Ordered beef noodle box and seafood soup as a take away. Soup was OK, very spicy, lots of red chillies. Noodles were disappointing as although they looked good, very bland in taste.

Ordered on there web side all went though had an email with a Order number waited and hour and a half for are food phone them up to say they don't have an order we're rude on the phone and not helpful at all do not order from them waist of time

What can I say! I could have done better myself at home. Really disappointing. I ordered seafood noodles and an appetiser for 2. First of all the appetiser came with no dips or sauces and also they actually were the same you would buy from the supermarket. Which maybe they did? The noodles were just as bad. There was some soft of fish in there but it was strange, a couple of prawns. It was basically an awful experience and glad I was on my own and hadn't spent lots of money in a group. Good luck grrr

I ate from woke 2 go for the first time and experienced uncontrollable bowl movements for the next week. I have never had food poisoning like it. Keep away

I ordered the food online, had to return to the shop because the food was expired RUDE and unprofessional OWNER tried to tell me the souce smells like that what a joke!!! THE WORST EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD !!!

We first visited about 13 months ago, and because of this we cannot say that all the staff present are new employees or not. I had something different from last time, my wife chose the same Nasi pork. She said it tasted different and did not eat it all on this occasion. Although my noodles were a different meal from last time, I found them to be a bit oily and bland. As we had planned to stop here since before lunch, what we took home with us was disappointing. Also, one of the men working in the kitchen only used one glove. Several times I saw him touch noodles with his other hand, touch his in-ear headphones and then touch the noodles again, more than once! It's the guy that was wearing glasses and also not wearing any other kitchen appropriate clothing - the hoodie certainly doesn't count.

The guy didn’t look up from his phone once, the woman served me and then when I noticed a different option on the menu (as we were still talking and the chef hadn’t even got the ticket let alone started) I asked to add it to a meal deal they had and they ignored me, I asked 2/3 times for this to be changed and they didn’t acknowledge me, then gave me half my order and said “you need do to when you order” and offered nothing else. Horrendous. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

My wife and I really wanted something very tasty and we walked past this place. It had a menu on the door which made it very easy to choose weather we wanted to eat there. We chose two boxes and decided on the medium size, I had the garlic box and my Wife had a different one with beef, chicken and pork in it. We paid £12.40 for both. They were delicious. We ate and it never seemed to get any smaller so we took our boxes home with us and next day we mixed them together and stir fried them up and had a second meal! I would warn people though that my garlic box had very large chunks of garlic in it and was very strong. When we fried it at home we chopped it smaller. Do not talk to anyone the next day though. We think it was great value for money, and will be back. Very tasty.

Have been there many times . The last time I went I find like at all . They find give my food they way I wanted . They dind give to me what I been ask . The pregnant woman was no helpful at all . Not happy

did a install there and never got paid, only £250 I wouldn’t recommend the place it’s dump, so beware any installers get your money first the owner Rasti will use any blag to avoid payment, incidentally it’s not the first time his brother Hasti ordered £270 of till and credit card roll just before last Xmas he never paid either, so beware

My partner ordered me the mg box. This was not the normal mg noodles, no crushed peanuts no chicken no prawns. Just paid a fortune for noodles and sauce. What a waste.

worst service I have ever had!! lied to me twice on the phone about why the man hadn’t delivered my food yet! the lady said the man knock on my door three time and I didn’t answer when that’s a complete lie I was stood at side a hotel for at least 45 mins waiting for him and then she had another story to tell me that he apparently rang me twice when I never had any missed calls and told me the number was incorrect when they message me before hand to let me know my order was on the way! my order was over an hour late and then they had the cheek to charge me an extra pound for delivery! food when got to me was cold!

On Tuesday I had a Garlic Box from this place. Very little meat and I mean very little! Just ordered a duck box and no duck whatsoever! £7.20's worth of noodles and oyster sauce with added salt. Avoid this place! Had to put 1 star but should get none. @ Wok2go happily PM you my order number if you would like to respond - I paid you at 23:01 and your food will go in the bin @ 23:45 after walking back home. Sort it out!

