Used to come this restaurant all the time but this was a complete disappointment, hardly any food out for the all you can eat, more focused on delivery orders got completely put off from the mold on the table cloth at our table, after noticing we left cost us 40 quid

Avoid! Went in friday night and tried not to judge on the decor, that had condensation running down the walls etc. The place looked really grubby and the tables were sticky - we should have left immediately We gave the food ago, to find most was cold and chewy. Things like the curry had a delightful skin on the top from being left for so long and there were also multiple containers empty. There were alot of take away drivers in and out, so can only assume the restaurant focus on their orders, rather than adhering to basic food hygiene regulations. We left quite quickly, but it didn't prevent tummy cramps for the evening. I can't help thinking food poisoning would be a genuine possibility if you really did eat all you can. Improper food storage, inadequate temperature checks and poor hygiene, this place should really be rechecked by the EHO

The food is actually much better then you might think, its cheap and the staff are friendly. Its a shame because it looks very rundown inside and grubby in places to the point of being off-putting. Which is why i say the food is better then you might think.

What an absolute 💯 %disappointment. The four of us went in for the buffet. Drink wise, there was no beer or sparkling water, just some horrible syrup tasting cola. Food was non-existent, and what there was was dry! Most of the food trays were empty and stayed that way for the entire time that we were there. This is the worst chinese buffet that I have ever seen. Absolutely disgusting selection and service.

I was so disappointed in this dining experience, the decor and toilets were absolutely awful, the food was cold the pots were practically empty and what was there looked like it had been out for goodness knows how long, won't be surprised if I spend the rest of the night in the toilet, avoid at all costs.

I've been here a few times with the hope that it will get better but it seems to get worse. The food is not great but it will do if your desperate. The biggest downfall is the service. The staff which seems to be a family as young kids are there just hang around in the restaurant and stare at you which makes you feel very unwelcome. The young girl on the till however is always nice and friendly. The whole place is cluttered and needs a tidy up and perhaps a lick of paint. I don't like leaving bad reviews, I wouldn't usually bother leaving one but on this occasion I felt the need to share my views. Try a bit harder oriental gourmet, you could have a good thing there.

Terrible place, food was very dry, rice, noodles and duck had been out for days. When we asked for more duck to be put out as it was all dried up. They said there is some already out which we didn’t touch. Staff was useless, kids running around making noise. Definitely DO NOT eat here.

Literally ordered at 7:25pm.... It's now 9:18pm, still nothing, called and it's awaiting a driver to deliver..... Very hungry, was an anniversary meal, really messed the evening up!! Not happy!!! Baring in mind I have ordered before and they have been great, but Angry is a thing!!!

We were told our order would be between 1 hour and 1 and a half hours when I ordered and we waited nearly two hours and rang them and they hadn't even started cooking it. I barley got an apology either. I recieved my 3 hours after I ordered it and for their apology I got £3 back as credit which to me is just an utter joke. If they can't run properly when busy then they need to rethink what they are doing.

Went in tonight the food was really dry and hard as had been sitting there for hours. The toilets were filthy and the owners family children were running around kicking a ball. I have been eating here for years and never had a problem. The place isnt fit to be open. They also brought the bill out at £37.50 and then charged us £48.20. Wont be returning again.

Victoria did a great job serving us even on the busy night of the Christmas lights turning on! Food was great, and amazing for the price. Only problem is it was quite dark and the changing coloured lights was quite distracting. Otherwise superb!

I'm not normally one to complain but this I feel like I need to complain about this due to a really bad experience at Oriental Gourmet. Me, my partner, my brother and his partner went there for food at about 6pm and to start with it took a long time for our drinks order to be taken, then after about 30-40 mins our drinks came over, then we went up to get our food, and the chips were cold but then they for replaced after we told them, also the chicken balls were cold so yet again they replaced them but after they replaced them the chicken wasn't even cooked and nor was the batter cooked, so like most people would do we told them but they really didn't care about it, so we paid for the food and left, then my brother got home and threw all of his food up, and was showing signs of food poisoning, so I phoned them up and said he was showing signs of food poisoning and after him shouting at me down the phone saying our food was definitely cooked and stuff like that, me and my partner went down to the restaurant to have a civil conversation but that quickly took a change from civil to threating to punch us and shouting at to a point he swung for me and my partner, then at one point it was the whole of the works against me and my partner do the police have been called, so I highly recommend that no one goes to that restaurant or even orders a takeaway from there especially after reading there reviews as well.

visited here with my partner and 2 friends. we had the worst expirience of our lives. our chips was stone cold they was then replaced and then the chicken balls was stone cold then got replaced to chicken balls that wasn’t cooked and the batter wasn’t cooked ( pink chicken ). We called them up and they was aggressive over the phone and demanded we went down. we then went to the restaurant and got verbally abused and attempted assault outside the restaurant by management. Do not reccomend to anyone. stay away.

