Beautiful food! After having this loads before it closed in Birmingham, I had to get it again when I was in Coventry! Kingpin fries with buffalo are absolutely gorgeous and the Nutella churros are out of this world. Please bring back to Birmingham or come to Wolverhampton! :)

Absolute robot staff that have no customer service skills. Called to make a simple request to put the chips seperate instead of in the shrimp box because the chips go soggy when they arrive, and the manager refused to do so. They completely have no understanding of their products or can make simple decisions for their customers. Food is good most of the time, but the staff are very poor.

My order was quite small, dined in and it took 35 mins to come.. no apologies for the delay, was not informed it would take this long to prepare.. seemed understaffed and over all a very long experience.. the food is definitely different, quite spicy.. the chips were cold after the long wait too and they don’t give any sauce

I ordered two meals. I tried the African gazebo burger and the chicken inside was chewy and didn't taste good. The wings didn't taste great either. The fries were nice but I wouldn't come back again as it's not worth the money spent

The chicken in the New burgers was very rubbery, should be soft like the ones you get from burger n sauce and other places, I feel that maybe they are not using fresh chicken fillets and instead using frozen! Also dip could be more spicy.

Wings were edible but the flavour was kinda cheap and could of been crisper (just a couple of singlular spring onions so nothing special for the garnish) chips were okay but very average. Not worth the money might as well go to pepe's

The chicken from here is possibly the worst chicken. Whilst the fries were nice the chicken itself was the most anorexic chicken with hardly and meat and flavour And had been lathered in sauce to cover the bad quality chicken. Staff are good decent shame the chicken isn't great. Wouldn't come back

Ordered chicken burger and hot dawg. Both are not good. Waste of money.

Churros were nice and so too was the hot dawg... But the jerk wings were stale and no spice as stated. Disappointed as the chicken wings are supposed to be the main selling point and they were the worst part unfortunately.

The worst customer service where the guy at the till was the rudest I have ever come across. Such people are Absolutely pathetic to have in any workplace where customers walk in. His attitude to us after paying for our food was like we were there for free food and are at his mercy. He shouted at the customer to get lost and never return when the service feedback was provided. Such employees ruin any establishment. Never gonna walk into any Wingtrapp stores again. Food wasn't any good either. Waste of money and vibe.

I ordered via th Uber Eats. The rider due to collect the order took over 30 mins before cancelling. A second rider was found, took 10 mins to arrive and collect my order. I called Wingtrapp before this to explain however, they refused to ensure the food was freshly prepared. When the food finally arrived, it was missing items, cold and tasted like rubber. Yes, Uber was at fault but the least you can do is ensure orders leave complete and fresh. Very disappointed.

Been a customer since they opened up back in March. Never disappointed! Menu speaks a lot with the variety of food they're offering! Fresh food, quick and prompt service by Hemanth and his team!

Just not worth the price. Mid food. Small portions. The wing i tried was rock hard and tough, this is a wings place too! The chicken burger was just 2 strips on a bun. All the chicken lacked sauce. Ordered the lotus churros and it just came with a crumpled lotus biscuit and no sauce. I payed £40 for 2 people delivered but our food would've cost £35 in store and I was just not worth anything near that. I've had much better food for much less money.

Absolutely lovely food. One of my go to places in Coventry plus the staff is really professional specially Abdul which makes it such a nice spot for eating out. Give Classic overloaded halloumi wrap a try next time you wont regret it ;)

I have ordered online multiple times and have also collected in store but each time an item is missing from the order or it’s a incorrect item, when you spend your hard earned money in todays economy and the staff are unable to check the order is correct and all items are packed for the order it’s a real shame which ruins the experience because your left frustrated. I understand that people make mistakes but after the restaurant has done the same mistake on four occasions I’m wondering if it’s down to insufficient training, lack of attention to detail or a low IQ with the people who work there. the food that does arrive is amazing which is unfortunate because this is let down by the poor service on the simple fact they failed to include all items ordered and paid for. Yes I have had refunds from the missing items but this doesn’t make up for the error and the inconvenience and frustration it causes customers. Advice to any potential customers ordering from Wing Trapp please contact the restaurant after ordering to ensure they pack all items (although you shouldn’t have to)

I overheard someone saying this place had to best wings in Coventry. I could not agree more. I ordered 6, but I could've eaten about 60. They were incredible.

