I’m yet to visit the restaurant, however I order from here all the time my absolute favourite takeaway. Never had a single problem when I order I love the food always tasty. I realised how often I order and never been giving any recognition .Quick delivery great prices and great food!!! No complaints will definitely continue to order

Great food, deserves a 5. However, the service is so incredibly slow. One would expect this when they newly opened however this has not chnaged over the years. I am forced to think twice before ordering because of how long they take. In line with their competitors, they are top of the list for making customers wait.

Food was very dry; when I asked for sauce they said I had to pay even though the food was basically scraping my throat.

I went there for the wings, not the best, however their spices chicken burger was excellent.

The food is incredible, but often takes 25+ minutes to get it. If it was a sit down I'd understand but it is fast food. However, still can't fault how good it tastes.

Wow these wings are the best I've ever had! Got the spicy ones and most certainly was NOT disappointed! Absolute gem of a place and a must visit! 🍗🍟🥤🥰 10/10⭐️

Absolutely disgusting fries were cold burger was cheap wings were uncooked never again.

I ordered a spicy burger with fries and cool ranch. Firstly, the staff got my order wrong 5 times. And he had to keep giving me another order. When I finally got my food, the burger was so salty. It was just bread and a very watery piece of chicken that had a lot of salt. The fries were amazing and the cool ranch was the best I've ever tasted. The only bad things was the staff getting my order wrong and the burger just being salty with no taste at all.

The food is very nice for the price you pay,Very good service from staff every time I come and would always reccomend it if nearby (African gazebo chicken sandwich is my favourite flavour

Food is very tasty. I hope they maintain that. Delivery can be a bit slow based on how far they are from me, but express delivery is just that if you opt to pay a little extra. Food is always hot when received. I noticed the flavour was compromised only on one occasion since I've become a regular customer. But Wing Trapp has pulled things back. I still think they need to add a wings only option to their menu. Keep up the good work. So far, one of the best for wings in Nottingham in my book. Hope they can live up to and maintain the standard they've set

One of the very few restaurants in nottingham which maintains consistency in their quality of the food and service. As a regular costumer visiting once in a week, Cant suggest any other restaurant which is more affordable and friendly. Ever since i started visiting here, They provide me with the best time and food especially their staff Eby.

Delicious food with mouth watering flavours

The service was amazing and the food even more! It was really busy but they still deliver the food with efficiency. I order the wing and by boyfriend the chicken sandwich, both of them on point. I definitely recommend it!

Best food combo ever!! really enjoyed the sauces. they have so many options for sauces and sides. the staff were also really polite. they helped me decide which sauces goes with the combo.will definitely comeback again!!

Really disappointing experience. I've been here before plenty of times and it always hit the spot but this time I noticed all the flavours have changed and some of the products don't come stand alone, you have to get them as a meal e.g I just wanted some tenders along with the wings and burger but I had to get the tenders as a meal too. Anyway the real issue was not this but it was the quality of the food. The tenders weren't crispy and you couldn't bite them off, they were chewy and rubbery like it was old chicken. I bought extra to bring home for my wife and she said she also found it disappointing and said it's not fresh and was either old or frozen. Altogether 3 of us went to the shop to eat and concluded the standards had fallen hugely.

One of the best places to get wings in Nottingham. Love the Sticky Thai Honey and Dry lemon pepper and not been disappointed yet. Be careful when ordering on the app as wings literally mean wings and better to get the mixed wings and drums. Plenty of meat on the drums. Always check for discounts!! Either way the prices are reasonable. Side note: Not sure why all the wings come with chips but hey! Not sure about the dip sauces but that's personal preference. Would recommend and will be returning.

Vile microwaved food. No standards. Miserable staff

Honestly an awkward review to write. The food here has been really solid since they opened, particularly some amazing halloumi and they even sold my partner a long time wing skeptic on the appeal. But recent visits have been notable for long wait times and today's was marred with difficulty ordering, missing elements and a long queue. Despite arriving into an empty shop it took the better part of three quarters of an hour to get food, which as with ordering, we are happy to be patient with even if it used to be shorter, if, that is if, we had got all of what we had ordered. In the end raising the issue didn't seem worthwhile given the now significant and slow queue that included the only other dine in group doing the same regarding their order. Great food, but everything else has slipped including a bathroom that has been temporarily out of order for months. Edit:253

I can easily say this was one of the most disappointing takeaways I’ve had in a long time, so substandard the sweet potato fries where soggy the rice was chewy and hard don’t bother with this one.

There was hair in my chips and they were also stale, the meat was tough, bread was stale, food came late. Overall bad experience won’t be going back.

Had the kingpin fries, more fries then anything, not much chicken the olives and jalapeños with the sauce, hides everything.. chicken fillet burger more like mini chicken strip burger..overrated only thing good is the 14 different flavours

Went today in the afternoon and was served drumsticks that were not fresh and seemed old from the previous day. Very disappointed!

Wingtrapp is the ultimate destination for the best fried chicken in the whole of Nottingham. Their wings are simply phenomenal. My favorite go to sauces are Sticky BBQ, Thai Sticky Honey and Lemon Pepper. The 'Kingpin' loaded fries are an absolute game changer. There might be a bit of a wait during peak hours, but every minute is worthwhile once you sink your teeth into their delicious creations. Overall, Wingtrapp delivers top-notch fast food with exceptional taste and quality.

One of my favorite fast food chicken shops in Nottingham. My go to one is the kingpin loaded fries. Manages to always fill up my tummy.