We first ate here 15 years ago and were yearly regulars until Covid lockdown. We revisited this week and so disappointed... :-( This place is now an insult to Chinese food and has tried unsuccessfully to reinvent itself with colourful wallpaper and a lick of paint; it hasn't worked! Food: We ask the owners / management, this question : how and why have your food standards dropped to this level? Hot food sat in bain maries, blasting out steam throughout the restaurant, steaming up the walls and windows, so much, it's like sitting in a sauna! Mentioned this to waitress who kindly opened the front door. The food in the buffet troughs had been sitting there a long time: most of the sauces had a skin on the top, chicken dishes heated for so long they were dried out or lost flavour, vegetable roll and onion ring fillings had turned to mush, dried out scraps of duck, mushy noodles and rice :-( the list of dreadful dishes goes on! We managed to salvage a meal by requesting freshly cooked dishes eg noodles and chicken balls + cucumber slices, but still well below expected quality for the price. Definitely not worth £15 per person. While we were there, lots of drivers collecting large bags of takeaway orders - so are the management focusing on the Takeaway / Just Eat service and totally neglecting the in house option? Additional : Toilets : no handle on women's toilet, so no escape once inside! A concern for young children and those with mobility difficulties. Men's toilet: no paper towels to dry hands. Unfortunately, we will NEVER VISIT again, unless the freshly cooked authentic Chinese food, that used to be served, RETURNS. However, there was one BRIGHT Shining SUPER STAR working here.. a COURTEOUS, UNDERSTANDING, TALENTED YOUNG WOMAN Who Tried HER VERY BEST TO FIX ALL THE ISSUES... SHE WAS TOTALLY CUSTOMER FOCUSED in MANAGING ALL THE COMPLAINTS AND WORKING ABOVE HER POSITION, DEALING WITH PROBLEMS CAUSED BY THE MANAGEMENT... SHE SHOULD BE WORKING AT THE RITZ WITH HER SKILLS - NOT HERE! There are plenty of other places to eat in Rushden, so unless this place completely transforms its in house dining experience, SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE .

A group of 7 adults and 2 children reserved a table on 16th March. We were very much looking forward to it. However a very poor selection of food, chicken still pink so uneatable. A female delivery driver used the F word very loudly in front of the children was not acceptable. After making a complaint she did apologise but should never have used it in the 1st place. Can safely say we will not be returning ever again as several of us have been poorly through the night with upset stomach's. Would not recommend to anyone.

Unfortunately I would suggest you give this place a wide berth until some serious changes are made. It seemed the restaurant was being run by 2 very young girls, who were trying their best. The building is clearly in need of a good clean and repaint. Table and chair coverings are dirty. Many of the food trays on the buffet were almost empty and food in them looked like it had been there a while with sauce dried and congealed in the bottom. My husband tried some satay chicken and couldn’t bite into it as it was rock solid. Very disappointed.

Omg never again, booked with friends 4 of us in total for 18:30 sitting, when we went for the buffet food most of the trays were empty of nearly empty, we asked the lovely young waitress if she could get more food out for us, example no ribs no chicken balls no duck, man came out of kitchen and made a list, after eating some of what was available some noodles arrived and prawn toast and duck, exited we thought we are okay, absolutely awful, only enough duck for two of us with what can only be described as dried withered pancakes, no more arrived, no ribs all evening not much of anything worth eating really, all the main things you would go for was empty or what was left was stuck to the bottom of the trays, so disappointed with the whole experience and whatever you do if you go dont look up as their is mold around the aircon unit and around the top of the walls and as for the toilets disgusting both mens and ladies, imcompitant management obviously running the place, worst review i have ever had to write, felt sorry for the young waitress, she looked embarrassed. And we paid £60 for the 4 of us without the drinks.

Absolutely disgusting! 1830 20/5 The restaurant was being 'run' by two teenage girls and was an absolute state. There were no serviettes. There were no tongs for the vegetables or pancakes. Sauce pots/condiments were empty. The buffet food trays were full of congealed sauce and onions - nothing was being refilled as the kitchen was clearly concentrating on deliveries. We were so dissapointed as we thought the place had improved based on our last visit. You could almost put up with the mould on the walls if the food was good - but it was truly pitiful. We won't be back now - game over!

