Fell off badly. Ever since they increased the price on the kunfah. Became Cheap quality taste wise. Sometimes overcooked or missing things. Ice cream also became more of a foam. Fix up

Best Knafeh in the world - I am from London and travel to Leicester once a month to visit family and I always make sure I have this dessert! It is the best!!!!!!!!!

First time trying knafeh. Wasn’t sure what to expect but it was SO good, it looks like it would be super sweet but it’s just perfect and tastes even better cold imo. We were served pretty quickly given how crazy busy it was on a Friday night - highly recommend!

Don't take card. Otherwise nice food

I ordered kanaffa from this place with uber and I live 2 minutes from this place but when order arrive it was messy and taste was bad and when I complained about this they said they can't do anything. I used to order regularly but if it's like this then no more order from me sizes gone small as well

The person at the till was extremely rude and bad and the food had hair on it and tasted bad

Rang to place an order last night. Requested the chocolate to be packed separately rather than directly onto the waffle. They said they couldn’t do this when they clearly can. We rang again and asked if they could put the chocolate on one side only, they said they couldn’t do this and could add less chocolate instead. I explained time and time again that due to allergies we wanted the chocolate separate but they couldn’t honour this. If a pizza shop can add toppings to one side only why can’t you? Is your hand broken? So tacky and lacking in customer service. Go to sweet temptations for your waffles, they’re far better. They also don’t take card because they’re avoiding taxes. Good day!

Went in to get 1 kunafe the man owner attitude was really bad 30 minutes to wait for 1 kunafe was not bothered about the business and especially when you don't live in leicester and taking away to another town I would say chocoberry service is better than craving polite and quick service

they have reduced the portion quantity and the quality is not so good compared to last year.. and they reduced the amount of fruit which are also outdated ,and sauces very disappointed with their products!

The knafeh at Cravings Dessert Shop was very tasty and arrived quickly. While the portion size felt a bit small, the flavor made up for it. The assistant was friendly, but keep in mind that this place only accepts cash. There's free street parking, although it can be difficult to find a spot. Overall, we plan to visit again.

Terrible customer service. The server wouldn’t put sauce and sprinkles on a cone for my two children. Where is the logic, you’re a dessert shop that sells ice cream and can’t even put some sprinkles on ice cream cone. Offered to pay extra too!

Always go there for their 50/50 kunafah never disappoint

After a feast at cattle and smoke..head up to this hidden gem..it didnt disappoint. Friend staff..fast service. Desert and milk shake was on point..start of thr show the shake.

Always on point with their desserts and any issues you have they are always happy to assist. I go there every week or so.

Stale waffle - strawberries used were off and tasted acidic, ruined the whole waffle. I don't like wasting food but had to bin 70% of it, that's how inedible it was. Not my first bad experience, though I have had more positive than negative when ordering or eating in at Cravings. Disappointed to say the least, sorry. UberEats 9AB1B

Excellent staff, but had better deserts in Yorkshire

I ordered a strawberry cheesecake milkshake but the lid was not put on properly. By the time it came to me , half of the shake was spilled into the bag and other drinks. I only got half of the drink!

I’ve been going to this dessert place for years! Cravings is the best dessert place in Leicester hands down their kanafe is unmatched. It’s not your traditional kanafe but a real sweet treat (the 50/50 if my favourite). Mojitos, waffles, milkshakes are all amazing too. Friendly staff and great service always!

I order from Uber eats and the I want to cancel order. He talk with me very bad voice and he di t wont to cancel order . He is an arrogant people and they don’t know how to talk with customers respect. If thy don’t di customer respect then we don’t order from there .

The shop person has no manner how to talk with customer. I suggest don’t order desert from arrogant people . The people are very bad with taking .

