Wokit in Suffolk Coastal

Quick, easy and delicious. The menu is simple, but the outcome is always good. A family favourite for all ages. Duck in plum sauce is our favourite ... at the minute

So disappointing ☹️. The food and service has slipped to a point where I won’t return. Big statement from someone who has visited 2 or 3 times a month since opening. I received a slimey box of cucumber with sour smelling spring onions. Clearly not prepared fresh and left over from god knows how many days earlier. The duck was crispy-, so much so it could barely be shredded 😂. The rice box where we asked for extra sauce was totally sauceless. Who orders a pot of extra sauce without sauce in the first place? Bizarre. On collection you’re completely ignored by the people on the counter. One standing around doing nothing and the other on the phone. It wasn’t until the phone was put down you’re asked “how can I help”? You’re left standing there feeling awkward. A simple “ hi what can I get for you or what would like” is sufficient enough to start the process. Why have two people on the counter if ones just there to gawp at customers? Customer service is non-existent. Such a shame :(

It was ok, salty but finished the meal and probably won't rush back. The noodle box was ok, good portion size and value for money. The prawn toast was good but the satay chicken was a let down. The meat was tough and it was so hot, most likely nuked in the microwave.

Travelled half an hour from home specifically to get a meal from Wokit as it was so good last time (a few months ago) . I am very keen to support local independent businesses but sadly Wokit let me down badly. I am Coeliac and now Wokit only offers 2 sauces that are Gluten free both of which are hot. Unfortunately if you can't cater for gluten free diets - being Coeliac is not a lifestyle choice - then I cannot recommend you and won't be back.

Ordered from a great menu, advised that it would be 20/25mins on a busy Saturday night. Went for a beer, came back at the agreed time and told it would be another 10mins… no major issue…. But still waiting over 30mins after this is slightly annoying! Food was tasty, and it’s great to see different businesses in the local area doing well. But please be realistic with times, a 20min wait turning into well over an hour is just not acceptable.

We were really excited about the addition of a noodle bar in Woodbridge. Unfortunately, the food didn't quite live up to our high hopes. The long wait was completely understandable given the bar had recently opened. However, when the food came, the schezwan sauce just tasted like soy sauce and the other pot came with no sauce whatsoever. When we took the second pot back, to ask for some sauce, there was still no sauce added. The food itself was tasty and fresh. We were just left disappointed as it had the potential to be so much better! We do however appreciate that the restaurant had only recently opened.

Great noodle bar - I have been here 3 times now and my teenager has been at least once a week since you have opened. Highly recommended.

Newly opened noodles bar in the Thoroughfare Woodbridge, Suffolk. Chose your mix noodles, rice, grains. Then add protein and vegetables from a large selection. Then you can add a sauce of your choice with plenty to choose from. All cooked whilst you wait. Served in a take away box that comes in two different sizes. There is some seating to eat in at the venue with soft drinks available. The food is of a very good quality. The food is ideal to take away as it stays hot for ages. I would recommend you try this fast food venue if you like healthy noodle style quality food.

Have had a couple of tasty takeaways from here; first visit was the day after they had just opened & then again about 10 days later. Straightforward menu to build your own box & I like that the food is on display & selected in front of you so you can see how fresh it is before it’s cooked. Service was excellent both times & it’s great value for money whichever size you go for. Really good addition to the town.

At last! A decent takeaway in Woodbridge. A simple menu - four types of noodles or rice + your choice of protein + veg + sauce, plus some other standards. It's all very fresh, made to order, and the sauces are excellent. Really fat juicy prawns. Highly recommended.