This place was Infested with rats and the council have issued various warnings. Not a good place to eat at all. Avoid.

Great food here, filled me right up, could of asked for more veg if I was being picky but full of meat and noodles, spicy Nd tasty, very nice. Its a noodle bar, not too sure what other people want.... But5* from me

Visited late Friday night after most places close. Don’t expect too much as thy only seem to have chow mien and mor chow mien. Boring menu and most dishes have different names bu same ingredients. Soup noddles are without soup.

Ordered two regular woks £5.95 each,rude lady behind counter told me there will be 50p extra charge because I paid with card,should be total £12.60..but she charged me over £13 something!!...asked for till receipts and card transfer receipt ,she’s very aggressively only gave me normal till receipt which is only show charged two items £5.95 each,not bank charge!!..told her that the shop breaking law, charging bank transfer charge!! She didn’t care!!...over all been charged for used my card plus extra charged try explain to her but gone to deaf ears!! ...so this place dodgy!!! Run by untrustworthy people!! Your bank details in a risk!! Could used for fraud!!! Been warned!! They not comply with DATA protection act.....

Its a shame that the staff don't really seem to care or have any customer service skills. The food has gone down hill and the cleanliness of the place is very questionable especially the prep area and the basic hygiene from the staff.

Had sweet box horrible and very greasy very overcooked when I complained to staff strangely no one understood yet did to take my order and money

there was meat in my udon box, which was supposed to be all seafood and noodle, when confronted the restaurant tried to tell me it was fish meat, then replaced it with the same dish, still with meat - this time trying to pass it off as egg. my stomach aches and i am disgusted. absolutely awful

In the takeaway leaflets saying Mon/Tues/wed/3boxes for price of two after ordering food told this outlet not in offer yet on leaftet nothing to say this only address of outlets staff useless gave me managers number yep you got never answered the phone despite ringing six times stay clear of these con men

Food is great it's just let down by the hour and a half wait for delivery... after four years of uni I'd have hoped they had invested in more delivery drivers to account for the demands and yet nothing... seriously who ever owns this place needs to get the hint. More delivery drivers = better delivery times which = more customers ordering... it's not complicated. Investment = reward both for you and your customers... half your reviews moan about delivery time so do something It. Fed up of having to wait 2hours for a takeaway when you could travel there and back in half the time by walking... literally ridiculous

Después me la dio, me preguntó cuando la comida sin llegar a mí (la tienda está a sólo 4 minutos en coche de mi casa). Primero me dijeron que estaban tan ocupados que no sabía cuánto tiempo, entonces cuando me dijeron que tendría que cancelar la orden dijo 15 a 30 minutos. Me explicó que sería demasiado tarde, pero si podían conseguir en 10 sin excepción. Su respuesta fue "lo que sea" y me colgó! Qué tipo de personal es contratar? 2 go wok Tan grosero y poco profesional. Puede ser barato, pero no es alegre!

I had the Nasi box - which was super saulty I just couldn't eat it and a murdered chicken satay - which was chucked in a deep fat fryer - and then some sauce chucked on the top. The staff aren't even nice or friendly and the shop isn't terribly clean #shouldhavewalkedaway #shouldknowbetter

After ordering of hungry house I ended up with the wrong food. The woman delivering it told me to hold on while she was on FaceTime, then stood there snapchatting the rest of the time. After giving a £20 note she continued to tell me she had no change left to give me the £5 I was owed. Then she left. I rang wok 2 go myself not long after, they simply told me in a rude and unhelpful manner they made no mistake in the food and he didn't know what to tell me about the missing money as it's nothing to do with him. Fair enough it was not directly his fault, but surely customer service comes first? Very unhappy, wrong food, paid more than I should have, no employee willing to help... clearly won't be getting my money back

Bland cardboard food. Unwelcoming and rude staff. Barley able to eat any of the food because it was not tingling my tastebuds :-( also my mouth caught a light . Also a long wait considering we were the only customers

Ordered a Meal here, it was greasy and disgusting, after a few bites i said can you remake this or refund it it doesn't taste correct, They didn't even taste it and said no refund. Will never eat here again, Make your own judgements but please listen to my advise. I dont know how they have managed to acquire a 5* hygiene rating because i would STRONGLY disagree. Theres much better alternatives for the same cost.

