Absolutely disgusting, anyone that thinks this is good food needs there head checking , probably the worst food and service I've ever paid

The most rudest people I’ve ever had at my door. The restaurant were rude and unfriendly. I am discussed with the way my wife has been spoken to. I will never order on here again.

The prawn chop suey& chinese chicken hardly had any flavour so didn't taste the best but crispy beef was lovely

ordered sweet n sour pork balls but received the wrong sauce with them. Got Curry sauce instead of sweet n sour. Although delivered quickly and the food was hot attention to detail still required.

Delivery was early and delivery person was lovely, but sadly the food quality was poor. The noodles were fine, but the chicken and beef dishes were not very good at all. Too much garlic, not enough flavour.

The food was pretty disappointing. Really dry chilli beef and super greasy chicken balls. The duck however was delicious. Wouldn’t order again.

My usual Chinese was closed so decided to try this one. Worst Chinese I have ever eaten in my life. Bland warm chow mein and chips that had obviously been done in a months old oil with tasteless curry sauce. Will never ever order from here again

The food arrived early and very hot. Enjoyed.

Food was ok. But chicken balls were hard and only 7 in the bag, which had torn. Along with the chip bag, Delivery was pretty quick though.

They hors d’oeuvres were twice cooked the meat on the ribs wasn’t meat any longer , it disintegrated like it had been cremated. my hot and sour soup was missing from the order. The duck was nice though.

Food was ok, it was warm. There was no update from the restaurant to say my order was delayed. The delivery driver did apologise, but when it's 45 minutes late, it's not really acceptable

Just ordered on just eat and delivery was excellent. The order was a different matter, the chicken in my Fried chicken with ginger and spring onions tasted off there for not edible, I was not aware that shredded chicken chow main had egg in it and we ordered curry sauce and did not receive any but was still charged £2.20. Tell what is going on? I know it's a Saturday but seriously!!!!

Delivery was fast. However, everything fried tasted disgusting and of old oil. Every dish was very oily.

Order was late but more importantly prawn crackers were stale, chips soggy, soup inedible and duck terrible. In the end I cooked a ready meal. Really disappointing.

Waited a hour and a half for delivery. Chips were cold and soggy, could cut the curry sauce with a knife. The chicken was soggy and cold. Ordered at 5.15pm. So not peak time. The last few orders have been really poor. Wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. Will go elsewhere now.

Part of the order was missing (pancakes) so we had to phone then wait for them to come before we could start eating as they were the starter.

Delivered was delayed. Waited to max time on app, 1 hour 15 mins and still haven’t arrived. So called restaurant was rude and didn’t apologise. Waiting a total of 1 hour and 40 mins for food. Unacceptable. Will not order again from there.

Always excellent delivery service & delicious quality food

Would not order from here again £45 wasted! The egg fried rice was like boiled rice and bland, the sauces had no taste to them, food just tasted like grease. We usually order from imperial chef but it was closed so thought we would give these a try. Big mistake! Avoid it or you will be wasting your money. People who have left good reviews clearly don’t have any taste buds!! DISGUSTING FOOD wouldn’t even feed it to my dog!

Absolutely vile is all I can say, the crispy chilli beef had a really odd taste, rice was bland, curry sauce really gloopy and thick, only thing that was okay was the chips

Decent quality food, but takeaway prices are getting ridiculous now.

Got a takeaway Wok I would've liked is to have never ordered from here. Ribs were awful. Crispy shredded beef were fatty and tasteless and the beef in oyster sauce was oily and pretty gross. The spring roll was something out of a nightmare. Do not recommend although the prawn toast was ok.

Noodle dishes were good although I didn’t like the deep fried shredded chilli beef as it was sweet and no taste of chilli.

Absolutely awful. Made a 85 pound order for my birthday with family. Arrived late which is fine as a big order and expected. Started dishing up dinner and was was as we opened all of the special fried rices smelt like rotting chicken. We thought it was just the container but it tasted like it smelt. The chips were cold and like cardboard. We received 2 bags of prawn crackers which were all stale and could not be bitten in to. One of the soups tasted like rotting meat too. We haven’t been able to eat and 85 pound of food in the bin. We couldn’t eat any of the meal , we did call the restaurant who offered to re cook but we are weary of eating any food from here , we asked for a refund and offered to return all of the food but they told us to contact just eat

Food was hot, tasty, good servings, great price. Delivery was super fast arrived b4 app said it had even left. Will definitely give a 10 out of 10. Can't wait for my next take away night to enjoy again

Maybe an off night, but worst crispy chili beef ever had - pale brown, watery flavour and the flour around the beef was sodden, soggy - inedible. Shouldn't have left the kitchen. The rest was ok.

John Moore I know where you live the audacity to say this restaurant is anything close to 1 star appalling the atmosphere 5 star although the short wait the fact you could see your food being cooked and dished in the wok u like tradition giving it its edge on all similar competitors.

Soup good. Pancake roll very crispy but not much filling. Curry meal for one came with chips & quite a bit of onion? Only to skimp on chicken. Taste OK. Had better, had worse

Awful food will not be ordering from Here again! We have all been really I’ll today and this take away was last thing we ate! Was cold when delivered, wouldn’t answer when called the restaurant, left awful taste in your mouth and everything was dripping in grease!

Ribs were absolute rubbish got them in so called sauce that lay in the bottom of the container like piss. Had ribs from wok u like in ware hertford last week and they were fantastic, lovely thick sauce that stuck to the ribs. HAROLD HILL SPEAK TO THE CHEF AT WARE AND SORT YOURSEVES OUT Will not be buying anything from you for a long time.

I've always ordered from here and never had a problem but last night the food came within 15-20minutes from ordering. The duck seemed very dry and overly crispy. The prawn balls and rice were ok though.

The food was very bland and tasteless. The crispy chilli beef had next to no sauce or flavour on it, the chow mein was dry. The chicken balls were nice. We did not finish our meal or eat the left overs which we would usually have as lunch the next day.

Incorrect order delivered and they would not answer the phone to resolve the order.

Good delivery time. The Roast Pork chop suey mainly had bean sprouts as the bulk veg, I would have expected differently veg like cabbage, carrots or celery. The chicken balls were crispy and the sweet and sour sauce was very fragrant.

Puzzling thought, how can you say something is large when it comes in the same size containers as the other food i ordered

Food (on this occasion - so as to give benefit of the doubt) didn't taste freshly cooked but reheated. Insipid. Disappointed. Not so many Chinese restaurants open on Mondays so you'd think that was an opportunity to cash in with a fresh, authentic & tasty offering

Can't fault the service, staff or delivery time but recently the food has gone right downhill, everything is greasy and has a funny taste, such a shame because we've been using this place for donkey's years now.

Food was tasty, great portion sizes. Only thing we didn't like was the bbq sauce, not sure what it was. Would otder again.
