DO NOT ORDERD FROM THIS TAKEAWAY. Order my food was all fine I then finished my food started cleaning it all away to then finding a dead cockroach stuck to the bottom off the container.

They also run a scam website under the name birkengreece.shop . I placed an order for a pair of Birkenstocks on 29\6 and so far not even a confirmation e-mail. Or a phone to contact them. Also the bank transfer was directly to the wok shop, something i first saw on the bank statement. SCAMMERS. Should have been more careful

Omg I loved this Chinese and after today I will need to find somewhere else as it was the worst food ever chicken fried rice was fried rice with chicken ontop which had some sort of sauce on it all went in the bin which never happens in this house as grown boys eat anything but not today.

Nice food but delivery guy took £40 instead of £25, didn’t bother to tell us we’d paid too much and just walked off. Service not great but food was okay

As recommended by Danny of youtube channel "Rate My Takeaway", I ordered a lunchbox of egg noodles+Hong Kong curry chicken and added extra salt and pepper chicken wingX2 and a can coca cola. The chicken wing is super tasty, highly recommended. The curry chicken and noodle are also good.

I'd give them a negative star if I could. Placed order, over 20 mins late, then called to find out where the order is and got some excuse about a driver been sick.... EDIT: So the restaurant got back to me, with a generous offer of money off, and an b apology which I appreciate-so thanks for that

Been ordering from Taste of china for years and years the best Chinese in town , made a big order on Sunday not realising it’s under new management 👎 extremely disappointed with food not nice at all, will not be ordering again!

We ordered on line and the ETA was 8:25 and I went up and the shop is closed and not taking calls not good

Decided to try here as had a leaflet delivered and was our wedding anniversary, wish we hadn't bothered, had the mixed Hors D'oubres for 2 which wasnt too bad, chicken and sweetcorn soup tasted watered down, beef chow mein had a tiny bit of vege and very little flavour, fried rice tasted like boiled rice with a hint of flavour, £3.60 for a portion of onion rings that could of bought at a frozen food shop, menu straight in bin and won't be trying again.

Definitely gone downhill since it's been taken over. Used to be the best Chinese going in these parts for a very long time, and the previous owners looked after us very well. I've spent who knows what in here over the years but my last experience was unsavoury to say the least. A previously very, very loyal customer who will not be back. I just wish I knew where the previous owners went.

Since it’s been taken over / changed name the food quality has gone down hill. Used to be best Chinese in the area. Now one of the worst.

The food from Wok Flames new owner (previously taste of china) is absolutely dire. Thats one long standing customer you’ve lost and am sure there will be many more that follow

Been ordering here for absolutely ages was the best Chinese around (spend £40 each time every week) since it closed and reopened we called up tonight and tried it again and when i say it is the worst Chinese I have ever had I am GUTTED. Please get old chef back, £40 down and you sent the wrong spare ribs. Said we can have them off bill but won’t we ordering there again after that. Full thing looked anaemic.

Used to be a lovely takeaway, when was taste of China, I am assuming it has been taken over, menu has changed, ordered chicken chow mein, and pancake rolls, the chow mein was dry and tasteless was unable to finish it. The pancake rolls were greasy and just seemed to be full of beansprouts and nothing else, again was unable to finish, both dishes went in the bin. I will not be ordering from them again.

Food has gone downhill since takeover

Worst Chinese curry ever bought curry. Was like water chips was cold got cold shoulder wen we rung up about it she was very rude on the phone happy to take ure money.

Placed an order last night and it was absolutely beautiful. The food was very good quality, tasty and very hot/fresh. I recommend the salt and pepper chips, they were perfect!

Highly recommend specially the salt and pepper combo box and if you want to enhance it even more switch out the curry sauce for OK sauce it really takes the box to another level.

I love Chinese food . But this time is making give up on Chinese food. I can see you replying to comments. Wandering what is that ! Is it chicken 🐔 or chicken 🐔 skin or what ? I looked and looked again with zoom on !! I couldn’t work it out . The noodles 🍜 were so thick and big and un taste . I give 3 star only🤞 to get reply back from the owner .

More expensive than the menu shows as it is outdated. Food was ok, plenty of it at least. Take cash as their way of using card means you need your phone and cheekily it adds on yet another quid so what should have been a 22 pound meal quickly turned into £28

In order from here all the time food is beautiful but they have seriously let them selfs down today missed some of my order and said an hour wait for the rest to come which is my kids food manager wouldnt come on the phone and £40 order flat cold because we have to wait for rest of the order absolutely ridiculous management need to make time for there customers whether there busy or not..

This is the best Chinese food in Bradford after trying lots of others. Orderded lots of times and service is always excellent and quick. We order mostly veg food which is always amazing and tastes great. Will contiue to order regularly from here. 5+ stars

Very friendly and welcoming staff. I had special Kung Po with Salt and Pepper Chips and my pal had Chicken Curry with fried rice. Both were absolutely superb. Really beautiful food. Probably the best Kung Po I have ever had hands down. Food was prepared extremely quick too with excellent portion sizes. Will definitely be going again next time I'm in town.

It was okay but not something I will order again. We did get several meals of leftovers over the next few days. Everything comes out very fast as its ready. Staff is friendly and quick. Lots of people seem to do takeout so its always busy.The portions are huge and they don't skimp out on anything. Everything tasted amazing and the prawns were my favorite dish. The service was impeccable and our food came out faster than we thought.

Service and speed was phenomenal, we have 3 kids and they were extremely accommodating. We got the shrimp and green beans which was great for the kids and the egg drop soup too. I would give it a 5 but the food was too oily for my taste but then again that's probably what made it taste so good.

Curry sauce not even abit spicey they told me it was it had a sweet taste thin noodles wasn't nice egg fried rice didn't taste like egg fried rice wont be ordering again.

The Food was delivered late, we had ordered vermicelli noodles and chop suey. Instead of chop suey they gave us chowmein. I called them up, apparently the person who took my order was new so he mixed the order up. The lady offered to deliver us the correct order and take back the incorrect order - which I agreed to. After 20 minutes the 'chop suey' finally arrived. We swapped the items, but when we opened the new box they had provided it was chicken in sweet and sour sauce! I called up to tell them and the lady on the phone tells me I clearly have not had chop suey before, this was a lie as we have ordered chop suey from them before!! Terrible service. Quite upsetting as we have ordered multiple times before and have never had any issues, but this has been ridiculous. Will not be ordering again.

The best Chinese in Bradford by a long shot. The food is beautiful, arrives freshly cooked in a timely manner. What is really appreciated though is the customer service. I've eaten at plenty of restaurants where I enjoyed the food but the service was terrible and or rude. It really does matter. The staff at Taste of China are so courteous and polite every time I order. To top it off, we've never had anything missing from our order, or incorrect items sent. All in all, can't rate them highly enough. Thank-you to all staff members your food and service is greatly appreciated.