Go to Mexigo or Subway nearby, those places are better. The food here is ok but sometimes it's a long wait, they often mess up your order and 2 of my friends were very poorly after eating here once. I sometimes enjoy the food here like twice a year as a one off when I'm craving Greasy or stodgy food.

Enjoyed the food - it was hot when served - but after we ordered someone came in for a larger takeaway order; we had to wait a long time for ours to be processed so could not really appreciate it as had to get back to work. Took half of it home to eat later - was very delicious again so felt a bit of a bonus! Would go there again but not if I wanted a quick meal.

With Subway next door, two pizza shops, KFC, and the bin by the bus stop, there are plenty of better options if you're hungry. If you need noodles - get a pot noodle from the Tesco Express 200 yards away or walk round the corner to Noodle Bar. If you are a company that makes videos to train new employees in customer service and you need an example of genuinely horrible people skills - come film the dark haired girl, behind the counter at Wok 2 Go Lansdowne (just eat somewhere else first).

Happened upon this Wok2Go, so happy I did!I ordered 2 large Singpots (Singapore rice noodles), spring rolls x5 and crispy prawns x5. Everything was cooked there and then to order, you can see the cooking happening. The large pot of noodles seemed to never end as I was eating, it was jam packed full, it was delicious and fresh tasting. Don't be fooled by the pot/box size as you think 'ooh will that be enough?!' Yes it will, very impressed. The spring rolls were tasty and fresh as were the crispy prawns. Wish I had this place near me.

Completely wrong order sent. Ordered take-out through JustEat, chose the one vegetarian dish available, with a side of veggie spring rolls. My husband chose the same, but with meat spring rolls. The spring rolls were not marked which was which, so had to be tested for meat by my husband. Thoughtless of them. And instead of two veggie salads (both teriyaki and lime) we were sent two beef noodles, which I could not touch, and my husband said were terrible quality anyway. Too dry, some meat, no flavour and precious few vegetables. It's like they didn't try, and didn't even care. In the past when I have gone into the restaurant and ordered over the counter, they seemed happy to make up an off-menu veggie dish for me, but this experience makes me question whether the so called vegetarian meals they gave me really were, or they just didn't care then either. No thank you. Avoid.

Spotted this place on way back to hotel so thought would grab something before going out that evening, whilst it is very clean for a Takeaway that is where it stops.Food took ages and when I eventually opened what I thought was Chicken Pad Thai I realised someone had forgotten to put more than two pieces of Chicken…lots of fast food around so maybe they need to check the ingredients more often..

Love the noodles and you an pick your meat, I don't eat shrimp so I change it for chicken and there ok with that no extra charge I get a large singa box and there is always some left over for lunch or seconds later good for re heating if you can't finish it. My only complaint would be is you can pay for extras live broccoli which I have done a couple of times and you do not get any more so don't waste your extra 50p all in all great quick meal

Quick and easy food, you can't go wrong with noodles.Plenty of different flavours and different sizes; all for fairly cheap prices. Often come here when I'm drunk and it always takes me home with a smile on my face.Recommended to all those looking for a new noodle bar or even for some quick food.

Food was ok delivery driver(s) turned up all sketchy and late as though they were on coke. All over the place. Although the food wasn't bad the delivery and service was poor. It's a shame cos the food was ok but the experience was crap. If you're a student and ur into the junkie lifestyle go and order if you're not go and order a proper Chinese!

