Wingstop Cardiff in Cardiff

When ordering I was faced with the most arrogant cashier who was incredibly rude and cut me off when asking him a question about my order. Then, when receiving my food I got given the incorrect order which wasted my time and my patience!

Very tiny wings and way to dry way to expensive tiny portion of chips never go there again

It was pretty crowded. Staff was great. The food as always is amazing.

Just had my first experience in Wingstop. Lovely chicken, fries and dip and it was served very quickly. It also looked nice and clean! I’ll definitely be eating in here again!

Asked for redbull, Thomas gave me wings. The vibe overall was weird, I felt like I was sitting in a food hall. And I don't know when fast food began costing as much as a dinner. But great customer service is why I go here and not Five Guys.

Food was bloody loveleh and Tom gave me a 10000/10 service on tills and serving me my food. He was such a good bloke will be coming again

Gave WingStop in Cardiff City Centre a visit today and I Must say the food was 10/10. I must also point out the excellent customer service skills of Demba who ensured that my experience was good and there was no problems with anything and for that I’d really like to thank him.

Overrated and expensive. The chicken wings were so dry and small. Even underrated roadside shops sometimes serve juicier chicken wings. For a price like this, it’s better to spend it on better fast food like Slim Chickens. They serve much better and juicier chicken than Wingstop. And with this price, you could go to better fast food chains such as Jollibee or Popeyes. Definitely not worth the money & definitely my first & last here

You've heard of a place called KFC right? You won't need to go there again after trying Wingstop :) They make the best wing/tender combination I have tasted, with various seasoning available for you to choose during the ordering process. Also, that ranch dip has come from the heavens (I must get the recipe). It's hard not to visit anytime I'm in Cardiff :)

Amazing food!! Hits the spot every single time I go in there! Tried dessert for the first time today and it was a game changer…. Might have to start saving a bit of room for dessert from now on!

Honestly one of the best wingstops I’ve ever been to. Food was 10/10. Service 10/10. Atmosphere 10/10. I’d also like to give credit to one of the employees, Faiyaz, as he went the extra mile for me on my last visit to the store.

So was mulling about waiting for wife and daughter while they went to Miss Swift concert. Wingstop first timer. Bit confused when I seen the gloves, but absolute game changer. Could eat my wings which had the most stunning covering on. With out burning my fingers or getting my hands covered in sauce. Obviously you don't have to buy first time I come across it. Anyhow walked in, asked what the girl behind the counter would recommend. She was very helpful told me how it works and made her recommendations. Sat down, food arrived after being given a number which you put up on the table. Boom smashed them all. Was stunning. I'll be back.
