!!!!

Note the low star isn’t for the food as that’s great. However if you’re hungry you would be better getting a flight to china buying the ingredients and walking back to yours house and cooking them individually over a tea light because the delivery is horrendously slow I’m still waiting for something I ordered in 2010. The only thing slower than that is big fat Katie from mixenden’s weight loss progression

Ordered 2 veggie chowmein. It shouldn't cost a lot to have veggies compared to meat but even then they very stingy with the veggies. One had plentiful of veggies, the other was just mushrooms. Throwing in 2 carrots does not make it "veggie". I ordered veggie chowmein not mushroom chowmein. However, the noodle and the sauce was the best I ever tasted. Too bad it was disappointed with the lack of veggies

ordered for delivery asap eta 1850-1910. at 1915 was told made mistake though it was for 19.30pm and would be delivered then. arrived at 19.50 after another phone call where they could not tell me a time but its on its way

Pathetic service we ordered and told it would be an hour, so 1 hr and 15 minutes went by I called to find out where it was and the girl on the phone lied and told me she said 1 hour 20 minutes (she didn’t) so I rang and cancelled after 1 hour 30 minutes the driver turned up 5 minutes later and told me they’d only just given him the order so I told him to take it back I definitely will not be using these jokers again. Forgot to mention we are only 2 minutes drive away from them.

Used to religiously order when I lived closer as was brill. Moved and thought I’d try it again but didn’t live up to expectations. Food was barely warm and 25 mins late.

Don't use these much anymore as I'm sick of them always forgetting to send the prawn crackers if I order a delivery. 1st time in months yesterday and true to form they didn't send them even though they were paid for. Shame as the food itself was decent.

Wrong dish delivered. After waiting so long didn’t want to wait again for just one meal replacing but no acknowledgement from the restaurant that a cheaper dish was sent instead. No apology, no refund, no contact at all despite raising a complaint 6 days ago

Not the usual chance superb Food. Fried rice was all stuck together in a great big block. Straight in the bin, very stodgy. Food usually fantastic from Changs, must have a different chef on tonight as the fried rice was abysmal. Very disappointed. Rest of the food was okay but needed a zap in microwave as was a little bit cold.

The fried rice was awful more like sticky boiled rice

I'd forgotten to leave a review after I'd had some vile food delivered last week. Today a leaflet came throughy door so I remembered to review. Honestly go somewhere else this is by far the worst takeaway for miles around. If you do actually get what you order and it does actually arrive slightly warm, even then its absolutely disgusting.

1st time ordered from here. Item missing. Contacted them and they said they'd redeliver in 15 mins. STILL WAITING!! Won't be using again very dissatisfied! Put claim for refund of item.

Duck was over cooked and 3/4 of it wasn’t edible

Tried to order from set meal - happy meal but asked if the spare ribs could have BBQ sauce rather than dry to be told there would be a charge of £1 for this, I refused as the dry and BBQ ribs cost the same if paying separately. The call handler then passed me to the driver for some reason to speak with him and I explained the same to then be hung up on, crazy how they would want to throw £17.90 away for the sake of a quid for some sauce they already have ready for the ribs, these set meals should come with a choice of sauce rather than dry ribs. Who actually eats dry ribs, any way golden city it is.

Yet again the delivery was very late. We received order confirmation at 18:24. Delivery was 20:10. Despite calling Chang's all we got was an indifferent (couldn't care less attitude) stating "its on its way". This is the THIRD time now so we have decided not to order from here again. Also the product quality has dropped and the price has gone up. We don't mind paying higher prices if the quality is commensurate, however it has declined. Either an automated system of someone has deliberately populated the delivery time above as 19:20. This is a complete lie. it was 20:10. Enough already.

Wrong order was sent. then replacement order took over 1hr to arrive. Rest of food was then cold when the correct items arrived. Really disappointing

AVOID!! We have used before the food is average, to make matters worse they have people delivering menus and just throwing them in peoples gardens.

I love changs so much for their food and always deliver early, however the last two times ordering from here they forgot an item on my order and each time they have shut before I have had chance to call them. Apart from this the food is perfect :)

Hot and sour soup was too sweet (it's supposed to be hot and sour, not sweet and sour), salt and pepper chips were frozen chips with hardly any flavour - both went in the bin. Special curry was ok. The food arrived hot but both the curry and soup had leaked all over the bag, wouldn't use again

Order: S&S Pork (Hong Kong Style) with Chips Crispy Wontons w/ S&S Sauce Received my food and realised they'd forgotten my chips, so I called them and they were brought to me 10-20mins later, person on the phone was very friendly and helpful Wontons were decent, not the worst but not the best I've had, they were just more in the middle First time trying S&S pork, usually I play it safe and just have chicken; but I was really let down with this, the pork was tough, flavourless and chewy while the batter on it was mushy and practically falling off, it really wasn't appetizing for the price I paid for this (£17.70) I really hope this was just a "bad day" for the restaurant

Not ordered from Changs for quite a few years due to falling quality so thought we would give them a try again......nothing has changed really. THe beef noodles didn't taste of beef at all. Chips tasted chemically but I was hungry so ate it, the wife didn't.

Great tasting food as always and happy meal is such good value.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS Ordered last Saturday good just about warm tasted awful half of order was missing didn’t receive the rest of the order after phoning because of time of night waited a total of 1 hour 45 mins for the food in the first place no prawn crackers sent as meant to be free spent over £40 in total for the food that did arrive to mainly go in the bin started eating one of the chicken dishes and it tasted funny hence why the rest of the food was thrown away 24 hours later felt extremely unwell ended up in A&E after phoning 111 told I had food poisoning environment health contacted which I cannot comment about on here until investigation complete

Quite disappointed tbh , we had ordered over £30 for two and everything was dry /hard and barely editable which is truly everyone’s worst nightmare . We had such high expectations but we ended up having the tiniest bit of food each which isn’t no where near worth £30

We spent £20 on a delivery this included one meal and a starter the salt and pepper ribs were so tough like they had been cooked in frier the curry sauce was congealed don’t want to say anymore a waste of £20 as it went in the bin