I went here last night and as soon as i walked in my first thought's were not good. Looked so unhygienic and the staff were so rude and scruffy. one was picking his nose while watching the other cook. The card machine cost's you 50p to use it!! The next day i am now feeling terrible and with a very bad stomach. WILL NOT BE GOING HERE AGAIN. DIRT

This is fantastic value place. If you want a quick noodley meal then you should go here. There is ample meat in the meat options and the spiciness scale is realistic unlike a lot of places. The medium boxes are enough for a meal in themselves!

Everything from the start was so wrong, I thought the food would make up for the aweful customer service.The food did not make for anything apart from making me sick because it was so vile, greasy and nothing but some dirty old tasting noodles and disgusting 'meat' which was probably prepared last year. Literally don't eat here. I wouldn't eat here again even if I was paid to. Avoid.

The small box comes jam packed and filled me up! Had the sweet box and the garlic box on occasion and both delicious. Great value for money.

Having visited this takeaway well over 7 times im surprised to read the poor reviews, on every occasion I haven't had a single problem. Being open till the early hours of the morning it makes it ideal for a late snack. The spicy box is a favorite of mine although Ive asked to make it a little bit milder which they have no problem doing so. The staff say very little maybe due to a language barrier or maybe because its so late. The price of the food is extremely fair in my opinion.

Poor menu as they have less than 10 items plus everything rices and chow means taste the same. They tend to put loads of vegetables in and little chow mien. Hardly any starters available.

Delivery took 4 hours, after phoning up back and forth trying to locate my order.. the guy answering the phone is an utter bellend and has no customer service skills what so ever. The food was disgraceful and when I asked for a refund he refused. Disgusted

I went in the shop on holdenhurst road and slipped over on their dirty, greasy floor. The staff just stood and watched me struggle to get up, hands covered in grease as I pushed myself to my feet. Nobody said a word. When you approach the till its apparently not obvious that you wantbto order because again, everybody just stares at you like they've got brain damage and they're not getting paid to work there.I saw the chef pick food up off the floor and fling it in the wok to serve to someone!!!! I did attempt to complain about the floor and was told it was MY FAULT because I was drunk and that the pub next door The Anvil should be blamed for getting customers so drunk they slip on the vile floor!!!!Sure, wok2go, is Anvil also to blame for why people vomit up your inedible, disgusting, gristly floor food which once had a HUGE TENDON in it??? Horrible people. Horrible food.

Took 20 mins to PLACE an order as the idiot on the phone could organise a piss up in a brewery. We waited a further 40 mins to receive our order which was then completely wrong, and we were over charged with the guy deciding to keep himself a tip. Rang back up and the guy on the phone was so rude. He proceeded to argue with us and wouldn't let us speak to management. He also refused to give us his name.Guess you must pay your staff peanuts as you've mokeys working for you..

Came here late at night and they decided to openly mock me in a different language so I couldn't understand, kept looking at me and pointing different phrases. I understand that you are working late but I see no reason for the rudeness, they couldn't care less about customer service. Would not recommend to anyone.

This place offers good, freshly cooked noodles to takeaway for really reasonable prices.There are a few different options and it's always been a good pit stop.

Near where I work so convenient, always have hotbox as I like spicy. Never had an issue as some reviewers have, noodles always taste great, box is packed solid and food always hot, they are always very quick too when you order.

Went into this place craving tasty noodles and that is what I got! Ordered a small chicken chow mein box and my goodness the portions are huge!!! I couldn't finish it. The only thing stopping me taking the rest home was the fact I didn't want to carry noodles in my bag for my bus journey. The noodles are really delicious, there is a wide variety of choice on the menu and you get plenty for your money's worth! I would say that the staff need to improve on their attitude and work on providing service with a smile, but I was happy with my food.

After have many problems with the delivery, wrong food, drinks... last time I had found a hair in the box. I called back for change it expecting speak with the manager or supervisor and they dont have any person on charge. They expect I pick up the replacements..

