Wok Inn in East Northamptonshire

Terrible service. We never receive our food from them, and they are completely unhelpful, refusing to issue a refund. The person I spoke to over the phone doesn’t speak English and refused to pass the phone to someone who does.

Waited for over 2hrs for the food to be delivered. Some of the food was inedible. Poor customer service. Would not recommend whatsoever.

We ordered a take away to be delivered by just eat and wish we had not bothered, the food was bland, tasteless and very uninviting to look at, and it wasnt that cheap either, we will pass it by next time we want a Chinese Take Away

Ordered via Just Eat . The pork in my curry was far too dry & the noodles in my vermicelli were like rubber. The best bit were the prawn crackers nice n light.

This is a good place to get your Chinese Take Away, I found their quality of meat and food to be very good, well cooked, red hot on arrival, unlike other shops which are late and cold, these people know how to present a good meal, my Son has mushroom allergies which I didnt put in the order, when I rang back they were very helpful and polite, I cant fault this place, other shops never answer the phone. If you want a good meal that is cooked well and hot this is the place to go 10 out of 10 for this restaurant!!!! Thank you Wok Inn.

The delivery was an hour late, chicken chow mein was very dry and bland and had about 8 thumbnail size bits of chicken, no egg in egg fried rice, garlic butter King prawns were chewy and cold ( as was the rest of the food) chicken balls cold, doughy and chewy.. I called the restaurant at 19.53 to see how long it was going to be as it was due at 19.35 to be told it was on its way, it was past 20.30 when it arrived on its 3.9 mile journey hence why it was cold.. I called the restaurant to report it, to be told there was nothing they could do about It and the guy in the background saying "and what" when he was told about the poor food.. Should have read reviews before I ordered. Thank god I ordered from Just Eat and got some of my money back... Awful food and awful service.

Waited two hours for food to turn up. Had to cancel as it was getting late as kids need to go bed. Won't be ordering from here again. Not too bothered on the phone call either

We decided to give them a go as friends of ours use them a lot. We ordered from the website and found ordering easy. The food arrived very quickly and at a reasonable price. We thoroughly enjoyed it. We will not hesitate to use them again.

Ordered salt and chilli chicken as a quick apertiser - had no taste to it and was over cooked shrivelled bits of chicken

First time we have had a meal from Wok Inn Rushden It was really good, everything was really fresh and very tasty Will certainly order again

I tried Wok Inn this evening and I have to say it is the worst Chinese I’ve had in a while. All the food was incredibly greasy and tasted of fat as well, not to mention the bits of bone I had in the chow mein. I can safely say I will not be going there again and I certainly don’t call it value for money!!!

The Wok Inn in the High Street,Rushden offers good food served in a friendly manor. We ordered some food to collect recently and thoroughly enjoyed it. My Chicken curry with special rice was extremely good whilst my wife enjoyed her usual Beef Chow Mein. The Wok Inn can become very busy so phoning through to place an order is advised. A good little takeaway which offers good food at a reasonable cost too. Opens at lunchtime also.Visited 22nd March 2018.