Ordered 10 chicken drumsticks (Habanero and sticky BBQ) with fries. The gentleman that served me was very helpful and knowledgeable. The sauces were good and the drumsticks were juicy and had a nice crispy bite to them. A little bit on the expensive side but certainly recommended.

They are now offering some summer meal before 6pm everyday. I ordered Chicken Sandwich meal, 5.85£ Trust me don’t waste your money for wingtrapp. Average burger below average.

Have been eating chicken wings for several times but this time the chicken wings are very smelly and looks like expired!

Just been for only my second time today; first visit was last week. My God is my mouth on fire atm but I can't stop eating. Hands down some of the best cooked/flavoured Chicken I've ever had and I used to work in a 4* Hotel, so that's saying something. Keep up the good work guys, I think you've made a new regular customer.

The pictures on Deliveroo are somehow misleading. I ordered Wings & Drums Mix Box thinking chips is included. Also, the nutty hazelnut seasoning is so weird. If you put Nutella on it, you should call it Nutella Hazelnut instead. The chicken is crispy & well-seasoned though. I wish you could have more description of the sauce since first-time buyers could not understand what it means by Dynamite, Buffalo etc.

Chilli cheese bites were over fried and hard, so the filling had dried up. Burger was difficult to eat as chicken strips were used and the bun was too small. Habanero flavour tasted slightly sweet as well. Overall for the price paid, wasn’t very impressed.

Absolutely amazing!!! I ordered the kin pin loaded fries and strawberry cheesecake thicc shake. The presentation, taste and portion of the food was perfect! The staff are very welcoming and friendly, they were fantastic at helping me to decide on what to order. I look forward to my next visit :).

Fantastic service. Food came fast. The food we ordered was delicious. We had the boneless chicken with Parmesan flavour and the spice halloumi chips recommended by the staff all I can say there were the best I’ve had so juicy the spice on point and the coriander made it that extra bit delicious will defo recomended and we will be coming back for more inshallah

We visited wingtrapp in Coventry after seeing their brilliant marketing on Instagram. I had two small children with me and the staff greeted us with a warm greeting. The food was piping hot and fresh it was delicious. Also the seating areas were very clean and comfortable. We will definitely be going back to Coventry wingtrapp again very soon.

Always go to the Leicester 1. Was in Coventry so decided to go wingtrap as was feeling hungry. Yash the server was friendly nice and the food never disappointed me. Now I don't need to worry next time I'm in Coventry

Literally the best wings by far, the fries are always hot and fresh, so many flavours to choose from but the dynamite hands down win!, always leave full and contempt, the staff are really nice and friendly and will always accommodate you. We visited when their exhaust had broke and were explained that they were having it fixed and we were offered milkshakes and churros on the house! All in all great device and will keep going back for my wings fix😋❤️🫶🏻

I had a great time in Wing Trapp . The meal was delicious moreover the facilities was outstanding. The staff was much friendly and well mannered. I definitely liked the atmosphere of the place and the food was fantastic and really tasted very good and delicious.

What can i say! Absolute best customer service iv'e probably had. The team sorted out my issue (uber collection). And went above and beyond to resolve it. The food is fresh and the taste is amazing. Hands down no competition. I really liked wings and the Haloumi fries with a twist! I Definately will be ordering again. Thankyou

Would give the whole experience a zero if I could. Ordered through Uber eats which I appreciate called the shots on delivery. However when the delivery was continually delayed and I called the store, the manager told me he was busy and I need to give him my number so he can call me back. I gave him my number then waited. No response, I tried to call back and he hung up. Then I got my partner to call and instantly picked up. He told us there was nothing to he could do with the order and if it arrived cold we just had to deal with it with Uber and he wouldn't make a fresh batch if it was delayed any longer. An hour after speaking and still not food, I tried to call back and the operator told me my number has been blocked. Two hours after ordering, the food arrived and was stone cold as predicted. Felt like the food had potential if hot. However the service extremely poor.

