Chicken was cooked properly. I had a chilli mango chicken burger with chips and dips for only 4.95! They even take student discount. Defo recommended. Very worth it .

The service here is absolutely disgusting the owner accuses delivery drivers of being a thief and uses vulgar language in presence of kids and customers. The owner has no respect. On top of that the food from here is absolutely unacceptable you will be stuck on the bog all week and may even have to visit hospital for the stomach issues you will face.

I ordered on JustEat. My order was the Nashville burger meal -includes fries and 6 wings. Plus I had sides and extras. Food arrived tepid warm. Delivered within 35 minutes. The wings were big with a lot of meat on them. The burger was okay, the bun was very soggy but chicken was good. I spent over £30 on my order and for what I got I just don’t think it was worth the money. Two burgers, fries and 6 wings, not very good value for money. The wings were mid. Nothing special. Overpriced but like I said lots of meat on the bones. No drink offered in our meal deal even though we spent over £30 including delivery. Overall 5 out of 10. Would not order again.

Great service by ritik Team has gone out of the way to tailered the sandwich for my daughter who is very fussy. Amazing service and food.

Came in yesterday to dine in, noone is there to serve u, u have to do it urself. Then you have to go downstairs and collect ur food coz they wont do it. And on top of that the food smelled off. Meat was 100% expired. Never going into this wingtrapp again disgusting food i couldn't eat that.

I came in on Sunday night. It wasn’t busy at all and I had to wait 40 minuets for just 1 hot wings and chips. I won’t be coming here again. Absolute joke

The food and staff were nice however there is not one single place to wash your hands, there’s also no hand sanitizer so it felt quite unsanitary to eat inside.

The food is not tasty at all. Simple sauces coating the chicken but named like it’s gonna taste like wingstop. The chicken wings are not full, they are flats only and small. The price is definitely not worth it. The chips fresh are nice. No where near worth trying. Chicken cottage and kfc are much better. Wingstop remains the OG. Great service but bad food

Ordered on uber eats food took 2 hours and was very dry and freezing cold, would never order again

Worst service ever. No body at the till to respond to orders. The cashier is missing and not interested to ask if I need anything. Been waiting since 10 mins but they both don’t care.

Wow the og crispy chicken burger and fries was the best iv tasted in a longtime and for £4.95 cannot go wrong

Second time ive been there - always best to review after a second visit. Be prepared to wait - all food is cooked to order - which I have no problems with. Sauces are great and love the drum and wing combo (which even better is BOGOF on Tuesdays!).

Nashville burger and dynamite wings were so delicious

Visited for the first time, food was very average to say the least, nothing was special, nothing was different, nothing was unique. Everything seemed poor value for money compared to the size of the portions which are small. Chicken hotdog was underwhelming, the African gazybo sauce on the tenders was lacklustre, the trap box itself had shrimp in there which tasted frozen and deep fried. Won’t be back.

Overpriced for the amount of food you receive, the food is just like any other chickenshop yet the prices are double. 20 minute wait for one munchbox while the place is empty, the chicken in the burger was too thick and half of the burger had nothing on it.

Never had a bad meal from there. Ordered through deliveroo multiple times, food was delicious and hot. Ordered through the application, went to collect it at 1:30 pm and it was ready literally 1:31 pm sharp. Amazing service from the people there. Food is amazing, one of the best chicken burgers I've ever had. Tried 7 out of their 13 sauces and they were amazing, even something like chilli mango which I was afraid from trying turned out to be amazing. Chicken burgers, wings, fries and churros are a must try from there. Only thing that was basic was the hot dog. Definitely my favourite place in Coventry, it's halal too.

Definitely a spot to check out if you’re in the area!

Be aware, the wording in the menu is deceiving, The mixed wings+drumsticks combo are not the normal chicken drumsticks. It is the drumette of the wings!!! The wings were tiny and they only provide you a tiny bit of sauce. The chips were good tho. But £13 for 10 wings&drumette, it's not worth it.

Ordered the surf and turf munchbox via Deliveroo, came on time however I did not enjoy the food. There was just not much flavour and though it looked ok it’s as if it’s just fried chicken that’s been seasoned anyhow and minimally in a batter of some sort. Shrimp was the same. I was expecting something more flavoursome but it was just kinda bland and oily. I ate most of it cause I was so hungry but just did not enjoy it especially for the price. I won’t be eating from here again unfortunately

When it comes to get money guys you all well professional and never do a mistake and get less . So why when customers pays and you forget items dips etc with the order ? Well have 1 star for the quality and for missing my dips

Beautiful food! After having this loads before it closed in Birmingham, I had to get it again when I was in Coventry! Kingpin fries with buffalo are absolutely gorgeous and the Nutella churros are out of this world. Please bring back to Birmingham or come to Wolverhampton! :)

Absolute robot staff that have no customer service skills. Called to make a simple request to put the chips seperate instead of in the shrimp box because the chips go soggy when they arrive, and the manager refused to do so. They completely have no understanding of their products or can make simple decisions for their customers. Food is good most of the time, but the staff are very poor.

My order was quite small, dined in and it took 35 mins to come.. no apologies for the delay, was not informed it would take this long to prepare.. seemed understaffed and over all a very long experience.. the food is definitely different, quite spicy.. the chips were cold after the long wait too and they don’t give any sauce

I ordered two meals. I tried the African gazebo burger and the chicken inside was chewy and didn't taste good. The wings didn't taste great either. The fries were nice but I wouldn't come back again as it's not worth the money spent

The chicken in the New burgers was very rubbery, should be soft like the ones you get from burger n sauce and other places, I feel that maybe they are not using fresh chicken fillets and instead using frozen! Also dip could be more spicy.