I've only given Wok2Go a rating of 1 because 0 isn't an option!! Our office really likes the taste of Wok2Go noodles but every time we order something is wrong and their customer service when you contact them is appalling. We've had meat in vegetarian noodle boxes, different food to our order, boxes of rice instead of cans of coke & completely burnt food. When you phone to complain they're indifferent & don't care. Even if they offer to replace the food they insist that you drive to their store to pick up the replacements. They even admitted that they KNEW spring rolls were completely burnt and inedible but sent them to us anyway...then they expect us to go to their store to pick up some non-burnt ones. Sorry Wok2Go we'll be finding somewhere else to buy noodles, ordering from you is more hassle than it's worth.

AVOID AVOID AVOID!Ordered what was described as a lovely green curry, a red curry with rice, noodles and Asian vegetables, a seafood stir fry with fish cakes and some side dishes. What I got wash a load of brown bland noodles in various pots that all tasted the same. When I called for a refund I was told by a rude lady "No you not get refund sir you live too far away, you want £20 off next order?". I explained that I was on holiday and that wasn't good enough as spent £55 on a lot of brown noodles, not what I ordered. She then said, "no one ever complains so it is not wrong I boxed it it lovely food you not know what you take about you not get refund as you too far away it not possible!" She then hung up... NASTY RUDE STAFF... NASTY BROWN FOOD!

Fantastic food! Slow delivery... Ordered by the JustEat app which is really quick and easy to use however the eta of the delivery is always extortionate! When the order arrives tho it is good food!

I went wok2go with my family in search of a complete meal after a long day of walking and touring. As we were bored of so-called fast food shops we tried to pick up something healthy and freshly made. I must say this shop made one of the best meals i have ever had. If you look at the interior, the staff outlook, you might miss the main point, which is, the food! Yes, wok2go's food tasted delicious! Me and my family (we had kids with us) ordered 3 different noodles box- both chinese and thai, with a side and drink. We all loved the flavour- trust me, after you get good food you will reconsider their average interior and staff, after all they wont charge a big amount for all those "Decorations". Their portion of noodles was huge, somehow the box in the picture looks smaller than it is in real. In summery, its a small shop but if you looking for tasty food- wok2go would be the best choice. I would definitely go there again if I visit Bournemouth in future.

Not sure what we were going to get after we ordered our food, but we're very pleasantly surprised, huge boxes of really tasty noodles and great spring rolls, highly recommended.

When I first found this place I was over the moon, I'm not a fan of regular Chinese but after ordering from them once I would have recommended them to anyone. However, on two separate occasions I have ordered and it has taken over 2 hours to deliver, on the most recent occasion I ordered at half past 8 on a Friday night for me and some friends. Working in the food industry myself I can accept that weekends are the busiest times for places like this but 2 hours is just not acceptable. I phoned them to find out where my order was and they said they had forwarded my order onto the store closer to me. (I had made the deliberate dicision to stay away from the other store) the woman on the phone said she would call them to find out here my order was and would give me a call back, half an hour later, she still hasn't called them so I told her to forget it as I would chase it up myself. After calling the other store I said that I wasn't going to pay full price as I had been waiting for over an hour and half by this point, the "polite" girl on the phone stated that I could pay £40 (my order should have been £38) I explained that to her and she then stated "oh well you can just pay £38 then" When the food arrived the driver showed me the recipt and tried to charge me £45 for it! I explained to him that I'd had a conversation with the girl and showed him my just eat receipt, but he wasn't having any of it, I said I'm only going to pay what my receipt Says because by this point I'm hungry, my guest are hungry, and we just want to eat, then came the kicker, the delivery man doesn't have any change, so I paid £40 for a meal that was 2 hours late, over charged, and cold. If you've gotten to the bottom of this rant then I beg you, stay away from this company. There are many more better alternatives available.

I do like the noodles - you can select the way you want them in a choice of sauces and meats or seafood and vegetables. You just have to excuse the service!! but the food is worth it.

