Morrisons Stanground Cafe in Peterborough

Remind ME not to shop at Morrisons Stanground again having seen the TikTok of staff larking around with the food. Not a good look for a supermarket

Absolutely the worst supermarket experience I've had in the UK. Repeated issues with broken freezers, empty shelves, and an overall sense of disorganisation. The most shocking part, however, is the rude and unprofessional behaviour of the management team. I genuinely feel sorry for the staff — they work hard and remain helpful despite the toxic environment. On several occasions, I personally witnessed them being bullied or spoken down to by management. No one should have to work under those conditions. This store needs serious attention from higher up. The current leadership is failing both customers and staff.

Open until 10pm, Good range of products easy to navigate i. Around the shop.

We in after 6pm and it's just self checkout. Not good.

Some items are cheaper than other supermarkets but most of it is more expensive than most other shops

Quality of Morrisons food seems to be terrible. Bland, now flavour at all.

Rude staff, empty shelves, no cafe. Obsessed with self help checkouts. Here's an idea get more human tills back.

Will not be buying from Morrisons online for delivery again. I told them that I am 69 and been ill. They sent the order in a normal car with a lady that was very nice but really could not carry my things alone. I thought Amazon (is the owner and I ordered through Amazon)had money to at least buy a van and deliver to the door of the elderly. I live on the first floor and they know because I informed them. Well for me it was the first and last time I ordered from Morrisons.

This has to be the worst bread I have ever had Horrible heavy and dohy stuff that just won't cut. Don't not buy . You'll be very disappointed . Only gave one star because I had to in order to post.

Always enjoy a visit to morrisons. Good selection of fresh produce. Only problem I find is that they do tend to be a little more expensive. But then as they say you get what you pay for!

Love morrisons, it's my go to place, even when it's busy it doesn't feel it, everything spaced out and in order

have visited a few times and none of the workers seem to know where anything is. doesn’t matter what i ask for - coconut milk, cocoa powder - the staff can never seem to locate items and are unwilling to help😐. extremely frustrating and am very disappointed by the poor service.

10 mins till closing time and they refused to sell cigarettes as they said they closed everything already and they will not open. Thats not what im expecting if its open ot should be open

No change here....overpriced goods, slack staff just chatting....really poor...They never seem to learn...all this praise for their breakfasts and no real review of the store itself. Awful place that is managed by a clueless management team. No social distancing. People walking around without masks and nothing gets done. Actually Morrisons...you can ask them to leave....it is private property and you have every right to make those who won't wear masks..LEAVE. Next...how about ensuring stock is on the shelves..meat shelves always empty, salad and fruit..empty...milk..empty...this used to be a great store...not anymore...need to get your act together.

A lot of things to buy, but the prices are higher as Lidl and Aldi. Still recomendet.

Worst morrisons, lack of stock most of the time. I go in with a list, then have to go to tescos or local shops after as I can't get half of what I need. Been the same since it opened and have complained before. Empty shelves! Also, went in yesterday and no one at the meat counter so had to go and ask, same at the bakery counter! Bad management all round

There always seem to be problems with fridges/freezers, which means they're often lacking products you need or variety. This isn't just a one off, I've lived near this shop for 6 years and there is always something not stocked.

Good for a weekly shop but I get fed up with staff rushing around collecting Amazon orders.

Looks untidy in the shop.... Very disappointed the Café isn't open be interesting if it ever does.... Not a fan of the self service tills always seem to have a problem using them... My husband is partially sighted so not good for him either....

Though it's a superstore, I was told more options are available in the Lincoln road Morrisons by staff.

Very not happy the cafe had been closed for 3 years. But on the website it is still open they need have a look at it we was not happy 12 fishing men going fishing. 😡😡😡😡😡😡

Nice clean shop, most things you want you'll find here, slightly pricey.

Could do with putting some cleaner down the drains in the men's toilet. Can we have more potato and meat pies in the bakery.

Nice little shop with lots of choice. Petrol today was £1.31, over 10p a litre cheaper than most local garages.

Staff always helpful and pleasant. It makes shopping into a pleasurable experience

Not as big as some supermarkets but I prefer that, often confusing when there is too much choice!... Lots of fresh food prepared in the shop like the meat and bread counter. I always find the staff very friendly and helpful, plenty of parking and it's free. The place i s always clean and tidy, Its my favorite supermarket....not so great lately unfortunately,no frozen food today most of the freezers down and wine seemed really expensive

Very confusing layout, but exceptionally helpful staff. Looking for toothpaste fir 10.minutes... found it in the Nappies aisle....

