Morrisons Stanground Cafe in Peterborough

Some items are cheaper than other supermarkets but most of it is more expensive than most other shops

There always seem to be problems with fridges/freezers, which means they're often lacking products you need or variety. This isn't just a one off, I've lived near this shop for 6 years and there is always something not stocked.

Great Morrison, large car par and fuel station with on of the cheapest diesel in Peterborough

Good for a weekly shop but I get fed up with staff rushing around collecting Amazon orders.

Looks untidy in the shop.... Very disappointed the Café isn't open be interesting if it ever does.... Not a fan of the self service tills always seem to have a problem using them... My husband is partially sighted so not good for him either....

Though it's a superstore, I was told more options are available in the Lincoln road Morrisons by staff.

Very not happy the cafe had been closed for 3 years. But on the website it is still open they need have a look at it we was not happy 12 fishing men going fishing. 😡😡😡😡😡😡

Gone down hill, cafe has gone and food close to its sell ny date. Disappointed when other Morrisons are on the ball

Nice clean shop, most things you want you'll find here, slightly pricey.

Could do with putting some cleaner down the drains in the men's toilet. Can we have more potato and meat pies in the bakery.

Nice little shop with lots of choice. Petrol today was £1.31, over 10p a litre cheaper than most local garages.

Staff always helpful and pleasant. It makes shopping into a pleasurable experience

Not as big as some supermarkets but I prefer that, often confusing when there is too much choice!... Lots of fresh food prepared in the shop like the meat and bread counter. I always find the staff very friendly and helpful, plenty of parking and it's free. The place i s always clean and tidy, Its my favorite supermarket....not so great lately unfortunately,no frozen food today most of the freezers down and wine seemed really expensive

Very confusing layout, but exceptionally helpful staff. Looking for toothpaste fir 10.minutes... found it in the Nappies aisle....

Shelves often half empty empty boxes scattered on the floor, fridge food / bread has hardly any shelf life. Staff are few and far between when you need help.

Very busy sometimes, staff mostly very pleasant. Prices starting to creep up.

Nice fresh bread, some bits are more expensive than Sainsbury's though, nice cheap saver sauces

Second visit in 3 days to buy fresh fish. Lots of stock on display but no body around to actually get some from, so failed again. Waited 15 mins, asked another member of the staff to page someone, all to no avail. Gave up in disgust and put everything back that I had planned to buy. Won't be back. Two years later I had to return. Surly staff on self checkout and 60p for a plastic carrier bag which I refused to pay. What a joke

Went here shopping yesterday at around 5pm. There were queues at the self service tills (which are no good for me anyway because I was holding a small baby) and only ONE serviced till was in operation. How on earth can a large supermarket hope to operate efficiently with only one serviced till in operation? pathetic…….I will never be returning to this store.

Staff are extremely helpful and polite, it is more expensive compared to other supermarkets tho.

Petrol station is easy to drive round and staff and helpful and polite.

Never any staff in kiosk always having to wait for someone. Shopping is so expensive. Never busy in there. Can see this one shutting.

Parking good shop was not as good as I thought it might be. First time there in year. Most likely years before I go again

Check your receipt before leaving to make sure the miserable check out attendant doesn't charge you twice for items. Upon calling the store, you'll be directed to call customer services which basically ends up with you having to drive all the way back to the store to get a refund, all on your time and expense.

As a store, it's OK, from time to time, it has an issues with the fridges... But my biggest concern as a customer is to be a witness when a "manager" David, is treating co-workers as a slaves. Its happening on a daily basis when he's in. Dude...get a grip,what's wrong with you...

A huge variety of products with prices so-so. In other places you can find cheaper items. But the quality is good.

Way too expensive .i think morrisons think there the new marks n sparks,seriously need to rethink there prices,inflation has gone up in this supermarket 40% more on some things,only shop here if u need to

Handy that this store is local to me. The store is too cold, though, IMHO. Fine on hot summer days, but too cold now we are in winter. Friendly staff and the supermarket has plenty of stock and is clean, too. Just turn off the aircon, please!

Bought donuts they said but when opened were jam nice anyway great large Melton pork pie for £2.50 bargain

Just changed the savors tissue box , and at the same time reduced the content by 40 yes 40 tissues but obviously kept the price the same. Nothing to tell the customer on the fixture they reduced the amount inside, so much for their Savors brand, absolute discrase the way it's sneakily done. Learnt my lesson don't buy only a few bits now from this poor quality supermarket .(Lidl tissues same price but 40 more in box).

