Wok to Walk in Liverpool

The food was normal nothing special, I ordered on uber eat , they didn’t bring fork or anything to eat with.

Truely Amazing Place to have food cooked exactly perfect to suit your taste. Ahrtha took my order today and she was super nice and kind about all of my requests, from the ingredients to the spicy level and how I wanted the egg and rice to be cooked. Alberto who is the chef who cooked the food for me, then cooked it marvellously well, this is literally the best meal I have ever had in a restaurant. I have always been a big fan of Wok to Walk for years, but today I decided to try to adjust what I usually get to what suits my taste more, and I was so surprised and touched by the incredible service and food. I am now a forever fan of Wok to Walk, I recommend this place to everyone who has good taste in food👍.

A nice choose your own ingredients stir fry restaurant with vegan options. The veggie tofu with Szechuan sauce was really good.

It was 'ok'expensive and a bit bland, almost £13 for one portion with a couple of prawns and a few bits of chicken, noodles, and veg. No flavour, that each cost an extra £1 per item if you wanted to and garlic, corriander or chilli etc... It filled a gap but too many better food choices around for next time. Sure the students liked the student deals, quick and easy.

I do not recommend it. The chicken has an odor and is not cooked well👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

On Thursday 30th November 2023, I woken up with a heavy Head Cold along with the endless snot that accompanied this most uncomfortable health issue. Whilst walking up Bold Street, I came across this business and realized that a bit of lunch - very hot might end my issues. The service was pleasent and the food just right in terms of heat. Hot but not Thermonuclear. I'll definitely be returning hopefully without the Head Cold.

Had amazing noodles here with my partner the other day. Obsessed is an understatement. The girl (Chef) was so patient, polite and lovely to us. The food was delicious and is worth every penny. Will be back 🙌🏻

Katsu chicken with curry sauce was disappointing. Dry, no sauce and more vegetables than noodles... for £8.5 that's robbery

The food tasted average, reasonably priced. The sauces & wooden cutlery was removed from the counter, I had to queue behind people ordering food just to ask for chilli sauce. Our food was cold by then. I was served by a very moody and unhelpful Indian woman. Do not recommend, there are far better options.

Although limited for gluten free or options - the quality of food is incredible and I find myself eating here once or twice a week. Defo recommend for those that are GF eaters

My family and I were looking for some quick and good food. The staff, friendly and patient with our poor English, we finally chose and I have to say that the food was excellent, well seasoned and I compare it to my own experience in Thailand. Thank you and keep up the good work!!!

Great place to grab a tasty noodle box whilst on the go. Simple menu offering lots of choice from Udon noodles to Jasmine rice boxes all in the heart of Liverpool. Eat in or take away.

The food was pretty good and affordable. It was cooked in a matter of minutes and was good to go.

Small restaurant with an agile and simple proposal (where you can choose between several types of pasta, rice, vegetables, proteins, toppings and sauces). Everything is explained in detail on the walls, although if you have a question they will kindly answer it. The containers seem small, they are only one size, but they are more than enough to satisfy you. Affordable prices and the taste is very good, I would definitely return.

Just meh to be honest.. Went for the first time and I have to say I was not impressed. The food was really bland and dry, all the ingredients looked dry and tasted like that as well. Especially the katsu chicken was proper bad and very chewy with not very pleasant taste. I think to pay almost £20 for two boxes is extortion as well thinking if I went to my local Chinese I'd probably have twice as much and fresh quality food. I won't recommend. Service was very nice tho so was the venue just the food was a let down.

I've been to many restaurants on my way to London, Birmingham, and Liverpool, but this one is the best. It tastes better here than the 3-price restaurant I went to in London. There are so many restaurants on Bold Street that it's worth checking out other places, but if you're interested in Asian food and want a satisfying meal for less than £10 per person, it's worth a visit.

First time but definitely won't be the last, food delicious and staff so very helpful.

We went to Chinese New Year in town today and stopped for some noodles on the way back down Bold Street. The initial price advertised suggested it was going to cost around £5 per portion. When ordering three portions and I was given a price of £38 I was shocked but thought - I don’t mind paying if it is good. Both of my children left theirs as it tasted burnt. When I mentioned it to the person cooking they did offer to make me another one but with small children this wasn’t an option - they needed food and quick after waiting 30 minutes already. We could have had a wagamamas for that price and sat somewhere nice! Really do not recommend this place. Poor!

Went here recently and the food was nice but won’t be going back as the prices were extortionate. I appreciate the fact that you can customise the order to change the price, however I only had 1 meat, a few types of veg and a drink and it was over £15. For less then this price in Liverpool you can get a sit down meal and drink, and the surroundings/decor in this establishment are that of a takeaway, not a restaurant.

My friend ordered noodles he accidentally dropped it in the bin, they offered him more he accepted this. Very thankful for this

I was served/mumbled/grunted at by Alam I think his name was today and he was quite possibly the rudest man I have ever had the misfortune to come across. Rude doesn't even begin to explain. It is over priced and the staff are so rude. Avoid at all costs

I have been there a few times during last few years, last time was yesterday and to be honest - they still are one of my favourites. The food tastes nice and is prepared really quickly, the portions are great and for the price of £10 per person you can grab a great meal in almost no time. The packages are also very comfortable to carry and eat from. The preparetion of the food is done in front of the client which is also a great advvantage if you ask me. The staff is real nice too and ordering with them is easy and quick, even if you ask questions - they responses are helpful and explanatory. I do recommend them so much and can't wait to try even more of their boxes!

