Over 2 hours late and when I called 3 times the lady lied to me saying it was out for delivery then told me it’s just being cooked then reviewed msg saying delivered when it wasn’t. This is unacceptable behaviour for a good restaurant

This place is ok. The food is ok although I have had better Chinese food from other restaurants. Atmosphere dull! Sorry but it is. Horrible row of shops nearby. So dull as hell. People who shop around there look cheap, unemployment and untidy. Put me off!!!!

my order had obviously been dropped on the floor. all the containers were open and smashed. food was everywhere. had to throw majority of it away. guy who delivered didn't day anything.

Absolutely great! First time ordering and was not disappointed. Delivery driver was very friendly, food was hot and came well packaged with great portions. We even received a lovely note and some fortune cookies from them. Will definitely we ordering from here again!

Unfortunately one of the items in my order was incorrect.

Have ordered from here twice and both times I’ve had the order turn up late. When I tried to call they just ignore the phone. Tried scheduling a time and came an hour later and when I did mange to get through the order was still sat there!!!!

I ordered 4 items and I only received 2 the owner called me a lier and was really Rude and took 1hour and 30mins to deliver would not go here again

Since this Chinese has changed hands the food is absolutely beautiful! Always 5* food and 5* service, can’t rate them highly enough!!!

Excellent tasting food but waited over an hour past the originally delivery time given. Contacted the restaurant to be given a new delivery time. The second time I had to telephone the restaurant the receptionist was very polite and apologised and reassured me food was next order out but in total waited just over 2 hours for our food order. Will not be ordering from here again because of this issue which is disappointing because the food was really nice

I ordered in advance with 2 hours time and they got 20 minutes late. Starters were cold and the food wasn't tasty. chicken lemon sauce was bad but the sweet and sour pork was just disgusting flavour and hard like a stones. Never order again.

Ordered for a specific time was half hour late even though we got a notification 10 minutes before delivery time that it was on its way. We only live 2 minutes up road as it’s on same road as ours and still supposedly 40 minutes after it said on its way called to ask told the delivery driver was busy it’s on its way when in fact it hadn’t even left the restaurant yet. Very disappointed as have ordered from here for 12 years. Will not be ordering again and will not recommend !

The most rudest people I’ve ever had at my door. The restaurant were rude and unfriendly. I am discussed with the way my wife has been spoken to. I will never order on here again.

ordered sweet n sour pork balls but received the wrong sauce with them. Got Curry sauce instead of sweet n sour. Although delivered quickly and the food was hot attention to detail still required.

Delivery was early and delivery person was lovely, but sadly the food quality was poor. The noodles were fine, but the chicken and beef dishes were not very good at all. Too much garlic, not enough flavour.

The food was pretty disappointing. Really dry chilli beef and super greasy chicken balls. The duck however was delicious. Wouldn’t order again.

My usual Chinese was closed so decided to try this one. Worst Chinese I have ever eaten in my life. Bland warm chow mein and chips that had obviously been done in a months old oil with tasteless curry sauce. Will never ever order from here again

The food arrived early and very hot. Enjoyed.

Food was ok. But chicken balls were hard and only 7 in the bag, which had torn. Along with the chip bag, Delivery was pretty quick though.

They hors d’oeuvres were twice cooked the meat on the ribs wasn’t meat any longer , it disintegrated like it had been cremated. my hot and sour soup was missing from the order. The duck was nice though.

Just ordered on just eat and delivery was excellent. The order was a different matter, the chicken in my Fried chicken with ginger and spring onions tasted off there for not edible, I was not aware that shredded chicken chow main had egg in it and we ordered curry sauce and did not receive any but was still charged £2.20. Tell what is going on? I know it's a Saturday but seriously!!!!

Delivery was fast. However, everything fried tasted disgusting and of old oil. Every dish was very oily.

Part of the order was missing (pancakes) so we had to phone then wait for them to come before we could start eating as they were the starter.

Waited a hour and a half for delivery. Chips were cold and soggy, could cut the curry sauce with a knife. The chicken was soggy and cold. Ordered at 5.15pm. So not peak time. The last few orders have been really poor. Wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. Will go elsewhere now.

Would not order from here again £45 wasted! The egg fried rice was like boiled rice and bland, the sauces had no taste to them, food just tasted like grease. We usually order from imperial chef but it was closed so thought we would give these a try. Big mistake! Avoid it or you will be wasting your money. People who have left good reviews clearly don’t have any taste buds!! DISGUSTING FOOD wouldn’t even feed it to my dog!

Absolutely vile is all I can say, the crispy chilli beef had a really odd taste, rice was bland, curry sauce really gloopy and thick, only thing that was okay was the chips

Decent quality food, but takeaway prices are getting ridiculous now.

Got a takeaway Wok I would've liked is to have never ordered from here. Ribs were awful. Crispy shredded beef were fatty and tasteless and the beef in oyster sauce was oily and pretty gross. The spring roll was something out of a nightmare. Do not recommend although the prawn toast was ok.

Absolutely awful. Made a 85 pound order for my birthday with family. Arrived late which is fine as a big order and expected. Started dishing up dinner and was was as we opened all of the special fried rices smelt like rotting chicken. We thought it was just the container but it tasted like it smelt. The chips were cold and like cardboard. We received 2 bags of prawn crackers which were all stale and could not be bitten in to. One of the soups tasted like rotting meat too. We haven’t been able to eat and 85 pound of food in the bin. We couldn’t eat any of the meal , we did call the restaurant who offered to re cook but we are weary of eating any food from here , we asked for a refund and offered to return all of the food but they told us to contact just eat

Food was hot, tasty, good servings, great price. Delivery was super fast arrived b4 app said it had even left. Will definitely give a 10 out of 10. Can't wait for my next take away night to enjoy again

John Moore I know where you live the audacity to say this restaurant is anything close to 1 star appalling the atmosphere 5 star although the short wait the fact you could see your food being cooked and dished in the wok u like tradition giving it its edge on all similar competitors.

Maybe an off night, but worst crispy chili beef ever had - pale brown, watery flavour and the flour around the beef was sodden, soggy - inedible. Shouldn't have left the kitchen. The rest was ok.

Soup good. Pancake roll very crispy but not much filling. Curry meal for one came with chips & quite a bit of onion? Only to skimp on chicken. Taste OK. Had better, had worse