This store makes me feel so free and welcome i fully enjoy every second of being in there, big up the bakery.

Only popped to have breakfast here on our way home from our trip to Peterborough... Read the reviews about the café on Google... Unfortunately the café was closed... not sure if it was just closed on this occasion or closed permanently.. Didn't look like it was going to open anytime soon...

Clean, full shelves, un-cramped isles, plenty of blue badge parking. Has electric charging points. We had not been here for a while, because of a new store, closer to home. But coming here, was like meeting a n old friend. We will be back soon!

Best place to buy small grocery especially fruits and vegetables

A smaller branch of the supermarket chain stopped off as we were passing. We did find everything we wanted so in that fact this store was big enough. We did notice when paying it seemed a bit on the expensive side, more than from our normal shop in another large supermarket chain. If you order via Amazon, they make up orders in store. The store was fine but will be shopping in our normal store which is cheaper.

I don't shop here often, but have to say, it's very Pleasant. Parking good & the staff are so nice. There were two staff packing a shelf, & they both smiled & greeted me as I walked past them, I was not ignored. The lady at checkout was very nice too. All in all, a good shopping experience. Certainly not the cheapest trolley of groceries, but I guess you get what you pay for.

It's good food but a bit pricey veg is great though

Went to get a click and collect order, used app to say I was there and shopping was brought to the car within a few minutes.

selling moulding protein drinks that have clearly been left in the heat....selling at a reduced price totally disgusting and will never shop at a Morrison again. to call customer service.....is a 45 min wait

This store has by far the best bakery and best meat. I shop at different stores for different items but I always return to Morrisons for my Sunday roast or all the nice cakes and donuts, plus whenever I buy rolls no where does it quite right like morrisons they are just how I like them crusty and soft. By far the best.

Worst morrison store ! empty shelves in morning and evening ! Manager why no any Polish food in this store ! Big mistake ! You lost a lot of buyers !

My sister dropped a bottle of baileys coming out of the store . Staff helped pick up the spillage and the security guard immediately got her another bottle. That's service !!

Morrisons have started to do magic bags ,if you don't know what they are,download the app To Good To go! Follow instructions. Fantastic fallow for money . £3.09p come on, Morrisons, round it off £3.00 lol Times are getting harder. Shops are more expensive, so even though these are potluck as to what is in the bag,I can normally make a couple of meals from ingredients with a little help from what I have in the house.

Frustrating.... pure girl was trying her best on till while customers quing .but the other Morison staff was standing and talking with each other rather open one more till. So disrespectful for customers

this is our local shop in this Area Spending at least £40 to £50 almost every day (Everyday) so the food is always fresh. Anyway bought 2 pcs of peppers to cook chicken stew but my wife realised not enough peppers so she went back to the vegetable section and get 3 pcs Then things happened! 3 staff are arguing with the pregnant woman because of extra peppers even it was already paid! At least write somewhere so the people will know about it! Ganged up on a pregnant woman is definitely not right! And That old woman who actually came and told off a pregnant woman, have life I know that you have a little life left on you just enjoy it!! Enjoy your life resign already! SHAME ON YOU PEOPLE!

Great Morrisons, shame the salads are no longer part of the meal deal, no longer come here for lunches, better value elsewhere now. Always pricey here but the reduced section is usually a hit.

Typical Morrisons get selection of parking especially with the entrance on a corner doesn't matter where you park it's a sensible distance to walk. Toilets are clean. Shop is your usual market layout. Tills a plenty.

Was ok, good range of products - I think I got the slowest self checkout in the shop 😂 had to wait for an assistant to approve my alcohol purchase, looked round after 5 minutes and there was a security guard chatting up the assistant! The assistant that eventually came to my aid was lovely though.

After a long day at work popped in to get my shopping . Thought id give morrisons a try. Got to the til asked if tills were open ? Only to be grunted at no self service over there . I promptly dumped my trolley and left , I don't work at morrisons and I hate those bloody self service tills , they're a pain in the backside ! Last time I go there .

They have a nice selection of fruit and veg, good bakery and meat counters but the thing that let's it down is that I am often charged the wrong price at the till. Always more!!!!. I have to remember the prices when I pick items up and check as they are scanned through hence I don't shop here much and never do a big shop.

The team here do really try to make it a good store. The regular staff are friendly and helpful. Store is always clean and tidy and has reasonable amount of parking spaces.

Not crowded and hot everything that I needed.