Dined in - Buffet 1900hrs ish. The restaurant is an absolute state; the mould they painted over on the walls is beginning to come through now. The buffet was not being looked after, all the pots had conjealed vegetables the meat had been picked out hours before. Nothing was being refilled. There were no napkins and people had to use their fingers to separate pancakes and the vegetables. We will never go back and I'll be placing a call to environment health - this place needs an inspection!

They take your order & money and then 2 hours later you call & they say the foods on its way and then another hour later you call and the say short of drivers and will have to start order from scratch. The food quality has really gone down. Extremely disappointed with our takeaway tonight. The crispy duck didn’t contain any pieces of meat just looked like overcooked crumbs! Terrible delivery service, driver did not have any form of satnav and was on the phone for almost the entire route asking for step by step directions Food arrived, the bag and it’s contents were completely covered in sauce from a cardboard cup that clearly was not fit for the purpose of hot food. Called and was asked ‘what do you want me to do’… I asked for replacement food and was told I could bring it back to them & THEN request a refund. Amazing customer service, if you fancy a heated debate, order now.

I haven't been here for well over a year. The place was an absolute dump, staff unfriendly and the buffet food was poor quality. We decided to give it another go and were so pleasantly surprised we've been back again the same week. The place has been decorated and feels a lot cleaner than before. The tables and chairs are covered and not sticky. The food was hot and tasty, a few of the buffet options still involved a hunt for the meat - but infinitely better than before. The students working there are friendly and interested in their jobs - hats off to them! So why not five stars... Well the delivery staff make an absolute racket when they come in shouting from one end of the restaurant to the other and member of the family who run the place thought leaving the front door open while smoking outside was ok. It was freezing inside and quite unpleasant to eat through the cigarette smell.

Great spot in Rushden if you fancy a bit of a buffet without heading over to Northampton. Well priced at around £15 per head. I visited with a friend on Tuesday evening at 8p. and it was empty bar us, an entire buffet for two people AMAZING. Take aways were flying out the door. Id definitely go back.

Ordered via Just Eat. Food arrived nearly 3 hours after order being placed for delivery. When it did finally arrive it was stone cold and inedible. Food was either grossly overcooked or under-cooked. Whole lot went in the bin! Phoned the restaurant to complain but was wholly disinterested and told to go back to Just Eat. Will NEVER order from here again and I would advise anyone contemplating ordering to rethink and stick to beans on toast, which is incidentally, what we ended up eating as our once a month treat! Would have saved myself throwing £36.60 down the drain for nothing.

Went and had food with my friend amd girlfriend on entering greeted lovely however there was a lady at the back that looked like she was babysitting a child there was no duck so we asked for some and it was like they scraped it off the carpet! Was absolutely vile the rest was ok ish then leaving walking towards the door we noticed an absolute MASS of mould /mildew all over the upvc windows and doors frames when i asked ‘hey whats all this’ i was told dont worry its ok! Ordered via just eat(no that doesn’t give the restaurant no liability, they, by law, have to ensure that their partner’s delivery to a service level the restaurant want/need) Okay, so pre ordering, just Eats states delivery 30-50 mins, fair enough……. Then order confirmed, some how now 50 mins - 1hr 10 mins delivery….. interesting but nothing new with just eat. So in a nutshell, 1hr 20mins after order time (bearing in mind I was initially told, maximum 50 mins, then 1hr 10 mins) I called the restaurant. Told the usual, kitchens been busy, Just Eat got times wrong as they’re automatic, none of which are valid reasons for lack of customer service. Oh and during this time, I had received my message from Just Eat, saying ‘Enjoy your food’…. Really? How? I didn’t have it, so how could I?? Food turns up 15 mins after altered delivery time from max 50 mins to 1hr 10mins, so yes 1hr 25 mins after ordered. Lessons learnt….. none by the restaurant, as don’t use ridiculous excuses, don’t blame partners for your lack of being able to deliver on time, or don’t use said partners if their info is incorrect!!! Food after that was pretty cold when arrived (sure there were multiple deliveries and I was at the end of said delivery). Overall very disappointing experience!