Wings were edible but the flavour was kinda cheap and could of been crisper (just a couple of singlular spring onions so nothing special for the garnish) chips were okay but very average. Not worth the money might as well go to pepe's

The chicken from here is possibly the worst chicken. Whilst the fries were nice the chicken itself was the most anorexic chicken with hardly and meat and flavour And had been lathered in sauce to cover the bad quality chicken. Staff are good decent shame the chicken isn't great. Wouldn't come back

Ordered chicken burger and hot dawg. Both are not good. Waste of money.

Churros were nice and so too was the hot dawg... But the jerk wings were stale and no spice as stated. Disappointed as the chicken wings are supposed to be the main selling point and they were the worst part unfortunately.

The worst customer service where the guy at the till was the rudest I have ever come across. Such people are Absolutely pathetic to have in any workplace where customers walk in. His attitude to us after paying for our food was like we were there for free food and are at his mercy. He shouted at the customer to get lost and never return when the service feedback was provided. Such employees ruin any establishment. Never gonna walk into any Wingtrapp stores again. Food wasn't any good either. Waste of money and vibe.

I ordered via th Uber Eats. The rider due to collect the order took over 30 mins before cancelling. A second rider was found, took 10 mins to arrive and collect my order. I called Wingtrapp before this to explain however, they refused to ensure the food was freshly prepared. When the food finally arrived, it was missing items, cold and tasted like rubber. Yes, Uber was at fault but the least you can do is ensure orders leave complete and fresh. Very disappointed.

Just not worth the price. Mid food. Small portions. The wing i tried was rock hard and tough, this is a wings place too! The chicken burger was just 2 strips on a bun. All the chicken lacked sauce. Ordered the lotus churros and it just came with a crumpled lotus biscuit and no sauce. I payed £40 for 2 people delivered but our food would've cost £35 in store and I was just not worth anything near that. I've had much better food for much less money.

Absolutely lovely food. One of my go to places in Coventry plus the staff is really professional specially Abdul which makes it such a nice spot for eating out. Give Classic overloaded halloumi wrap a try next time you wont regret it ;)

I have ordered online multiple times and have also collected in store but each time an item is missing from the order or it’s a incorrect item, when you spend your hard earned money in todays economy and the staff are unable to check the order is correct and all items are packed for the order it’s a real shame which ruins the experience because your left frustrated. I understand that people make mistakes but after the restaurant has done the same mistake on four occasions I’m wondering if it’s down to insufficient training, lack of attention to detail or a low IQ with the people who work there. the food that does arrive is amazing which is unfortunate because this is let down by the poor service on the simple fact they failed to include all items ordered and paid for. Yes I have had refunds from the missing items but this doesn’t make up for the error and the inconvenience and frustration it causes customers. Advice to any potential customers ordering from Wing Trapp please contact the restaurant after ordering to ensure they pack all items (although you shouldn’t have to)

I overheard someone saying this place had to best wings in Coventry. I could not agree more. I ordered 6, but I could've eaten about 60. They were incredible.

Ordered 10 chicken drumsticks (Habanero and sticky BBQ) with fries. The gentleman that served me was very helpful and knowledgeable. The sauces were good and the drumsticks were juicy and had a nice crispy bite to them. A little bit on the expensive side but certainly recommended.

They are now offering some summer meal before 6pm everyday. I ordered Chicken Sandwich meal, 5.85£ Trust me don’t waste your money for wingtrapp. Average burger below average.

Have been eating chicken wings for several times but this time the chicken wings are very smelly and looks like expired!

Just been for only my second time today; first visit was last week. My God is my mouth on fire atm but I can't stop eating. Hands down some of the best cooked/flavoured Chicken I've ever had and I used to work in a 4* Hotel, so that's saying something. Keep up the good work guys, I think you've made a new regular customer.

The pictures on Deliveroo are somehow misleading. I ordered Wings & Drums Mix Box thinking chips is included. Also, the nutty hazelnut seasoning is so weird. If you put Nutella on it, you should call it Nutella Hazelnut instead. The chicken is crispy & well-seasoned though. I wish you could have more description of the sauce since first-time buyers could not understand what it means by Dynamite, Buffalo etc.

Chilli cheese bites were over fried and hard, so the filling had dried up. Burger was difficult to eat as chicken strips were used and the bun was too small. Habanero flavour tasted slightly sweet as well. Overall for the price paid, wasn’t very impressed.

Fantastic service. Food came fast. The food we ordered was delicious. We had the boneless chicken with Parmesan flavour and the spice halloumi chips recommended by the staff all I can say there were the best I’ve had so juicy the spice on point and the coriander made it that extra bit delicious will defo recomended and we will be coming back for more inshallah

We visited wingtrapp in Coventry after seeing their brilliant marketing on Instagram. I had two small children with me and the staff greeted us with a warm greeting. The food was piping hot and fresh it was delicious. Also the seating areas were very clean and comfortable. We will definitely be going back to Coventry wingtrapp again very soon.

I had a great time in Wing Trapp . The meal was delicious moreover the facilities was outstanding. The staff was much friendly and well mannered. I definitely liked the atmosphere of the place and the food was fantastic and really tasted very good and delicious.

Literally the best wings by far, the fries are always hot and fresh, so many flavours to choose from but the dynamite hands down win!, always leave full and contempt, the staff are really nice and friendly and will always accommodate you. We visited when their exhaust had broke and were explained that they were having it fixed and we were offered milkshakes and churros on the house! All in all great device and will keep going back for my wings fix😋❤️🫶🏻

Food was brilliant. Purchased a chicken sandwich mango and habenero, some wings, and haloumi fries. Loved the difference sauce flavours, defo will be visiting again! Nice seating / booths upstairs, and friendly staff. Wait for food wasn't too long, and quality of food was 10/10 👌
