Worst chicken I’ve tasted in my life. No seats available and took ages to get food.

Amazing service 10/10! Raf served me at the till. He was very polite and helpful, he made me feel very welcome. Then Harry brought me my food. Harry was very helpful also and made sure all my needs were met as a customer. Great service from these two!

Bought the Korean bbq and Parmesan boneless wings with house fries and was possibly the best tasting fast food I’ve ever had

The food was absolutely delicious. I had a very pleasant experience especially services provided by Nisa. She was so friendly and helps me understand the menu even though it was a long queue behind. Really Appreciate!

The burger size is a big joke…. The bun size very small and they filled it with 2 mini strips …. Although I have ordered a non spicy flavour, but my meal was (burger + chips) was very hot. In brief, dont waste your money.

Asked for redbull, Thomas gave me wings. But great customer service is why I go here and not Five Guys.

First time here and i felt disgusted. The table and the benches were full of grease or oil and dirt. The floor was very sticky. If the visible things were like that, i wonder how is back in the kitchen where we can see...

Our visit was on a very busy Saturday, but we were seated and served fairly quickly. The service, especially from Eden, was second to none. Despite the how busy it was, she was on point and went the extra mile. The food was awesome as always, the atmosphere was good too. I will be back next time I'm in Cardiff. Well done to your whole team.

Food was tasty and good portion sizes for the price.

So the portion size ain't great. However the flavours are incredible. I strongly recommend the Louisiana Hot, though my boss keeps preaching the Garlic Parm so that might be my next stop. If you're hungry and on a budget skip this, if you are more concerned about taste then this place is great. Also my favourite Caramel milkshake I've tried so far in the city.

It is not as spicy as in Texas USA.

I LOVE WINGSTOP Wingstop is my favourite chicken place ever. I’ve been here and to other locations many time and they are consistently amazing. Their chicken flavours are so powerful, always so crispy, moist, never dry and always delicious! (My favourite flavours are the garlic Parmesan, hickory smoked bbq and Louisiana rub). The ranch is the best I’ve ever tasted in the UK and the Wingstop flavoured fries and so unique and delicious. I am very passionate about wingstop and wish there was a closer location to my house. It is a lovely treat, me, my friends and family all really enjoy this fast food restaurant a lot! It’s always a very enjoyable meal and good atmosphere. The one thing I can complain about is that the music is always so loud and blaring inside of the restaurant, I visited today and was quieter than usual so hopefully that problem is already sorted out! I am never disappointed when eating wingstop, what do they put in this stuff that makes it so good! If I could be a spokesperson for wingstop I would be. ALWAYS SO HAPPY WITH MY EXPERIENCE SUCH AN AMAZING PLACE!! Never change wingstop xx

**Wingstop Cardiff: Weekend Wings Gone Wrong** I've been a fan of Wingstop in Cardiff, having enjoyed several previous visits. However, my recent Saturday night experience was a complete disappointment. It seems that late on a weekend is not the ideal time to visit. The wings were simply awful. They tasted like they had been cooked in old, greasy oil, leaving a horrible aftertaste that lingered long after the meal was over. Biting into the wings was like biting into an oily sponge – not at all the crispy, flavorful experience I've come to expect from Wingstop. It's a shame that Wingstop seems to be compromising on quality during busy weekend periods. I urge them to address this issue and ensure that their wings are consistently delicious, regardless of when you visit. Until then, I'd recommend avoiding Wingstop on Saturday nights. **Rating: 1 out of 5 stars**

When ordering I was faced with the most arrogant cashier who was incredibly rude and cut me off when asking him a question about my order. Then, when receiving my food I got given the incorrect order which wasted my time and my patience!

Overrated and expensive. The chicken wings were so dry and small. Even underrated roadside shops sometimes serve juicier chicken wings. For a price like this, it’s better to spend it on better fast food like Slim Chickens. They serve much better and juicier chicken than Wingstop. And with this price, you could go to better fast food chains such as Jollibee or Popeyes. Definitely not worth the money & definitely my first & last here

You've heard of a place called KFC right? You won't need to go there again after trying Wingstop :) They make the best wing/tender combination I have tasted, with various seasoning available for you to choose during the ordering process. Also, that ranch dip has come from the heavens (I must get the recipe). It's hard not to visit anytime I'm in Cardiff :)
