Popped in for a pint and some chicken wings! First time here. Couldn't fault it at all..

Go here with my wife and its always a great atmosphere and reasonable cheap drinks. Always a friendly and we always have a great time. Landlord and landlady always welcoming would highley recommend. Love the karaoke and disco there at weekends.

Still by far the Top pub out of three in Bulwell. Friendly staff great atmosphere and great beer. Keep it going.

I recently discovered this pub and since than me and my partner didn't go anywhere else but there. Staf is very nice, atmosphere is amazing, music is awesome. Friday night they started with disco music 4pm, selection of music is enjoyable for any age. They have lovely red vine and good selection of beers 🍻 and much more. I would strongly recommend it if u like music and 🍸 🧉.

Edited from previous review. (I had visited a few royal oaks on my travels lately) Second attempt! A friendly local boozer, fast serving and a nice pint. Staff were welcoming. Nice to go into a pub with music playing for a change!

Brilliant place good drinking and to socialise, staff excellent treat everyone as friends

No food served here. They have spruced the place up and been gardën to the rear is nice.

Staff friendly, enjoyed the reggae music from the past being played.. My drink was a bottled non alcohol beer as I am driving, It didn't taste very nice due to it being very warm. (Not refrigerated). Thats why the 4 stars.

First time in, popped in after work with a couple of friends, bingo, and other games, had a lovely few hours, great atmosphere and everyone really welcoming xx plus we won!! Ha 😁

Nice multi room pub - so why only one 🌟 you ask? Well here's why, and this is a prime example of how good or bad customer service can affect a review either way. I had a half of Lillies fruit cider, requested no ice, so far so good. Upon getting the half it was about 1cm short measure (the glasses are not lined / oversized by the way). Asked politely for a top up to the brim as paid for. The bar lady looked at me like I was from another planet. Made me feel really uncomfortable. Unless it's standard in Bulwell to short measure customers ? Anyway would not venture into this pub again if this lady with a poor attittude is serving.

This is a nice place to other nice meal at very cheap and nice food I would recommend it to go and see the place it is a very nice clean and tidy place the food is beautiful and then you can also sit outside but if you're not listening to traffic

I met a work colleague outside and was invited in, it is the first time I have been in this pub, due to things I heard from the past, my friend assured me it was fine now, and under new management, I must say I had a good time with my friend, and left very merry, I will meet my friend there again

A nice little town centre pub that feels like your local.

Toilets need modernising. .they stink...used once.never again..made me feel sick....come on people get it upto date and smelling nice...that don't mean chucking a load of lemon.smellies in the urinals ..it makes it worse...nice landlady. .good beer..
