I don't understand the bad reviews. I always get the cheeseburger combo for £3.50, it comes with: burger, fries and a soft drink. It's REALLY cheap. So cheap, that's actually cheaper than getting the same things in McDonalds. And is very tasty. I really like the fries, they are really good, always crispy and freshly made. The burger isn't bad either. And, as said, VERY cheap for what you get. People who work there are as nice as they can be, considering they are standing all day, in front of the heat, serving so many people's orders. I never felt bad or ignored or insulted, and I always felt safe in this store while waiting, even at night times. People should consider the cheap prices and stop being greedy, and to understand what actually means working in customer service in busy establishments and how hard people try to feed or please everyone.

Wrong items delivered, food was substituted without consulting us if it’s ok.

AVOID AVOID AVOID!! Food arrived late and it wasn’t even what we ordered. Zero items of which we ordered were delivered and when we called the restaurant they said “report it to Uber” and just hung up. Appalling service - definitely would not order from here again. The items which were delivered didn’t even look safe either.

Dirtiest place ever ,Do not go there ,Man was filling up my kebap with his bare hands no gloves or spatula was used ,Kebap smothered into an unknown sauce, I'll ring up the Food Standard Agency to sort out this messy place

I've ordered the 2comb of £1.99 each kebab burger and fries and instead of that he gave me another stuff and I asked him to change it because this not I have ordered though he just gave it what he prepared, if you can't provide the proper service it's better shut it rather than running the business and atleast hire those people who can speak English and understand.

My order was : slat and pepper chips, chicken and shrimp chowmein, crispy shredded beef and a Pepsi. I received : chicken covered in pepper and oil, chicken and beef chowmein, beef medallions covered with pepper oil and chilli and a Pepsi. Overall Disappointed. Wait time was quick and delivery was very good.

I ordered through uber eats the special noodles combo ( buy 1 get 1 free) which included a box of noodles, 3 wings, 2 strips and a drink. I ended up received only the two boxes of noodles with nothing else. Contacted the restaurant and they threatened to swear at me telling me that they have sent all the food. I also told the extremely rude man I would send a picture of what I received and he left me on seen. Kept calling through different numbers and there was no response. What a freaking scam. Disgusting behaviour, I genuinely hope the man stops cheating customers.

I'll be honest, I ordered not looking at the reviews. Everything they said was true. Chicken, cold. Order not complete. Chinese food, weirdly tangy with so much soy sauce. Having to warm my chicken in an air fryer is disheartening.

Was not delivered at all. Driver complained about delivering my food. Unacceptable.

Once again chicken is missing from both meals even though we left a note reminding them to put all items in. Won’t be using this restaurant again.

missing extra hoi sin sauce, sweet and sour sauce, and chicken stripes. the aromatic duck was mostly bones and gristle, not enough meet to fill 12 pancakes and we had half a duck and was exceedingly dry. the squid was chewy. on the positive we got lamb with pineapple that wasn't ordered and it was nice.

Totally disappointed. The hot &sour soup had nothing to do with the hot & sour soup, it was extremely salty un edible almost. The chicken with wild mushrooms and bamboo had no bamboo in it and instead of wild mushrooms I had champignon mushrooms. Total disappointment.

i orderd by uber today 10 spicy wings.it was too salty.cant eat.i tried to contact with them they no picking up my phone.its really dispointed

the original delivery time was shown as 2:45 AM and then the restaurant kept changing the time and the order finally arrived at 3:10. I had to wait almost an hour for the order from the time I placed it, even though it said on the description 15-30 mins delivery time

The Pad Thai Noodles were bland, no taste whatsoever. Tried to fix it up at home by cooking it again with soy sauce. Still wasn’t edible. The chicken was greasy and moist. I’m baffled how a Chinese shop is selling chicken shop products? Makes no sense. I should’ve expected the food was not going to be good when I could see them selling deep fried chicken legs and thighs that you find in chicken shops.

Had an awful experience at Wing Master (802 Harrow Road). From the moment I walked in, the service was cold and robotic. The cashier didn't greet me properly and acted like they were just going through the motions. I ordered two strip burgers and fries, and despite picking up the order personally, the food was already cold by the time I got it. It smelled off, like they used bad oil, and after eating, I felt sick. Absolutely terrible. I won't be going back again.

worst duck we've had very dry rice did not taste fresh

The duck i ordered was burnt it was so hard even the dog refused to eat it. Was the worst food i have ever ordered. Chinese duck more like roasted pigeon hardly any meat only skin and bone .even the fries were burnt . Very very poor quality.

Delivery driver was on time and pleasant. The food was disgusting. I am a big eater and always hungry and I have just got back late from work and ordered, I can’t even eat it. Satay chicken was 2 frozen small chicken breaded chicken fillets. The Thai green curry was nothing like it. The rice had a lump of vile bbq chicken dumped it in. Just the worst food I have ever had in my life.

Will not be ordering through UberEats from here again. Constantly given incorrect items or missing items. They’re doing too much. They’ve just started selling kebabs and Chinese food through UberEats too. Don’t ever get the kebab from here. The worst kebab you will ever have. On Uber it’s they’re listed as multiple restaurants: Wing Master, Grill master, kebab master and Chinese master. Sad reality is they are masters of none. The food is bad and orders are often incorrect/ missing items.

Ordered 2 stir fry noodles and some side dishes. Chicken balls never arrived, 2 of the side dishes were incorrect. The food was mediocre at best.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience. I placed an order through Uber Eats and waited over an hour for my food to arrive, but it never did. To make matters worse, I tried to contact the restaurant directly, but couldn't get through to anyone. Reaching out to Uber Eats support was equally frustrating. Despite explaining my situation multiple times, their support team was unhelpful and did not provide any resolution. All I wanted was to enjoy a meal, but instead, I wasted my time and money. This kind of service is unacceptable. I expect a full refund for the order that never arrived and a more reliable support system in the future. I am deeply dissatisfied and will think twice before using Uber Eats again.

Terrible!! I ordered 3 pieces of chicken and received 3 dried fillets which were rank!!! And it took 1.5 hours to deliver!!! Awful!!!

Ordered peri peri burger with wings and chips. I think for them peri peri just means “burnt”. The chicken wings were literally black and tasted bitter as well as the chicken inside the burger. Did not want to eat after the first bite. Only thing not burnt were the chips. Would not recommend and would never eat here even if offered for free.

Would be helpful if there are staffs who can know and understand the basic English especially who works late at night. Lack of communication they charge and order wrong items and they are just busy chatting among themselves thus our orders were delayed. Appreciate it if this takeaway is much professional and better for customers to feel welcome

The driver was very nice, but the food, THE FOOD...is from another dimension, from another universe. The wings have some weird smell and are very dark-cooked (the oil is from 1 week ago I think) and the chips are very oily. Because everything was so bad I through the wings on my neighbour's dogs (I hate my neighbour). Big slap on the face to the owner of this place (COWBOY WINGS MASTER). Because it is late I will not eat and go to sleep and my dreams will be about how to become vegetarian. DO NOT order from this place...only if you are a dog.WOOF WOOF
