Premier Inn Nottingham City Centre (Goldsmith Street) hotel in Nottingham

The rooms need a bit of updating. My daughter was on the sofa bed which was very uncomfortable which we had to swap during the night. They usually fit a quilt under the covers to make it more comfortable in other premier inns that we stayed in. The breakfast was really tasty and good value.

Lovely staff at the hotel really make this Premier Inn stand out.. Jake, Liv, Kirsty and Sam are all so lovely and helpful. They remember us from previous occasions and it always feels like a home from home...love it...

To be told I have to book a table in the restaurant when there was only 3 out of the 20 tables filled is a joke. The excuse was they had been really busy! The previous night being told there is a long wait on food, when there was only 1 other person sitting in there. And the didn't get his order right ever!

The location was great. Only a 15 min walk to everything we needed. The room was clean. The bathroom could do with a good top to bottom scrub, but it wasn't unclean. When waiting to collect our bags at 3 pm, no one was around to help.

This is a great place to stay. Was inexpensive and the staff were out of this world. We stayed between 4th and the 6th of Feb. The staff member who tended the bar was amazing super friendly and made the stay better with her amazing upbeat attitude and genuine excitement to speak and see us. Especially when celebrating my friends birthday

Travelled through work 2 nights. Bedding wasn’t clean. Was told they are having problem with cleaning.. I was offered another room. This time bedding was ok but found food packaging under the armchair next day. I can’t be bothered anymore🤬 I didn’t try their breakfast

Think I prefer Premier Inn to its rivals. Five star stay. Took the location down to three stars because Google doesn't show that the hotel is by Nottingham Trent University tram stop so actually very accessible.

In a central location. Clean rooms. Good service. Breakfast and dinner available. Bar and Costa on premises.

Second year staying here. Location fantastic for the city centre and the service partically at breakfast was amazing. The breakfast is really good here. However, they need to invest in air-conditioning. The room was so hot and window only opened a crack.

No air conditioning and misleading signage in on site car park.

Very nice home. Good value for money. It's always a pleasure to have a bathtub. The student area is quiet. The city center is less than 10 minutes on foot, 3 minutes by tram

Great welcome, clean, quiet room inc bath. On tram route with nearby stop but made access to hotel car park interesting. No apparent legal route, so hotel advance guidance could be clearer. Also would be good if Web details clarified bath or shower. We like bath but we're caught out at a different Premier Inn by only having showers. Free WiFi worked well. Integral Costa & restaurant but we didn't use, meeting friends etc during visit.