Stopping in Liverpool for a long Birthday weekend we have eaten in wok to walk before and found it delicious but this one in Liverpool was overpriced and not as tasty to the one we had in Amsterdam . £12.60 only added prawns ,duck and peppers what was supposed to be a quick meal became expensive . I wound recommend this restaurant nicer places to eat

I ordered the Veg and prawn Szechuan meal and the spice was just perfect for me. The veg was cooked lovely to a moist crunch as the flavours of the veg burst out. I would highly recommend this place even though the furniture could do with a lick of paint, it's still a good place to chill with your friends as it has the best location close to clubs. I hadn’t tried a Wok to Walk before but it came recommended by family. You choose noodles, rice or vegetables, the extra toppings you want and the sauce you want it cooked in and then everything is cooked in a wok while you wait. Great! We ate in. The premises is very basic and not where you would go for a romantic dinner. I guess most people have the food delivered but if you want a speedy and filling meal and are in a hurry this is a good place to go. There was plenty of choice for vegetarians or vegans. I had rice with various vegetables in a teriyaki sauce. It was piping hot of course and very tasty. My only criticism is that it was quite oily and salty which all adds to the deliciousness but is probably not so good for your health! Good to have tried Wok to Walk if I am visiting another town and looking for a good place to eat.

It suited my taste well and the staff was friendly. The Asian sauce is thicker than you think, so be careful.

Ordered some noodles after a night out and was served by Roshan, he was polite and delivered great service. Would thoroughly recommend coming here again

Popped in here whilst shopping in Liverpool. The food is very enjoyable and we would definitely return. Would give it 5 stars except it's quite expensive for what is essentially fast food (if you don't have the offer which we didn't realize about until we left) and the tables could have been cleaner.

Delivery man spilled half the contents in his bag and when I wouldn't expect it he chucked it in the bin and rode off! Contacted the restaurant and they said there's nothing they can do. So spent £14.20 and no food delivered and restaurant don't give a s***! Wish there was a 'zero' star

Came here earlier today for the first time. Food was lovely and the staff were very polite and helpful. Definitely recommend if anyone is out and about around this part of town. I got egg noodles with beef and pak choi with the saigon sauce, very nice and easy flavours (not something to bold or vibrant if you are wanting to try a "safe" option for the sauce). Definitely going back when I'm next in town 👍

Myself and my partner headed into town for the first time since lockdown it was July 2020 and the start of the first easing of restrictions after the first initial lockdown. We were looking for somewhere to eat and spotted this place. We popped in restrictions were in place with some seats being out of bounds to maintain social distancing. The food was very nice, tasty, good portions and well priced too. Would recommend.

A nicely decorated cafe with a reasonable selection of items on the menu. Business was a bit slow when I ate there, in fact I was the only customer present at lunch time on a Friday. Business will improve as the lockdown eases.

Just beautiful. Amazing flavours and almost too much to eat. Fast Asian food done properly. Great staff and they even go out of their way to provide gluten free options.

Chef accidentally put egg into my order so had to make it again. He was very apologetic and gave us free drinks. I didn’t mind waiting longer at all but he insisted on the free drinks. Great customer service and lovely people!

Wok to Walk is always a great option for a quick ,healthy and tasty meal with lots of different options on the menu. My personal favourite is duck with jasmine rice and teriyaki sauce with veg, and my side- kick, Montgomery (dachshund) also favours this mix. Really great food and value for money.

Good food. Service could be improved. The make your own boxes are a rip off - cost me nearly £9 for a sweet and sour chicken box with broccoli and even then I only got about 2 pieces of chicken and next to no broccoli!

Fast service, friendly staff and it was also very good. If you are a student, they give you a special offer and they don't have many problems with student cards since mine was from Spain and everything was perfect.

Staff were very friendly and helpful but the food overall was very bland. I had to ask for extra sauce - the value for money wasn't great either.

Some feedback for you. I got food poisoning from here last week. Please remind your staff to prepare food properly so that your customers don’t spend the 48h fixed to the toilet, shivering uncontrollably and contemplating their own mortality.

Prefer wok and go, better vegan options, staff also rude

First time in Liverpool, needed something quick but tasty and this place defo fits the bill. Students pay £4.75 for a box which leaves you full and ready to take on the rest of your shop. The guys working were friendly and attentive. Pretty cool watching the food being cooked fresh as well, lots of flames and amazing smells! Would go back without a doubt.

Fries always hot...if you're still hungry later

Was passing by on Bold St and the gentlemen in the photo was serving small samples of food. The samples were tasty that we decided to visit the place. We ordered chicken in a teriyaki (Tokyo) sauce and vegetables with cashew nuts. The place was clean, the staff very helpful and knowledgeable and the food cooked in front of you. The food was ready within a few minutes and served piping hot. Lovely food cooked the way I wanted and for a budget price. Highly recommend.

An exceptional Asian fast food place, the guys are super nice, a very quiet place although it is a take away you can eat inside the premises, a wide variety of condiments to add to your food, very reasonable and economical price, they allow pets that It was very useful to us since we were traveling with a dog and we had to look for a place where pets were allowed. Super recommended

Food was lovely, just quite expensive for fast food. You have you pay extra for every veg you want to add, i got a duck noodles with lots of veg and a drink of water and it was £14 which is a lot more expemsive than Wok and go, food was gorgeous though!