My partner and myself have been eating here several times a year over the last 16 years as it was our favourite restaurant and was worth the 12 mile journey, until our recent visit as the standards have now gone down, food dried out and not topped up, a grubby appearance to chairs and tables, and our table had fresh sliced mushrooms on the seats and looked like someone had been preparing food there before we arrived instead of in the kitchen. Some of the staff are students who were not particularly friendly. The owner was also looking after a young baby at the same time as working and the table next to ours had baby toys, baby food etc and other baby things all over it making it a bit of an eyesore. In the past this was a lovely authentic Chinese restaurant but now resembles a tacky cafe, it is such a shame that it has had gone downhill. Most of the food was good, but the coke cola was warm and flat with no ice cubes. However Buffett cost was very reasonable, but I doubt that we will go there again unfortunately.

This will be my last time ordering from here. I placed an order for my family at 06.05pm. I called at 7pm to be told that the order wasn't on their system so hasn't been cooked yet. They said my order would be on its way soon and apologised for the mistake. I called again at 7.30pm to be told that the driver would be here in the next few minutes. It is now 8pm so two hours since I placed my order and still no food. I have called again and said if food isn't here in the next 10 minutes then I would like to cancel order and get a full refund. The lady on the phone assured me that the driver is 20 minutes away. Please avoid this takeaway as this is the third time we have had to wait up to two hours for food to arrive. It is totally unacceptable to treat customers this way. No customer service whosoever and the owner/manager becomes aggressive when you complain about the service you are receiving. Avoid.....Avoid.....Avoid.

Myself and my friends visited oriental gourmet this evening. We have been eating at this restaurant for some time and have always had a great time. The waitresses were very attentive and efficient. Not impressed at all, this used to be a good restaurant but now it's not good, went for a buffet dinner, service was bad except the girl on the reception she was very helpful, food was not topped up and we were waiting all the time to get food, was a birthday meal for a friend, and everyone was disappointed, won't be eating there again!!!!!!!!!!!

Terrible customer service by the staff after enquired that wrong dish was sent. Girl on the phone was rude and slammed the phone down after I asked why it would take an hour to resend one dish. Such a shame as used to be a great takeaway but won’t use again if this is the attitude to customers

Been using this place for over 10 years but yesterday will be our last visit. Apparently it's had a change of ownership and the changes are not for the better. The decor has been redone and it looks nicer but that doesn't make up for the rest. When we were seated at out table a young man approached to take our drinks order. The previous wait staff were always cheery and smartly dressed but this young man was in a scruffy track suit and his overall demeanor was totally disinterested. He was polite enough but not welcoming. We ordered a bottled drink and a pot of jasmine tea. What arrived was good old English tea. When this was queried we were told they don't have any jasmine tea. Really? A chinese restaurant that doesn't have jasmine tea? When we got to the food it was even more disappointing. A lot of the containers were empty or nearly empty and not being refilled in a timely manner. The food that was available was dried out or tasteless, nowhere near the standard it used to be. Finally, when we went to pay and leave we discovered that the price has increased. This is totally understandable in the light of energy prices going up etc. But a price increase combined with a dramatic drop in standards was a slap in the face. It's a real shame, we've loved this place for over 10 years but it looks like the new owners are intent on destroying a previously good business.

|| 2-3HOUR WAIT || BAD COMMUNICATION || NO REFUND || I've never left a bad review before but on this occasion it is important that I share the experience I had last week. My partner and I have ordered from here on many occasions and it has always been our go to Chinese. However, our experience last week on Friday 25th was horrendous. We ordered food around 1900 from their online website, to which we received a text that it will come in 90 mins. After waiting 20 mins after that specified time, no food was delivered. My partner called them and they reassured us that the food will be here in the next 20 mins. We waited a further 20 mins on top of that and still no food. My partner then called them again, the connection was not great and it seemed like he was talking to a child - they stated that the food was on the way, to wait for 10 mins. We waited a further 10 mins and still no food. My partner called them again, the speaker on the other end still sounded like a child and we asked for a refund and they hung up the phone. We had to call them again and ask for a refund and how they would process that refund, to which they responded they will do it when they are not busy. My partner had then asked to speak to someone in charge but there was just shouting in the background. No communication whatsoever and no apologies or explanation other than that they were short on drivers that day. If you're short on delivery drivers you should make that clear on your website to customers, instead of wasting their time waiting for food that will not come. I would not have made this review at all but my partner is still waiting to receive his refund for the food that we never got.

The restaurant was lively and looking lovely having had a makeover with some new wallpaper and fresh paint and lights. As usual the food was good and we had a good evening. I hope the decorating continues through to the rest room facilities to complete the makeover.

