Wings Take Away in West Lindsey

Order was completed right, for us the curry is the main component and last time we ordered from here few years ago the curry was strong with spice and flavour. This time it was mild and bland. I could make better Chinese curry in my kitchen at home such a let down.

Shocking. Took our money and cancelled order. We had no other money and their refund is 3-5 working days is not good enough. Person on phone didn't care or offer any solution. I don't know about the food. Never got any. I don't know how they think this is acceptable.

No menu board and no menus so choosing what to have was difficult ordered kung po chicken they never said rice was extra young girl behind counter not really up to the job. Very very disappointing. Don’t have Chinese often so would have been nice to know about rice plus she missed a chance to upsell

My daughter live round corner they charge on line order charge for delivery best to order pick up traffic get bad there's no were to park outside but I defo recommended

Just had one of the best Chinese takeaways I’ve had. Mussels in Schezhuan sauce, they were gorgeous, with spare ribs and special rice. As a member you get 5% off. Decent portions too.

Was in the area and come across this lovely little Chinese takeaway must say really nice food and wonderful service from the staff take away only a small little place but food was fantastic and you could hear the staff in the kitchen was happy and enjoying theirselves young girl at the front desk was fantastic and very polite and helpful definitely would get more food from here next time I'm in the area

Bought a mushroom fried rice and it was lousy, with what seemed like scraps of mushrooms rather than the usual half mushrooms. I can cook better than the effort that I was sold

Delicious! Visiting my gran and we felt like a Chinese - so glad we decided on Phoenix Wings. Easily one of the BEST Chinese we’ve all had. Had quite a few dinings out on this trip and this is the only place where it was mentioned at least 10 times during our meal how delicious our food was. Will definitely be ordering again on my next visit over.

The worst food I have ever had from a Chinese. Waited an hour on a Thursday and the whole order, over £30 worth, went in the bin!

Honestly, ny favourite chinese takeaway by far. The special fried rice is particularly delicious! Always great service and always top notch grub in good time. Well deserving the 5 stars.

Didn't bother to label extra charges for delivery. Then ring me to demand extra £4, which we didn't have, so refused to come. Now telling me it will be 5days before a refund!! STEER CLEAR!!! WOULD HAVE GOT ZERO STARS IF I COULD

Bbq ribs 😋 meat was so juicy and tender fellnof the bone with a beautiful bbq sauce H.K Style S&S chicken was beautiful, piping hot and good quantity for money I’m from a city so had many a Chinese takeaway and this is definitely up there with one of the nicest and my order was only £14 and staff very friendly to allow me to order under there online minimum order amount Will be back for more very soon 😋😋

Haven't a bad word for phoenix wings, lovely food( which isn't at all greasy, unlike some Chinese meals I've had before) good sized portions, always arrives hot delivered by friendly guy. The free membership scheme also a lovely idea, wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Amazing service, great value, some of the locals are cheap and you can taste it in the food, phoenix wings also have free/cheap delivery. Delivery guy was super polite and friendly, unlike what I'm used to in Gainsborough. I like the free membership thing with 5% off, doesn't cost anything to be a member

Over priced, not hot enough (temperature not spicy) and more than 3 long black hairs in one of the dishes. I will definitely not be going back. Good luck, and you will need luck, to anyone brave enough to try this takeaway after reading my advice.

Meal was nice however we ordered mussels with ginger & spring onion, we got them with black bean sauce instead which my husband isnt that keen on.

Great food and was delivered 20 minutes early will definitely order from here again