Ordered my food over 50 minutes ago and the deliceroo time just keeps getting later and later its going to cold and horrible by the time it gets here it will be going straight in the bin what a waste of money

Excellent food.delicious flavour.i had the 3 garlic parmesan chicken tenders and seasoned fries .were cooked to perfection .piping hot crispy chicken and chips. Will deffo be returning to try some more flavours.

Not enough people at the till, they rely on one person to take orders at the front and pack deliveroo orders, so basically you end up waiting an hour for food. Maybe I ordered the wrong stuff but food was mid, the jerk wrap I ordered had too much sauce making it too smokey, my friends burger also was drenched in sauce, didn’t finish either. Only good thing was halloumi fries which taste like chaat, their normal chips and the orange dip they have.

Now that they have a load of discounts and deals available, it's a little on the pricey side but I really can't fault the place. Love the loaded fries and habanero sauce.

Got the £5 summer special chicken burger and chips deal. Guy front of house, who I presume is management, was a super friendly calm guy. Food was fast and to a good standard. Might recommend getting a dip though to spruce the burger up a bit. Other than that 10/10. (My mate didn’t rate the wings massively sadly, but I’m speaking on behalf of the burger)

Amazing amazing amazing. Lemon pepper chicken was delicious and even though we ordered it as a takeaway it still had fresh parsley and lemon with it. Five stars all day long.

As a loyal customer of WingTrapp, I have always had great experiences with their food and service. However, my recent order left me feeling disappointed and dissatisfied. The quality of the wings was notably poor as there was absolutely no breading on them, which was quite unusual compared to my previous orders. Additionally, I was surprised and not pleased with the change they made to the fries. I hope this was just a one-time hiccup, as I truly value the consistently delicious meals I've enjoyed from WingTrapp in the past. I'll give them another chance in the future, hoping that this was just an isolated incident.

Tiny greasy and flavorless. The only flavour was dirty oil. Dipping Sauces are best thing on the menu. Mixed drums/ wings box meal had no drink 6 tiny wings equivalent to about 3 wings and standard chips sprinkled with some flavorless green so 22quid for 2 meals I might aswell have dug something out my bin and called it a day!!

The food is banging, and their blue cheese sauce is unbeatable. It is a bit on the pricy side, though; you can spend a lot if you are not careful. Nevertheless, I would say it is a once-in-a-while treat and you can’t really go wrong with it.

Very average for me. Trap Box was extremely bland, fries of very average quality. Wings, just okay. If this meal came out to £6-7 I wouldn’t have a problem, but for over £16 with a can, not good enough. I don’t recommend and I probably won’t go back.

5 star for presentation, but the taste was not hitting the mark for me. the fries was way too salty. chicken flavours tasted like sick to be fair…. wont come here again the lady working here was also abit unpleasant almost dashing the food in the bag.

Loved the food! 1. Tried their loaded fries and they were 🤌 so good! 2. They have burgers, boneless and wing options for chicken and even vegan options for meals. 3. Try their shakes, you wouldn't regret it! 4. Lastly, the staff is nice and welcoming. They gave me a few minutes to let me decide my order and even helped me pick out a suitable sauce 🤗 (They have 15% off on all days for students and NHS workers!!!) Happy Fooding 💟

This place is great, I ordered 10x wings and 10x drums for Super Bowl Sunday and it was spot on. Loads of sauce options for hot and mild and plenty of great deals. Aksah was really friendly and polite! I’ll be back again soon, you can bet on it.

Candidate for the worst chicken shop in England. For service, waited 40 minutes for a small order so politely asked the guy at the front if they know where my order is. He ignored me, so I asked someone else and they decided to be rude. After an hour of waiting received my food cold and in the smallest portions I’ve seen a chicken shop serve and tasted raw.

Tried this place out while in Nottingham for the day. Got the wings in few different sauces. The strawberry cheesecake milkshake was nice and thick and went down nicely with the wings. Also got the churros which were a perfect ending. Would definitely recommend.

Just come from here. The chicken pieces are the smallest I've ever seen for a wing place. Boneless portion must just be one small chicken breast cut up. I've put the sauce tub in the box as a reference to show the chicken pieces are smaller than the tub! The wings were tiny too. Unacceptable. As someone else mentioned, expensive for what you get! £15 pounds for a two small snacks basically, which tasted ok but much better wing places out there. Disappointing as heard great things about WingTrapp and seems like my experience was different compared to other reviews. Took 25 minutes to make too.

Came here today not knowing what to expect as have not been to any other branch before. So I went for the trapp box which portion size is great it was a lot of food, however it was very expensive £15.45 with a drink. The guy serving was a nice guy and recommended a different flavour as the one I chose was dry so went for the classic buffalo sauce, problem was that was very dry too and quite salty. I went to buy 2 sauces garlic mayo and another tomato type sauce, which I will say was very nice, but they were £1.50 each! So my total for the lunch was £18.45. I do feel it is slightly over priced for what I had and sauces should have been included. Food wasn’t amazing but I’ve read good reviews so might be back to try a burger or something as they were a lot cheaper

Their CHICKEN SANDWICH (burger) was delicious. 13 different flavours to choose. I tried SWEET&SOUR flavour with melting cheese in it yummy....!!! I recommend Lotus biscoff milkshake that's toothsome. SPEEEDDDYYYY delivery!!!!!! Grab on the go to uni or work Fantastic food and customer service I'll be back in soon with my friends who will love your food too.