We, my 2 granddaughters,my daughter and myself, visited this venue on Saturday evening. Although we didn't get there until 9pm were greeted by a couple of young girls who were very polite. We then proceded to get a table and then head to the buffet. This was a great disappointent - nearly all the containers were empty or contained a few dried up bits! when asked if we could get any more food we were told to ask for what we required. All that arrived was 10 small spring rolls. We were not offered any drinks, had to ask for them and was served by a young lady who was obviously feeling very much like she wanted to get out of there!! The poor girl was answering the phone to folks complaining that their take-away orders had not arrived. At one point the customer was asking to speak to the boss, HE WOULD NOT TAKE THE PHONE FROM HER BUT CONTINUED TO ROCK HIS CHILD IN A PUSHCHAIR AND WAS TELLING HER TO SAY ' THE ORDER HAD BEEN DELIVERED'!!! I am sure the customer knows if he's received his food or not! Then the poor girl had to say could he possible collect his order or he could have a refund!!!??? Several calls came in along the same lines in a short space of time and at one point, the boss's young son (aged around 12!) answered the phone and he was telling the customer they could have a refund because food hadn't arrived! Great eh, what were they supposed to eat! This place was good once but I will never go back. When I went to pay, bearing in mind what we had eaten, dried dregs of rice,noodles chicken stuff and seaweed, nearly fainted when presented with a total of £70.30, I REFUSED TO PAY THAT AMOUNT AND THE LADY WHO I PRESUMED TO BE THE WIFE, DECIDED TO ONLY CHARGE ME £40.15 half price for the food and full price for the drinks. I PAID RELUCTANTLY and left. AVOID IF YOU WANT SOMETHING TAKE-AWAY DELIVERED OR A NICE CHOICE OF EDIBLE FOOD!

We ordered from here 3 HOURS ago and still yet to receive any food. We called 30 minutes after it was due to arrive and they told us not to worry it will be with us shortly. After 2 hours we called again and spoke to someone who we believe was a child who had someone shouting at her in the background who said it left the restaurant 10 minutes ago and it will be with us asap. 3 HOURS go by and still nothing so we were forced to cancel the order and request a refund through Just Eat (which isn’t even a garuntee) again speaking with who we believe to be a child. Not once was their communication regarding it potentially being late, no offer of a refund from themselves or anything. I have eaten from here for years and cannot say a bad thing about their food but their communication and customer service is so poor. Leaving us hungry and so very dissatisfied. We will no longer be ordering from you again in the future.

Never again , first time I have tried it - or shall I say not tried it , it’s not even arrived !! Ordered at 7.30pm meant to be delivered by 9pm - it’s now 11.20pm the restaurant is closed and I have no food !! Can not get a refund for 7 days from just eat and their app says it’s been delivered when it hasn’t - so left without the money for a week and without our food , I rang the restaurant four times at first they couldn’t find the order they said they would ring back never did I then rang them back to which they told me it was out for delivery half hour later not arrived then I rang again all I got was sorry , but it’s on its way - terrible service aswell as they take money happily with no intention of delivering food .. I wouldn’t even give it a one star !! Avoid at all costs !!

Well what can I say, truly disappointing experience. Firstly the service was more what I call appalling, with rude staff which if you pardon the pun is uncalled for. We ordered at 6:12 prompt and were sadden to receive the order at 9:32… and in terms of food quality, I think the quote “even the seaweed has a twang” really somes it up.

ABSOLUTE RUBBISH Ordered the food at 18:12 I phoned up at 20:00 asking where the food was they said they was packing it got to 21:00 phoned up again gave me to someone that couldn’t speak English very well. So I went down to the restaurant to sort it not on at all. Finally sat down to eat at 21:50 don’t even bother. To top it off it is as cold as an eskimos nunny.

Really bad experience. No manner how to talk with customer specially a man who does not understand English and he he answering phone call. I spend 20 minutes to explain what I need then he refused to give because the cost is under £12. Amazing !!!!. I told him so many time that I will come and collect my food but he does not understand..... No recommendation..... I record his conversation and sending to the Council. Gorgeous food, many varieties even as vegan I had amazing variety of delicious food and sauces. The price is very good! The staff is lovely, went there today on my birthday with family and friends and I had the most amazing service and even a great gift from the staff. 10/10 price 10/10 food variety 10/10 cleanliness 10/10 quality 10/10 staff This is definitely my place to go with friends and family in Rushden and would highly recommend to try this out to all the foodies out there!