Cravings has been the best dessert shop in the whole city, its the only dessert shop which has been always consistent with the taste and the thickness❤❤

One of the best dessert Parlour in Leicester Evington Road . I have been a regular customer to cravings via family recommendation and dont go anywhere else for milkshale except cravings i will always be regular customer, Milkshakes taste abseloutely amazing creamy tasty and delicious x2 Kinde Bueno x1 Plain Vanilla nut free x1 oreo nut free. Thank you cravings for once again having me down :D

Was recommended this place and whenever we are in the area make a stop here. The kunafa is really nice especially the roseberry and pistachio. Milkshakes are nice too

Small family run dessert shop. The owners are extemely helpful and accommodating unlike some other local businesses. The dessert was very tasty and reasonably priced

So I happily waited for the food to arrive. Was told it would be 20mins but took around half hour after chasing up my order. The price quoted for the food was £3.50 but at the till it was £4.50??! Obviously they insist on cash only to avoid tax. The value of the food Vs the cost was poor and the shop was a little too cold. The advice to the owners is that look around the competition and make improvements.

Just called up after ordering 3 chocolate explosions and 2 of them had no explosion or Nutella inside. Spoke to someone and got cut off only to call back and be told there’s nothing they will do. Even offered a picture. Paid £8 for pure ice-cream. No replacement or discount on the next order. Shame since I’ve purchased since they opened.

One of best places for late night dessert

Loved it. Some of the best desserts we have had as a family. Excellent customer focused service with a smile. Always ready when they say so after telephone orders. One downside is it is cash only?? Surely not in this day and age??

Good quality waffles that are fresh and have good texture. Generous toppings. One improvement is that the raspberry sauce could be tangier and less sweet.

A bit expensive but very delicious desserts. I reccomend to taste once here.

One of the few dessert spots I hadn’t been too on everington road.. went too @cravingsessets 📍 144 Evington Rd, Leicester LE2 1HL *Cash only* we in 2022 get a card machine (their is a free one a few minutes walk away but still) we got a chocolate waffle stick, milk bar cookie dough balls, strawberry mojito & strawberry daiquiri.. 10/10 really enjoyed every thing and would defo recommended .. the mocktials where super refreshing especially in the hot weather on the day.. the place is only small so not much seating however you can get takeout or order on apps if your local.

The owner of cravings is so rude and ignorant doesn't know how to talk to customers. She just can't take cristism on board and always on her high horse to prove customers wrong. Cravings lacks customers service big time and doesn't know how to provide excellent customer service unfortunately.

Would put a 0 start but it does not allow me. Very bad customer service. Long queues and the guy at the front could not even take my order properly. Had to keep repeating my order multiple times and he did not even apologise.

Really great place. Best place for waffles Milkshakes and the Knafeh are the best always order via Uber eats and Deliveroo never any issues. The lady at the front is always respectful and serves all customers well.

The Kanafeh was cold when it came and looked quite raw it was just not nice. There was olive oil steeping out and it tasted like air I honestly thought I had covid for a second I think maybe the other items on the menu are a Better fit either way for 8£ of my money I did expect better as I’ve had Kanefeh that larger and way more tasty sadly that shop was closed for the day and I had to improvise.

The owner will recognise my name as I order from here frequently and alhumdulilah I've not really had anything to complain about. She's even telephoned to ensure they prepped my special requests correctly. The desserts have arrived cold on a couple of occasions but overall I'd highly recommend their post-dinner treats.

Excellent customer service, very friendly staff .The dessert is always up to standards.I drive all the way from Nottingham for this and have been since years and will continue in the future.I recommended to all my friends and family .THE DRIVE IS ALWAYS WORTH THE TRIP!!!!

The desserts and shakes at cravings are absolutely delicious and i love that they keep adding new items to the menu. I have been coming to cravings since day one and the quality of food is absolutely excellent and the service given by the staff expecially the lady in hijab is always perfect. Excellent service and went in on New year's Eve asked for a strawberry milkshake and was made instant with an exceptional taste!!! Highly recommended and value for money!!!

ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE & MISLEADING! This lady needs to be reported to trading standards as for the lady 2 years she has mislead customers with pricing. The paper menu is priced £1.50 cheaper than the digital display in the shop. The lady is very rude, unprofessional and has appalling customer service. When I questioned her about the price difference and I suggested throwing the paper menus in the bin she replied if you don’t like it go elsewhere. Fake Muslim that what she is… she’s just after your money! AVOID!!!

Great dessert bar! My family and I travel in from Wigston and have visited Cravings a few times and we have not been disappointed on any of our visits! The place was clean and tidy with booth seating, giving a cosy and comfortable vibe. The staff are friendly and Nahida, the owner, always welcome us and remembers me by name. The customer service is excellent and I cannot fault the service or food. I normally order the mango milkshake with bubbles, which is absolutely delicious and not overly sweet. The kids love the gooey and moreish cookie dough balls with ice-cream, which are all reasonably priced. We always leave here content and we will definitely keep on returning. Thank you all at Cravings, especially Nahida, you have definitely satisfed our cravings!!!

I don't know what the negative reviews are about, all staff are friendly and provide great customer service, making it my "go to" place. Further, their offerings are beautifully made, in particular, Kinder White and Reese's milkshake.

We have desserts from a lot of places but this place is my family's favourite. We particularly like their Knafeh that are amazing.

Greedy and nasty people. All they think about is money. The women on the till needs to drop the attitude and act professional. I made a genuine complaint and was told to stay away from the shop. This fleabag of a women has no manners and can’t string a sentence of acceptable English. Stop acting like you’re religious. You’re just a hypocrite.

I love this place. Every time I come, the owner makes my friends and I feel so welcome. The food is 10/10 and we come here almost every night. Would definitely recommend x

If 0 star was a options it would be.I rang in to say my cookie dough ball was burnt and was not expecting a refund but just letting them know so it wouldn’t happen again . Was told that I have complained previously but this is my first time ordering as I am from Scotland. LOL Was told by the staff to not order this product again if I didn’t like it ,I ordered this because I like cookie dough when it’s not burnt and tastes like it’s been warmed up and served !!! Then spoke to the manager and she told us that nothing was wrong with the order .and to never order from her again . Very very rude lady !!

Best place for desserts. Cinniwaffle was amazing given extra cream without being charged like u should get. Kanafeh is amazing. Drive 30 miles to get dessert every other week because you cant beat cravings. The owner lady is really nice and friendly and helpfull.

We went there to order some food before 1.30am and they did not took our order saying they dont take order after 1.30am we were there before that and also the main point is that on the website it says they CLOSED at 2.00am, So basically they makig people fool They also have a really bad coustomer service they dont know how to treat a coustomer. PLEASE STOP LIYING PEOPLE ABOUT YOUR OPENING HOURS if you dont want to give food to people say it when they are there not after they waited for 15 to 20 mint in que. this is a waste of our time and fuel thinking that u open till 2.00am. I am NOT HAPPY with their CUSTOMER SERVICE.

For all of you who are not familiar with Kunafa; Cravings does not make authentic Kunafa!! Kunafa is a Palestinian Arab dish. Please don’t bring such a wonderful dish into disrepute. Palestinians have very little. Why do people feel like they have to appropriate Palestinian culture and cuisine to make make some money. Also, the lady at the till is really rude and has no customer service skills. Her behaviour makes Muslims who actually take their deen seriously look bad. May Allah give her hidayat.

The hijabi at Cravings has attitude problem, no mannerism what so ever. She clearly needs to attend classes of etiquettes and needs to build a good work ethic which she unfortunately lacks. One piece of advice is learn to take criticism on board and drop your ego in the dustbin because arrogance and prides gets you nowhere in life, it just destroys you. Please take this naseeha on board which will help you to build a good character which a Muslimah needs to enter Jannah.May Allah give you Hidayat sister.