I was ordering some food from this place it says close at 11 but they just took off Uber eats and Deliveroo at 10:30 what’s the point in saying your open to a certain time but your not. This is completely unacceptable!!!

I came on launch day the food was banging/saucy . Defo try the dynamite wings and the mango ones (forgot the actual names). But very nice. Haven’t gone again as I know it’s a bit pricey- but one day soon

Nice and spicy! Me and my friend ordered Vegan Tenders in dynamite sauce and house fries. It was delicious! We sat inside and shared it between us. The Tenders were soft and freshly fried and they put spring onion on the top. The house fries were nicely seasoned, not too salty 😌 I would come again next time 🥰✨🌈

Went here to check out the new store, server kept emphasising that the food was made fresh and that there will be a wait, however the food arrived less than 5 minutes, smothered in thick, bitter sauce ( I chose sticky bbq). The chicken was most definitely old, overcooked and tasteless. The batter was so thick which indicated it had been cooked several times, the only reason why I am rating 2 stars is because the chips were semi decent , it’s a shame because I was looking forward to a new branch opening and left mega hungry.

WingTrapp is that one place in Coventry that never disappoints! Tried the trapp box and boneless chicken in Dynamite and Garlic Parmesan sauce. Absolutely loved it and I highly recommend 💯

Amazing place! Decor is really up to standard with an amazing atmosphere and look. The food is incredible for the price. Sauces honestly are worth trying all of them. My personal favourite is chilli mango but you have experiment. Chicken wings are always juicy crispy and perfectly cooked with plenty of the sauce on it. Chips well cooked crispy and well seasoned. The place is really well run and looking for feedback to improve wherever they can. Will be a regular for sure

I visited Wing Trapp today for the first time today with my 13 year old son. We ordered a selection of different wings, tenders, and drumsticks 🍗 and various sauces and dips … It is all cooked freshly to order so takes about 10-15 mins. While waiting we had time to appreciate how clean and tidy the restaurant and kitchen were. It was worth the wait !!! The chicken was absolutely delicious and beautifully presented and my son and I know our chicken 🍗 Just as we were finishing up one of the owners came over to ask our opinion and check that we enjoyed everything and it was up to standard. He was very polite and as a diner it was nice to see how important it was for him to receive feedback. Overall a 10/10 meal and restaurant!!! Will DEFINITELY be back when we are next in Coventry 🍗❤️🍗❤️🍗

Went there considering it was new open. They were doing 50% off. Food looked ok however didnt taste good andit was cold. I didnt finish it because i took a couple bites and the chicken tasted and felt like it wasnt made fresh and the consistency was tough. On my way home i started having symptoms of food poisoning which worsened severely which lead to me being admitted in hospital for 2 days because of internal bacterial infection. I couldnt eat or sleep and had no energy to the point ide struggle to maintain balance. And this was all because of this food spot. Regardless if youve opened up recently atleast have the decency to check your food and make your food properly and not cut corners. I dont want what happend to me to happen to abybody else whatsoever . Please. Thank you.

Amazing burgers, loads of flavours to choose from. Quality and flavour of the wings was out of this world, much better than KFC. Not expensive as well. The upstairs seating is instagramable. Will definitely make it a regular spot.

After being excited that there was a new spot opening in Coventry and our city getting more updated, we were quickly disappointed. Arrived to order where one meal of 10 wings with fries and a drink cost £16.45. While the chips were quite chunky like Wetherspoon chips and seasoned, they were quite salty. In addition to this the wings themselves looked good but didn't taste anywhere near as good as they looked. It seemed as though they were coated in a batter which wasn't really seasoned then dipped in BBQ sauce(stick bbq wing) while the Garlic parmesan wings were also coated in the batter this time with some garlic granules as seasoning then drizzled with cheese on top. I have tried the rest of the menu but definitely would recommend paying that much for the wings.

WingTrapp never fails to please! Another great store I've had the chance to visit. Modern, clean and well thought out. Food is flavourful and tasty as always! Lots of flavours to choose from. Personal favourite is the tenders with split sauce - dynamite and lemon pepper dry rub. Can't go wrong!