**AVOID THIS RESTAURANT** Ordered for a family meal and had the order repeated back twice to confirm it all as it was quite a big order, was told 45 minute wait which was fine, it turned up a little later but nothing major, we gave the driver a tip too, meaning we paid £85 in total. Once we got the food out we discovered they'd forgot 2 portions of rice and also the sauce and extras to go with the duck pancakes, rang them up and they said they'd send out new food for the meals that we were missing, after 30 minutes the new food still hadn't arrived so called again to see where the food was and that we wanted some money back as it had now ruined our family meal and 3 of our meals were messed up and everyone else had now eaten and some of us now needed to go home to put our daughter to bed, I got told they couldn't give any money back only discount for next time but obviously we would not be ordering again after awful customer service, we paid cash so we know the driver had our money with him. The food still took at least another 20 minutes to arrive in which the driver was extremely rude, insulting and argumentative about the wrong food, he said we could have a refund on the food they replaced and went to his car but proceeded to drive off with no money back instead!! Absolutely awful service and disgusting way to treat customers who made a big order and tipped too!!

Made the mistake of giving this place a second chance. An hour and a half since we ordered, received the 'driver on their way" and "enjoy your food. What food? Nothing has arrived. The service that was provided by this restaurant was the ultimate display of stupidity and incompetence and the absolute WORST experience of customer service I have ever had in my entire life. Language and culture barriers are no excuse. Our saturday night was ruined by this chinese restaurant. At around 6pm, we ordered food for the family; amongst us, two vegans and someone allergic to shellfish. We left a note with the order to prepare four dishes as vegan (no animal products - FULL STOP - and especially no shellfish). We received an order, but the dishes requested to be vegan were not prepared correctly. One of them contained egg. We have to assume the other dishes were also not vegan and not safe at this point, because they clearly ignored our note. We called the restaurant directly and we spoke to someone who either wasn't listening or didn't understand what "no animal products" means. She said to leave it with them and they'll resend the order. We waited an hour and no food turned up. So, we called them again. This time we got through to the manager/owner. We explained the situation to him and he said the food was with the delivery driver and will arrive within the hour. We waited patiently again, and no food arrived. We called a third time and talked to the manager/owner again, explaining we had not yet received the food we had requested to be vegan (and without shellfish); eventually, another person took over the phone call and had me explain, once again, what it is we wanted. She said the food would be prepared to be vegan and without shellfish, and that she would hand deliver it herself within 20 minutes. We received food that was NOT vegan friendly - the noodles contained egg AGAIN! So once again we called the restaurant and got through to the manager/owner, who became aggresive, rude, and insulting. He asked what we wanted him to do, so we said, "we just want our order to be made correctly to our requirements and a full refund for all the trouble this has caused". And he said " I can't help you now, we are closing" and he abruptly hung up the phone. By this point, we had been waiting FIVE AND A HALF HOURS since the order was placed, and the issue was still left unresolved. Not only were we left hungry without safe and suitable food, but our philosophical beliefs have been insulted and a refund is not being provided. If my partner eats shellfish, he would DIE! How are we supposed to believe they will also prepare food without allergens if they cannot follow simple instructions such as "no egg". We will be avoiding this restaurant from now on. We have added pictures of the incorrect orders - along with the bag of prawn crackers they sent to someone with a shellfish allergy. Is this some kind of joke?

We received a nice welcome on a Saturday night. Asked for a round of drinks, unfortunately no lime juice for a lemon and lime. The first visit up to the buffet was a little disappointing, as most of the trays were empty - we did enjoy the duck pancakes 😊 after a while they did fill the trays 😄 the food was much nicer and we ended the meal feeling satisfied. It wasn't too busy and hand gel was available. The staff seemed to be here, there and everywhere so we probably won't visit for a while.

Absolutely shocking. Arrived early on a Friday evening to most of the buffet empty. We were told to ask for what we would like bringing out. After asking 3 times for something and an hour later it still not out we gave up. The girls at the till couldn't care less . £30 for a plate of noodles and 2 ribs . My advice to anyone is don't bother.

If I could give minus stars I would. Food arrived 1 hour 15min late. The teenage boy answering the phone was useless and rude, he literally said its not my problem im not the delivery driver. It was cold, tasteless, frozen chicken, horrendous sweet and sour sauce. Rice had a fishy taste to it. Horrendous. Never never again. Avoid at all costs.