Shelves often half empty empty boxes scattered on the floor, fridge food / bread has hardly any shelf life. Staff are few and far between when you need help.

Very busy sometimes, staff mostly very pleasant. Prices starting to creep up.

Nice fresh bread, some bits are more expensive than Sainsbury's though, nice cheap saver sauces

Second visit in 3 days to buy fresh fish. Lots of stock on display but no body around to actually get some from, so failed again. Waited 15 mins, asked another member of the staff to page someone, all to no avail. Gave up in disgust and put everything back that I had planned to buy. Won't be back. Two years later I had to return. Surly staff on self checkout and 60p for a plastic carrier bag which I refused to pay. What a joke

Went here shopping yesterday at around 5pm. There were queues at the self service tills (which are no good for me anyway because I was holding a small baby) and only ONE serviced till was in operation. How on earth can a large supermarket hope to operate efficiently with only one serviced till in operation? pathetic…….I will never be returning to this store.

Staff are extremely helpful and polite, it is more expensive compared to other supermarkets tho.

Parking good shop was not as good as I thought it might be. First time there in year. Most likely years before I go again

Check your receipt before leaving to make sure the miserable check out attendant doesn't charge you twice for items. Upon calling the store, you'll be directed to call customer services which basically ends up with you having to drive all the way back to the store to get a refund, all on your time and expense.

A huge variety of products with prices so-so. In other places you can find cheaper items. But the quality is good.

Way too expensive .i think morrisons think there the new marks n sparks,seriously need to rethink there prices,inflation has gone up in this supermarket 40% more on some things,only shop here if u need to

Handy that this store is local to me. The store is too cold, though, IMHO. Fine on hot summer days, but too cold now we are in winter. Friendly staff and the supermarket has plenty of stock and is clean, too. Just turn off the aircon, please!

Bought donuts they said but when opened were jam nice anyway great large Melton pork pie for £2.50 bargain

Just changed the savors tissue box , and at the same time reduced the content by 40 yes 40 tissues but obviously kept the price the same. Nothing to tell the customer on the fixture they reduced the amount inside, so much for their Savors brand, absolute discrase the way it's sneakily done. Learnt my lesson don't buy only a few bits now from this poor quality supermarket .(Lidl tissues same price but 40 more in box).

This store makes me feel so free and welcome i fully enjoy every second of being in there, big up the bakery.

Only popped to have breakfast here on our way home from our trip to Peterborough... Read the reviews about the café on Google... Unfortunately the café was closed... not sure if it was just closed on this occasion or closed permanently.. Didn't look like it was going to open anytime soon...

Clean, full shelves, un-cramped isles, plenty of blue badge parking. Has electric charging points. We had not been here for a while, because of a new store, closer to home. But coming here, was like meeting a n old friend. We will be back soon!

Best place to buy small grocery especially fruits and vegetables

A smaller branch of the supermarket chain stopped off as we were passing. We did find everything we wanted so in that fact this store was big enough. We did notice when paying it seemed a bit on the expensive side, more than from our normal shop in another large supermarket chain. If you order via Amazon, they make up orders in store. The store was fine but will be shopping in our normal store which is cheaper.

I don't shop here often, but have to say, it's very Pleasant. Parking good & the staff are so nice. There were two staff packing a shelf, & they both smiled & greeted me as I walked past them, I was not ignored. The lady at checkout was very nice too. All in all, a good shopping experience. Certainly not the cheapest trolley of groceries, but I guess you get what you pay for.

Went to get a click and collect order, used app to say I was there and shopping was brought to the car within a few minutes.

selling moulding protein drinks that have clearly been left in the heat....selling at a reduced price totally disgusting and will never shop at a Morrison again. to call customer service.....is a 45 min wait

This store has by far the best bakery and best meat. I shop at different stores for different items but I always return to Morrisons for my Sunday roast or all the nice cakes and donuts, plus whenever I buy rolls no where does it quite right like morrisons they are just how I like them crusty and soft. By far the best.

My sister dropped a bottle of baileys coming out of the store . Staff helped pick up the spillage and the security guard immediately got her another bottle. That's service !!

Love Morrisons ..batgains good selection of stuff and 15 Guinness for 14 pound..cant go wrong..
