First time using Wing Trapp and it was the best chicken burger I’ve ever had in my life. Hot 🥵 but cooked to absolute perfection. Will 100% be using this place again soon. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Food arrived in 50 minutes, was very cold and not even presented nicely. Delivery drivers took about 20 minutes extra to deliver when the store is 5 minutes away

This time the Nashville Chicken wasn't fried long enough. Coating was not crispy it was soggy and falling apart making it very messy to eat!

Food came late. Absolute rip off. Munchbox didn't come with even a small fry. Id say 3 bites at best. Wings were 5 days old. Burger meat was thin. Took 20 mins to come, and £14. Will not be coming again.

The Nashville Chicken Tenders are absolutely amazing! They're perfectly cooked and incredibly flavorful, and when paired with the honey dip, they complement each other beautifully. The sweetness of the honey really enhances the spicy kick of the tenders, making for an unforgettable combination. I also tried the Wing Shrimp Box, which is a great combo featuring wings, shrimp, and chips. Each component was nice, providing a satisfying meal that showcases their variety. However, the Nashville Chicken Tenders were definitely the standout for me; they stole the show with their deliciousness. The garlic mayo and the comeback sauce were both nice additions, adding extra flavor to the meal, but the honey dip was truly the best of the bunch. Additionally, I sampled the Ultimate Nashville Munch Box, which was really tasty and offered great value for my money as it allows you to try different dishes from the menu. It includes: Lemon Pepper Shrimp** Nashville Mozzarella Square** A dip and drink of your choice 2 tenders** (I went with Nashville) A burger of your choice (I chose the Nashville burger) A slice of bread Gherkins** Loaded fries** (I went with the OG Nashville taste, which was the perfect spice level for me) I really enjoyed the variety and the flavors in the Ultimate Nashville Munch Box—it was a fantastic way to experience what Wing Trapp has to offer! The halloumi fries were nice, topped with ranch sauce, so if you don’t like ranch, you may not enjoy this dish as much. The strawberry cheesecake ticc shake was also nice—a sweet and creamy treat that complemented the meal well. The house fries were okay but didn’t stand out as much as the other dishes. Overall, Wing Trapp offers a great selection of tasty dishes that are sure to please. I highly recommend stopping by to try the Nashville Chicken Tenders and the Ultimate Nashville Munch Box—you won’t be disappointed!

Smells beautiful first time trying it cannot wait

Nice people……nice place……..nice food 😋😋

Extremely frustrating experience every time. They tell us 5 minutes, but we end up waiting 20–40 minutes regularly. No respect for riders’ time. Even after saying 'just packing,' they make us wait another 10 minutes. If they’re busy, they should be honest instead of wasting our time. This happens with every rider, not just once or twice. Very disappointing.

food tastes amazing and it is fresh I highly recommend it and it is adorable

Consistently poor time management. As a delivery driver, I've experienced repeated delays at this restaurant. They promise orders in 5 minutes but make riders wait 20–40 minutes regularly. Even when they say the order is ready and just being packed, it often takes another 10 minutes. It’s understandable to be busy, but honest and realistic time estimates would be much more respectful to drivers’ time.

Good food eaten here before and never disappoints

Yeah okay good was nice, staff were friendly but never waiting 40 minutes for a burger chips and cheese squares again… it was only me and one other person in there… no reason for it to take 40 minutes. Overall food is decent..

Fantastic place lovely food always bangs with flavour

Been hearing great things about @wingtrapp and so checked out their Leicester branch. Saw them doing a great variety on the Nashville so had to see what's what. They got a lot more variety with the nashville flavours plus love that they give their sauces in whole cups. The highlight for me was their OG Nashville with the comeback sauce and their Nashville squares were real good! The Caroline reaper was daunting but take a bite and nothing... Then the heat gets to you but still real good 😋 Overall I can see why this spot is popular, solid food and pricing on point too 👌

I've only given a 3 star on atmosphere because they were having a staff meeting when I turned up . I believe the manager asked me to come back in 20 mins but when I told him I wasn't from the area and it was my last evening here, With that my man told me to sit down and when I tell you he gave me the deals of deals .. the amount of food I got for the price 😉. Man sorted me right out . Flavours on flavour. Burger, wings + wings... tenders and double chips . I may have purple braids but I also have a full stomach .. thank you so much .. the wine got me to but I needed these wings .. such a lovely friend wholesome place. Get at them.

Wing Trap Leicester is hands down one of the best spots I’ve been to recently. From the moment we walked in, the customer service was exceptional – the staff were super friendly, attentive, and made us feel really welcome. Now, the food… incredible. The wings were cooked to perfection – crispy, juicy, and full of flavor. There’s a great variety of sauces to choose from, and every bite was packed with taste. You can tell they really care about quality here. The atmosphere was just as impressive – lively, clean, and well thought out. Whether you’re grabbing a quick bite or having a relaxed meal with friends, it hits the spot. Can’t recommend Wing Trap enough – definitely coming back soon!

The food took 2 and a half hours to arrive, which is far beyond a reasonable delivery time. To make matters worse, when it finally got here, it was completely cold not just lukewarm, but super cold, as if it had been sitting out for hour

The food just doesn’t hit the same as it used to. You hardly get any sauce on your wings and they have decreased In size. A good couple of years ago, wing trapp used to be my go to but now, I’m just disappointed and will not be ordering again.

The staff is very cooperative and humble. But only the night staff specifically Yash patel. He has some special skills of communication. He should be appreciated. 👍🏻

Just had an amazing food at Leicester WINGTRAPP hands down the best spot for wings! The flavors are absolutely amazing, and the wings are always crispy yet juicy inside. The portion sizes are generous, and the customer service is top-notch. Whether you like them spicy, tangy, or sweet, they’ve got something for everyone. Delivery is always quick and fresh too. Highly recommend—definitely my go-to wing place!❤️

Absolutely disgusted. Waited over an hour for the food to be delivered it arrived cold and missing items. I contacted the restaurant and was met with a rude assistant, telling me to make another order for me to receive my missing items. He refused to give a name and hand the phone over to management. For a £70 order I expect my food to be all there and atleast warm!!
