Have used for years, but last order had dishes missing and the wrong dish. They informed calls, the next day we spoke with them but they didn't care, will NOT use again. Thanks previously loyal customer.

We order from this place for long time never we had some bad exeperience, food is tasty and big portions

Surprised by the bad reviews. So I’ll review as my food was good. Service quick - walked in, ordered and food was ready in 8 minutes. If I had realised there were bad reviews I’d have taken a better picture before half of it was eaten. Singapore style noodles and beef with mushrooms. Make your own rice at home

DO NOT waste your time with the app, theres glitches and you end up remaking your order 4 times. I ended up ringing for delivery, made my order at 6:09pm i was told 30-45 minutes for delivery. I waited till 7:20pm then called them, i politely reminded i was waiting for my order and the girl on the phone was typically apologetic, and asked me for 5-10 minutes as the food was being packaged to be delivered. I live two roads away (dont judge, long day!) but i waited until 7:50pm then i got in my car and drove to the restaurant. The second i pulled up at the restaurant my Ring doorbell notified me and all the driver had to say was that its chinese new year and they're busy. There was absolutely no accountability or justifiable excuse. I went home and got my food, and its their saving grace that the food was piping hot and we enjoyed it. Unfortunately i was too irritated to be satisfied. Simple communication like calling a customer back to applogise for the wait, or a simple gesture like a free item of food etc would have changed things, but as todays society sees it, I'm just another person. 0 accountability, 0 customer care, and 0 for rectifying where they went wrong. Its a sad shame i wont be ordering from here again. And this isnt the first time they've been this bad, also their reviews shows its not just me too. A big shame

Delivery took 2 hours. Not worth the wait.

I've been eating from here for 4 years, and their food is fantastic. For almost a year now, when I order online and leave a message with ur order, no attention is taken. I hate eating tastless food, and every time I request it to be spicy, I get ignored. When u call to complain, all u get is we're sorry, yet it keeps repeating

We’ve ordered from here multiple times, food is great, but the time it takes to deliver every time is a joke, doesn’t matter what day of the week you order it takes hours to deliver your food, not sure what there doing, by the time it arrives you no longer want it. You call & always get the same answers. Delayed again this evening, ordered waited, delayed, hours before it arrives. Boring. Not ordering again.

First time I have ordered food from this takeaway ordered through food hub,not impressed with it at all,delivery was what it said it would be,food was lukewarm, chips where overcooked and the curry sauce was tasteless and very runny,don't think I will be ordering from there again. By the way the crispy seaweed was by far the tastiest of the whole order

Drove 15 minutes to the restaurant to order and pick up food, as ringing or home delivery waiting times are not usually great. Ordered food which was a small order of 4 dishes & chips (£28). Got home with food. Sweet and Sour sauce missing. This also happened in February of this year. Too far to go back there to get sauce. A chicken ball also missing. Rang the restaurant. Young girl that answered not very bothered - told her this was the second time this had happened & that it ruined the meal as the rest of the dishes are dry. She said she doesn’t have time to listen to me moaning so what do I want to do! I said I couldn’t believe she had just spoken to me like that. She said ‘you know we are busy, and a member of staff has vomited and gone off sick so now I’m on my own’. She then said she would refund the sweet & sour dish. I said fine, but it’s annoying it’s the second time it’s happened as it affects the whole meal as we use it as a sauce on whole meal & perhaps they should have a checking mechanism and it was only a small order. Her reply was that the sauce is for the chicken balls only so she doesn’t understand what my problem is & overall was very rude. Perhaps they should consider more staff or their current methods of service if reoccurring issues with getting orders wrong. I’ve used this takeaway since it first opened many years ago. Service has greatly gone down. On another previous occasion we ordered food to be delivered, and it took over 4 hours arriving after 10pm with children to be fed. They wouldn’t answer the phone & we already went out and purchased alternative food as didn’t know if it would arrive. We couldn’t get any refund or partial refund on this occasion either. Takeaways for us are a treat and should be an enjoyable experience & so unfortunately I won’t be using this takeaway again.

1 hr 40 mins for delivery, average food, shocking delivery times!

Pre ordered at 5.40pm for delivery 7.05pm. Called at 7pm to ensure it was on its way... Called 3 times with no answer. Got a call back and the woman didn't know about our order so told us she would call back. On the call back, we were told there was an 'issue with the system', so would be another 20/30 minutes. No apologies or anything. This is the 2nd time we have had an extremely late order even though we pre ordered. We asked to cancel the order and have gone to Beijing Supreme instead.

Food is nice but the wait time is ridiculous, it took over 2 and a half hours for my order to arrive.. I only ordered soup, rice and a drink.

Personally I do not eat Chinese food but the missus does and she says it tastes great. Staff are extremely friendly and you can see the chefs cooking your food.

The delivery service they offer is awful , always takes more than an 1 1/2 to deliver It’s ridiculous , same excuse every time

Front staff constantly on their phone at the tills, sitting around smoking vapes inside too, don’t think the manager cares that much, food was alright, not the best but it’s the staff that annoyed me quite a bit

The fella picked me up a takeaway from here this evening. Chicken chou main, chips and prawn crackers. He said the staff were very polite and friendly, the food well its the best I've had in a very long time. Will definitely recommend and go back there. Fella also said its very clean and tidy.

I ordered take away a few times from this restaurant, each time has been pretty consistent with the quality, it's one of the better, more flavourful places around this part of Peterborough.
