Wok Noodle Box in Manchester

One recommendation, stay away from this place. The food is a total disaster. lack of originality and recipes to follow. a total fiasco.

Food is average at best. Paid £7 for a Singapore box- got 4 prawns and possibly the same amount of brocoli and the rest was bland noodles. Not worth the wait I’m afraid. Lady serving was very nice though.

Anything with a hot sauce was okay. Salt and pepper fries were pathetic and staff followed no health and safety regulations when making the product. It didn’t look like she was trained to either. Anything with teriyaki was below par with the sauce ruining anything it was paired with. Kitchen staff were rude and disrespectful about customers when they had the chance.

Got to be the worst chicken Katsu, how do you serve katsu with no sauce, chicken wings were alright but not the best

Very friendly staff but my black bean noodles with chicken was the worst I have ever had. My wife said is smelled like cat food - she wasnt wrong Also had fried chicken strips which just tasted like old oil. I don't like giving a poor review but the place really needs to buck its ideas up to go forward.

I went there this evening, the guy serving was busy and didn't apolgsise....I ordered egg noodles with chicken, it was £5.49!!! why so dear!!!......then he said he didn't have any change....what a scamp.......so I left..........he shouted after me.........well can you see this business lasting much longer?.......

Really poor quality food. Ordered a noodle dish with prawns and broccoli. I was served with a box of greasy noodles with 3 small prawns and 2 small pieces of broccoli. Also ordered chips which were inedible, swimming in grease. Also, little COVID precautions were in evidence, and place was grubby. Overpriced rubbish. Avoid!! Have some toast instead when you get home.

Rice box was ok at best, had a strange sweet taste to it. "Salt n pepper fries" were literally just curly fries with black pepper on them - absolute joke. Nowhere near worth the money

The noodle box is filled with curly fries even though we requested that we didn't any. It's a cheap and easy way to make profit.

Just really poor. I got a delivery option. 3 meals in my order and only received 2 - guys it really isn’t hard!!! No one has contacted me to let me know what’s happened and contacting them is impossible. Just rubbish - AVOID!!

I’ve had nicer microwave meals. The wok box tasted and looked like it was reheated from a couple of days ago.

Went in to pick my order up placed via just eat. The guy serving totally ignore my presence. When I asked him how long is it going to be for my food he said can't you see I'm busy. Then I asked manager for couple of spare empty boxes which he refused to give then he said there is no complaint process then he wasn't willing to give me his name and was just the most rude person I've ever came across. By the time I left there place food was all cold. I've never came across staff as rude and as unprofessional in my life . Stay away from these lot.

Chicken Pad Thai came as a box of reheated day old Tagliatelle pasta. Stuck together like a chewy, dried out lump of plastic. Rock hard, extremely dry and tasted absolutely NOTHING like Pad Thai. I spent £15 to eat a forkful and felt sick and immediately binned the food. No idea why they serve tagliatelle pasta and 2 tiny pieces of dry boiled chicken with no sauce and call it Pad Thai. Place needs closing down

Have used twice. Had create own box both times and was delicious. Was prob a little expensive by time I added all my veg, but that’s the way it goes.

If you want a nice wok box then don’t bother. It was tasteless and they also used tagliatelle as noodles.

Popped in to try this place on a whim walking past and really glad I did. Great concept, choose your base, ingredients and a sauce and they'll stir fry it up for you. Portion was huge and food delicious! Highly recommend!

The Kung Fu fries were wet and soggy, then I ordered the pad thai which was disgusting, dry, and nothing like pad thai. It had boiled chicken, mushy brocolli and soggy noodles. No beansprouts, or peanuts. Plus side is everything is cheap.

We tried this place out of curiosity because we had a voucher for it ( free prawn crackers). We ordered 2 Firecracker burgers (one without the sauce) and 2 Katsu Fries. The food was absolutely delicious, we loved it but we waited a looog time...