Wok 2 go was recommended by my friend who uses the delivery service on a regular basis.I tried it as a pick up delivery before catching a train and I was really impressed with the noodle boxes my meal was served in, it was easy to eat while on the go. As for the food it was cooked well and tasty and the portion size was more than enough. I was happy there was a noodle dish with chicken,beef and pork as I like them all and can never decide which sort of chow mein to order at other noodle houses.I recommend you go and pick up your delivery yourself as the delivery service is usually extremely busy and it will take you a while to receive your food, where as collect is cooked instantly and handed to you in minutes.

Had used Wok4Go in the past and was impressed. We fancied a takeaway but because they didn't deliver to our area we ordered from Wok2Go instead.After initially being told the waiting time was nearly 2 hours (through Hungry House) we were really please when it arrived within the hour.We ordered x2 small noodle boxes which they cram full for you. The flavour was lovely and the ingredients tasted fresh. The only thing I would say with delivery is that the noodles dry out a little, so you're probably best to go and collect them/order in store.The only thing we were disappointed with was the Thai prawn crackers, which weren't Thai they were the Chinese version and they tasted a little stale.Apart from that I recommend them and would order again, I'd just order in store next time.

The Holdenhurst shop is 5 doors down from my office so it is very convenient, I pop into this shop once every week/2weeks and order the exact same dish, I do not eat meat so its the Seafood Mee Gee for me (every time). Today and not for the first time I returned to my desk to find chicken in my meal because they had order the wrong dish for me. On returning the meal the girl who took the order had the cheek to argue with me claiming I'd ordered something completely different. It was only when I stated that I hadn't eaten meat for over 30 years and hadn't had a change of heart today that she accepted that it might have been her that was wrong. They then stated that it was because she was new, well sorry guys, if you have new staff then you ensure they are trained correctly and you accompany them until they know what they are doing rather than serving a non meat eating customer meat!! If the other girls hadn't have been smoking outside or painting their nails at the counter perhaps this wouldn't have happened. Not sure I'll be back for some time and I am sure both of these actions contravene health and safety regulations, I know eating while serving and prepping food definitely does is which your staff do all the time. Sort it out!!

Having used Wok2Go (Holdenhurst Road) branch for a number of months I was horrified to find that if you have a problem then tough. As a night worker I and my colleagues depend on late night take aways to feed us - Having placed my order as usual I was shocked when I opened it to realise they had completely got the order wrong - I phoned them only be told that the mistake was my fault and to check my order online (bit difficult as I ordered by phone) I explained that we were night workers and needed the order sorting so as we could eat but it made no difference they said that even though the Holdenhurst Rd Branch took my order the phones were now diverted to the Old Christchurch Rd branch and so they couldn't do anything- If the company can take responsiobility for the calls then surely they can take responsibility for the orders - This I will never know as they hung up on me rather than save a customer - Guess we'll all be eating elsewhere in future.

So...after many pleasant experiences this is by far the worst ever! Food ordered at 20:25 were told it would be 45 minutes. We called after an hour to be told it had been to delivered to another address. After 16 phone calls to 3 different numbers we were told it would be 40 minutes! Still waiting at 11:27!!! Never again!

We are not short of take always in Bmouth/Poole, this is one that would not be missed. Ordered Pad Thai veg, regular, a fair sized box consisting ofopretty much noodles and shredded carrot. Really bland and two small bits of tired looking broccoli. Avoid! Go to top wok or no.1 wok.

Delivery took 1 hour 30 mins. The delivery man didn't have change. The food was poor. Unpleasant experience ! Won't be ordering again.

I like their food, is not too expensive and actually tastes pretty good. Unfortuntely the delivery of all the branches in Bournemouth area is deficient. I have try them all and even when I request to have my food "as soon as possible", it keeps taking at least an hour to deliver. Really bad service!

