Favorite Chicken & Ribs Upminster in Havering

I went several times, and every time they forgot something to give me, so I went back to have it checked and get what I paid for.

Should be called perfect chicken. Found a shop that knows how to cook chicken properly. Lush

Wings were raw,and had this specific smell..like old chicked/raw meat mix.chips alright

Sadly I write this review from the toilet. Food has literally run through me. Was nearly over charged by £100!! And to top it off you forgot my hash brown!!!!!

One of the better Favourite branches out there. Food is always tasty and comes hot and fresh.

Chicken burger was very dry and small

Ordered on deliveroo ribs combo meal paid £10.99 and the size of the ribs were an absolute joke. Never will I order from here again

Great place, always fresh and good. The service is really fast and they also do home delivery if you give them a call. The wings they sell in other places you'd see them as chicken pieces.

Chicken is good too expensive though

Can’t fault the food here but the recent price increase means I will not be using this shop as much as I have previously. I find it really irresponsible that food outlets like this who serve a wide range of people from different backgrounds and financial situations feel the need to hike their prices at a time when people are already being squeezed. 3 wings going from 2.79 - 3.99 is excessive when was a wing ever more then a 1£????? I appreciate that these prices maybe from the owner of a franchise but this price increase stinks of profit and adding to the pressures families are already feeling. Not cool to treat customers like this.

A great place the chicken is excellent so tasty there are a great selection of deals highly recommended really pleasant helpful staff orders can be phoned through for collection or can be delivered

Never had a bad meal from here, cheaper and nicer than KFC, delivery is always either early or on time and the drivers are always polite, I can’t really fault it.

Chicken connoisseur gave this place a 3.5 and a meh even though he was licking his fingers

I prefer this to Colonel, try the bbq wings as they are very tasty, the chicken is goid quality and very tender and good value for money.

Fillet of fire burger was dry as hell, lacked any moisture or spice. The ribs were dry ad if they had been left there for a long while. The only saving grace was the hot wings were nice and crispy, and the chips were still warm. Overall very disappointed and won't order from here again

If you like spicy BBQ wings, then this is the place to order from. Service is always prompt and the food puts the Colonel to shame. Great value for money

Took 1hr 20 min to cone. Stone cold. Colslaw was spicy. And their phone won't ring now

Great service, collected from shop during lockdown, really nice chips but the chicken is NO-WHERE near as good as Elm Park favourites though ..............

The food took longer than disclosed, they forgot 2 drinks chips and to top it all off undercooked chicken lead to me and another friend to experience food poisoning and be sick the coming day. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!! even if it’s the only shop open in the world I’d rather starve then eat that poor excuse for ‘food’

Ordered food on just eat, it arrived 40 mins late and some of the order was missing. Tried to contact the shop but it was continually engaged.

I live in Ockendon and none of the eateries are open after 9pm so I knew there was a chicken shop in Upminster so gave it a try. I had a chicken fire burger, and it was absolutely amazing. The bun was decent and the chicken was succulent as well the rest of the ingredients. The fries were really tasty too and the wings were delicious. I will definitely be using this chicken shop from now on. The place looked ok and they also have a 5 star food hygiene rating plus the service was quick. Only problem is they only take cash and no card payment which is a slight inconvenience in this day and age.

Fresh chicken and nice food always. Chaps in there are always friendly and never get the order wrong, let it be just eat or walk in

I just moved to my area which is quite far from the shop but they when my food turned up it was still hot and cooked to perfection! The driver and staff over the phone were so friendly and helpful just like the shop I used where I used to live. Always better than KFC. Too notch service! Thank you Upminister team.

Food arrived when we opened it the food was lukewarm to cold phoned to say food was cold and the man on the phone said food was just cooked and the boss would call me back 15 minutes later I phoned back and spoke to the boss he said food was just cooked he said would you like a fresh order I asked for them to give my money back and come and collect the food no remorse or apology disgusting customer service and really bad food how can you send out warm to cold food and then say it was cooked fresh not the first time they have messed up our order or sent cold food won’t be ordering from here again

Ordered a family meal via Just eat. The chicken was severely over cooked dry , tasteless and cold. We received none of the drinks ordered. Called the shop to ask where they were. Shop stated delivery man must've forgot and will ask him to return. Upon his return he still did not have the correct drinks and had to go back to retrieve what was correct. Sad food. Will never eat or order anything from here again

Convenient but hygiene and chicken quality isn't perfect

The chicken tastes a little salty, wasnt entirly happy with the chicken buger that i bought.

takes nearly 2 hours to deliver food, driver done laps and went past my house probably about 3 times without even bothering to call to check. rubbish service

Staff was rude, asked for two fillet buglers with cheese 5 mins later after I pay he said he never charged me for both cheese I need to pay more then tell me if I'm not happy leave, terrible customer service if you ask me

I ordered chicken breasts and was told only side breast so I said ok when delivered it was a bit of skin seasoning and bone very annoyed and disappointed I use this store all the time well not again loyalty obviously means nothing to this shop disgusted with them!!!!!!!!