Hmmmm good idea.. The simple food isn't bad but service is shocking! Ordered through Just Eat. We realised that our crackers were missing so i called the number that they had passed to me through their email. It was the wrong number! So i call the new number...The young lady who answered had awful english; she struggled to comprehend my query e.g please can you send the crackers that we paid for. In response i received... Silence... "I forgot to put em in ~silence~ So?" Sorry did she just say so?!! She then went on to imply that id have to wait till he came back (eg 1hr) "so....do you want that?"This lady was so rude.. Her tone of voice shocking and no apology in any form! So we stuck firm. She refused to listen; kept talking over me... Lovely customer service. After a while (when i suggested that i speak to someone else eg her manager) the young lady offers the crackers and a small pot of ice cream on our NEXT order...Thanks anyway Basic simple food. Huge amount of food per portion eg a small is more than adequate for 1 person. Don't think we will bother reordering from them in future.

I popped in to Wok2Go to get a takeaway on Holdenhurst Road and I have never experienced such bad service. There was a guy by the counter, I said hello to him he didn't even say hello back or even look at me. He gestured one of two girls over (the other was chewing gum with her mouth open and texting) she didn't smile, she wasn't polite, I ordered a set meal and when I asked which drinks came with it she cut me off mid-sentence by pointing at the fridge. There was no thank you, I wasn't even told the price or how long it would take. My friend then got the same treatment. We couldn't believe it. The food is ok but not worth that treatment.

The food is good at wok 2 go but the service is shocking I've order twice of them the first time it took three hours to come the second it never turned up, I has sat around waiting and my food never came, terrible !!!

I asked for an order for delivery which came over £20, this was processed through and we paid over the phone. After a few minutes we received a call from wok2go explanning we owed them £3 for a delivery charge as the young lady who took our order didn't mention there was a delivery charge. I stated as this wasn't an error made by ourselves we won't pay as all takeaways in Bournemouth don't charge a delivery if you spend more than usually £12. The lady agreed and hung up, about 15min later the manager called and stated that the fee would need to be paid as otherwise it would come out of the staffs pay- I found this very disgusting as this wasn't our error yet they had the nerve to call us back and try and make us feel guilty over their error. The order also took 1hr and 15mins to arrive and was cold. We've always had a good experience in the past but after being harassed I won't be ordering from them again!!

Wok 2 go was recommended by a friend so I thought I'd try it. I ordered the meal for one large ... I have a hearty appetite and I can't even eat half of the noodles, the soup is lovely again can't eat half and had 1 out of 2 spring rolls I am stuffed. The food is lovely and the portions are huge. Great value for money! Definitely recommend!!

I'm not the first to be sceptical about fast food outlets - and in all honesty the exterior of Wok2Go didn't really incite me to venture inside. But stomach-snarling, the aromatic whiffs leaking from the door caught my nose and hooked me inside... and I was pleasantly surprised. The food (served fresh and prepared right in front of you) was nothing short of excellent (I opted for the small size-serving, though toppings, dressings and other goodies were extremely generous and well-placed) and the staff were welcoming too. Definitely top-noodle!

Food could more tasty, lacking in taste and limited use of sauces and condiments.it was more greasy than tasty. Service was very good and helpful. Reasonable value

I have a hot meal at lunch now as it is so cold in the office.I like wok to go noodles and rice as these are tasty,hot with lots of ingrdients. If you pick up a flyer int he shop there is a small discount too.

This place only specialises in noodles (chow mein) and rice. Very limited menu which is good as it takes me a minute to decide what to order. The food taste good. i have tried different types of their noodles, but the chow mein is best. The vermicelli is a little on the dry side.My only complaint is that their dishes all seem to have the same ingredients. Not very keen to have strips of onions,carrots on my fried rice either.

My daughter and I had been looking for a restaurant when wandered past this place, the smell enticed us in. Although not a restaurant it has tables for dining in and a great selection of dishes made fresh and ready to eat in 5 mins. We had a meal for 2, 2 regular pots of noodles- great flavours, 2 starters of thai breaded prawns and spring rolls, 2 cans and a portion of thai crackers which came to £18. Not the cheapest take away style food but just what we wanted at the time, all tasted great and big portions.
